Aiming at further promoting the multi-mode terminal’s transmission performance and service continuity,a multi-access selection mechanism for multi-mode terminals which exploits the multi-radio transmission diversity of the heterogeneous wireless networks for accessing multiple networks simultaneously and executing parallel transmission was designed.The mechanism applied exponential smoothing method to process the measured parameters;used state transition models to manage access selection strategies of terminal’s multiple network interface cards;adopted utility functions to dynamically balance terminal’s power consumption and transmission speed.Simulation results demonstrate the decrease of unnecessary re-selections,the enhancement of transmission energy efficiency under the premise of the guarantee of terminal’s power consumption and throughput compared with the traditional switched access selection.

Four new oleanene-type triterpenoid saponins together with six known saponins were isolated from the roots of Pulsatilla cernua and their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic data, including 2D NMR spectra and chemical evidence. Among these one of the aglycones (gypsogenin) is reported for the first time from this genus. Some of these compounds showed significant neuroprotective effects against the cytotoxicity induced by β-amyloid25–35 (Aβ25–35) on human neuroblastoma SH-SY5Y cells.

Research was conducted on the growth performance and nutritional quality of Chinese mitten crabs (Eriocheir sinensis) during a 62-day growing period in a symbiotic coculture comprising rice and crab. Culture experiments were conducted in three rice fields of equal size (996 m2). On days 0 (July 15, D0), 15 (July 30, D15), 31 (August 15, D31), 46 (August 30, D46), and 62 (September 2, D62), tissue samples of 50 female E. sinensis were collected randomly from each rice field. The results showed that the serum growth hormone (GH) content and muscle ecdysone receptor (EcR) mRNA expression levels were higher in the D31 and D46 groups; the content of serum 20-hydroxyecdysone (20-HE) and the mRNA expression levels of retinoid X receptor (RXR), insulin-like growth factor 2 (IGF2), and chitinase (CHI) reached the maximum in the D31 group. Muscle crude protein content gradually increased; hepatopancreas crude protein and crude lipid content began to decrease after reaching the maximum value in the D0 and D15 groups, respectively; the contents of crude protein and crude lipid in the ovary significantly increased in the D46 and D62 groups (P

As compulsory content for orthopedic graduate students, total knee arthroplasty (TKA) is characterized by requirements of surgical accuracy and so is difficult to train since there is limited opportunity for young surgical trainees especially design of surgical operation and long term training to get experience. Traditional teaching of TKA for graduates is embarrassed by these barriers. Recent years, new techniques such as robotic-arm assisted surgery and 3D-printing technology have been extensively used in clinical training. For example the hybrid model with combined surgical design in virtue of robotic system and vivid simulation produced by 3D-printing for training. This paper reviewed is current situation in this field and evaluated the feasibility in clinical application
