Background Doctor-patient communication is one of the core abilities of general practitioners. Dophisticated doctor-patient communication skills are the basis for building a harmonious doctor-patient relationship, and help to improve patients' sense of gain and satisfaction in seeking medical treatment. However, the communication ability of general practitioners in China is generally low, it is necessary to explore a training mode of doctor-patient communication that adapts to China's national conditions and meets the communication needs of general practitioners in China to improve the communication ability between doctors and patients. Objective To explore the application effect of salon training based on the Calgary-Cambridge Guide in the training of doctor-patient communication ability of resident doctors in standardized training of general practitioners, and to provide reference for the construction of doctor-patient communication training system. Methods Forty cases of general practitioners in Chengdu Fifth People's Hospital Standardized general practice training from 2019 to 2020 were selected as the research object, and randomly divided into salon group and control group, with 20 cases in each group. Salon group used salon training mode based on Calgary-Cambridge guidelines for doctor-patient communication training, while the control group was set as blank control. Before the training and one week after the training, the standardized patient (SP) model was adopted to clinical reception in the two groups, and the doctor-patient communication evaluation scale (SEGUE) was used to evaluate the level of doctor-patient communication, and the training effects of the two groups were compared. Results Finally, 28 cases were included, including 15 cases in the salon group and 13 cases in the control group. After the training, the score of the SEGUE scale of the training doctors in the salon group increased from (11.80±4.36) to (18.07±4.11), and that of the training doctors in the control group increased from (12.15±4.63) to (14.46±3.71). The score of SEGUE scale in Sharon group after training was significantly different from that before training (t=3.250, P< 0.001). There was no significant difference in the score of SEGUE scale between the control group after training and before training (t=2.582, P=0.624). Objective To compare the efficacy and safety of programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1) inhibitor + albumin paclitaxel and platinum + PD-1 inhibitor + albumin-paclitaxel in the treatment of advanced metastasis or recurrent cervical cancer. Methods The clinical data of patients who had advanced metastatic or recurrent cervical cancer were treated with PD-1 inhibitor + albumin paclitaxel + platinum (group A) or anti-PD-1 + albumin-bound paclitaxel (group B) in more than second-line therapy in the Affiliated Cancer Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from September 2018 to December 2022 were retrospectively analyzed. The objective response rate (ORR), progression-free survival (PFS) and the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups were compared. Results A total of 54 patients were collected, 37 in group A and 17 in group B. The median age was 53 years old, and the average follow-up time was 10 months. Among the patients, 45 cases were squamous cell carcinoma, 6 cases were adenocarcinoma, 1 case was adenosquamous carcinoma, and 2 cases were neuroendocrine small cell carcinoma. There was no statistically significant difference in the ORR between group A and group B (35.30% vs 35.14%, P>0.05). There was no statistical significant difference in PFS between group A and group B (11.7 month vs 7.3 month, P>0.05). The differences in the incidence of adverse reactions, the incidence of adverse reactions with grade 3 and above, and the incidence of immune-related adverse reactions between the two groups were not statistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusion The PD-1 inhibitor + albumin paclitaxel + platinum regimen does not increase the efficacy compared with the PD-1 inhibitor + albumin paclitaxel regimen in more than second-line therapy of advanced metastatic and recurrent cervical cancer.

Anxiety disorders are the most common mental illnesses and are often overlooked in primary care settings, with delays in initial treatment and significant impairment on patients' social function and quality of life. In 2023, the U.S. Preventive Services Task Force (USPSTF) published a recommendation statement on adult anxiety disorder screening in JAMA, along with the latest evidence report and systematic review results. The USPSTF suggests screening for anxiety in adults, including pregnant and postpartum women. However, current evidence on the risks and benefits of screening for anxiety in older adults is insufficient to determine the pros and cons of screening. This article combines the USPSTF statement with domestic and international research to provide an overview of several aspects: the current state of adult anxiety disorders domestically and internationally, a summary of the USPSTF recommendation statement, risk factors, early screening tools and their pros and cons, treatment, and the value of the statement for general practice guidance.

Depression and suicide in adults have become significant public health issues in China and globally, imposing a heavy burden on patients and society. In 2023, the United States Preventive Services Task Force (USPSTF) published a recommendation statement on Screening for Depression and Suicide Risk in Adults in JAMA. The statement suggested screening for depression in adults, including pregnant and postpartum individuals, as well as the elderly. However, the evidence regarding the risks and benefits of suicide screening is insufficient, making it challenging to determine its overall impact. This article provides an overview of adult depression and suicide, including epidemiology, risk factors, early screening tools, pros and cons, treatments and interventions, and the guidance value of the USPSTF statement for general practitioners, combining insights from the USPSTF statement and current research both domestically and internationally.

