Reliable medium-range weather forecasts are crucial for both science and society. Although weather predictions primarily rely on numerical weather models, the artificial intelligence (AI) weather big models have shown potential for accurate weather forecasts with reduced computational costs. However, prediction skills of big models remain uncertain, particularly in East Asia, which limits further application of weather AI models. To systematically evaluate predictive capabilities of Pangu, FuXi, and GraphCast models over East Asia, their prediction results are focusing on 500 hPa geopotential height, 2 m air temperature, 10 m wind speed, precipitation, and track of tropical cyclones.ECMWF reanalysis V5 (ERA5) datasets are utilized to provide the initial conditions for big models, and to assess their predictive skill. Additionally, precipitation observations and China Meteorological Administration tropical cyclone datasets are utilized to access big models as well. FuXi shows the highest forecasting skills among 3 big models for 500 hPa geopotential height. The forecast from FuXi is reliable for up to 9.75 days, while the forecasts from Pangu and GraphCast are reliable for 8.75 days and 8.5 days, respectively. For 2 m air temperature forecasting, FuXi presents higher skills with an averaged temporal anomaly correlation coefficient (TCC) ranging from 0.48 to 0.91, while TCCs of Pangu and GraphCast are 0.43-0.91 and 0.38-0.83, respectively. Among 3 models, only FuXi and GraphCast provide precipitation forecasts. FuXi shows higher prediction skill compared to GraphCast in forecasting precipitation, light rain, and moderate rain; however, GraphCast has advantage in heavy rain forecast. As the lead time increases, the threat scores (TSs) of FuXi for rainfall, light rainfall and moderate rainfall are 0.22-0.41, 0.15-0.24 and 0.06-0.22, respectively. The model demonstrates higher skill in the northern and southeastern regions of China. For predicting the track of cyclones, Pangu model demonstrates superior predictive skill. As the lead time increases from 6 hours to 240 hours, biases of Pangu's prediction track increase from 17.5 km to 1850 km.The study focuses on the prediction skill of various AI big models through TCC, spatial anomaly correlation coefficient, and TS. Generally, the performance of FuXi is superior for most elements. And reasonable evaluation of AI model is helpful for the development of AI models.

Abstract Purpose County-level hospitals in China constitute a vital component of the healthcare system, delivering essential medical services, emergency care, and specialized treatments, particularly in oncology. This study aimed to comprehensively evaluate the current status of cancer diagnosis and treatment in county hospitals and assess their overall capacity. Methods A nationwide cross-sectional survey by the China Anti-cancer Association (CACA) from February to May 2023 assessed cancer diagnosis and treatment in mainland China's county hospitals. Using a multi-center approach, a fifty-five-question questionnaire was administered to oncology professionals and management staffs, focusing on hospital facilities, oncology specialists, cancer cases, treatment capabilities, and healthcare collaboration. Questionnaire reliability and validity were established in a 2022 national survey. Participants, aged 18 or older, were recruited through purposive sampling, receiving self-administered questionnaires for confidentiality. SAS 9.4 software facilitated statistical analysis. Results The study encompassed 76 county-level medical institutions, with 82.9% of them featuring established oncology departments providing comprehensive cancer care, including early screening, diagnosis, treatment, and long-term follow-up. Notably, a total of 56.6% of the institutions surveyed implemented programs for cancer screening and early diagnosis. A significant proportion of advanced cancer patients received treatment and follow-up at the county level. Persistent disparities in medical insurance policies at the county level were identified as a continuing challenge. Furthermore, 82.9% of hospitals had cultivated collaborative relationships with higher-level institutions to enhance patient care quality and treatment capacity. The study revealed a 56.6% shortage of remote collaboration platforms in these hospitals. The need for a patient-centered approach in county hospitals was underscored. Conclusion While county-level hospitals face challenges, such as a shortage of specialized oncologists and advanced resources, they exhibit progress in standardizing cancer care to enhance diagnosis and treatment in rural areas.

Objective To investigate the regulatory effect of tRNA-derived small RNA (tsRNA) on ferroptosis in mouse cardiomyocytes and its mechanism. Methods RT-qPCR was used to measure the relative expression level of 5'tRF-LysCTT in the heart, liver, spleen, kidney, brain, and muscle of C57BL/6J mice aged 8 weeks. Primary cultured cardiomyocytes were divi-ded into groups A, B, C, and D: the cardiomyocytes in group A were cultured in a complete medium for 60 h; those in group B were cultured in a complete medium for 24 h, followed by starvation treatment for 12 h and H/R treatment for 24 h; those in groups C and D were transfected with antagomir-NC and antagomir-5'tRF-LysCTT, respectively, and were given starvation treatment (12 h) and H/R treatment (12 h) after 24 h of transfection. Primary cultured cardiomyocytes were divided into groups E, F, and G: the cardiomyocytes in group E were cultured in a complete medium for 24 h; those in group F were transfected with agomir-NC for 24 h; those in group G were transfected with agomir-5'tRF-LysCTT for 24 h. RT-qPCR was used to measure the relative expression levels of 5'tRF-LysCTT, Ptgs2, Gpx4, and Slc7a11 in mouse cardiomyocytes of groups A-G; ferrous ion colorimetric test kit, lipid reactive oxygen species (ROS) staining, and CCK8 assay kit were used to measure the relative content of ferrous ions, ROS level, and the survival rate of cardiomyocytes in groups A-G; Prussian blue staining was used to observe iron ion deposition in cardiomyocytes. Results RT-qPCR showed that the expression level of 5'tRF-LysCTT in heart was significantly higher than that in the liver, spleen, kidney, brain, and muscle (F=16.21,t=3.81-7.93,P0.05). Compared with group E, group G had significant increases in the relative expression levels of 5'tRF-LysCTT and Ptgs2, significant reductions in the relative expression levels of Gpx4 and Slc7a11, significant increases in the relative content of ferrous ions and ROS level, and a significant reduction in the survival rate of cardiomyocytes (t=3.57-91.84,P0.05). Conclusion 5'tRF-LysCTT can regulate ferroptosis in mouse cardiomyocytes, and knockdown of 5'tRF-LysCTT can inhibit cardiomyocyte ferroptosis induced by H/R, while overexpression of 5'tRF-LysCTT can promote cardiomyocyte ferroptosis.

