Agaricus bisporus (bottom mushroom) constitutes an important part of mushroom cultivation in Türkiye. Recently, there has been increasing interest in the cultivation of exotic and medicinal mushrooms such as oyster mushroom (Pleurotus spp.), Shiitake (Lentinula edodes) and Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum). Plastic bag system is widely used in the cultivation of exotic and medicinal mushrooms in Türkiye. Bottle culture is a cultivation technique in bottles made of autoclave heat resistant, polypropylene-like materials. The substrate used in mushroom cultivation is filled into these bottles and sterilized. The formation of the fruit body is provided in these bottles after the inoculating of spawn. Bottle culture cultivation in Türkiye is not carried out by the private sector. However, in Far East Countries such as China, Japan and South Korea, bottle cultivation is widely practiced. Recently, bottle cultivation has started in some European Union countries and the USA too. Many mushroom species such as Pleurotus species (Pleurotus eryngii, Pleurotus ostreatus), Hypsizygus tessulatus, Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum), Maitake (Grifolia frondosa), Enoki (Flammulina velutipes) and Lion’s mane (Hericium erinaceus) can be cultivated in this system. Bottle culture is mechanized system and requires less labor. A faster mycelia development may be obtained in the substrate since it allows the use of liquid mycelium. Mechanized systems are also used for cleaning and washing bottles. Bottle culture technology was transferred to Türkiye via the cooperation agreement with Gyeongsangbuk-Do Agricultural Research and Extension services in South Korea. We think that with the common use of bottle culture, the industrial production of exotic and medicinal mushrooms will develop very quickly in Türkiye., Türkiye’de mantar yetiştiriciliğinin önemli bir kısmını Agaricus bisporus kültür mantarı oluşturmaktadır. Son zamanlarda kayın mantarı (Pleurotus spp.), Shiitake mantarı (Lentinula edodes) ve Reishi mantarı (Ganoderma lucidum) gibi egzotik ve tıbbi mantarların yetiştiriciliğine olan ilgi artmaktadır. Türkiye’de egzotik ve tıbbi mantarların yetiştiriciliğinde yaygın olarak plastik torba sistemi kullanılmaktadır. Şişe kültürü, otoklav ısısına dayanıklı, polipropilen benzeri materyallerden yapılmış şişelerde yapılan bir yetiştirme tekniğidir. Mantar yetiştiriciliğinde kullanılan substrat bu şişelere doldurulmakta ve sterilize edilmektedir. Tohumluk misel ekimi yapıldıktan sonra mantar oluşumu bu şişelerde sağlanmaktadır. Türkiye’de şişe kültüründe yetiştiricilik özel sektör bazında henüz yapılmamaktadır. Çin, Japonya ve Güney Kore gibi Uzakdoğu ülkelerinde ise şişe kültüründe yetiştiricilik yaygın olarak yapılmaktadır. Son zamanlarda, Bazı Avrupa Birliği ülkelerinde ve ABD’de de şişe kültüründe yetiştiricilik yapılmaya başlanmıştır. Bu sistemle Pleurotus mantarı türleri (Pleurotus eryngii, Pleurotus ostreatus vb.) Hypsizygus tessulatus, Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum), Maitake mantarı (Grifolia frondosa), Enoki mantarı (Flammulina velutipes) ve Aslan yelesi (Hericium erinaceus) gibi birçok mantar yetiştiriciliği yapılabilmektedir. Şişe kültürü mekanize sistem olup, daha az işçilik gerektirir. Sıvı misel kullanımına olanak verdiğinden, daha hızlı bir misel sarımı gerçekleşir. Şişelerin boşaltılması ve temizlenmesinde de mekanize sistemler kullanılmaktadır. Güney Kore’de bulunan Gyeongsangbuk-Do Tarımsal Araştırma ve Yayım Hizmetleri ile yapılan işbirliği anlaşması çerçevesinde, şişe kültüründe mantar yetiştiriciliği Güney Kore’de incelenmiş ve şişe kültürü teknolojisi ülkemize transfer edilmiştir. Şişe kültürünün kullanımının yaygınlaşmasıyla Türkiye’de egzotik ve tıbbi mantarların endüstriyel üretiminin çok hızlı bir şekilde gelişeceğini düşünmekteyiz.

