According to the German philosopher G. W. F. Hegel (1770-1831), the answer seems to be negative. To the philosopher, who seems to have been the first, after Aristotle, to elaborate a periodization of the history of philosophy, the philosophical texts of tradition produced over two thousand and six hundred years represent the greatest of treasures: rational knowledge. In addition to being essential for learning philosophy, they are no different from philosophizing itself, because one is not without the other. According to Hegel, by getting to know the content of philosophy, one not only learns to philosophize, but already effectively philosophies. Although the philosopher did not dedicate any eminently pedagogical work to the teaching of philosophy, he did not hesitate to make his contribution in this regard, especially when he held the position of director of the Nuremberg Gymnasium, when he sought to make possible guidelines and procedures for said teaching to the young students of that institution. With Hegel, the history of philosophy gains scientific treatment and the status of philosophical discipline. Thus, we want to understand how Hegel's philosophical reflections on the history of philosophy can be used in the teaching of philosophy in order to propose didactic-philosophical strategies to be applied in the transmission of philosophical contents to high school students. Background: Hypoxia is a physiological condition that may affect the cardiac autonomic modulation, which can be assessed by spontaneous fluctuations in heart rate, know as heart rate variability (HRV). Studies have reported reductions or maintenance of HRV in hypoxic situation presenting controversial effects. There is a knowledge gap in relation to changes in HRV during hypoxia. Objective: The aim of this study was to systematically review the effects of hypoxia on HRV in unacclimatized healthy adults at rest. Methods: This systematic review was performed according to PRISMA guidelines. Search terms used in MEDLINE, SCOPUS, LILACS and EUROPE PMC database were: "heart rate variability" OR "cardiac autonomic modulation" OR "cardiac autonomic regulation" AND NOT intermittent NOT sleep (hypoxia OR altitude). Records were filtered by species, age group and language. Results: At the end of the screening and eligibility, 13 manuscripts remained for qualitative synthesis. Discussion: The studies used different experimental protocols involving difference in barometric pressure, oxygen level, time of exposure to hypoxia and control of respiratory rate. Possibly the influence of these factors and also the interindividual variation to hypoxia may justify different responses in HRV. Conclusion: Based on the investigated studies, hypoxia has been capable of generating a decrease in HRV, either by reduction or maintenance of vagal modulation, or by sympathetic predominance or even the combination of these responses in healthy adults unacclimatized to hypoxia. This effect appears to be dependent on altitude level and barometric pressure. (Int J Cardiovasc Sci. 2017;30(3):251-261) Resumo Fundamento: A hipóxia é uma condição fisiológica que pode influenciar a modulação autonômica cardíaca, qualpode ser avaliada pelas flutuações espontâneas da frequência cardíaca, chamada de variabilidade da frequência cardíaca (VFC). Estudos têm reportado reduções ou manutenção da VFC em situação de hipóxia apresentando efeitos controversos. Há uma lacuna no conhecimento em relação às modificações da VFC durante a hipóxia. Objetivo: Revisar sistematicamente estudos que investigaram os efeitos da hipóxia na VFC em adultos saudáveis e não aclimatados durante o repouso. Métodos: A presente revisão sistemática foi realizada a partir da diretriz PRISMA. Os termos utilizados para a busca nas bases MEDLINE, SCOPUS, LILACS e EUROPE PMC foram: "heart rate variability" OR "cardiac autonomic modulation" OR "cardiac autonomic regulation" AND (hypoxia OR altitude) NOT intermitente NOT sleep. Os registros foram filtrados por espécie, idade e idiomas. Resultados: Ao final da triagem e elegibilidade restaram 13 artigos para a síntese qualitativa. Discussão: Os estudos utilizam protocolos experimentais variados que envolvem diferença na pressão barométrica, no nível de oxigênio, no tempo de exposição à hipóxia e no controle da frequência respiratória. Possivelmente a influência desses fatores e também a variação interindividual à hipóxia podem justificar diferentes respostas na VFC. Conclusão: A partir dos estudos investigados, a hipóxia foi capaz de gerar uma queda na VFC, seja por retirada ou manutenção da modulação vagal, ou por predomínio simpático ou mesmo pela combinação dessas respostas em adultos saudáveis não aclimatados a hipóxia. Historicamente, populações amazônicas são bem adaptadas aos regimes de cheias sazonais dos rios nas regiões de várzea, em grande parte através de estratégias de mobilidade para áreas mais altas e secas dos sítios disponíveis. No entanto, a sedentarização em centros urbanos alterou o relacionamento entre homem e água no contexto amazônico ribeirinho. Este relacionamento passou a ser mediado por políticas públicas de