Abstract Hydrogen production from seawater remains challenging due to the deactivation of the hydrogen evolution reaction (HER) electrode under high current density. To overcome the activity-stability trade-offs in transition-metal sulfides, we propose a strategy to engineer sulfur migration by constructing a nickel-cobalt sulfides heterostructure with nitrogen-doped carbon shell encapsulation (CN@NiCoS) electrocatalyst. State-of-the-art ex situ/in situ characterizations and density functional theory calculations reveal the restructuring of the CN@NiCoS interface, clearly identifying dynamic sulfur migration. The NiCoS heterostructure stimulates sulfur migration by creating sulfur vacancies at the Ni3S2-Co9S8 heterointerface, while the migrated sulfur atoms are subsequently captured by the CN shell via strong C-S bond, preventing sulfide dissolution into alkaline electrolyte. Remarkably, the dynamically formed sulfur-doped CN shell and sulfur vacancies pairing sites significantly enhances HER activity by altering the d-band center near Fermi level, resulting in a low overpotential of 4.6 and 8 mV at 10 mA cm−2 in alkaline freshwater and seawater media, and long-term stability up to 1000 h. This work thus provides a guidance for the design of high-performance HER electrocatalyst by engineering interfacial atomic migration.

Objective In order to improve train operational efficiency, it is necessary to monitor metro traction power consumption and establish a relevant energy consumption model for prediction analysis of metro traction power consumption. Method The basic principles of grey prediction model and BP (backpropagation) neural network are introduced. Taking the traction daily electricity consumption data for a typical metro station in Tianjin in June 2021 as example, the grey correlation analysis method is used to select the influencing factors with high correlation to the daily traction power consumption of metro. Based on the GM (1,1) grey prediction model, the short-term traction daily power consumption is predicted. The selected influencing factors with high correlation, the short-term traction daily power consumption predicted by GM (1,1) grey model, and the adjacent historical traction daily power consumption data are used as input for training in BP neural network model to establish the GM-BP grey neural network model. The required short-term metro traction daily power consumption prediction data is generated. Result & Conclusion Compared with conventional GM (1,1) grey prediction model and BP neural network model, the prediction error of short-term traction daily power consumption predicted by the GM-BP grey neural network model shows significant improvement, and can be used as effective metro traction power consumption data for short-term prediction data analysis.

With unknown etiology and limited treatment options, unexplained recurrent pregnancy loss (URPL) remains a thorny problem. Ferroptosis, a newly identified type of cell death, has been shown to be crucial in the development in reproductive disorders. This study aims to explore the specific mechanism of ferroptosis in URPL and to uncover whether alpha-lipoic acid (ALA) can inhibit ferroptosis, and then exert a protective effect in URPL.

An increasing population, climate change, and diminishing natural resources present severe threats to global food security, with traditional breeding and genetic engineering methods often falling short in addressing these rapidly evolving challenges. CRISPR/Cas systems have emerged as revolutionary tools for precise genetic modifications in crops, offering significant advancements in resilience, yield, and nutritional value, particularly in staple crops like rice and maize. This review highlights the transformative potential of CRISPR/Cas technology, emphasizing recent innovations such as prime and base editing, and the development of novel CRISPR-associated proteins, which have significantly improved the specificity, efficiency, and scope of genome editing in agriculture. These advancements enable targeted genetic modifications that enhance tolerance to abiotic stresses as well as biotic stresses. Additionally, CRISPR/Cas plays a crucial role in improving crop yield and quality by enhancing photosynthetic efficiency, nutrient uptake, and resistance to lodging, while also improving taste, texture, shelf life, and nutritional content through biofortification. Despite challenges such as off-target effects, the need for more efficient delivery methods, and ethical and regulatory concerns, the review underscores the importance of CRISPR/Cas in addressing global food security and sustainability challenges. It calls for continued research and integration of CRISPR with other emerging technologies like nanotechnology, synthetic biology, and machine learning to fully realize its potential in developing resilient, productive, and sustainable agricultural systems.

Superhydrophobic nanostructured coatings are a promising technology in construction engineering. This study developed a hydrophobic film through a simple mixing method, utilizing kaolin and polytetrafluoroethylene as additive particles, 1H,1H,2H,2H-perfluoro-decyl triethoxysilane as a modifier, and epoxide resin and polyamide curing agent as adhesives. By controlling variables, it was determined that the C1P0.2EP coating immersed in a 3.5 wt% NaCl solution for 1, 3, and 7 days exhibited the maximum impedance radii of 47,373, 20,334, and 1,982 Ω·cm2, respectively. It also demonstrated the highest Bode modulus values, the largest E corr, and the smallest I corr. Furthermore, after 300 h in a salt spray chamber with a 3.5 wt% NaCl solution, the C1P0.2EP coating showed no rust spots or bubbles, demonstrating its excellent corrosion resistance. Moreover, wear resistance tests and self-cleaning experiments were conducted on the C1P0.2EP coating. The results showed that after 100 friction cycles, the surface exhibited no visible scratches, and the contact angle of the coating decreased by only 4°. Additionally, neither soil particles nor dirty water adhered to the coating, indicating that the C1P0.2EP hydrophobic coating possesses not only excellent corrosion resistance but also superior wear resistance and self-cleaning capabilities.

Spondyloarthritis (SpA) is a group of chronic inflammatory diseases which predominantly involve spine and/or peripheral joints. SpA can be disabling and seriously affect the quality of life and function of patients. With the increasing clinical use of targeted drug therapy, precise and standardized use becomes the focus. China's first Consensus on Targeted Drug Therapy for Spondyloarthritis was developed by National Clinical Research Center for Dermatologic and Immunologic Diseases using international norms for consensus development. The consensus addresses 13 important clinical questions, ranging from principles, patient eligibility, pre-treatment screening, treatment initiation, drug selection and switch, co-medication, to adverse event monitoring of targeted drug therapy in SpA, and recommends treatment for specific patients, playing a key role in guiding clinical practices.

