La catàlisi asimètrica ha esdevingut una eina clau per a la síntesi de compostos orgànics quirals, gràcies als seus avantatges econòmics i mediambientals. Els lligands P-estereogènics, aquells amb quiralitat a l’àtom de fòsfor, són un dels tipus de lligands quirals amb més potencial per a la catàlisi. El nostre grup ha desenvolupat un mètode per a la síntesi de sintons P-estereogènics amb substituents tert-butil i metil. Tanmateix, continuen mancant mètodes per a la síntesi d’altres intermediaris P-estereogènics d’aquest tipus. En aquest article proposem una nova metodologia per a la síntesi de fosfines terciàries quirals amb substituents tert-butil i metil.Paraules clau: Catàlisi asimètrica, lligands, P-estereogènic, fosfines tert-butil i metil., Asymmetric catalysis has become a key tool for the synthesis of chiral organic compounds, due to its economic and environmental advantages. P-stereogenic ligands – those with chirality at the phosphorous atom – are one of the types of chiral ligands with a greater potential for catalysis. In our group, we have developed a method for the preparation of P-stereogenic synthons with tert-butyl and methyl substituents. However, there is still a need for methods to synthesize other P-stereogenic intermediates of this type. In this paper, we propose a new methodology for the preparation of chiral tertiary phosphines with tert-butyl and methyl substituents.Keywords: Asymmetric catalysis, ligands, P-stereogenic, tert-butyl methyl phosphines.