[Objective] In recent decades, with the rapid industrial growth and urbanization in China, pollution incidents like oil spills and heavy metal contamination have become frequent. Under this background, accurate assessment of the entire pollution process and control of polluted sites are crucial steps in achieving pollution site remediation and restoration. [Methods] This study adopts an object-based perspective and a systematic analysis approach to describe the migration of pollutants from source to sink, emphasizing the environmental behavior during their migration. It abstractly represents contaminated sites and associated entities as spatiotemporal objects, focusing on pollutant concentrations and their attributes. It also explores the interrelationships among spatiotemporal objects from temporal, spatial, and attribute perspectives, as well as describes their dynamic influences. [Results] (1) Taking the real incident of an oil spill in 2014 as an example, an object-based representation model of the contaminated site was constructed using the XML structure. (2) A visualization method for expressing contaminated site objects has been established, which displays the interrelationships and attribute characteristics of various spatiotemporal objects. (3) Attempts to apply the respresentation model to conduct attribution analysis of pollutant concentrations have been made, allowing for the rapid acquisition of relevant calculation parameters for exposure assessment indicators, thereby facilitating more convenient health risk evaluations. [Conclusion] The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed object-based representation method can effectively describe and model contaminated sites, facilitating the comprehensive analysis and evaluation of pollution processes from source to sink. It provides significant support for the management and remediation of contaminated sites. Furthermore, the object-based representation method proposed offers practical guidance in addressing complex problems. By considering the research subject as an object and analyzing and expressing it from various aspects such as composition, attribute features, interrelationships, and behavioral dynamics, a better understanding of the internal relationships and interactions within the research object can be achieved, thereby providing a clear perspective for the analysis and evaluation of related issues.

【Objective】With the development of domestic optical network construction, the management of fiber optic cable routing resources increasingly attract the attention of operators, especially the problem of low efficiency in fiber optic cable survey. There is an urgent need for a feasible fiber optic cable survey method and plan to solve the current problems. The effectiveness and practicality of fiber optic cable routing survey methods are also important indicators that determine the improvement of network construction and maintenance indicators in the region.【Methods】The article investigates and analyzes the existing survey methods and laws of a large number of complex environmental optical cable routes. It also compares and analyzes the detection principles, application scenarios, and existing problems from multiple dimensions. The article focuses on evaluating efficiency improvement, operability, and cost. Combining with actual case situations, it analyzes the actual survey effects of different schemes in a targeted manner.【Results】The article innovatively proposes the research concept of a new fiber optic cable survey method and its application in multiple types of scenarios. The focus is on the practical application of cable identification instruments and cable knocking survey instruments that can be used for full process identification. They have advantages in efficiency and cost, and can solve the pain points of pipeline resource management for operators, providing ideas for the informational development and innovation of pipeline resources for domestic operators.【Conclusion】The method of fiber optic cable routing survey are important breakthroughs in effectively solving practical problems such as cable laying, cable inspection, and cable repair, which are important links in the construction of high-quality optical networks.

ObjectiveTo explore the correlation between skeletal muscle mass and metabolic syndrome （MS） disease risk among middle-aged and elderly community residents in Urumqi， and to provide a theoretical basis for understanding the relationship between skeletal muscle mass and MS among middle-aged and elderly community residents in China.MethodsA total of 1 438 community residents ≥ 50 years old were selected as the research subjects from July 2018 to January 2019 in Urumqi. They were selected from a multi-ethnic natural population cohort in Xinjiang. Data were collected through questionnaires， physical examination， bioelectrical impedance analysis （BIA）， laboratory tests， etc. Skeletal muscle mass was evaluated using the limb skeletal muscle mass index （SMI） corrected for body weight； MS was defined as it at least includes three of the following： abdominal obesity， hypertension， hyperglycemia， high triglycerides and low high-density lipoprotein cholesterol. SMI was divided into four quantile arrays of Q1‒Q4. Trend χ2 test was applied to explore whether there was a correlation between SMI changes and MS. A multivariate logistic regression model was used to analyze whether there is a difference in the risk of MS between the higher SMI group （Q2， Q3， Q4） and the reference group Q1.ResultA total of 560 MS patients were detected in this study， with a prevalence rate of 38.94%. Among them， the prevalence rate of MS was 39.16% in males and 38.80% in females. The increase in male SMI grading level is not correlated with the prevalence of MS （trend P>0.05）； After adjusting for confounding factors （model 4）， the increase in SMI was still not related to the prevalence of MS （Ptrend=0.995）. There was no statistical difference in the risk of MS between the lowest quartile group Q1 and the highest quartile group Q4 （OR=1.01， 95%CI： 0.69‒1.78）. Surface guided radiation therapy (SGRT) is a non-radiation, non-invasive technology that provides continuous postural monitoring of patients during radiotherapy. Using advanced 3D optical surface localization and tracking technology, SGRT quickly captures the surface contour information of patients through optical means to generate high-precision 3D surface contours, enabling real-time monitoring of patients during radiotherapy to ensure its accuracy. This image-guided technology has been widely applied in radiotherapy for tumors in different parts of the body, such as breast, intracranial, head and neck, and limbs. SGRT can reduce initial setup errors and provide real-time monitoring during treatment, or be combined with respiratory gating and deep inspiration breath-hold techniques. SGRT can also reduce radiation dose by reducing the use of CBCT, improve patient comfort with the use of immobilization devices, and enhance clinical speed, efficiency, and safety. This review aims to provide an overview of the commonly used technology and clinical applications of SGRT, and discuss its current limitations and future prospects.