Objective To evaluate the of quality control circle (QCC) activities in improving the implementation of “one-doctor-one-patient” in the outpatient department of ophthalmology hospital. Methods A QCC team was established to conduct QCC activities. The current situation and factors of errors in the implementation of “one-doctor-one-patient” in the outpatient department were analyzed. Targeted nursing countermeasures by using QCC management tools were carried out to establish a standard procedure of outpatient management. Results The implementation rate of “one-doctor-one-patient” in the outpatient department was increased formation 41. 67% to 91. 56% . Conclusion The QCC is an effective tool to improve the outpatient consultation process and quality of nursing service in the outpatient department of an ophthalmology hospital. To summarized the nursing of a lung cancer patient with COVID-19 treated with green nursing technology for tumors. Based on the syndrome differentiation, green nursing techniques including acupoint application Tiantu acupoint, moxibustion on Fenglong acupoint and Traditional Chinese Medicine ointment massage on Feishu acupoint were carried out, in combination with Baduanjin exercise, five-element music therapy and other routine nursing interventions. The combined application of tumor green nursing technology in the treatment of lung cancer patients with COVID-19 is conducive to improving cough-related symptoms, alleviating pain and improving patients' quality of life. To summarize the nursing of a liver cancer patient with chemotherapy-induced oral ulcer, and provide reference for clinical practice. Traditional Chinese Medicine mouthwash (30 min per time, four times a day) was administrated for relieving external heat, moistening dryness, and promoting fluid production. After using ginger slice to embrocate local skin, the moxa stick moxibustion at Zusanli and Yongquan acupoints was carried out once a day for 30 minutes each time. The patient's oral ulcer pain decreased and the ulcer surface shrank after treatment. Traditional Chinese Medicine mouthwash therapy combined with moxa stick moxibustion after embrocation using ginger is effective to relieve chemotherapy-induced oral ulcers and improve patient quality of life. Objective To explore the relationship between Helicobacter pylori (Hp) type, positive expression rate of gastric mucosal occludin and degree of gastric mucosal inflammation in children with Hp-associated gastritis. Methods Ninety children who received gastroscopy and were diagnosed with Hp-associated gastritis in our hospital from June 2018 to December 2021 were selected as the research object. The expression of serum Hp antibody in children was measured by Western blot. The strains of Hp were serotyped. The pathological changes of gastric mucosa in children were observed. The positive expression rate of gastric mucosal occludin was determined by quantitative immunohistochemistry method. The relationship between Hp strain type, positive expression rate of gastric mucosal occludin and degree of gastric mucosal inflammation was analyzed. Results The positive expression rate of gastric mucosal occludin in children infected with type Ⅰ strain was significantly lower than that in children infected with type Ⅱ strain or intermediate type strain (P0.05). There were significant differences in the degree of gastric mucosal inflammation among children infected with different Hp strains (H=18.013,P0.05). The positive expression rates of occludin in children with mild, moderate, and severe gastric mucosal inflammation were 80.0%, 35.1%, and 11.6%, respectively (χ2=19.655,P

The effect of Sn addition on age-hardening and precipitation behavior of Al-Mg-Si alloy with different Mg/Si ratios was investigated by using the hardness test and TEM characterization. The results indicate that the addition of Sn increases the number density of precipitates of the peak-aged alloy with low Mg/Si ratio, but decreases the precipitation rate of β″. Hence, the hardening rate and peak aging hardness of alloy with low Mg/Si ratio decrease by the addition of Sn. During over-aging, the high precipitate densities of Sn-added alloy improve the over aging hardness of the alloy with low Mg/Si ratio. For alloy with high Mg/Si ratio, the addition of Sn not only increases the precipitate density, but also enhances the precipitation rates of β″. Therefore, the hardening rate and peak-aging hardness of alloy with high Mg/Si ratio increase by the addition of Sn.

A series of novel 1,2,4-triazole-chalcone compounds 10a–10s were designed by molecular hybridization strategy and synthesized. The molecular structures of the novel chalcones were characterized by 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, and HRMS. The anti-proliferative activities of the novel chalcones against four cancer cell lines in vitro were examined by MTT, four tumor cell lines including human colon cancer cell SW620, human non-small cell lung cancer cell A549, human cervical cancer cell HeLa, and human breast cancer cell MCF-7. Compound 10o showed certain selectivity to SW620 cell line, and its IC50 value was 21.55 μM. 10q had good anti-proliferative activity against A549 cells with an IC50 value of 25.58 μM.

This article summarized the practice of nursing ward rounds in a patient with cancer-related pain treated with holographic scraping combined with five-tone therapy. According to the eight principles of syndrome differentiation, Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing techniques including holographic scraping and five-tone therapy were carried out to relieve the cancer-related pain and anxiety. The patient was given psychological and palliative care to improve the quality of life during the treatment. The application of the integrated ward round mode is conducive to promoting the postoperative recovery, alleviating the pain, reducing the occurrence of complications and improving the quality of life of the patient. Based on computational fluid dynamics and large-eddy simulation technologies, a numerical simulation method of a moving thunderstorm field is established by considering the impinging jet model. In addition, the influence of movement speed of the storm center and jet velocity changes on the characteristics of the wind field is presented. By drawing horizontal wind speed radial profile curves, the vertical profile curves of horizontal wind velocity, radial wind profile curves of vertical wind speed, and transient wind speed characteristics of a moving thunderstorm downburst are illustrated. The results demonstrate that the wind field of a moving thunderstorm exhibits clear asymmetric characteristics. As the height from the ground increases, the horizontal wind speed first increases and then decreases. The extreme value of the horizontal wind speed appears at the position of (0.01–0.03) Djet (where Djet is the jet spout diameter) near the ground, which is consistent with the characteristics of a static thunderstorm wind field. Simultaneously, the distribution characteristics of wind pressure on the surface of wind turbines under moving thunderstorms is further studied. By considering variations of the wind attack angle, jet velocity, and moving speed, the results of wind pressure on the tower and blades of the wind turbine are presented. The coupling of the moving speed and jet velocity has a significant influence on the wind field and pressure on the wind turbine surface.

In order to monitor the running state of the gear test-bed, find the running faults in time and effectively, and ensure the stable operation of the equipment, a state monitoring method of the gear test-bed based on digital twin is proposed. By establishing the digital twin model of the gear test-bed, the running state of the gear test-bed under normal operating conditions is simulated in real time, so as to realize the state monitoring, fault judgment and operation state prediction of the gear test-bed equipment. The comparison of the test results of the closed power flow gear test-bed shows that the digital twin simulation results of the gear test-bed are basically consistent with the test results of the gear test-bed. This technology can restore the operating conditions of the gear test-bed under normal operating conditions, so as to realize the state monitoring of the gear test-bed, and provide a new method for fault diagnosis and state monitoring.

