ABC analysis is an efficient and easy-to-use methodology to classify inventory based on a single or multi-criteria basis that may consist of thousands of items. The evolution of the subject is now focused on multiple criteria instead of a single criteria. The proposed approach to the multi-criteria inventory classification (MCIC) problem integrates improved version of Stepwise Weight Assessment Ratio Analysis and Voting Analytic Hierarch Process (SWARA-VAHP) and Fuzzy-C-Means. This new approach is called AHP-SWARA-FCM-RVeto and proposed in this study for the first time. The proposed model integrates SWARA-VAHP which is an improved version of AHP. By using SWARA-VAHP, minimum information from experts will be sufficient. Also incorporating FCM will allow users to make clustering based on figures but also gives the flexibility to assign members between different clusters by using membership values. A real life example is used to show the application of the proposed model. In the real-life example, the main advantage of compliance with the Pareto principle of the proposed method is shown.

То, что разрушение окружающей среды, возникшее с началом промышленной революции, несет угрозу в будущем, заставляет правительства беспокоиться. Целью данного исследования является повышение осведомленности о зеленом финансировании и представление политики продвижения зеленого финансирования в Турции. В этой связи обсуждаются взгляды, выработанные в академическом мире в отношении концепций устойчивого развития и зеленого финансирования, и упоминаются результаты текущих исследований, отраженные в литературе. This study aims to raise awareness of green finance and present policies for promoting green finance in Turkey by presenting a framework of studies on the subject. In this regard, the perspectives produced in the academic world on the concepts of sustainable development and green finance are discussed, and the findings of current studies in the literature are mentioned. Suggestions regarding the steps to expand green finance are concerned, and policies to be followed are included., Sanayi devriminin başlangıcı ile birlikte hissedilir derecede ortaya çıkan çevresel tahribatın ileride dünyayı getireceği nokta hükümetleri endişeye sevk etmektedir. Tahribatın giderilmesi ve yaşanabilir bir dünyanın sağlanması için çevreye duyarlı projelerin desteklenmesi benimsenmiştir. Sürdürülebilir kalkınmanın sağlanabilmesi için hemen hemen her sektörde çevreye duyarlı bir çerçeve geliştirilmiştir. Buna paralel olarak, finans sektöründe de bir değişim ve gelişim yaşanmıştır ve bunların tümü yeşil finansman başlığı altında toplanmıştır. Bu çalışmanın amacı, yeşil finansman konusunun farkındalığını artırmak ve konuyla ilgili çalışmaların bir çerçevesini sunarak Türkiye’de yeşil finansmanın teşviki için politikalar sunmaktır. Bu hususta, sürdürülebilir kalkınma ve yeşil finansman kavramlarına karşı akademik dünyada üretilen bakış açıları ele alınarak, literatürde yer alan güncel çalışmaların bulgularına değinilmiştir. Yeşil finansmanın yaygınlaştırılabilmesi için atılması gereken adımlara ilişkin öneriler tartışılmış ve takip edilmesi gereken politikalara yer verilmiştir.

Bu çalışma, Brezilya, Hindistan, Endonezya, Güney Afrika ve Türkiye'den 2.619 halka açık imalat firmasının verilerini kullanarak 2010-2020 döneminde entelektüel sermaye ile firma performansı arasındaki ilişkiyi incelemektedir. Çalışmanın literatüre ilk katkısı, gelişmiş ülkelere ait veriler yerine, gelişmekte olan ülkeler arasında en hassas ekonomiler olan “kırılgan beşli” ülkelerinin verilerinin kullanılmasıdır. İkinci olarak, entelektüel sermaye yoğun oldukları sezgisel olarak anlaşılabilecek bankacılık, teknoloji ve hizmetler gibi sektörler yerine fiziksel ve finansal sermaye yoğun olarak bilinen imalat sektörü firmaları incelenmektedir. Son olarak ise verinin özelliğine en uygun ekonometrik yöntem tespit edilerek uygulanmaktadır. Çalışmanın bulguları, kullanılan sermaye etkinliğinin, tüm ülkelerde firma performansı üzerinde pozitif bir etkiye sahip olduğunu göstermektedir. Entelektüel sermayenin önemli bir bileşeni olan beşeri sermaye etkinliğine ilişkin sonuçlar, gelişmekte olan ülkelerde beşeri sermayenin halen önemsenmediğini ve beşeri sermayeye gerekli yatırım yapılmadığından firma performansı üzerindeki etkisinin gözlemlenemediğini işaret etmektedir. Entelektüel sermayenin yapısal sermaye bileşeninin ise gelişmekte olan ülkelerde farkına varılan ve yatırım yapılan bir unsur olduğu gözlemlenmektedir., This study investigates the relationship between intellectual capital and firm performance in the period of 2010-2020 using the data of 2.619 listed manufacturing firms from Brasil, India, Indonesia, South Africa, and Turkey. The first contribution of the study to the literature is the use of data from “fragile five” countries, which are the most delicate economies among developing countries, rather than the data from developed countries. Secondly, instead of sectors such as banking, technology, and services, which can be understood intuitively as being intellectual capital intensive, the manufacturing sector firms, which are known as physical and financial capital intensive, are examined. Finally, the most appropriate econometric method for the characteristics of the data is determined and applied. The findings of the study show that the capital employed efficiency has a positive effect on firm performance in all countries. The results regarding human capital efficiency, which is an important component of intellectual capital, point out that human capital is still underestimated in developing countries, and its effect on firm performance cannot be observed due to the lack of necessary investment in human capital. It is observed that the structural capital component of intellectual capital is an element that has been recognized and invested in developing countries.