saneamento, drenagem e abastecimento de água, assim como pelas estratégias cotidianas de uma população migrante que se instala nas cidades em terrenos úmidos, baixos e próximos a cursos d'água. Esta pesquisa foi realizada na Bacia Hidrográfica do Rio Una em Belém (PA), uma área que abrange 20 bairros da capital paraense com uma grande diversidade socioeconômica e de arranjos entre cidade e natureza. As regiões mais pobres da Bacia do Una, em sua maioria, são aquelas que ainda sofrem com deficiências de saneamento, drenagem e outras formas de infraestrutura urbana. Este trabalho usa o conceito de memória ambiental para discutir sobre a relação entre a cidade e suas águas a partir da trajetória de sujeitos que se estabeleceram em terrenos baixos e alagáveis em função das chuvas e marés altas. Valoriza-se o ponto de vista desses sujeitos sobre as transformações de sua relação com um ambiente marcado pela presença das águas, sendo que suas trajetórias de migração e fixação no território estão ligadas aos processos de ocupação do solo e urbanização de Belém, principalmente no que diz respeito ao manejo dos recursos hídricos urbanos e saneamento da cidade. Na medida em que a cidade se transforma, imprimindo impactos significativos nos espaços de pertencimento de seus habitantes, estes também reconfiguram seus papéis enquanto atores políticos no cenário urbano. A etnografia realizada em Belém revelou que moradores da Bacia do Una descobriram a si próprios como cidadãos quando viram seus direitos violados em função de irregularidades e omissões em políticas públicas para saneamento, vias e drenagem. Assim, as transformações urbanas na Bacia do Una motivaram contatos de moradores com parlamentares, com lideranças comunitárias, com o poder judiciário e com planejadores, engendrando engajamentos políticos e mobilizando a memória na construção de narrativas que expressam injustiças e desigualdades urbanas. Historically, Amazonian populations are well adapted to seasonal flooding regimes in the varzea region, in large part through mobility strategies. However, sedentarization in urban centers has changed the relationships of people with the rivers. This research was conducted at the Una Watershed, which covers 20 neighboordhoods of Belém and presents itself as a myriad of socioeconomic and socioecological systems. Most of the poorest areas in the Una Watershed remain with no sanitation, drainage, and other equipments of urban infrastructure. Using the concept of environmental memory, this work explores changes in the ways that people understand and relate to the transformations of the environment and to public policies which generated massive impacts on riparian landscapes along the years. Environmental memory is manifest through narratives of migration, land co ver, changes in livelihoods, work relations and leisure. This work focuses on issues such as urbanization, land occupation, urban sprawl, sanitization and production of unequalities – which are fundamentally environmental processes – from the perspective of the Una Watershed inhabitants. As the city changes , its inhabitants also change and reconfigure their role as political actors in the urban scenary. The ethnography carried out in Belém showed that the Una Watershed inhabitants discoverered themselves as citizens when they saw their rights being violated because of oversight and corruption related to public policies on sanitation and drainage in Belém, which generated flooding and environmental degradation. For the Una inhabitants urban transformations motivated further rapprochement towards politicians, community leaderships, the Judiciary Power, urban planners, and policy makers, engendering political engagements and mobilizing the colective memory in the construction of narratives expressing injustice and urban unequalities.

Este trabalho é um estudo antropológico da memória de uma categoria profissional urbana, no caso os barbeiros e barbeiras da cidade de Porto Alegre. No decorrer destes escritos pretendo discutir sobre aspectos dos saberes e fazeres da profissão que incluem os processos de aprendizado do ofício e as redes sociais de ingresso na profissão. Além disso, me dedico à análise das formas de sociabilidade que se desenrolam nas barbearias, o que auxilia na compreensão de como os interlocutores da pesquisa vivenciam seu espaço de trabalho, assim como considero relevantes para o processo etnográfico as narrativas pelas quais os profissionais das barbearias constroem um sentido de sua pertença à paisagem urbana. This work is an anthropological study of the memory of an urban professial class, the barbers of Porto Alegre. Here I intend to discuss aspects of knowledge and pratice of the profession including the process of learning the craft and the social networks of entering the profession. Also, I dedicate myself to the analysis of forms of sociability that take place in these barber shops, which helps in understanding how the interlocutors of this research live their wokspace, as well as consider relevant to the ethnographic process the narratives that professional barbers build to create a sense of belonging to the urban landscape.
