1. Effect of quality control circle activities on the blood pressure control rate in young and middle-aged hypertensive patients (品管圈活动改善中青年高血压患者血压达标率的效果分析)

Abstract

Objective To investigate the effect of quality control circle (QCC) activities in improving the blood pressure control rate in young and middle-aged hypertensive patients in nursing clinics. Methods From July 1, 2020 to January 31, 2021, a total of 316 cases of young and middle-aged hypertensive patients were collected. According to the random number table method, they were randomly divided into control group and QCC group. Patients in the control group were given routine health education, and patients in the QCC group were given QCC activities on the basis of routine health education. A checklist for monitoring blood pressure was developed and factors influencing the successful blood pressure were analyzed. Countermeasures were carried out to improve quality of nursing interventions on hypertension. The two groups were intervened for 6 months, and the blood pressure control rate of the two groups was observed. Results Unreasonable lifestyle and lack of health education from nurses were the main risk factors for the blood pressure failure among young and middle-aged hypertension patients. The blood pressure control rate in the QCC group was higher than that in the control group(68. 35%, vs. 32. 91%, P＜0. 01). Conclusion QCC activities could improve the blood pressure control rate in young and middle-aged hypertensive patients. (目的 探讨高血压护理门诊中运用品管圈活动改善中青年高血压患者血压达标率的效果。方法 选取2020年7月—2021年1月高血压护理门诊中青年高血压患者316例, 根据随机数字表法随机分为常规组(n=158)和品管圈组(n=158)。常规组给予常规健康宣教, 品管圈组在常规组的基础上开展品管圈活动, 制定高血压患者血压达标情况督查表, 对影响达标的因素进行分析, 进而针对性制定对策以改进相关护理措施。两组分别干预6个月, 比较患者血压达标率情况。结果 生活方式不合理和护士健康宣教缺乏是中青年高血压患者血压不达标的主要危险因素。品管圈组患者血压达标率优于常规组(68. 35%vs. 32. 91%, P＜0. 01)。结论 开展品管圈活动能有效提高中青年高血压患者的血压达标率。)

28. Fitness Culture and Green Space Equity: Accessibility Evaluation of Shanghai Communities

Abstract

In China, sports parks, and green spaces are often spatially integrated to realize the multiple functions of shared green spaces and play an important role in the production and living services of its residents. In this article, it is collectively referred to as green sport space (GSS). Whether the distribution of GSS is equal has an important impact on the sustainable lifestyle and the rehabilitation under the pandemic. Based on the POI data of the Shanghai urban area, it is preliminarily found that the areas with extremely high and high production and living densities are mainly distributed in downtown Shanghai. Polarization of the GSS distribution area and the high heat of points of interest can be seen. When the service radius of the GSS in Shanghai is 500, 750, and 1,000 m, the green space ecological service area can reach 2089.08, 3164.62, and 4469.75 km2, covering 26.17, 39.64, and 55.99% of the total area, respectively. The coverage for walking accessibility of GSSs in Shanghai is extremely uneven. Based on network analysis, the overall accessibility of GSS under the walking mode in each residential district fails to meet the standard of a 15-min living circle, with an average of 15.37 min. The evaluation results of this plan demonstrate that Shanghai needs to further provide GSS space for the public in future to improve public wellbeing and diversify sports spaces.

30. Research on combustion performance of PVC foam in fire propagation apparatus

Abstract

Polyvinyl chloride foam (PVC) is widely used as the wall materials of the high-speed train. The combustion characteristics of PVC foam under the heat fluxes of 20-60 kW/m2 are investigated by fire Propagation Apparatus (FPA). The results show that the ignition time of PVC foam decreases with the increase of heat flux. The peak of heat release rate, mass loss rate and smoke production rate increase with the increase of heat flux. Under the condition of 60 kW/m2, the heat release rate has the peak value of 109.10 kW/m2. The research on the combustion characteristics of the PVC can be used to analyse the fire risk of the train and guide the formulation of safety measures.

Abstract

Background Splenic diffuse red pulp small B-cell lymphoma (SDRPSBCL) is rare and accounts for less than 1% of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. As the first or accompanying symptoms of SDRPSBCL, gastrointestinal hemorrhage (GIH) is rather unusual. Patients and Methods We reported on a patient with SDRPSBCL complicated with GIH. According to the enteroscopy, pathological sections of spleen and intestine, immunohistochemistry and other related laboratory examinations, the patient was diagnosed as SDRPSBCL (stage IVb) complicated with colon and rectal ulcers. The clinical manifestations were hematochezia, unformed stool, continuous anal pain and poor quality of life. Subsequently, the patient was treated by six cycles of CHOP (cyclophosphamide + doxorubicin + vincristine + hydroprednisone) regimens. The clinical features, diagnosis and treatment were analyzed retrospectively and the relevant literatures were reviewed. Results After the first course of chemotherapy, the patient did not have any more bloody stool and the stool was shaped. After six cycles of chemotherapy, the patient’s anus was no longer painful and he has been in complete remission according to the result of positron emission tomography CT. Conclusion Through analysis of this case, we could elucidate that after the primary disease was alleviated, the bleeding degree of digestive tract was relieved, which provided the basis for the clinical treatment of this rare disease.

Abstract

Despite a growing body of work in nickel catalysis, the potential of organo-photocatalyst serving both as an arene ligand and a sensitizer remains underexplored. Here, we describe such an organo-photocatalyst to promote arylation of alcohols. Mechanistic studies suggest that the formation of sandwich complex via weak arene/nickel interaction and the resulting dexter energy transfer be responsible for this activity. This interaction provides a mechanistically alternative strategy for challenging carbon-oxygen bond assembly, where the elementary steps in transition metal catalysis previously facilitated by intermolecular photoevents replaced by more efficient intramolecular ones. With only 0.05 mol% photocatalyst loading and 8 mol% nickel bromide, a series of alcohols, diols and triols were (mono)arylated with (hetero)aryl bromides and chlorides. Importantly, many bioactive molecules and active pharmaceutical ingredients containing multiple hydroxyl groups could be efficiently monoarylated, too. This work provides a new approach to access bioactive aryl ethers, but also lights on a highly desirable direction to manipulate the catalytic reactivity of earth abundant nickel.