Lisansüstü tezlerin elektronik ortamda toplanması, düzenlenmesi ve erişime açılması konusuna ilişkin yök'ün 18.06.2018 tarihli yönergesine istinaden artık bu tarihten sonra gizlilik şartı aranmayan bütün tezler erişime açılacaktır. Amaç: Farmasötik formülasyon ve ilaçlarda bulunan Atorvastatin'in miktarsal olarak tayini için reaktif olarak quinalizarin yardımıyla yük transfer kompleksi oluşturarak ekstraksiyona gerek kalmaksızın spektrofotometrik yöntem geliştirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Gereç ve Yöntem: Atorvastatin ve reaktif olarak kullanılan Quinalizarin ile metanol ortamında oda şartlarında 573 nm dalgaboyunda maksimum absorbans veren mavi renkli yük transfer kompleksi oluşturulmuştur. Reaksiyonu etkileyecek farklı değişkenler optimize edilmiş ve çalışılmıştır. Bulgular: Atorvastatin'in kantitatif tayininde; oluşturulan yük transfer kompleksinin çok yoğun bir renk vermesi, maksimum renk gelişiminin sağlanması için ve en uygun koşulları oluşturmak için denemeler yapılmıştır. Yöntemin geliştirilmesi ve incelenmesi için; çözücü yapısı etkisinin değerlendirilmesi, reaktif konsantrasyonunun etkisinin araştırılması ve reaksiyonu tamamlamak için gereken sürenin belirlenmesi ve reaksiyonun stokiyometrisinin değerlendirilmesi gibi süreçler takip edildi. Sonuç: Önerilen yöntem aynı zamanda; sadece bir çözücü içindeki, atorvastatin ile quinalizarin arasındaki yük transfer reaksiyonu olma avantajına sahiptir ve aynı zamanda geliştirilebilir olma özelliği vardır. Linearitesi, 10-100 µg/mL aralığında kalibrasyon doğrusu elde edilmiş, tespit ve nicelendirme sınırları, sırasıyla 1,49 g/mL ve 4,98 g/mL olarak hesaplanmıştır. Bu nedenle, önerilen yük transfer kompleksi reaksiyonu, kalite kontrol laboratuarlarında atorvastatinin rutin analizlerinde pratik ve ekonomiktir Aim: In order to determine the amount of atorvastatin found in pharmaceutical formulations and drugs, it is aimed to develop a spectrophotometric method without the need for extraction by forming a charge transfer complex with the help of quinalizarin as a reagent. Material and Method: A blue-colored charge transfer complex with maximal absorbance at 573 nm was generated in the room environment in the presence of kinetics with methanol. Different variables that affect the reaction have been optimized and studied. Results: In quantitative determination of atorvastatin; Experiments were conducted to provide the most favorable conditions to ensure a very dense color and maximum color development of the generated charge transfer complex. For the development and analysis of the method; The process of evaluating the effect of the solvent structure, studying the effect of the reagent concentration and evaluating the time required to complete the reaction and the stoichiometry of the reaction were followed. Conclusion: The proposed method is also; it has the advantage of being the charge transfer reaction between atorvastatin and quinalizarin in a solvent only and can be improved. The linearity of the calibration line was obtained between 10-100 g / mL, and the detection and quantification limits were calculated as 1,49 µg/mL and 4,98 µg/mL, respectively. YÖK Tez No: 586015 Bu çalışmada stok yönetimi ve sipariş miktarlarının planlanması için bir karar verme metodolojisi önerilmiştir. Önerilen metodolojinin ilk aşamasında, Lolli ve diğerleri, (2014) tarafından yapılan çalışmada önerilen AHP-K ve AHP-K-Veto yönteminin tez kapsamında geliştirilip önerilen AHP-BCO-RVeto metodu ile ABC analizi yapılmıştır. Literatürde, Çok Kısıtlı Stok Sınıflaması problemlerinde kullanılan Analitik Hiyerarşi Prosesi(AHP) yöntemini kullanan, AHP-K ve AHP-K-Veto metotlarının sınıf sayılarını göz önüne almama başta olmak üzere eksik yanları önerilen metodoloji sayesinde geliştirilmiştir. Bu metodoloji Bulanık-C-Ortalamalar(BCO) kullanımı sebebiyle AHP-BCO-RVeto metodu olarak adlandırılmıştır. AHP-BCO-RVeto sınıflama sonuçlarının diğer metotlara olan performans karşılaştırmaları yapılmış ve daha iyi performans gösterdiği kanıtlanmıştır. Sınıflama aşamasının ardından gri tahminlemeyi (GT) de kullanan karma bir tahminleme yöntemi ile ileriye yönelik veriler tahmin edilmiştir. Söz konusu karma tahminleme sisteminde, poisson regresyon (PR) ve destek vektör makinaları (DVM) ile GT birlikte kullanılmıştır. Üç tahmin yönteminin kullanılması sayesinde, her yöntemin ayrı ayrı kullanılmasına oranla daha iyi sonuçlar verdiği kanıtlanmıştır. Öte yandan, GT'nin önemli bir avantajı olan az sayıdaki veriden tahmin gerçekleştirme sayesinde, az sayıdaki veri ile tahminler gerçekleştirmek mümkün olmuştur. Elde edilen bu tahminler son aşamada parçacık sürü algoritması kullanılarak yakın optimum sipariş miktarları tespit edilmesi için kullanılmıştır. Bu verilerin göz önüne alındığı noktada birim maliyet ve benzeri maliyet kalemlerinin en etkin şekilde tahmin edilmesi ve dolayısıyla ileriye yönelik alınan kararların en etkin olarak verilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Son aşamada, bu çalışmada önerilen karar metodolojisi ticari ürün satışı yapan bir şirketten alınan verilerle oluşturulan gerçek bir uygulamada kullanılmış ve mevcut duruma göre avantajları özetlenmiştir. In this study, the goal is to propose a new decision making methodology is proposed for inventory management and order quantity planning. In the first phase of the proposed methodology, a revised version of the AHP-K-Veto (Lolli et al., 2014) is used for the ABC analysis. In the literature, AHP-K-Veto method is used for the classificication for the area of Multiple Criteria Inventory Classification (MCIC) is improved mainly in the areas such as neglecting class sizes. So an improved version named AHP-BCO-RVeto which used Fuzzy-C-Means for classification is proposed in the thesis. Newly proposed algorithm named ABC-BCO-RVeto is shown to perform better compared to other alternative algorithms. In the second phase of proposed methodology the goal is to make the decisions in the most efficient way, datas such as demand and unit price are predicted. Grey forecasting, poisson regression and support vector machines are used in a hybrid method to make a reliable prediction. The performance is evelauated and showed superior performance by using these three metohds in a hybrid-merhod compared to sole methods used for prediction. Thanks to the the best advantage of the grey prediction is the ability to be used with very few datas which prevents any problems when very low datas are available, such perdiction became available with very few datas. The predicted values are used to determine the optimum values to maximise the profit by using Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO) Algoritms. The phase aims to have the most accurate predictions so that decision for the upcoming periods is performed in the most efficient way possible. In the last phase, data from a company that sells commercial products are solved with the proposed methodology and its advantages with the current status are given.

Today, with the liberalization of international capital flows, the free orientation of savings and funds to the capital markets that will generate the highest return has made different financial markets interactive. After the most recent 2008 global financial crisis, fluctuations in stock markets brought discussions on the international finance structure. This study examines the volatility spillover from China and Russia stock markets to Turkish stock market. In this context, the period between January 1, 2009 and August 9, 2017 is examined with daily data, and the dynamic conditional correlation multivariate GARCH (DCC-MGARCH) model is applied. Stock market price index data of all three countries (BIST, SHANGAI, RTS) is used for modelling. Results indicate the presence of volatility spillover from China and Russia stock markets to Turkish stock market., Uluslararası sermaye akımlarının serbestleştirilmesi ile birlikte günümüzde, tasarruf ve fonların en yüksek getiriyi sağlayacak sermaye piyasalarına serbestçe yönelmesi, farklı finansal piyasaları birbiriyle etkileşimli hale getirmiştir. En son gerçekleşen 2008 küresel finans krizi sonrasında, hisse senedi piyasalarında yaşanan dalgalanmalar uluslararası finansal yapıya yönelik tartışmaları da beraberinde getirmiştir. Modelleme için her üç ülkenin hisse senedi piyasası fiyat endeksi (BIST, SHANGAI, RTS) verileri kullanılmıştır. Sonuçlar, Çin ve Rusya hisse senedi piyasalarından Türkiye hisse senedi piyasasına doğru oynaklık yayılımının varlığını işaret etmektedir.