High atmosphere temperature is the most significant environmental factor and its negative impact on plant growth and productivity causes large losses in agricultural production. Fourteen tomato genotypes (G1;U64-16, G2;U4-10, G3;U2-29, G4;U117-2 G5; CLN1621L, G6; BL1176, G7; CLN2418A, G8; BL1175, G9; BL1173, G10; CLN2001A, G11; CLN2413R, G12; CL5915-93D4-1-0-3, G13; BL1174, and G14; CLN2498E) were evaluated at three temperature conditions. Three field experiment was carried out at optimum (OT, 28/21°C day/night), moderate high temperature (MHT, 32/22°C day/night) and high temperature (HT, 37/27°C day/night) conditions. Fruit set rate (Fr.S), number of produced pollen grains per flower (P.Pr), number of released pollen per flower (P.R), percentage of viable pollen (P.Via), in vitro pollen germination (P.Ger), number of seed per fruit (S./Fr), aborted fruit rate (A.Fr), fruit weight (Fr.We), fruit length (Fr.Len), fruit diameter (Fr.Dia) and seed germination (S.Ger) were scored. The temperature damage threshold was determined for the mentioned properties. The temperature slightly over the OT reduced the pollen characteristics, Fr.S and S./Fr.The results revealed that the P.R, P.Pr and P.Ger were the most important factors to determine the fruit set under for the temperatures above the optimum and could be used in breeding programs aiming to obtain better fruit set under HT. The P.Pr and P.R were readily affected by the increase in temperature compared to P.Ger and P.Via. The damage threshold temperature was 43.9 °C for P.Ger and 45.9 °C for P.Via.

Pleurotus eryngii kompleks türleri, Umbelliferae ve Compositea familyalarına ait bazı bitki türlerinin kök ve gövde atıklarında zayıf parazit veya fakültatif mutualistik olarak yaşamaktadırlar. Türkiye’nin farklı bölgelerinde doğal olarak bulunabilmekte ve Kulacık, kulakçık, çaşır, çakşır, çaşur, kinkor, kevçir, heliz, mantıka, mantuka ve göbelek gibi yöresel isimlerle adlandırılmaktadır. Bu çalışma 2009-2016 yılları arasında yürütülmüştür. Türkiye’nin farklı lokasyonlarından toplam 200 adet Pleurotus eryngii kompleks türlerine ait örnekler toplanmıştır. Toplanan örneklerin morfolojik özellikleri ve mikroskobik özellikleri belirlenmiştir. Toplanan mantarlar, Erynginum campestre L., Ferula communis var. communis, Heracleum antasiaticum Maden, Ferula orientalis L. Prangos ferulacea Lindl., Prangos uechtritzii Boiss et. Hausskn ile ilişkilidir. Toplanan taze mantarların dokularından 104 izolat elde edilmiş ve 80 adet spor izi alınmıştır. İzolatlar, spor izleri ve kurutulmuş mantar örnekleri, mantar gen bankasında saklanmıştır. Ayrıca, toplam 112 izolat ve 25 kuru mantar örneğinin, moleküler analizi yapılmıştır. EF-1α ve RPB2 genlerinin kısmi sekansları Pleurotus eryngii kompleks türleri arasındaki filogenetik ilişkiyi yorumlamak için kullanılmıştır. Türkiye’deki Pleurotus eryngii türleri altı gruptan oluşmuştur. Eryngii, ferulae, nebrodensis yanında, üç yeni takson ilk kez tanımlanmıştır. Bu çalışma ile son olarak, 28 izolatın misel gelişim performansları, farklı sıcaklıklarda test edilmiştir. K16 ve K7 en hızlı gelişime, K123 ve K121 en yavaş misel gelişimine sahip olmuşlardır., Pleurotus eryngii species complex grow as a weak parasites or facultative mutualistic on the root and stem residues of plants belonging Umbelliferae and Compositea families. They can be found naturally in different regions of Turkey and are called local names such as Kulacık, kulakçık, çaşır, çakşır, çaşur, kinkor, kevçir, heliz, mantıka, mantuka and göbelek. This study was carried out between 2009-2016. Total 200 samples belonging Pleurotus eryngii species complex were collected from different locations of Turkey. The morphological characteristics and microscopic features of the collected samples were determined. Collected mushrooms were associated with Erynginum campestre L., Ferula communis var. communis, Heracleum antasiaticum Maden, Ferula orientalis L., Prangos ferulacea Lindl., Prangos uechtritzii Boiss et. Hausskn. 104 isolates were obtained from the tissues of the collected fresh mushrooms and 80 spore prints were obtained. Isolates, spore prints and specimens were preserved in the mushroom gene bank. In addition, molecular analysis was applied to a total of 112 isolates and 25 specimens. The partial sequences of the EF-1α and RPB2 genes were used to interpret the phylogenetic relationship of the Pleurotus eryngii complex species. Turkish Pleurotus eryngii species complex was divided into six groups. In addition to eryngii, ferulae and nebrodensis, three new taxa were identified first time. Finally, mycelial growth performances of 28 isolates were tested at different temperatures. K16 and K7 had the fastest mycelial growth, whereas K123 and K121 had the slowest.