Abstract Background Anlotinib has demonstrated encouraging clinical outcomes in the treatment of lung cancer, soft tissue sarcoma and thyroid carcinoma. Several clinical studies have shown a relationship between anlotinib treatment and the occurrence of hyperlipidemia. The fundamental mechanisms, however, are still largely unclear. Here, the effect of anlotinib on lipid metabolism in an animal model and human cancer cells was evaluated and the role of lipid metabolism in the antitumor efficacy of anlotinib was investigated. Methods The C57BL/6 J mouse model as well as A549 and H460 human lung cancer cell lines were used to examine the impact of anlotinib on lipid metabolism both in vivo and in vitro. Levels of triglycerides, high-density lipoprotein, low-density lipoprotein (LDL), and total cholesterol in serum or cell samples were determined using assay kits. The expression levels of crucial genes and proteins involved in lipid metabolism were measured by quantitative RT-PCR and Western blotting. Furthermore, exogenous LDL and knockdown of low-density lipoprotein receptor (LDLR) were used in H460 cells to investigate the relevance of lipid metabolism in the anticancer efficacy of anlotinib. Results Anlotinib caused hyperlipidemia in C57BL/6 J mice, possibly by downregulating hepatic LDLR-mediated uptake of LDL cholesterol. AMP-activated protein kinase and mammalian target of rapamycin inhibition may also be involved. Additionally, anlotinib enhanced sterol response element binding protein 1/2 nuclear accumulation as well as upregulated LDLR expression in A549 and H460 cells, which may be attributable to intracellular lipid accumulation. Knockdown of LDLR reduced intracellular cholesterol content, but interestingly, anlotinib significantly improved intracellular cholesterol accumulation in LDLR-knockdown cells. Both exogenous LDL and LDLR knockdown decreased the sensitivity of cells to anlotinib. Conclusions Anlotinib modulates host lipid metabolism through multiple pathways. Anlotinib also exerts a significant impact on lipid metabolism in cancer cells by regulating key transcription factors and metabolic enzymes. In addition, these findings suggest lipid metabolism is implicated in anlotinib sensitivity.

In the construction of intelligent teaching resources, a large number of resources are collected to meet the teaching needs, and its organisational structure, resource content and teaching quality are not fully recognised. At present, there are few studies on the performance evaluation of intelligent teaching, and the research angles are also different. Based on this, this paper constructs the application performance evaluation model of intelligent teaching resource organisation mode. Based on the simple analysis of intelligent teaching research and the development of big data mining algorithm, this paper uses data mining algorithm to realise resource mining, uses ant colony algorithm and association rules to mine information, carries out student evaluation on this basis, and uses ID3 algorithm to construct decision tree to analyse the main factors affecting teaching. Then the performance evaluation model is built, and the concept of fuzzy mathematics is introduced to realise the comprehensive evaluation based on analytic hierarchy process. Finally, simulation tests and experiments are used to analyse the effectiveness of the algorithm and the application of the model. The results show that the data mining algorithm based on association rules can mine more information and shorten the running time. The performance evaluation model based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation can be applied to the evaluation of intelligent teaching, find the shortcomings in teaching, and confirm the effectiveness of the model.

Abstract Extracellular vesicles (EVs) are nano-sized, natural, cell-derived vesicles that contain the same nucleic acids, proteins, and lipids as their source cells. Thus, they can serve as natural carriers for therapeutic agents and drugs, and have many advantages over conventional nanocarriers, including their low immunogenicity, good biocompatibility, natural blood–brain barrier penetration, and capacity for gene delivery. This review first introduces the classification of EVs and then discusses several currently popular methods for isolating and purifying EVs, EVs-mediated drug delivery, and the functionalization of EVs as carriers. Thereby, it provides new avenues for the development of EVs-based therapeutic strategies in different fields of medicine. Finally, it highlights some challenges and future perspectives with regard to the clinical application of EVs. Graphical Abstract

Objective To investigate the regulative role of FKBP10 in the progression of gastric cancer and the underlying mechanism. Methods Bioinformatics analysis was applied to detect the expression of FKBP10 in gastric cancer samples and normal samples, as well as analyze its relationship with prognosis. qRT-PCR and Western blotting were employed to measure its expression at mRNA and protein levels in gastric cancer cell lines BGC823, MGC803, SGC7901, MKN45 and AGS and human gastric epithelial cell line GES. Then colony formation and transwell assay were conducted to detect the effect of its down-regulation on the proliferation and migration of the cells. Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) analysis was used to reveal the FKBP10 involved signaling pathways, which was verified by Western blotting. Results FKBP10 was up-regulated in gastric cancer cell lines than the GES cells. Knockdown of FKBP10 by siRNA restricted the proliferative and migrative abilities of gastric cancer cells. KEGG analysis indicated that FKBP10 may be involved in the process of epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) and TGF-β played important role in the process. Western blotting showed that down-regulation of FKBP10 resulted in increased expression of epithelial related biomarkers while decreased expression of mesenchymal related biomarkers, then the expression of p-SMAD2/3 were reduced simultaneously. Conclusion FKBP10 promotes the proliferation and migration of gastric cancer via regulating EMT and TGF-β/SMAD signaling pathway.

Intelligent manufacturing requires the full use of modern information technology in traditional production scenarios, and assembly line workshops also need intelligent industrial upgrading in production management. To this end, this paper proposes a time series-based evaluation study of the state of equipment in an assembly line workshop. Through the theoretical analysis of the characteristics of assembly line workshop equipment state data, time series data mining technology is used to collect research and analysis data, which is then pre-processed. The differential autoregressive average model is used to construct the assembly line workshop equipment state evaluation model, and the simulation analysis of the assembly line workshop equipment state is carried out by combining the corresponding parameters with the research data. The data shows that the MAPE value of the ARIMA model for equipment failure is −0.0706%, which is more significant compared to the prediction effect of the traditional CNN model. In addition, the error range of the ARIMA model prediction of equipment state parameters of the assembly line workshop is 0.01~0.02. This study can accurately assess the equipment state of the assembly line workshop and lay the foundation for its intelligent transformation.