The COVID-19 pandemic has struck all life, global economy, and financial markets. It stopped airline transportation in Europe and many regions of the world for a certain period as well as affecting many businesses negatively. In this process, naturally, excessive losses occurred in stock markets. Airline stocks were among the most affected by this situation. From this point of view, this study analyzes 38 airline stocks traded in the stock markets of 14 European countries with “the event study methodology”. The main purpose is to compare the reaction of the airline stocks traded in the stock markets of these countries to the pandemic and to determine whether a statistically significant cumulative average abnormal return is provided from them. Accordingly, event windows are determined as short and long windows within the scope of the event study. The findings show that a statistically significant cumulative average abnormal returns for airline stocks in all countries occurred in the -50 +50 event window. Besides, in short event windows around the pandemic announcement on March 11, which is accepted as the event date in this study, airline stocks in some countries respond to the pandemic significantly, while others do not. Avrupa’da ve dünyanın birçok bölgesindeki çoğu işletmeyi olumsuz etkilediği gibi havayolu taşımacılığını da belirli bir süre durdurdu. Bu süreçte doğal olarak borsalarda aşırı kayıplar yaşandı. Bu durumdan en çok etkilenenler arasında havayolu pay senetleri de bulunuyordu. Bu açıdan bakıldığında, çalışma 14 Avrupa ülkesinin borsalarında işlem gören 38 havayolu hissesini “olay çalışması metodolojisi” ile analiz etmektedir. Temel amaç, bu ülkelerin borsalarında işlem gören havayolu hisse senetlerinin pandemiye tepkisini karşılaştırmak ve bunların istatistiksel olarak anlamlı kümülatif ortalama anormal getiri sağlayıp sağlamadığını belirlemektir. Buna göre olay pencereleri, olay çalışması kapsamında kısa ve uzun pencereler olarak belirlenmiştir. Bulgular, -50 +50 olay penceresinde tüm ülkelerdeki havayolu hisse senetleri için istatistiksel olarak anlamlı kümülatif ortalama anormal getirilerin gerçekleştiğini göstermektedir. Ayrıca, bu çalışmada olay tarihi olarak kabul edilen 11 Mart salgın duyurusunun etrafındaki kısa olay pencerelerinde, bazı ülkelerdeki havayolu pay senetleri pandemiye önemli ölçüde tepki verirken bazıları vermemektedir.

Günümüzde henüz kullanımı yeni olan ve literatürde çok fazla kaynak teşkil etmeyen psikolojik tacizkavramı, gerek örgüt gerekse bireylerin çalışmalarında performanslarını etkileyen önemli biretmendir. Psikolojik tacizin kavramsal olarak iyi bir şekilde anlaşılması, nedenlerinin ortayakonulması ve etkilerinin bertaraf edilmesi kamu kurum ve kuruluşları, işletmeler ve örgütler içinönem arz etmektedir. Son yıllarda ülkemizde uluslar arası literatürden daha sonra başlamakla birliktegittikçe artan bilinç ve buna paralel olarak artan akademik çalışmalar psikolojik taciz olgusununoldukça kritik bir çalışma hayatı problemlerinden biri olduğunu ortaya çıkarmıştır. Ülkemiz çalışmahayatında her ne kadar kara Avrupası ve Anglo-sakson ülkeler kadar erken dönem çalışmalarına konuolmasa da son yıllarda giderek artan psikolojik taciz(mobbing) algısının kamu personel mevzuatıaçısından incelenerek eksikliklerin giderilmesine yönelik önerilerin sunulması amaçlanmaktadır. The concept of mobbing, which is still in use today and does not constitute much resources in the literature, is an important factor affecting the performance of both organizations and individuals in their work.Understanding mobbing in a conceptually good way, revealing its causes and eliminating its effects are important for public institutions and organizations, businesses and organizations.In recent years, increasing consciousness and increasing academic studies in our country, which started later than international literature, and in parallel with increasing academic studies have revealed that the phenomenon of psychological harassment is one of the critical working life problems removed.Although our country is not the subject of early studies in the working life of land Europe and Anglo-Saxon countries, the perception of psychological harassment (mobbing) in recent years has been examined in terms of public personnel legislation and the shortcomings proposals for elimination. 113

Business environment, which is considered as volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous (VUCA), big savings can be achieved with efficient inventory management. Effective implementation and management of inventory management system is vital for a company’s success. The success of such implementation not only affects the profit but also customer satisfaction. The goal of this chapter is to summarize the challenges faced and propose a framework to overcome these challanges.

Bu çalışmada, kurumsal yönetişim kalitesi ve hisse senedi getirileriarasındaki bağlantı sorgulanmakta olup, Türkiye’deki önde gelen hisse senedipiyasa endeksleri ile kurumsal yönetişim arasındaki muhtemel bir ilişkiyiortaya çıkarmaya yönelik olarak endeks getirileri ile kurumsal yönetişimendeksi getirilerini basit piyasa modeli kullanılarak ilişkilendirmeye çalışannispeten farklı bir yaklaşım ortaya konulmuştur. Bununla birlikte, piyasaportföylerinin nispi etkinlik düzeylerinin, kurumsal yönetişim endeksineverdikleri tepkiler doğrultusunda karşılaştırılması amaçlanmıştır. Budoğrultuda, Kurumsal Yönetişim Endeksi’nin yanı sıra Borsa İstanbul’daki üçpiyasa endeksi - BİST 30, BİST 100 ve BİST TÜM - incelenmiş olup, En Küçük Kareler (EKK) ve Çok DeğişkenliUyumlu Regresyon Uzanımları (MARS) teknikleri kullanılarak söz konusu piyasaendeksi getirileri ile Kurumsal Yönetişim Endeksi getirileri arasındakiilişkiler modellenmiştir. Elde edilen bulgular, piyasa endeks getirileri ileKurumsal Yönetişim Endeksi getirileri arasında pozitif ve anlamlı bir ilişkiolduğunu göstermiş ve BİST 100 portföyünün BİST 30 ve BİST TÜM endeksportföylerine kıyasla daha etkin bir portföy olarak değerlendirilebileceğinedair bazı kanıtlar ortaya koymuştur., This paper is intended to argue the connection between corporategovernance quality and stock returns and aimed to present a slightly differentapproach to capturing relationship between the fundamental stock market indexesand corporate governance in Turkey by relating the major index returns to thecorporate governance index returns through a simple market model. Moreover, itis also aimed to compare relative efficiencies of the market portfoliosincluded to one another according to their reactional behaviors against thecorporate governance index. For this purpose, three market indexes in BorsaIstanbul, namely BIST 30, BIST 100 and BIST ALL as well as the CorporateGovernance Index (CGI) have been considered and analyzed. The returns on eachof these three market indexes are regressed on the returns of the corporategovernance index through the Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) and MultivariateAdaptive Regression Splines (MARS) techniques. Our findings suggest that themarket index returns are positively correlated with the corporate governanceindex returns and provide some evidence supporting the conclusion that the BIST100 index can be considered to be relatively efficient as compared to BIST 30and BIST ALL.