World mushroom production in 2017 is 10 million 242 thousand tons and 76.7% of the production is done in China and Turkey covers the 0.4% of the world mushroom production. China, the Netherlands, Italy and South Korea are important countries of the 724.672.000 US dollar world fresh mushrooms export sector (except the agaricus cultivar) in 2017 Turkey with a 6.1 million fresh mushroom exports volume has a 0.8% share. World's fresh mushrooms import (excluding agaricus mushrooms) were around 749 million dollars in 2017 with 12.8% by Germany, 9.6% by France, 9.2% by Italy and 8.6% was performed by Japan. Exports of dried mushrooms (excluding agaricus mushrooms) which were 1.4 billion dollars in 2013 were around 2.3 billion dollars in 2017. China, the world's largest mushroom producer and exporter country, is the most important country that covers the 90.7% of the world dried mushroom export in 2017.In 2017, value of the world imports of dried mushrooms (excluding agaricus cultivars) were around 514 million dollars from 19.3% by Hong Kong, 14.2% by Thailand, 11.2% were realized by Japan. Çoğunlukla Avrupa ülkeleri ve Japonya tarafından talep edilen doğal mantarlar ülkemize önemli döviz girdisi sağlayabilecek hem yenilenebilir ve hem de sürdürülebilir bir kaynak olarak görülmelidir.

Amaç Atrial fibrilasyonda trombüs oluşumunun en sık olduğu yer sol atrial apendiksdir (SAA). Bu çalışmada amacımız paroksismal atrial fibrilasyonu (PAF) olup strok geçiren ve geçirmeyen hastalarda SAA fonksiyonlarını ortaya çıkarmaktı.Gereç ve YöntemlerStrok nedeni ile veya atrial septal defekt, patent foramen ovale şüphesi ile transözefagial ekokardiyografi yapılan 74 hasta çalışmaya alındı. Background Left atrial appendage closure (LAAC) is an effective alternative to oral anticoagulation (OA) for the prevention of stroke in patients with non-valvular atrial fibrillation (NVAF). Objective To present the immediate results and late outcomes of patients submitted to LAAC and included in the Brazilian Registry of Percutaneous Left Atrial Appendage Closure. Methods 91 patients with NVAF, high stroke risk (CHA2DS2VASc score = 4.5 ± 1.5) and restrictions to OAC (HAS-BLED score = 3.6 ± 1.0) underwent 92 LAAC procedures using either the Amplatzer cardiac plug or the Watchman device in 11 centers in Brazil, between late 2010 and mid 2016. Results Ninety-six devices were used (1.04 device/procedure, including an additional non-dedicated device), with a procedural success rate of 97.8%. Associated procedures were performed in 8.7% of the patients. Complete LAAC was obtained in 93.3% of the successful cases. In cases of incomplete closure, no residual leak was larger than 2.5 mm. One patient needed simultaneous implantation of 2 devices. There were 7 periprocedural major (5 pericardial effusions requiring pericardiocentesis, 1 non-dedicated device embolization and 1 coronary air embolism without sequelae) and 4 minor complications. After 128.6 patient-years of follow-up there were 3 deaths unrelated to the procedure, 2 major bleedings (one of them in a patient with an unsuccessful LAAC), thrombus formation over the device in 2 cases (both resolved after resuming OAC for 3 months) and 2 strokes (2.2%). Conclusions In this multicenter, real world registry, that included patients with NVAF and high thromboembolic and bleeding risks, LAAC effectively prevented stroke and bleeding when compared to the expected rates based on CHA2DS2VASc and HASBLED scores for this population. Complications rate of the procedure was acceptable considering the beginning of the learning curve of most of the involved operators.