The analysis of teachers' and students' behaviors in physical education classrooms is an important way to improve the quality of physical education teaching and teaching methods, which helps teachers to check the gaps and improve the teaching level. In this paper, for the problems of data differences between multiple modalities and the conflict between feature extraction modules of different modalities, we designed a dual-stream framework HRformer algorithm based on Transformer, which unifies the skeletal modalities and video modalities in the algorithm. The relationship between skeletal and video modalities is modeled using the self-attention mechanism, and the matching and fusion of skeletal features and video data is performed to construct a behavior recognition model for teachers and students in the sports classroom based on multimodal data. Then, the model is compared with mainstream networks on the dataset to verify its performance. To conduct model application and example analysis, a university collects data on physical education classroom teachers and students for a semester. It is found that the multimodal model in this paper has a classification F1 value of 95.61%, 93.19%, and 93.74% for the three types of behavior recognition, namely, skill training (ST), game activity (GA), and rest, respectively, which are higher than the two methods of single skeletal modality and video modality. The model has the highest recognition accuracy of 97.12% and 98.15% for Game Activity (GA). Based on real physical education classroom data, the practical application of the model in physical education teaching classrooms in this paper is fruitful, and the results of behavioral recognition classification are in line with the design expectation. This study develops an effective method for classifying teacher and student behaviors in a physical education classroom. It provides a useful exploration for the integration and innovation of physical education teaching and information technology.

To explore the path of high-quality development of China’s foreign trade, this paper selects four dimensions of foreign trade foundation, foreign trade competitiveness, foreign trade performance level and foreign trade sustainability based on the characteristics of comparability and strong operability and establishes the evaluation system of foreign trade level by using the improved entropy weight TOPSIS. Based on the evaluation results, the impact of the RMB exchange rate on China’s import and export trade is explored based on the autoregressive distributed lag model, and the lagged residual term of ARDL is modified in combination with the ECM model, which is set for the import direction and export direction respectively. The impact of exchange rate level change on all three types of enterprises has a significant change process, especially for exporting foreign-funded and other types of enterprises. Among them, the coefficient LnY of the export equation for foreign-owned enterprises fluctuated between 2.1 and 2.5 in 2018, and LnReer fluctuated between -1.8 and -1.2.

This paper first investigates cognitive psychology and art design, divides cognitive memory into sensory memory, short-term memory and long-term memory according to cognitive psychology, and investigates art design's needs, psychology and creative thinking ability. Then, an art design is proposed that uses image processing technology. The first step in designing an art design using image processing technology is to use an image processing algorithm. Based on the image luminance equalization processing in art design, image fusion and wavelet noise reduction processing are carried out, and ANOVA cognitive psychology and art design experimental data are used to realize art design human-computer interaction. The results show that the analysis of the model with artistic design creative thinking variability as the dependent variable found that the R2 of the model was 0.036, and the adjusted R2 was 0.023. F=2.633, p=0.015, and the grade level had a significant effect on artistic design creative thinking variability. This study is a comprehensive and thorough cognitive psychology and art and design relationship that can contribute to development.

This paper summarized the holographic meridian scraping therapy and nursing interventions for a patient with cancer-related insomnia of heart and spleen deficiency type. Based on the acupoint selection by Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome differentiation, the holographic meridian scraping therapy and comprehensive nursing interventions including nutrition support, exercise training and psychological care were carried out to relieve insomnia symptoms and improve patient’s quality of life. Soybean (Glycine max L.) is a widely cultivated legume and an enriched source of edible oil and protein. Membrane Attack Complex/Perforin Domain-Containing Proteins (MACPFs) played significant roles in plant growth and biotic and abiotic stresses. Here, we performed a genome-wide scanning for the putative GmMACPFs and a total of 20 GmMACPFs were identified in soybean. The conserved domain and phylogenetic analysis of MACPF showed the evolutionary diversification of MACPF genes family among legumes. The GmMACPFs protein characteristics were predicted, including theoretical molecular weight (38.06 to 68.38 kDa), protein isoelectric point (6.61 to 9.41), subcellular localization (nucleus, cytoplasm or mitochondria) and various TFs binding sites. GmMACPFs are located on 12 chromosomes out of a total 20 chromosomes in soybean. The 2 kb promoter analysis revealed that GmMACPFs contains a large number of phytohormones and stress responsive cis-acting elements (CAE) and transcription factor binding sites. We explored the 3D protein structure of GmMACPFs, their posttranscriptional regulators especially abiotic stress responsive miRNAs, and the evolutionary relationship among different legumes and Arabidopsis. GmMACPFs expression pattern was retrieved from RNA-seq libraries for tissue specific and under various abiotic stresses in soybean. According to the results, GmMACPF genes exhibited spatiotemporal, tissue, development stage and abiotic stress specific expression patterns in soybean. Our RT-qPCR analysis indicates the antagonistic expression pattern between GmmiRNA-GmMACPF modules under cold, salt, drought and heat stresses. Transient over expression of GmmiRNA169o-GmMACPF-9 module in soybean hairy root and biochemical analysis showed that GmmiRNA169o-OE plants accumulated less reactive oxygen species (ROS), malondialdehyde (MDA) and accumulated higher superoxide dismutase (SOD) and peroxidase (POD) to enhance cold stress tolerance. These results enriched our knowledge of the functions of GmmiRNA169o and GmMACPF-9 and provided candidate miRNAs-GmMACPFs modules especially GmmiRNA169o for environmental stress resilient soybean breeding through genetic engineering.

This paper investigated the effect of Aupuncture with plum-blossom needling and cupping therapy in treating a case of herpes zoster after chemotherapy for lung cancer, and summarized related nursing measures. Based on the syndrome differentiation, the acupuncture with plum-blossom needling was applied to the area of herpes and the lesion, followed by the cupping therapy. The combined treatment of green nursing techniques can not only relieve the pain and discomfort symptoms caused by herpes zoster, but also improve the quality of life of the patient. Urban green spaces are vital for older people’s health. However, most studies have only focused on their relationship with single-dimensional health outcomes. This study introduced a theoretical model to explore how perceptions of green spaces influence older people’s multidimensional health, mediated by the use of these spaces. Using a literature review, interviews, and surveys, we developed and refined a measurement scale for older people’s perceptions of urban greenery. Using data from 513 seniors in Fuzhou’s urban parks, structural equation modeling was used to examine the relationships between their multidimensional health, usage, and perceptions of green spaces. The results showed that older people’s positive evaluations of green spaces, especially those with facilities, significantly increased their usage. This increased usage positively influences their physical, mental, and social health, with the most pronounced benefits for social health. The total impact of green space perception on multidimensional health was beneficial and significantly impacted social health, even though the direct impacts of quality perception on physical health and facility perception on social health were minimal. These findings enhance our understanding of the impact of green spaces on the health of older individuals and provide a theoretical basis for developing urban green spaces that maximize health advantages for older people.