In this study, tri generation system which is one of the in place energy generation methods is analyzed thermodynamically by using EES (Engineering Equation Solve) software. The electricity capacity, exergy losses, and exergy efficiency was calculated which of the case study of consuming of 1000 m3 natural gas. In the pre-determined conditions, it is calculated that a trigeneration system which consumes 1000 m3 of natural gas per month has a capacity of generating the electrical energy of 3.018 kW, heating capacity of 10.12 kW and cooling capacity of 6.574 kW. It is calculated that such a trigeneration system which has such capacities of production has a thermal efficiency of 24%, COP of 0.68 and total exergy loss of 8.49 kW. The total loss of exergy at each system component has a percentage of; 28% at the boiler, 24% at the condenser I, 14% at the absorber, 12% at the generator 11% at the condenser II, 11% at the evaporator and 2% at the turbine respectively. These results that are obtained have shown resemblance with the results that have been published previously., Bu çalışmada, yerinde enerji üretimi yöntemlerinden olan trijenerasyon sisteminin EES (Engineering Equation Solve) yazılımı kullanılarak enerji ve ekserji analizi yapılmıştır. Tasarlanan trijenerasyon sisteminde aylık 1000 m3 doğal gaz kullanılması durumu için sistemin üretim kapasiteleri, ekserji yıkımları ve her bir elemanın ekserji verimleri hesap edilmiştir. Belirlenen çalışma şartlarında aylık 1000 m3 doğal gaz tüketen trijenerasyon sisteminin elektrik üretimi 3.018 kW, ısıtma kapasitesi 10.12 kW ve soğutma kapasitesi 6.574 kW olduğu hesap edilmiştir. Bu kapasitelerde üretim yapabilen trijenerasyon sisteminin ısıl verimin %24, COP’nin 0.68 ve toplam ekserji yokoluşunun 8.49 kW olduğu belirlenmiştir. Sistemin elemanlarının toplam yok olan ekserjideki payının sırasıyla kazanda %28, kondenser I’de %24, absorberde %14, generatörde %12, kondenser II’de %11 evaporatörde %9 ve türbinde %2 olduğu hesap edilmiştir. Elde edilen bu sonuçların literatürdeki benzer hesaplamalarda elde edilen bulgulara yakın olduğu belirlenmiştir.

Amaç: IVF tedavisi gören GnRH antagonisti protokolü ile kontrollü ovaryan stimülasyon uygulanan hastalarda OHSS riski nedeniyle dual trigger uygulanan hastaların standart hCG tetiklemesi yapılan hastaların oosit sayısı, MII oosit sayısı, gebelik ve doğum sonuçları açısından karşılaştırılması amaçlanmıştır. Gereç ve yöntemler: Çalışma için Nisan 2014-Mart 2017 tarihleri arasında İnönü Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Turgut Özal Tıp Merkezi Kadın Hastalıkları ve Doğum Anabilim Dalı Reprodüktif Endokrinoloji ve İnfertilite Bilim Dalına başvuran ve GnRH antagonist protokol ile standart kontrollü ovaryan stimulasyon (KOS) ve dual trigger ile final oosit maturasyonu sağlanan ve ardından ICSI prosedürü uygulanan tüm hastaların tıbbi dosyaları retrospektif olarak tarandı. Çalışma grubu OHSS riski nedeniyle dual trigger ile son oosit maturasyon tetiklemesi yapılan 40 hastadan oluşturulurken, kontrol grubu ise VKI, yaş (20-40) ve elde edilen oosit sayıları (5-20) açısından eşleştirilmiş standart trigger (10000 IU uhCG veya 500μgr rhCG ile) uygulanan 80 hastadan oluşturuldu. İki grup oosit sayısı, MII oosit sayısı, gebelik ve doğum sayıları açısından karşılaştırıldı. Bulgular: Hastaların, yaş, kilo, boy, VKI, evlilik süresi, daha önceden gebelik varlığı, daha önceden paritesi olanların sayısı, daha önceden yaşayan çocuğu olanların sayısı, daha önceden abortus öyküsü olanların sayısı, sigara içenlerin sayısı, infertilite süresi, bazal LH, bazal E2, Prolaktin, TSH, İnfertilite sebepleri, hCG dozu, kullanılan toplam gonadotropin, hCG günü endometrium kalınlığı açısından istatiksel olarak anlamlı bir fark yoktu. Elde edilen oosit sayısı, MII oosit sayısı OHSS riski nedeniyle dual trigger uygulanan grupta, kontrol grubuna göre istatiksel olarak anlamlı düzeyde yüksek saptandı. Elde edilen gebelik sayısı, doğum yapan hasta sayısı açısından istatiksel olarak her iki grup arasında anlamlı bir fark bulunmadı. Sonuç: IVF tedavisi gören GnRH antagonisti döngüsünde OHSS riski nedeniyle dual trigger uygulanan hastalardan elde edilen oosit sayısı ve MII oosit sayısı standart hCG tetiklemesi yapılan hastalara göre fazla olmasına rağmen, elde edilen gebelik sayısı ve doğum sayısı açısından anlamlı bir fark bulunmadı. Bu çalışmanın sonuçlarını değerlendirebilmek için geniş hasta grubu içeren prospektif çalışmalara ihtiyaç duyulmaktadır. Objective: The aim of this study was to compare the oocyte count, metaphase II oocyte count, pregnancy and delivery results of patients who underwent standard hCG or induction with dual trigger patients undergoing ovarian stimulation due to OHSS risk in the GnRH antagonist protocol with IVF treatment. Materials and methods: For this trial, all medical files of patients who admitted to İnönü University, Turgut Özal Medical Center Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility Department scanned. Patients who carried risk of OHSS stimuled with GnRH antagonist and received dual trigger(hCG + GnRHa) for final oocyte maturation enrolled as study group while the control group consisted of a paired standard trigger (10000 IU uhCG or 500 μgr rhCG) for age (20-40) and obtained oocyte counts 500 μgr recombinant hCG). Two groups were compared regarding oocyte count, MII oocyte count, pregnancy and birth outcomes. Results: There was no significant difference between two groups in terms of age, weight, height, BMI, duration of marriage, presence of previous pregnancy, number of previous parities, number of pre-existing children, number of previous abortus stories, number of smokers, duration of infertility, LH, E2, prolactin, TSH levels, infertility causes, and hCG dose endometrium thickness reach statistical significance. The number of oocytes obtained was significantly higher in the dual trigger group compared to the control group and MII oocyte. There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in terms of number of pregnancies and number of deliveries. Conclusion: Although the number of oocytes and MII oocytes higher in dual trigger the standard hCG triggered patients, there was no significant difference regarding pregnancy ratio and number of deliveries. More prospective studies involving large patient groups are needed to evaluate the results of this study. 62

