Hierarchical core-shell hetero-arrays with well-controlled morphology, rational combination of hybrid electrochemical active materials are regarded as promising candidate electrodes for supercapacitors due to their excellent redox activity and electrical conductivity. However, their inferior rate performance and poor long-term cycling stability hinder their practical applications and still of great challenge. In this work, three hierarchical core-shell CuTCNQ@MWO 4 /CF (TCNQ = 7,7,8,8-Tetracyanoquinonedimethane; M = Cu, Co and Ni) hetero-arrays on Cu foam with different morphology are successfully constructed by in situ conductive metal-organic framework templated synthetic route of an inter-facial growth and a hydrothermal synthesis process. The crystallinity of MWO 4 decorated on the conductive CuTCNQ nanoarrays plays important role in their electrochemical performances. Especially, the hierarchical tree-like CuTCNQ@CuWO 4 /CF hetero-arrays electrode can be used as high-performance positive electrode materials for supercapacitor, which exhibits excellent electrochemical properties with a high area capacitance (1073.3 mF/cm2 at 1 mA/cm2), excellent rate capability, low resistances and outstanding cycling stability with capacitance retention of 88.6% at 30 mA/cm2 after 10000 cycles. What's more, the CuTCNQ@CuWO 4 //AC ASC device delivers a high energy density of 0.075 mW h/cm2 (45 W h/kg) at a power density of 0.8 mW/cm2 (480 W/kg) and still achieves a energy density of 0.053 mW h/cm2 (32.1 W h/kg) at a power density of 4.00 mW/cm2 (2424 W/kg). Thus, this work demonstrates that a rational and effective strategy is explored to prepare hierarchical hetero-arrays with different morphology from conductive MOF-templated for high-performance energy storage in practical application. The escalating prevalence of skeletal muscle disorders highlights the critical need for innovative treatments for severe injuries such as volumetric muscle loss. Traditional treatments, such as autologous transplants, are constrained by limited availability and current scaffolds often fail to meet complex clinical needs. This study introduces a new approach to volumetric muscle loss treatment by using a shape-memory polymer (SMP) based on block copolymers of perfluoropolyether and polycaprolactone diol. This SMP mimics the biomechanical properties of natural muscle, exhibiting a low elastic modulus (2-6 MPa), high tensile strength (72.67 ± 3.19 MPa), exceptional toughness (742.02 ± 23.98 MJ m -3 ) and superior biocompatibility, thereby enhancing skeletal muscle tissue integration and regeneration within 4 weeks. Moreover, the polymer's shape-memory behavior and ability to lift >5000 times its weight showcase significant potential in both severe muscle disorder treatment and prosthetic applications, surpassing existing scaffold technologies. Purpose: Targeted axillary dissection (TAD) after neoadjuvant therapy (NAT) includes removing of marked and sentinel lymph nodes (SLNs). The aim was to investigate the optimization of TAD localization techniques after NAT among breast cancer patients., Methods: From November 2020 to 2022, we prospectively enrolled 107 lymph node-positive breast cancer patients in XX Hospital and received complete cycles of NAT. Patients were randomly divided into the following 3 groups before treatment: group A, marked node with clip (n=34); group B, marked node with 125I seed (n=32); and group C, marked node with clip and 125I seed (n=41). Dual tracers were used to search for SLNs after NAT. The main endpoint was the detection rate of marked nodes and false-negative rate (FNR)., Results: The detection rates using the TAD localization technique were 82.6% (28/34), 100% (32/32), and 100% (41/41) for groups A, B, and C, respectively (P>0.05). The FNR rates were 15.8%, 5.9%, and 5.6% among group A, B, and C, respectively (P>0.05). The FNR rates in cN1 patients were 5.1%, 2.7%, and 2.6%, among these three groups, respectively (P>0.05). The change in distance between 125I seeds and clips in axillary lymph nodes was <3 mm. The FNR rates of TAD guided by dye tracer, radiolabeled tracer, and dual tracers were 5.4%, 5.2%, and 3.4%, respectively (P>0.05). The negative predictive values were 93.0%, 93.0%, and 95.2%, respectively (P>0.05)., Conclusion: Considering inexpensive and detect rate of 125I seeds, it is recommended that placement of 125I seeds to localize metastatic nodes in neoadjuvant setting. Although the 2009 American Joint Committee on Cancer incorporated the internal mammary sentinel lymph node biopsy (IM-SLNB) concept, there has been little change in surgical practice patterns due to the low visualization rate of internal mammary sentinel lymph nodes with the traditional injection technique. Meanwhile, as internal mammary lymph nodes (IMLN) metastases are mostly found concomitantly with axillary lymph nodes (ALN) metastases, previous IM-SLNB clinical trials fail to evaluate the status of IMLN in patients who are really in need (only in clinically ALN negative patients). Our modified injection technique (periareolar intraparenchymal, high volume, and ultrasonographic guidance) significantly improved the visualization rate of internal mammary sentinel lymph nodes, making the routine IM-SLNB possible in daily practice. IM-SLNB could provide individual minimally invasive staging, prognosis, and decision-making for breast cancer patients, especially for patients with clinically positive ALN. Moreover, IMLN radiotherapy should be tailored and balanced between the potential benefit and toxicity, and IM-SLNB-guided IMLN radiotherapy could achieve this goal. In the era of effective adjuvant therapy, within the changing treatment approach - more systemic therapy, less loco-regional therapy - clinicians should deliberate the application of regional IMLN therapy.

According to the hypothesis of internal mammary sentinel lymph node (IM-SLN) lymphatic drainage pattern, a modified radiotracer injection technique (periareolar intraparenchyma, high volume, and ultrasonographic guidance) was established. To verify the accuracy of the hypothesis and validate the modified radiotracer injection technique and to observe whether the lymphatic drainage of the whole breast parenchyma could reach to the same IM-SLN, different tracers were injected into different locations of the breast. The validation study results showed that the correlation and the agreement of the radiotracer and the fluorescence tracer are significant (case-base, r s =0.808, P<0.001; Kappa =0.79, P<0.001). It proved that the lymphatic drainage from different location of the breast (the primary tumor, the subareolar plexus) reached the same IM-SLNs and the hypothesis of IM-SLN lymphatic drainage pattern (ie, IM-SLN receives lymphatic drainage from not only the primary tumor area, but also the entire breast parenchyma). In other words, it validated the accuracy of our modified radiotracer injection technique.