Myasthenia gravis (MG) is a rare chronic autoimmune disease caused by the production of autoantibodies against the postsynaptic membrane receptors present at the neuromuscular junction. This condition is characterized by fatigue and muscle weakness, including diplopia, ptosis, and systemic impairment. Emerging evidence suggests that in addition to immune dysregulation, the pathogenesis of MG may involve mitochondrial damage and ferroptosis. Mitochondria are the primary site of energy production, and the reactive oxygen species (ROS) generated due to mitochondrial dysfunction can induce ferroptosis. Nanomedicines have been extensively employed to treat various disorders due to their modifiability and good biocompatibility, but their application in MG management has been rather limited. Nevertheless, nanodrug delivery systems that carry immunomodulatory agents, anti-oxidants, or ferroptosis inhibitors could be effective for the treatment of MG. Therefore, this review focuses on various nanoplatforms aimed at attenuating immune dysregulation, restoring mitochondrial function, and inhibiting ferroptosis that could potentially serve as promising agents for targeted MG therapy.

Abstract Bladder cancer (BCa) is one of the most common malignancies worldwide. Although multiple efforts have been made, the 5‐year survival rate of patients with BCa remains unchanged in recent years. Overexpression of the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) is found in ≈74% of BCa tissue specimens; however, current EGFR‐based targeted therapies show little benefit for BCa patients, as the EGFR downstream pathways appear to be circumvented by other receptor tyrosine kinases (RTKs). In this study, two natural products are identified, namely triptolide (TPL) and hesperidin (HSP), that target and inhibit the EGFR and its downstream PI3K/AKT pathway in BCa. To synergistically combine triptolide and hesperidin, a succinic acid linker was employed to conjugate them and formed an amphiphilic TPL‐HSP EGFR‐targeting prodrug (THE), which further self‐assembled to generate nanoparticles (THE NPs). These NPs allowed the EGFR‐targeted delivery of the triptolide and hesperidin, and simultaneous inhibition of the EGFR and PI3K/AKT both in vitro and in vivo. This study provides a promising EGFR‐targeted delivery approach with the dual inhibition of the EGFR and PI3K/AKT, while also exhibiting a high drug loading and low toxicity. Our formulation may be a suitable option to deliver natural products for BCa treatment by EGFR‐targeted therapy.

Abstract Alzheimer's disease (AD) is the most common neurodegenerative disorder worldwide. Because of the complex pathogenesis of AD and the unique location of AD lesions, effective clinical treatment strategies for this disease remain elusive. However, the development of nanotechnology has allowed a new era of AD treatment to emerge. AD nanomedicines are products of interdisciplinary research that enable high precision and targeted delivery. Additionally, they can specifically regulate various pathogenic factors. This review focuses on nanomedicines based on the pathological mechanisms of AD that can target AD lesions. We also discuss the precise regulatory effects of nanomedicines (including the nanomaterials themselves) on pathogenic proteins, neuroinflammatory molecules, and other pathogenic factors. We summarize the clinical trials that have examined new AD drugs, highlighting the development of new nanomedicines and the progress in their clinical translation. Nanotechnology‐based AD treatment is a nascent field, and a complete cure is distant at present; therefore, we also elaborate on the shortcomings of current AD nanomedicines. Finally, we discuss the prospects to guide the future development of AD nanomedicines.

To accurately characterize the different operating states of the rotor system, a modified variational mode decomposition（MVMD） combined with instantaneous energy distribution permutation entropy（IEDPE） is proposed to quantify and extract rotor fault features. The parameters of the variational mode decomposition（VMD） decomposition layer are determined using correlation threshold strategy and the MVMD algorithm is designed. Then, the acquired vibration signals are input into the MVMD for decomposition and the instantaneous energy distribution of each mode component is calculated. Finally, the IEDPE of each mode component is extracted as the fault quantization feature. Compared with MVMD+PE, EMD+IEDPE, and EEMD+IEDPE, the results show that the fault features extracted by the proposed method are more effective in characterizing significant differences between rotor fault states, allowing more accurate recognition of fault categories.

This paper summarized the nursing measures for a peritoneal dialysis patient with severe edema complicated with heart failure. The integrated treatment of nephropathy was used to relieve the fluid overload. Comprehensive nursing interventions such as dietary guidance, enhancing the patient’s awareness and practice of peritoneal dialysis were carried out. In addition, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) nursing technology including TCM enema, Chinese herbal medicine penetration, five-element music therapy were performed to improve the recovery of the patient. Objective·To study the prevalence of mouth opening restriction in oral cancer patients by meta-analysis.Methods·China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), Chinese Science and Technology Journal Database (VIP), Wanfang Data (Wanfang), Chinese BioMedical Literature Database (CBM), PubMed, Ovid, EMbase, Cochrane Library, Web of Science/SciSearch, and ClinicalTrials.gov were searched for observational studies about the prevalence rate of restricted mouth opening in oral cancer patients (including prospective, retrospective, and cross-sectional studies). The time limit for retrieval was from the database establishment to April 30th, 2022. The obtained documents were independently screened and extracted according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, and the literature quality evaluation was performed by using methodological index for non-randomized studies (MINORS). The data were combined with the mouth-opening-restricted prevalence rate as the outcome indicator, the meta-analysis was performed by using Stata 15.0 software, and the subgroup analysis was performed based on the detection time, tumor site, and tumor stage. The evidence quality of outcome indicators was evaluated by using GRADE profiler 3.6 software according to GRADE (Grading of Recommendations Assessment, Development, and Evaluation) system.Results·A total of 3 719 documents were obtained during the initial examination, and 18 documents were finally included, including 2 701 objects. The meta-analysis results showed that the total prevalence rate of mouth opening restriction in oral cancer patients was 42.7% (95%CI 27.0%‒59.1%). The results of subgroup analysis showed that the prevalence rates of mouth opening restriction in patients with oral cancer before surgery, and 3 months, 6 months and 1 year or more after surgery were 29.6% (95%CI 9.0%‒55.8%), 75.2% (95%CI 68.3%‒81.5%), 59.1% (95%CI 38.8%‒77.9%) and 22.3% (95%CI 2.0%‒54.3%), respectively. The prevalence rates of mouth opening restriction in patients with oral cancer at T1‒T2 stage and T3‒T4 stage were 38.6% (95%CI 26.0%‒52.0%) and 99.6% (95%CI 93.9%‒100.0%) respectively. The prevalence rates of mouth opening restriction in patients with oral cancer in the retromolar triangle, the gingiva, the tongue, the salivary gland, the floor of mouth and the lip were 93.1% (95%CI 68.5%‒100.0%), 68.1% (95%CI 52.9%‒81.7%), 46.1% (95%CI 11.6%‒82.7%), 26.1% (95%CI 15.9%‒37.5%), 21.9% (95%CI 0.7%‒54.0%), and 3.1% (95%CI 0‒9.3%), respectively. The GRADE system for evidence quality grading indicated that the quality of evidence for outcome indicator was extremely low.Conclusion·The total prevalence rate of mouth opening restriction in patients with oral cancer is high, nearly 50%; the patients at 3 months after surgery, at 6 months after surgery, at T3‒T4 stage or whose tumor located in the retromolar triangle have higher prevalence rates.