Finansal krizlerin şirket sermaye yapıları üzerindeki etkilerinin araştırıldığı çalışmada, 1989-2012 dönemini kapsayan geniş bir veri seti kullanılmıştır. Tüm örneklem yanında şirket büyüklüğüne ve büyüme fırsatlarına göre gruplandırılan örneklemler üzerinde analizler yapılmıştır. Statik ve dinamik modeller kullanılarak farklı tahminciler ile yapılan analizler sonucunda sistem GMM tahmincisi ve daraltılmış araç değişkenler kullanılarak elde edilen sonuçların daha tutarlı olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır. Krizlerin etkisinin yanında kârlılık, şirket büyüklüğü, büyüme fırsatları, varlık yapısı (maddilik) ve sektör kaldıraç medyanının, kaldıraç oranları üzerindeki etkisi incelenmiştir. 1994 ve 2001 krizlerinin kaldıraç oranları üzerinde kalıcı etkisi gözlemlenirken 2008 krizinin geçici etkisi gözlemlenmiştir. Her üç finansal krizin de küçük şirketlerden çok büyük şirketleri etkilediği görülmüştür. 1994 ve 2008 krizlerinde düşük büyüme fırsatlarına sahip şirketlerin, 2001 krizinde ise yüksek büyüme fırsatlarına sahip şirketlerin daha çok etkilendiği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.Tüm örneklem için yapılan analizlerde piyasa kaldıraç oranlarınını ayarlama hızları, defter kaldıraç oranlarınınkinden daha yüksek tespit edilmiştir. Defter kaldıraç oranı ayarlama hızı, zaman içinde hemen hemen değişmezken piyasa kaldıraç oranı ve uzun vadeli kaldıraç oranlarının her ikisinin zaman içinde daha yüksek ayarlama hızlarına ulaştığı görülmektedir. Ayrıca büyük şirketlerin, defter ve piyasa kaldıraç oranlarını, küçük şirketlere göre çok daha hızlı ayarladıkları söylenebilir. 1998-2004 alt döneminde, genel olarak, düşük büyüme fırsatlarına sahip şirketlerin ayarlama hızları daha yüksekken 2005-2012 alt döneminde yüksek büyüme fırsatlarına sahip şirketlerin ayarlama hızları daha yüksek tespit edilmiştir. A broad data set which covers 1989-2012 period was used to investigate the effects of financial crisis on capital structures of firms. In addition to whole sample, analyses were made with samples which were classified according to firm size and growth opportunities. Static and dynamic models and different estimators have been applied. It was found that the results which were gained from the system GMM estimator and collapsed instrumental variables are more consistent. Besides the effects of financial crises, the effects of profitability, firm size, growth opportunities, asset structure (tangibility) and industry median on leverage ratios have been examined. It has been found that while the effects of 1994 and 2001 crises were permanent, the effects of 2008 crisis were temporary. All three crises affected big firms more than small firms. Firms with the low growth opportunities during 1994 and 2008 crises and firms with the high growth opportunities during 2001 crisis were affected more. Adjustment speeds for market leverage ratios were found higher than adjustment speeds for book leverage ratios in the whole sample. It has been concluded that adjustment speed of book leverage ratio remains stable, while market leverage ratio and both of the long term leverage ratios reach to higher adjustment speeds over time. Additionally, big firms adjust their book and market leverage ratios faster than small firms. While the adjustment speeds of the firms with low growth opportunities are faster in 1998-2004 sub-period, the adjustment speeds of the firms with high growth opportunities are faster in 2005-2012 sub-period. 337

Overbooking is an approach used mainly in service enterprises which have no availability of using the unused capacity for the future needs, such as airlines, hotels, hospitals. In this study, our goal is to offer a hybrid dynamic model which will balance the benefits and losses that occur in the short and long term during the overbooking practices. Aforementioned hybrid model is developed to balance the losses which are occured from cancellations or no-shows that cause idle capacity and short term gains obtained by overbooking in order to reduce these losses as well as the long term effects and costs of customer dissatisfaction to be appeared related to these decisions. When similar studies in the national and international literature are examined, it will be seen that a hybrid dynamic model to balance the benefits and losses of overbooking in the short and long term is proposed for the first time. In this study after the introduction of the proposed model and its algorithm and logic, comparison is made between two basic models and the proposed model. Then related advantages of the proposed method are given., Kapasite üzeri rezervasyon, değerlendirilememiş kapasitesini stoklama imkanı olmayan oteller, havayolu şirketleri ya da hastane işletmeleri gibi hizmet kuruluşlarında kapasite kullanım oranını arttırmayı amaçlayan bir yaklaşımdır. Bu çalışmanın amacı kapasite üzeri rezervasyon uygulamalarında kısa vadeli kazanımlar ile uzun vadeli olumsuz etkileri dengeleyecek karma dinamik bir model önermektir. Söz konusu karma model, kapasitenin boş kalmasına yol açan rezervasyon iptali ya da gerçekleşmemesi ve bunu telafi etmek için yapılan kapasitenin üzerinde rezervasyon alınması gibi kısa vadeli kazanımlar ve maliyetlerin yanı sıra bu kararlara bağlı olarak ortaya çıkabilecek müşteri memnuniyetsizliğinin uzun vadeli etkilerinin ve maliyetlerinin dengelenmesi için geliştirilmiştir. Literatürdeki ulusal ve uluslararası çalışmalar incelendiğinde kapasite üzeri rezervasyonun kısa ve uzun vadeli kazanım ve kayıplarını dengeleyecek bir karma dinamik modelin ilk kez bu çalışmada önerildiği görülecektir. Önerilen bu modelin algoritmasının ve çalışma mantığının tanıtılmasının ardından, karma dinamik modele temel teşkil eden iki alternatif modele göre kıyaslama yapılmış ve her iki modele göre avantajları gösterilmiştir.