The antioxidant activity and properties of 12 wildmushrooms (Lactarius piperatus,Tricholoma anatolicum, Amanitacaesarea, Lactarius delicious, Lactarius sanguifluus,Cantharellus cibarius,Hydnum repandum,Picoa lefebvrei Ramaria aurea, Lactarius semisanguifluuss, Craterellus cornucopioides,Laccaria laccata) collected from Turkey were evaluated. Their methanolicextracts were used to determine antioxidant capacity(TAC), total phenolics and flavonoids. 2,2-Diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH)radical scavenging activities were measured to evaluate antioxidant capacity ofthe extracts and expressed as trolox equivalents (TE). The amount of totalphenolics was determined by using Folin–Ciocalteu method and Flavonoid contents inthe extracts were determined by a colorimetric method. Wild mushrooms werefound to be high in antioxidant phytochemicals, such as phenolics(575.10-2156.40 mg GAE/100g DW), flavonoids (103.01-310.89 mg CE/100g DW). Çalışmamızda farklı antioksidanların dondurma çözdürme sonrası sperma parametreleri ve spermanın inkubasy-on direncinin artırılması üzerine etkilerinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Birleştirilien sperma örnekleri dört eşit hacme bölünerek, antioksidan ilave edilmiş (5mM methiyonin, 5mM sisteamin, 1mM sistein) ve edilmemiş (kontrol) sulandırıcılarla iki aşamalı sulandırma yöntemi ile sulandırılmıştır. Sperma örneklerinin değerlendirilmesi amacıyla mo-tilite, plazma membran bütünlüğünün değerlendirilmesi amacıyla hipoozmotik şişme testi (HOST) ve Hoechst 33258 testi, akrozom ve DNA bozukluklarının belirlenmesi amacıyla ise sırasıyla FITC-Pisum sativum agglutinin (PSA-FITC) ve terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase-mediated dUTP nick-end labeling (TUNEL) boyama değerlerine bakılmıştır. Ayrıca membran lipid peroksidasyonun değerlendirilmesi için malondialdehyde (MDA) konsantrasyon ölçümü yapılmıştır. Değerlendirmeler doğrultusunda koç spermasının dondrulmasında antioksidan ilave edilen grupların mo-tilite, plazma mebran bütünlüğü ve akrozom bütünlü değerlerinin kontrol grubundan daha yüksek olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır (P0.05). Five new cyanido-bridged coordination polymers having closed formulae [Ni(hydeten)Au-2(CN)(4)] (C1), [Ni(hydeten)(2)Au-2(CN)(4)]center dot H2O (C2), [Cu(hydeten)(2)Au-2(CN)(4)]center dot CH3OH (C3), [Zn(hydeten)(2) Au-2(CN)(4)]center dot H2O (C4), and [Cd(hydeten)(2)Au-2(CN)(4)]center dot H2O (C5) (hydeten: N-(2-hydroxyethyl)-ethylenediamine) have been prepared and characterized by elemental, thermal, FT-IR and XRD (C3, C4 and C5) measurement techniques. The anticancer, antibacterial and antifungal activities of the complexes are also investigated. The C3, C4 and C5 units according to XRD analyses are linked to each other via -CN-M(hydeten)-NC-Au(1)-CN-M(hydeten)-CN- chains (M-II = Cu, Zn and Cd) and aurophilic interacted -Au(1)(CN)2-Au(2)(CN)2-Au(1)(CN)2-Au(2)(CN)2- zig-zag shaped chains along the a axis. C1, C2 and C4 show significant antifungal effects against several plant pathogenic fungi, while surprisingly C3 exhibits a considerable antibacterial effect against Gram negative E. coli. The studies of the antiproliferative activity on Hela, HT29 and C6 tumor cell lines indicated the anticancer potential of these complexes even at low doses.