Indicators such as reported prevalence rate， management rate， standardized management rate， medication rate， regular medication rate and stable condition rate of patients with severe mental disorders were analyzed on a yearly basis.ResultsBy the end of 2020， there were 71 899 registered cases of severe mental disorders in Chengdu， with a reported prevalence rate of 0.34%， a standardized management rate of 95.53%， and a regular medication rate of 72.50%. This paper summarized the nursing management for a patient with gastroparesis syndrome after gastrectomy for gastric cancer treated with Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) ointment massage and acupoint application. TCM herbs for making ointment and related acupoints were selected based on the syndrome differentiation. The TCM ointment massage and acupoint application was carried out to relieve the symptoms of gastroparesis after gastrectomy and improve the recovery of gastrointestinal function. T-LAK-cell-originated protein kinase (TOPK), a novel member of the mitogen-activated protein kinase family, is considered an effective therapeutic target for skin inflammation. In this study, a series (A − D) of paeonol derivatives was designed and synthesised using a fragment growing approach, and their anti-inflammatory activities against lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced nitric oxide production in RAW264.7 cells were tested. Among them, compound B12 yielded the best results (IC50 = 2.14 μM) with low toxicity (IC50 > 50 µM). Preliminary mechanistic studies indicated that this compound could inhibit the TOPK-p38/JNK signalling pathway and phosphorylate downstream related proteins. A murine psoriasis-like skin inflammation model was used to determine its therapeutic effect.

Objective To evaluate the improvement of superficial temporal artery⁃middle cerebral artery (STA⁃MCA) bypass combined with encephalo⁃myo⁃synangiosis (EMS) on cognitive function in patients with moyamoya disease (MMD). Methods Total 37 patients with MMD treated with STA⁃MCA+EMS in Tianjin Medical University General Hospital from July 2017 to June 2020 were reviewed. Mini⁃Mental State Examination (MMSE), Auditory Verbal Learning Test (AVLT), Trail Making Test⁃A (TMT⁃A), Trail Making Test⁃B (TMT⁃B), Verbal Fluency Test (VFT) and Rey⁃Osterrieth Complex Figure Test (ROCFT) were used to evaluate overall cognitive function, memory, attention, executive function, language function and visuospatial function in all patients one week before surgery and 6 months after surgery. Results Compared with one week before surgery, the MMSE score [24 (23, 26) score vs. 25.00 (23.50, 27.00) score; Z=⁃4.201, P=0.000] and ROCFT score [28 (23, 30) score vs. 31.00 (28.50, 32.00) score; Z=⁃3.968, P=0.004] increased, while the TMT⁃A test [69.00 (56.00, 87.50) s vs. 42 (37, 48) s; Z=⁃5.144, P=0.002] and TMT⁃B test [177 (168, 190) s vs. 138 (133, 144) s; Z=⁃5.309, P=0.001] decreased at 6 months after surgery. There was no statistic difference of AVLT⁃1R (Z=⁃1.595, P=0.113), AVLT⁃5R (Z=⁃1.573, P=0.121) and VFT (Z=⁃1.616, P=0.124) before and after surgery. Conclusions STA⁃MCA+EMS can improve the overall cognitive function, attention, executive function and visuospatial ability of patients with MMD, but has no significant effect on short⁃term memory, long⁃term memory and language function, and can improve cognitive function and the quality of life.

Abstract Background Sepsis is a fatal condition commonly caused by Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) with a high death rate. Macrophages can protect the host from various microbial pathogens by recognizing and eliminating them. Earlier we found that Quaking (QKI), an RNA binding protein (RBP), was involved in differentiation and polarization of macrophages. However, the role of QKI in sepsis caused by pathogenic microbes, specifically MRSA, is unclear. This study aimed to investigate the role of QKI in regulation of host–pathogen interaction in MRSA-induced sepsis and explored the underlying mechanisms. Methods Transmission electron microscope and immunofluorescence were used to observe the autophagy level in macrophages. Real-time PCR and western blot were used to analyzed the expression of mRNA and protein respectively. The potential protein interaction was analyzed by iTRAQ mass spectrometry and Immunoprecipitation. RNA fluorescence in situ hybridization, dual-luciferase reporter assay and RNA immunoprecipitation were used to explore the mechanism of QKI regulating mRNA of PI3K-p110β. Results The mRNA level of QKI was aberrantly decreased in monocytes and PBMCs of septic patients with the increasing level of plasma procalcitonin (PCT). Then the mice with myeloid specific knockout of QKI was challenged with MRSA or Cecal Ligation and Puncture (CLP). Mice in these two models displayed higher survival rates and lower bacterial loads. Mechanistically, QKI deletion promoted phagocytosis and autophagic degradation of MRSA via activating p110β (a member of Class IA phosphoinositide 3-kinases) mediated autophagic response. QKI expression in macrophages led to the sequestration of p110β in mRNA processing (P) bodies and translational repression. Upon infection, the direct interaction of RNF6, a RING-type E3 ligase, mediated QKI ubiquitination degradation and facilitated PI3K-p110β related autophagic removal of pathogen. The administration of nanoparticles with QKI specific siRNA significantly protected mice from MRSA infection. Conclusions This study disclosed the novel function of QKI in the P body mRNA regulation during infection. QKI degradation in macrophage by RNF6 protects mice from MRSA infection via enhancing PI3K-p110β dependent autophagy. It suggested that QKI may serve as a potential theranostic marker in MRSA-induced sepsis. Graphical Abstract