Amaç: HSK'lı uygun hasta gruplarında, Doksorubisin yüklü mikrosiferler ileTAKE tedavisinin etkinliğini değerlendirmek ve diğer tedavi yöntemleriylekarşılaştırmaktır.Gereç ve Yöntem: Çalışmaya, daha önce HSK tanısı almış, Şubat 2007-Nisan2010 tarihleri arasında DC Bead ile kemoembolizasyon tedavisi uygulanan 39'u erkek,6'sı kadın, toplam 45 hasta dahil edildi. Hastaların ortalama yaşı 59,7 (min: 14, max:77) idi. Hastaların, işlem öncesi standart prosüdürlerden sonra abdominal aortografileri,selektif çölyak ve SMA anjiyografileri yapılarak selektif veya süperselektif olarak DCBead ile embolizasyon işlemleri yapıldı. Hasta takipleri ve tedavi etkinliği RECISTkriterlerine uygun olarak yapıldı ve değerlendirildi.Bulgular: Kümülatif sağkalım oranları 3 ay, 6 ay, 1 yıl, 2 yıl ve 3 yıl içinsırasıyla % 97,4, % 94,7, % 74,5, % 61,8 ve % 39,7 olarak saptandı. Tümör boyutuna,Child-Pugh sınıflamasına, etiyolojik etkene, Okuda ve Barcelona Evreleme Sistemlerinegöre yapılan gruplandırmada, gruplar arasında sağkalım sürelerinde anlamlı farklılıklarsaptandı. Hastalardan en uzun yaşayan 40. ayda takipte olup, en kısa yaşam süresi 1aydı. İşlem başarısı % 100 olarak gerçekleşti. Hiçbir hastada hayatı tehdit edenkomplikasyon gelişmedi.Sonuç: Uygun hastalarda, DC Bead TAKE tedavisi, yaşam süresine vekalitesine olumlu katkıları olan, yan etkisi oldukça az, hastalar tarafından kolay tolereedilebilen etkili bir tedavi yöntemi olup, geleneksel TAKE'ye üstündür.Anahtar Kelimeler: Hepatosellüler Karsinom, DC Bead, TransarteriyelKemoembolizasyon Purpose: The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficiency of transarterial(TACE) with doxorubicin delivery embolotherapy microspheres and compare with theother treatment methods at suitable patient groups with HCC.Materials and Methods: From february 2007 to april 2010, 45 patients (36men, 9 women) with HCC who were treated by DC Bead chemoembolization wereincluded to this study. The mean age of the patients were 59,7 (min:14 max:77). Theabdominal aortagraphy, selective celiac and SMA angiographies were performed andand DC Bead embolization was done as selective and superselective after the standardprocedures before the treatment. Patient follow-up and treatment efficacy wasperformed and evaluated to RECIST criteria.Results: The cumulative survival rates are established for 3 months, 6 months, 1year and 3 years as 97.4%, 94.7%, 74.5%, 61.% and 39.7% respectively. The patientswere grouped according to tumor size, etiologic factor, Child classification, Okuda andBarcelona Stagings and significant differences were determined between the groups.The longest living patient is on 40th month and still at follow up. The shortest survivaltime was 1 month. The procedural success was 100%. None of the patients developedlife-threatening complications.Conclusion: DC Bead TACE is a kind of treatment which is easily tolerable bypatients, has positive effects to survival time and life expectancy and has very few sideeffects. Çalışmanın amacı, bütçesel katılımın öncüllerinin, sonuçlarının ve bütçesel katılım ile iş tatmini arasındaki ilişkide rol belirsizliğinin ara değişken etkisinin incelenmesidir. Çalışmada kullanılan veri, İstanbul Büyükşehir Belediyesi şirketlerinde çalışan 194 orta seviye yöneticiden oluşan örneklemden elde edilmiştir.Faktör analizi sonucu, iş tatmininin, içsel iş tatmini ve dışsal iş tatmini olarak adlandırılan iki boyutu olduğunu göstermiştir. Bunun yanı sıra, uygulanan regresyon analizi sonucu, rol belirsizliğinin, bütçesel katılım ile içsel iş tatmini arasındaki ilişkide kısmi ara değişken olduğunu; ayrıca bütçesel katılım ile dışsal iş tatmini arasındaki ilişkide ise tam ara değişken etkisine sahip olduğunu göstermiştir. The aim of the study is to examine antecedents and consequences of budgetary participation and intervening variable effect of role ambiguity on the relationship between budgetary participation and job satisfaction. The data used in this study were acquired from the sample consisting 194 middle level managers who work in Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality? companies.The result of factor analysis has indicated that two dimensions of job satisfaction namely intrinsic job satisfaction and extrinsic job satisfaction. Besides, result of applied regression analysis has shown that role ambiguity is partial intervening variable in the relationship between budgetary participation and intrinsic job satisfaction and furthermore it is complete intervening variable in the relationship between budgetary participation and extrinsic job satisfaction. 117

Bu araştırmanın amacı; Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı'nın ilköğretim kurumlarına yönetici seçiminde kullandığı atama yönetmeliklerinin değerlendirilmesidir.Öncelikle okul yöneticisinin kim olduğundan başlanarak, iyi bir okul yöneticisinin hangi özellikleri taşıması gerektiği belirtilecek ve okul yöneticilerinin nasıl yetiştirilmesi gerektiğine değinilecek. Ayrıca Mili Eğitim Şuralarında okul yöneticileriyle ilgili olarak yapılmak istenen düzenlemeler üzerinde durularak bu konuda alınan kararlar belirtilecektir. Daha sonra ise Bakanlığın çıkardığı yönetmeliklerin incelenmesine geçilecektir.Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı çeşitli zamanlarda yönetmelikler çıkararak kurumların yönetici ihtiyacını karşılamaya çalışmaktadır. Zaman içerisinde çıkarılan yönetmelikler arasında büyük değişiklikler vardır. Bakanlığın ilk yönetici atama yönetmeliklerinde adaylarda aranılan özellikler, günümüze gelindiğinde farklılaşmıştır.İlk çıkarılan yönetmeliklerde yönetici adaylarında aranılan nitelikler fazla değildi, yönetici olmak için öğretmen olmak yeterli bir özellik olarak görülmekteydi. Ancak daha sonra çıkartılan atama yönetmeliklerinde durum biraz değişmiş ve okul yöneticisi olmak isteyenlerde aranan özellikler biraz daha artmıştır.Son zamanlarda çıkan yönetmeliklerde, yönetici adaylarının kariyer ve liyakate uygun bir şekilde atamasının yapılması amaçlanmış ve sahip olduğu yüksek lisans ve doktora eğitimi, aldığı ödüller vb. gibi daha birçok kriter atamalarda adaya öncelik sağlayacak şekilde düzenlenmiştir.Yönetici atama yönetmeliklerindeki bu değişmelere rağmen yinede herkes tarafından kabul gören yönetmelikler hazırlanamamıştır. Bu yönetmeliklerden bazılarında atanma kriteri olarak, yönetici atamaya yönelik sınavda başarılı olma şartı aranmış bazılarında ise subjektif kriterlerle yöneticiler atanmıştır. Sınav sistemiyle atama yapılmasına da itirazlar olmuş ve bazıları sınavla müdür mü olunur? Demişlerdir. Ayrıca objektif değerlendirmeye dayanmayan birçok yönetmelik mahkemeler tarafından iptal edilmiştir.İşte bu araştırmamızda 1961 tarihinden itibaren çıkartılan eğitim kurumlarına yönetici atama yönetmeliklerinin arasındaki farkları belirteceğiz ve bu yönetmeliklerin arasından nasıl ideal atama yönetmeliği çıkartılabilir bunu belirlemeye çalışacağız. Ayrıca mahkemeler tarafından iptal edilen ve yürütmesi durdurulan yönetmeliklerin gerekçelerini de burada göstereceğiz. The aim of this research is to evaulate the appointment regulations that the Ministry of Education uses in the administrator election of primary schools.The primary discussion will be based on who the administrator is, and what qualities that a good administrators should have, how the school administrator should have, how the school administrators should be trained. Moreover, in National Education Councils, the decisions that are made about the regulations of school ministers will be clarified. Then, the regulations passed by the Ministry will be examined.The Ministry of Education tries to meet the deficit of administrators by passing new regulations. However there are many differences among these new regulations. When it comes to our days, the qualities required in the first appointment regulations are changed.In the first regulations, the qualities that candidate should have were not many being a teacher was seen as an adequate quality. However, in the later regulations this code has changed; the qualities required for an administrator candidate has increased.In the latest regulations, it is arranged that an administrator candidate should be appointed with regarding his/her career, his/her post graduate and doctoral studies or his/her rewards which will ensure a priority to the candidate.Despite these changes in the administrator appointment regulations, they aren?t accepted by the majority. In some of these regulations, it is accepted as a criteria that the administrator candidate should pass the appointment exam, however; according to some of them the subjective criteria define the condition of appointment.There were so many rejections against the appointments that are resulted by the exams. Some people even said that the exams were not enough to elect an administrator.Moreover, so many regulations that didn?t lead to objektive evaluations, were cancelled by the court.Finally, in this research we are going to define the variety of appointment regulations that have passed since 1961 and we are going to try how an ideal appointment regulation should be passed among these present regulations. We olso give the reasons why the previous regulations were cancelled or stopped by the court. 210