X-ray crystallographic study of 1 revealed that the pzdc ligand adopts a new coordination mode. Four Ag(I) atoms with different coordination geometries are linked together with carboxylate groups to form 1D tetranuclear building block. Bu çalışmanın amacı; Urfa yerli domates genotiplerinin sıcağa toleransdüzeylerinin belirlenmesi amacıyla bazı fizyolojik ve morfolojik özelliklerininincelenmesidir. Deneme 2005 yılında GAP Eğitim Yayım ve Araştırma Merkezimüdürlüğünde yürütülmüştür.Dört Urfa yerli domates genotipi ve Asya Sebze Araştırma ve GeliştirmeMerkezinden sağlanan 10 sıcaklığa toleranslı domates genotipi ile karşılaştırılmıştır.Farklı ekim-dikim tarihleriyle oluşturulan optimum (28/21OC), orta yüksek(32/22OC) ve yüksek sıcaklık (37/27OC) koşullarında bitkilerin doğal olarakyetişmeleri sağlanmıştır.Araştırma materyallerinde tohum çimlenme oranı ve süresi, %50 çiçeklenmesüresi, meyve tutum oranı, üretilen çiçek tozu sayısı, salınan çiçek tozu sayısı, çiçektozu canlılığı, çiçek tozu çimlenmesi, tohumlu meyve oranı ve meyve başına tohummiktarı, partenokarpik meyve oranı, gelişmemiş çiçek-meyve oranı, aborsiyonauğramış çiçek oranı, tüylülük, yaprak tipi, yaprakların genel görünüşleri, yapraksayısı, bitki yaprak alanı, ana gövde çapı, meyve ağırlığı, meyve çapı-boyu ve sudaçözünebilir kuru madde (SÇKM) özellikleri incelenmiştir.Orta yüksek sıcaklık ve yüksek sıcaklık domates bitkilerinin tohum çimlenmeoranını, meyve tutum oranını, üretilen çiçek tozu sayısını, salınan çiçek tozu sayısını,çiçek tozu canlılığını, çiçek tozu çimlenmesini, tohumlu meyve oranını, meyvebaşına tohum sayısını, meyve çapını ve SÇKM oranını düşürmüştür. Yaprak sayısıve meyve ağırlığı orta yüksek sıcaklıktan etkilenmezken yüksek sıcaklıktadüşmüştür.Buna karşın orta yüksek sıcaklık ve yüksek sıcaklık partenokarpik meyveoranını, aborsiyona uğramış çiçek oranını, yaprak alanını ve ana gövde çapınıartırmıştır. Gelişmemiş çiçek-meyve oranı orta yüksek sıcaklıktan olumsuzetkilenmezken yüksek sıcaklıkta artmıştır.Bunun yanında sıcaklık stresi tohum çimlenme süresini ve meyve boyunuetkilememiştir.Sıcaklık artışı bitkilerin daha erken çiçeklenmesine yol açmıştır. Sıcaklıklabirlikte tüylülük değişmemiş, yaprakların genel görünüşleri değişmiştir. Yapraklardakıvrılmalar ve deformasyonlar hatta bazı çeşitlerde sürgün uçlarından başlayarak tümbitkinin ölümüne kadar giden kurumalar meydana gelmiştir. Yaprak tipi çoğu çeşittestandart (Tip 3) bazı çeşitlerde ise patates yapraklı tiptedir (Tip 2) ve sıcaklıklabirlikte değişmemiştir.Sıcaklık artışıyla, meyve tutum oranı, üretilen çiçek tozu sayısı, salınan çiçektozu sayısı, çiçek tozu canlılığı, çiçek tozu çimlenmesi arasında negatif birkorelasyon tespit edilmiştir. Buna karşın yüksek sıcaklık stresi partenokarpik meyveve aborsiyona uğramış meyve oranında pozitif bir korelasyon hesaplanmıştır.Urfa yerli domates genotipleri özellikle çiçek tozu çimlenme oranı, salınançiçek tozu sayısı, partenokarpik meyve oranı ve gelişmemiş çiçek-meyve oranıbakımından daha üstün olarak tespit edilmiştir. Sıcaklığa en tolerant genotiplerCLN1621L, 64-16 ve 4-10 genotipleri olmuştur.Sıcaklığa tolerant domates ıslah programlarında tohumlu meyve oranı, salınançiçek tozu sayısı, çiçek tozu çimlendirme oranı seleksiyon kriteri olarakkullanılmalıdır.Urfa yerli domates genotipleri, sıcağa tolerant çeşit geliştirme çalışmalarındadeğerlendirilmesi ve gen kaynaklarımızın korunması bakımında önem arzetmektedir. The objectives of this study were to investigate of some morphological andphysiological characteristics of Urfa domestic tomato genotypes to determine thelevel of their high temperature tolerance. The experiment was conducted in GAPTraining Extension and Research Center in 2005.Four Urfa domestic and ten heat-tolerant tomato genotypes, which wasprovided from Asian Vegetable Research and Development Center, were naturallygrown in different plantation periods (temperature conditions), which is arranged forthem as optimum (O) (28/21 0C), the moderate high temperatures (MHT) (32/22 0C)and high temperatures (HT) (37/27 0C).The percentage of seed germination and duration, 50% fluorescence duration,the percentage of fruit set, the number of pollen produced, the number of pollenreleased, the pollen viability, the pollen germination, the percentage