Abstract

Досліджено прищеплену кополімеризацію 2-гідроксіетилметакрилату до полівінілпіролідону у присутності мінеральних наповнювачів (гідроксіапатиту, монтморилоніту і воластоніту) під дією ультразвуку. Встановлено вплив ультразвуку, природи та кількості мінерального наповнювача на швидкість полімеризації і склад кополімерів. Ультразвук суттєво інтенсифікує процес полімеризації та активно впливає на формування складу кополімерів. Під його дією формується пористіша структура композитів навіть без використання спеціальних спінювальних агентів. Отримані результати були використані для вдосконалення технології одержання остеопластичних пористих композитів. The grafted copolymerization of 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate to polyvinylpyrrolidone in the presence of mineral fillers (hydroxyapatite, montmorillonite and wollastonite) under ultrasound has been investigated. The effect of ultrasound, nature and amount of mineral filler on the polymerization rate and composition of copolymers has been determined. Ultrasound substantially intensifies the polymerization process and actively affects the formation of the copolymer composition. Under its action, a porous structure of composites is formed, even without adding special foaming agents. The obtained results were used to improve the technology of obtaining osteoplastic porous composites.

Abstract

The results of rheological studies of polylactide-polycaprolactone composites filled with hydroxyapatite are presented. It has been established that polylactide-polycaprolactone composites are characterized by technological efficiency during processing in the viscous-fluid state, while the introduction of polycaprolatone into polylactide increases the fluidity of the composite.

Abstract

The graft polymerization of 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate in presence of polyvinylpyrrolidone, which occurs through a stage of complex formation between the reactants, was investigated. The basic performance properties of hydrogel copolymers depending on their composition were investigated. A hydrogel polymeric material “Akrylan-LPI” for soft contact lenses was developed. Clinical testing confirmed the effectiveness of using of such lenses for vision correction as well as for eye injuries and burns treating., Досліджено прищеплену полімеризацію 2-гідроксіетилметакрилату у присутності полівінілпіролідону, яка відбувається через стадію комплексоутворення між реагентами. Досліджено основні експлуатаційні властивості гідрогелів залежно від їхнього складу. Розроблено гідрогелевий полімерний матеріал “Акрилан-ЛПІ” для м'яких контактних лінз. Клінічні випробування підтвердили ефективність використання таких лінз для корекції зору, а також для лікування травм і опіків ока.