Küreselleşen dünyamızda ülkeler ve kıtalararası ulaşımın önemi gittikçe artmakta vedaha ekonomik olması nedeniyle deniz taşımacılığı tercih edilmektedir. Ancak diğerulaştırma sistemlerine göre çok ekonomik olan deniz taşımacılığı, denizlerde meydanagelen bazı problemleri de beraberinde getirmektedir. Deniz taşımacılığı ve taşımacılıkkaynaklı atıklar denizlerdeki toplam kirliliğin %20 sini oluşturmaktadır.Gemi kaynaklı deniz kirlenmesi, gemilerin rutin faaliyetlerinden ve kaza sonucuoluşur. Rutin faaliyetler sonucu oluşan kirlenmede, gemiler uluslararası kurallarauymaksızın atıklarını denizlere boşaltmaktadır. Kaza sonucu oluşan kirlenmede tanker vetehlikeli yük taşıyan gemilerin deniz çevresinde oluşturduğu kirlilik önemli problemleryaratmaktadır. Gemi kaynaklı kirleticiler deniz canlılarına zarar vermekte, insan sağlığınıdolaylı olarak etkilemekte, denizlerin çeşitli amaçlar için kullanım olanaklarınısınırlamaktadır.Bu çalışma ile, gemilerden kaynaklanan kirlenme çeşitleri, oluşum tipleri, sintinebalast ve evsel nitelikli atık sulardan kaynaklanan kirlenmenin tanımlanması, çözümönerileri, çevresel etkileri, ulusal ve uluslararası hukuk açısından değerlendirilmesi ortayakoyulmuştur. Ayrıca Trabzon Limanının atık kabul tesisleri ayrıntılı olarak incelenmiş vebu tesislerin uluslararası standartlarda ve Gemilerden Atık Alınması ve Atıkların KontrolüYönetmeliği'nde verilen Atık Kabul Tesisleri Yeterlik Kriterlerini sağlamadığıbelirlenmiştir. Yine çalışma kapsamında, Trabzon Limanına gelen gemilerden alınansintine suyu örneklerinde, pH, çözünmüş oksijen, askıda katı madde, yağ ve gres ilekimyasal oksijen ihtiyacı değerlerinin sırasıyla, 7.21-7.88, 4.10-4.50 mg/L, 0.5-21.80 g/L,6-17 g/L ve 688-700 mg/L arasında değiştiği belirlenmiştir. In the global world of today, the importance of connection between countries andcontinents is increasing and transportation by sea is preferred due to economical reasons,because it is very cheap with respect to other transportations systems. However, seatransportation causes some problems also. Sea pollution caused by the sea transportation isabout 20% of the total sea pollution.Sea pollution by ships are caused by daily activities and accidents. In daily activities,ships are unloading their churns without suiting international rules. Sea pollution byaccidents of tankers and ships with dangerous loads causes important problems. Seapollution by ships damages sea life, which effects human health indirectly, in addition itrestricts usage of sea for different purposes.In this study, pollution caused by ships, types of formation, definition of pollutioncaused by waste waters of bilge ballast and domestic usage, solution proposals,environmental effects, interpretations according to national and international law areexposed. In addition, Wasting Receiving Plants of Trabzon Port have been giveninvestigated in detailed and determined not to have capacity of Wasting Receiving Plantsas given in international standards and regulations of wasting control and getting wastingfrom ships. In this working, in the sample of bilge which was taken from ships in TrabzonPort was determined to vary ph, dissolved oxygen, suspended solid material, oil-grease oiland chemical oxygen requirement as in turn 7.21-7.88, 4.10-4.50 mg/L, 0.5-21.80 g/L,6-17 g/L and 688-700 mg/L. 74

In spite of the social pressure of the men upon women, their struggles to impose their own ideas to women, and overcoming any reactions put forward by women by using violent force, and although all these affected Woolf s psychological situation in a very bad way, they all served her to produce her great works in terms of literature. In her three novels, Mrs.Dalloway, The Waves, and To The Lighthouse, which were focused on in this study, there is a sense of dissolution. Many characters are the real copies of the individuals of the society which Woolf criticizes harshly. Except for disappointments and the inevitable result, death, there is nothing waiting for the other characters who are struggling to create new values for both themselves and all the humanity. While the novels are being analysed, first Woolf s own expressions, and then the ideas of various writers and critics are taken into consideration. The points that are accepted as criticising the society were tried to be explained. Virginia Woolf is really a remarkable writer whose works should be read and understood in every age, and doubtless to say, who will give many horizons and useful values to people. 100

Günümüzde toplumlar bir çok sorunla uğraşmak zorunda kalmaktadır. Bu sorunların bir çoğu insanlarımızın bilgisizliği yani iyi bir eğitim düzeyine sahip olmamasından kaynaklanır.İnsan ve insanın doğal çevresi arasında ilişki kuran, ona içerisinde yaşadığı çevreyi tanıtan coğrafya dersleri okullarımızda gerektiği yerde değildir. İnsanlarımızın gözünde coğrafya dersleri önemli bir ders olarak görülmemektedir. Milli Eğitimin hazırladığı programlarda coğrafya ders saatlerinin azaltılması ve coğrafya derslerinin liselerin birinci sınıfı dışında seçmeli ders olarak okutulması nedeniyle öğrenciler de, coğrafya derslerini fazla önemli bir ders olarak görmemektedir.Toplumsal sorunlardan olan; sel, depremler, erozyon, heyelanlar, çarpık kentleşme, yanlış arazi kullanımı gibi bir çok sorunla ilgili bilgiler coğrafya ders kitaplarında bulunmaktadır. Bu bilgileri öğrencilerimiz coğrafya dersleri sırasında iyi bir şekilde öğrenmedikleri taktirde ilerideki yaşamlarında içerisinde yaşadıkları doğal çevrenin özelliklerine aykırı olarak hareket etmekte ve bu aykırı hareketler bizim yaşamımızı oldukça zorlaştırmaktadır. İnsanlar öğrenimleri sırasında coğrafya dersinin öğrettiklerini öğrenip hayatında uygulamazsa bir çok doğal felaketin insan yaşamını olumsuz etkilemesi kaçınılmazdır. Yaşamda insan, sorunsuz bir şekilde yaşamak istiyorsa bu dünyanın kurallarını da öğrenmek zorundadır. Ancak orta öğretim kurumlarında öğrencilerin coğrafya derslerini pek fazla sevmemesi ve öğrenmeye istekli olmamaları nedeniyle toplumlar bir çok sorunla uğraşmaktadır. Ayrıca coğrafya derslerinin ilgi çeken bir ders olabilmesi için çeşitli araçların kullanımı ile ders görselleştirilmeli ve böylelikle kalıcılığı arttırılmalıdır.Nowadays societies still have to struggle with many problems, and nearly all of these problems arise from ignorance of people.In schools geography lessons which set up a relation between human and its natural environment haven't got the position it deserves. People do not give importance to geography lessons. The other reasons of considering geography as a trivial lesson are the reduction of the hours of geography lessons in the curriculums prepared by Ministery of National Education and acceptance of it as an optional lesson except the first degrees of high schools. Because of these reasons students all agree thet geography knowledge is unimportant.The knowledge of social problems such as flood, erosion, landslide, deformity of urban centralization and unproductive usage of land is available in geography textbooks. Since the students are reluctant to learn this knowledge during the lessons, in the future they behave contrary to the qualities of natural environment in which they survive and these awkward behaviours make our life more and more difficult.It is inevitable that people prevent the bad effects of many natural disasters unless they learn the knowledge of geography. If we want to live far from the problems we have to learn the rules of the world. But societies are still face to face a lot of problems because of the unwillingness of students to geography lessons in primary schools.In the teaching process of geography lessons it must be taught in the relation with daily life and students should feel that they need the knowledge of geography. We can only cope with this problem in this way.In addition, for making this lesson interesting some means of teaching such as visualition should be used and permanence of the knowledge should be increased with the help of teaching devices.