of seed set, thetotal seed amount per fruit, the parthenocarpic fruit set, the undeveloped flowers rate,the aborted flowers rate, stem pubescence, the leaf type, the morphologicalappearance of leaves, the number of leaves, the leaf area, the diameter of stem, thefruit weight and width and the total soluble solid substance were investigated.It has been decreased some features of plants studied such as the percentage seedgermination, the percentage of fruit set, the number of pollen produced, the numberof pollen released, the pollen viability, the pollen germination, the percentage of seedset, the number of seeds per fruit, the fruit width and the total soluble solidsubstance, under MHT and HT conditions. While the number of leaves and the fruitweight weren?t affected under MHT, they have been low level under HT.On the other hand, it has been increased some features such as theparthenocarpic fruit rates, the aborted flowers, the leaf area and the diameter of stemunder MHT and HT. Though undeveloped flowers were negatively affected onMHT, it increased on HT.Otherwise the heat stress hasn?t been effective on the percentage seedgermination and duration or the fruit length. Increasing of temperature caused earlierblossoming on genotypes studied. The stem pubescence was normal, but themorphological appearance of leaves changed because of high temperature. Curlingand deformations of leaves, moreover dying that starting from shoot tips through thewhole plants were also observed. As the most of leaf types was standard (type 3), theother leaves were potato-like (type 2) on some genotypes and unchanged.In addition to increasing of temperature, the negative correlation was determinedbetween the percentage of fruit set, the number of pollen produced, the number ofpollen released, the pollen viability and the pollen germination. On the contrary this,the positive correlation calculated between elevated temperature, the parthenocarpicfruit rates and the aborted flowers.Urfa domestic tomatoes genotypes were superior according to the percentageof pollen germination, the number of pollen released, the parthenocarpic fruit ratesand the undeveloped flowers. The genotypes CLN1621L, 64-16 and 4-10 were themost heat tolerant genotypes.The percentage of fruit set, the number of pollen released, the pollengermination should use as selection criteria on breeding program for selecting heattolerant tomatoes.Urfa domestic tomato genotypes seems for utilizing on improving heat-toleranttomato breeding program and preserving our tomato germplasm. 101

Tez (doktora) -- Ondokuz Mayıs Üniversitesi, 2005 Libra Kayıt No: 17044 Bu çalışmada oksim grubu içeren bazı organik molekülerin IR, 1H-NMR ve XRD spektroskopik yöntemleri kullanılarak molekül ve kristal yapıları aydınlatılmaya çalışıldı. Kapalı formülleri C15H13N2O3Cl (I), C16H16N2O2 (II), C15H12N2O4 (III), C18H20N2O2 (IV), C28H24N6O9 (V) şeklinde olan kristallerin IR sonuçlarından bazı karakteristik piklerin (N-H: 3282-3478 cm-1, O-H: 3260-3300 cm-1, C=O: 1664-1683 cm-1, C=N: 1628-1653 cm-1, C-N-:1350-1376 cm-1 , N-O: 995-1002 cm-1) literatürde belirtilen aralıklarda oluştuğu gözlenmiştir. Örneklerin 1H-NMR spektrumlarında da öngörülen O-H, N-H, aromatik halka ve yapıdaki yan gruplara ait protonların rezonans değerleri belirlenmiş (Şekil 3.7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12) ve bu değerlerin literatürdeki benzer fonksiyon grubuna sahip [75, 77-80] moleküller için bulunan değerlerle uyum içerisinde olduğu tespit edilmiştir.Çalışmada kullanılan 5 farklı bileşiğin tek kristallerinin STOE IPDS-II difraktometresi ile toplanan kırınım verilerinden kristal yapıları aydınlatılmıştır. Yapı analizi sonucunda özellikle C=N-OH oksim grubunun ve kısmen yapıdaki bazı yan grupların yaptıkları hidrojen bağlarının kristalin kararlı düzenlenişini oluşturduğu gözlendi. Yapı analizi sonucu, I, II ve V nolu kristallerin monoklinik P21/n uzay grubunda, III nolu kristalin monoklinik C2/c uzay grubunda, IV nolu kristalin ise triklinik P uzay grubunda olduğu belirlendi. Moleküllerin kristal yapı içindeki istiflenmeleri hidrojen bağ analizi (Graph set analizi) yapılarak aydınlatılmaya çalışıldı. Kristallerin oksim grubu için ve yan gruplar için ,,,şeklinde düzenlenişe sahip oldukları tespit edilmiştir.