Plant growth is constantly affected by biotic and abiotic stresses, which are especially expressed in plant leaves. Therefore, leaf phenotype is considered to be an important indicator of phenotypic plasticity in plants. The effects of various growth environmental factors on the final size of Arabidopsis thaliana rosette leaves and the number of leaves were analyzed in orthogonal tests using image analysis, and growth curves were estimated statistically. Finally, the optimum growth environment for A. thaliana Col-0 was determined. In this study, temperature, humidity, and light intensity were chosen as factors and studied at the three levels each (temperature: 22 °C, 25 °C, 28 °C; humidity: 50%, 65%, 80%; light intensity: 92 μmol·m−2·s−1; 184 μmol·m−2·s−1; 278 μmol·m−2·s−1). The results showed that light intensity was a major factor in the final leaf size, whereas for the number of plant leaves the most important was temperature. According to the major and minor order of environmental factors, the following scheme appeared to be optimal for A. thaliana growth: temperature 22 °C, humidity 50%, illumination intensity 184 μmol·m−2·s−1.

Objective: In order to solve the problem of inaccurate detection of alcohol accuracy due to manual "flower picking" in the segmented liquor picking process. Methods: Designed and built a segmented liquor taking system based on alcohol accuracy modeling. The research collected tuning fork frequency values, tuning fork built-in temperature values, alcohol solution temperature values and pump speed values under dynamic conditions in different modes of alcohol solutions with different concentrations, implemented adaptive tuning fork frequency filtering and dynamic compensation based on least mean square algorithm （LMS） and long short-term memory network （LSTM）, and built a liquor accuracy prediction model based on improved genetic algorithm optimized BP neural network （IGA-BP）. Results: The model outperformed the traditional genetic algorithm optimized BP neural network and BP neural network in terms of the number of iterations and prediction accuracy, and the average prediction error of the alcoholic beverages was 0.381. Conclusion: which verifies the reasonableness of the model. In order to solve the limitations of the current manual "flower picking", a method is proposed to improve the accuracy of alcohol detection in the segmented liquor taking process.

Objective To explore the clinical significance of "Olive ⁃ Tipped" technique during cerebral venous sinus stenosis stenting. Methods A total of 79 patients (including 57 patients with intracranial hypertension and 22 patients with pulsatile tinnitus) who were diagnosed with cerebral venous sinus stenosis (VSS) and underwent stenting in Department of the First Medical Center of Chinese PLA General Hospital from January 2017 to May 2021 were retrospectively collected. The characteristics of Labbe vein in patients with "Olive⁃Tipped" technique, the changes of pressure difference at both ends of stenosis before and after surgery in patients with intracranial hypertension were analyzed. The improvement of postoperative stenosis and venous reflux, the improvement of postoperative intracranial hypertension and pulsatile tinnitus, the success rate of stenting and the utilization rate of "Olive ⁃ Tipped" technique were observed. Results All the stents were successfully placed (79/79). Immediate DSA after procedure showed no venous stasis in all patients, and residual stenosis was < 30%. "Olive⁃Tipped" technique was used in 23 patients (29.11%) to assist the stent in place due to the guiding catheter and stent could not reach the predetermined position smoothly. The diameter of the confluence of Labbe vein and venous sinus in the "Olive⁃Tipped" technique group was significantly larger than that in the conventional technique group (t = 7.041, P = 0.000). The pressure difference between the two ends of venous sinus stenosis in patients with intracranial hypertension was 15.00 (11.00, 21.50) mm Hg before surgery and 1 (0, 2) mm Hg immediately after surgery, the difference was statistically significant (Z = ⁃ 6.573, P = 0.000). The tinnitus sympoms of 22 patients with pulsatile tinnitus caused by cerebral venous sinus stenosis disappeared immediately or visibly lightened. Conclusions The diameter of the confluence of Labbe vein and venous sinus can be used as an index to evaluate whether the stent is easy to implant before the surgery. The dilated Labbe vein confluence is easy to cause the guiding catheter and stent to get stuck, and the stent is difficult to be in place. The use of "Olive⁃Tipped" technique can significantly improve the success rate of the surgery.

Objective: In order to solve the problems of low automation level and low efficiency of the control system in the current automated production line of hickory shell breaking. Methods: On the basis of the existing automatic production line of hickory shell breaking, a control system of hickory shell breaking automatic production line based on PLC control technology is proposed. With PLC as the core, the control of the whole hickory shell breaking automatic production line was completed, including shell breaking machine, air separator, shell breaking separator, color sorter and other equipment. The feasibility of the method was verified by testing the prototype of a walnut with a diameter of 18~22 mm. Results: Compared with that before the control system was put into operation, after the implementation of the control system, the shell breaking rate of hickory was increased and the damage rate of walnut was reduced. For hickory with a diameter of 18~22 mm, the shell breaking rate was 100%, and the damage rate of walnut was 5.02%, meeting the production requirements. Conclusion: The control technology based on PLC meets the requirements of walnut automatic production line.

The increasing sodium salts (NaCl, NaHCO3, NaSO4 etc.) in agricultural soil is a serious global concern for sustainable agricultural production and food security. Soybean is an important food crop, and their cultivation is severely challenged by high salt concentration in soils. Classical transgenic and innovative breeding technologies are immediately needed to engineer salt tolerant soybean plants. Additionally, unfolding the molecular switches and the key components of the soybean salt tolerance network are crucial for soybean salt tolerance improvement. Here we review our understandings of the core salt stress response mechanism in soybean. Recent findings described that salt stress sensing, signalling, ionic homeostasis (Na+/K+) and osmotic stress adjustment might be important in regulating the soybean salinity stress response. We also evaluated the importance of antiporters and transporters such as Arabidopsis K+ Transporter 1 (AKT1) potassium channel and the impact of epigenetic modification on soybean salt tolerance. We also review key phytohormones, and osmo-protectants and their role in salt tolerance in soybean. In addition, we discuss the progress of omics technologies for identifying salt stress responsive molecular switches and their targeted engineering for salt tolerance in soybean. This review summarizes recent progress in soybean salt stress functional genomics and way forward for molecular breeding for developing salt-tolerant soybean plant.