These factors have an enormous importance in today’s highly competitive environment. So it is quite important to have an efficient supply chain. Supply chain has three major components. These are distribution management, inventory management and location selection. In these components related mathematical models have been developed. After the theoritical sections related with these models, two applications for improving performance of the supply chain have been done in the final section. The first one is about the performance evaluation of the current sales forecast technique used by the production planning and selection of an alternate technique due to its insensitivity. The second one is about the determinaton of safety stock and reorder point of a chemical called as s.m. used for a product called as 200 ml susp.. An AGV is an unmanned vehicle capable of following an external guidance signal to deliver a unit load from destination to destination. Nowadays, there are a lot of applications lies along service sector to industrial sector because of flexibilities of AGVs. In this study, these subjects have been examined that in the Army Aviation Depot Maintenance where aircraft's and aircraft parts can be maintained and overhauled is an application fields of AGV, required AGV numbers and AGV routing. AGV routing problem and traveling sales person (TSP) problem is an identical problem. The AGV routing problem is formulated as a zero one integer program. Examples are presented to demonstrate the approach and LINGO has been used to solve the example. Bu tez çalışmasında, yerinde enerji üretimi yöntemlerinden olan trijenerasyon sisteminin termodinamik analizi yapılmış ve sistemin Isparta şartlarında bir binada kullanılması durumu incelenmiştir. Doğal gaz kullanarak binanın elektrik enerjisi, ısıtma ve soğutma ihtiyacının karşılanması amacıyla belirlenen çalışma şartları altında sistem performansı ortaya konulmuştur. Belirlenen çalışma şartlarında aylık 1000 m3 doğal gaz tüketen trijenerasyon sisteminin elektrik üretimi 3.018 kW, ısıtma kapasitesi 10.12 kW ve soğutma kapasitesi 6.574 kW olduğu hesap edilmiştir. Bu kapasitelerde üretim yapabilen trijenerasyon sisteminin ısıl verimin %24, COP’nin 0.68 ve toplam ekserji yokoluşunun 8.49 kW olduğu belirlenmiştir. Sistemin elemanlarının toplam yok olan ekserjideki payının sırasıyla kazanda % 28, kondenser I’de % 24, absorberde % 14, generatörde % 12, kondenser II’de % 11 evoparatörde % 9 ve türbinde % 2 olduğu hesap edilmiştir. Elde edilen bu sonuçların literatürdeki benzer hesaplamalarda elde edilen bulgulara yakın olduğu belirlenmiştir. Isparta merkez de yer alan bina da ısıtma için tüketilen doğal gaz verileri tedarikçi firmadan alınmış ve tüketilen doğal gazın tasarlanan trijenerasyon sisteminde kullanılması ile üretilebilecek elektrik enerjisi, ısıtma ve soğutma kapasiteleri hesap edilmiştir. 2014 – 2016 yılları arasında doğal gaz tüketim verilerine ulaşılabilinen toplam 17 ay için yapılan hesaplarda, ısıtma ihtiyacının 9 ay, elektrik ihtiyacının ise 10 ay için sistem tarafından karşılanabildiği gözlemlenmiştir. To meet the building’s electrical energy, heating and cooling demands, the system performance under the pre-determined conditions is introduced. In the pre-determined conditions, it is calculated that a trigeneration system which consumes 1000m3 of natural gas per month has a capacity of generating electrical energy of 3.018kW, heating capacity of 10.12kW and cooling capacity of 6.574kW. It is calculated that such a trigeneration system which has such capacities of production has a thermal efficiency of 24%, COP of 0.68 and total exergy loss of 8.49 kW. The total loss of exergy at each system component has a percentage of; 28% at the boiler, 24% at the condenser I, 4% at the absorber, 12% at the generator 11% at the condenser II, 11% at the evaporator and 2% at the turbine respectively. These results that are obtained have shown resemblance with the results that have been published previously. The data that shows the demand of a building which is located at the city center of Isparta have been acquired from the supplier, and by using the obtained amount of natural gas in the system, the electrical energy generation, heating and cooling capacities have been calculated. The calculations that have been performed for 17 months, which is the number of months that the data of the natural gas consumption is acquired in the period of 2014-2016, and the system is able to meet the heating and electricity demands in 9 and 10 months out of the total 17 months respectively. In the empirical study, the structure of Turkey’s economy between the period of 1998-2012 and the impact of the global crisis on the economy has been investigated using data from the Central Bank. In the study, it is assumed that the effects of the economic crisis will reflect on the country's Gross Domestic Product as a result. Firstly, using the quarterly GDP data a model of analysis was set for the entire period. Then, in order to determine the impact on the economic structure of the global crisis, the period was divided into two parts. As a result of the study, a structural change in Turkey’s economy has been seen on the basis of the global economic crisis of the 2008. Thus, Turkey's economy has been affected by the global economic crisis not as a temporarily change but a structural change. This study proposes an integrated Decision Support System (DSS) with Multi-Criteria Decision-Making (MCDM) to evaluate trainers in organizations and choose the most suitable one(s) for a training program. The clustering stage determines the most appropriate number of trainees to be assigned to a trainer. The proposed model also considers the training budget and the constraint limiting the number of assignments. The proposed model has three stages: Delphi, the Interval-Valued Neutrosophic Analytic Hierarchy Process (IVN-AHP), and Fuzzy C-Means (FCM). The model’s input is expert opinions on various criteria, the candidate assessment score, and the bi-comparison of agreed criteria. Outputs are weights, and the members of each cluster represent possible candidates. We present a case study to demonstrate the applicability of the proposed DSS in a training program assessment.