There are some evidents shown in the literature that there have been defect and undefected phases. That points called as 0-points and it describes moire pattern in two dimention. The state of moire patterns can be found from the determinant of the transformation matrices and it also depends on the rank of matrice. This thesis describes the analytic calculation of 0-lattice points coordinates using transformation matrices for two selected phases and the geometic interpenetration of determinant values calculated from matrices. While we observe a strong globalization trend on earth, we can see the necessity for the countries that demand and those that supply to be linked by various ways of transportation, and more important, pipe lines. Looking this way, Baku-Ceyhan Crude Oil Pipe-Line Project is of great significance for Tukey. As a country that could be considered `a secure and stable ` transportation passage, Turkey is an intersection point of almost land and sea lines linking Middle East and Caspian region to Mediterranean, Balkans and Europe. Considering the advantage of the geographic position, Turkey has developed the project :`Baku-Ceyhan Crude Oil Pipe Line Project` which can be summarized as `the cheap and secure way of transporting the oil produced in Caspian`. Along with the energy transportation, with the `Baku-Ceyhan Crude Oil Pipe Line Project`, Turkey will have helped for the political and economic stability of all the countries related to the project. It is obvious that this sort of international projects should not be considered in a short-term base. Noticing the possible mid term and long term effects, they should more be evaluated at `Macro` level. Remembering current position of The Straits of Turkish, The Baku-Ceyhan Crude Oil Pipe Line Project which aims to transport the oil of Azari and Kazakh sources from Caspian region, is the most feasable project both in economic and environmental ways, when compared with alternative ways of transport. With the completion of Baku-Ceyhan Crude Oil Pipe Line, supplying cheap crude oil, our economic development will gain a higher momentum, taking the advantage of additional resources of employment for the Turkish private sector, better functionality in Mersin and iskenderun ports, extra income that will derive from the investments that we have a share and from passage fee of oil. With the `Baku-Ceyhan Crude Oil Pipe Line Project`, Turkey will turn out to be a bridge for the energy trade between East and West, and in future, a refinery comparable to some Europen Union members, for instance, Spain and Italy. Ceyhan will enter the 21.st century having the position of Rotterdam port in Holland, which has the effect in determining oil prices, iskenderun, a Turkish port in East Mediterranean, will change into a second Gulf in the world, with Azari and Middle Asian oil delivered to the region. Because the largest amount of the oil delivered to this region will be transported to the member countries of European Union, as a country providing security in the region, giving Tukey the right of membership for the Union will be to the advantage of the member countries as well. With the advantege of holding the oil gate, Turkey will gain a higher strategic importance in East Mediterranean. In this way, on one hand, this situation will add to Turkey's international credit, and on the other hand, make the country as an overall power in Middle East and Mediterranean. iii 169

The objective is to find the shortest tour for a single, free- ranging AGV that has to carry out multiple move requests. This problem is in fact similar to the Asymmetric Traveling Salesman Problem (ATSP) which is known to be NP-complete. An artificial neural network algorithm based on Kohonen's self- organizing feature maps is proposed to solve the problem. Some new features are introduced in the algorithm together with several improvements on the basic features of self-organizing maps designed specifically for the AGV routing problem. Performance of the algorithm is tested under various parameter settings for different job layout patterns and problems sizes, and compared with the optimal solution and the nearest neighbor rule.
