In the game of football, maybe more than in any other sport, the coach-parent relationship is not always positive. There are quite a few situations when it even becomes toxic, which unfortunately mainly affects the player. The psychological impact on the development of children who play football can be decisively influenced by the coach-athlete-parent triad. If the relationship between adults is not appropriate, then the triangle will be oriented with the tip (specifically, the child) down, which is undesirable in a high-level activity. Not infrequently, taking into account the negative perceptions that the two parties have of each other, they try to avoid any kind of communication or interaction. However, our experience in the field and the literature review prove otherwise. In this paper, we want to highlight the extremely important role that communication can play in solving all existing problems between coaches and parents, and through the comparative analysis between the United Kingdom (UK) and Romania, we will try to see whether there are similarities and differences in addressing this issue. The responses to the questionnaire applied to coaches from the two countries mentioned above can establish new strategic directions for solving problems with the help of communication. Women's football is the sports game with the most spectacular development in recent years both in terms of the number of participants (approximately 40 million) and all other factors involved in this process (international federations, investments, spectators, etc.). The general perception that most specialists have about women's football is: "Like amateur football, but in slow motion". This perception has fundamentally changed with the significant improvement in the level of performance shown on the field by football players. The questions we are trying to answer by conducting this research are the following: Are there important technical and tactical differences between women's and men's high-performance football? If there are such differences, what relevance do they have for the preparation process? In this context, the present study represents a comparative analysis, from a technical and tactical point of view, of the teams ranked in the top 3 at the last World Cups for both men (2018 FIFA World Cup Russia) and women (2019 FIFA Women's World Cup France). The data were obtained from the FIFA website and from live statistics provided during each World Cup game. In wireless communication systems the resource management needs to integrate adaptive techniques to the varying network conditions, due to the eventual dramatic changes that may occur in the link quality. Therefore, it may be desirable to support adaptable resource management techniques that are able to find their decisions in the network configuration information or in the source application description. Accordingly, the paper identifies, explores and proposes adaptive techniques for resource management so as to enhance the transmission quality on wireless systems either through a feedback channel or by making use of the network virtualization concept. Setting up dependencies between the application requests and the radio channel conditions, a feedback loop adaptively configures modulation and coding schemes, calibrates multi-antenna system, controls power per beam allocation or invokes a linear precoding. Finally, when the application requests exceed the network capacity, by the network virtualization process the adaptive potential of the application parameters can be employed, either through source fragmentation or source code adaptation. The evaluation is performed in the attempt to improve link availability and transmission quality of BWA (Broadband Wireless Access) systems, and to achieve an efficient use of radio resources. We have analysed and compared the physical and link layer performance for two common standards: the IEEE 802.16 WMAN-SC and the IEEE 802.11 (a, b, g) WLAN. The paper contains a performance comparison of 802.16 and 802.1 ig in terms of (a) the effect of the number of nodes and of the packet length, (b) the influence of adaptive modulation, and (c) the influence of mobility. The limitations of the 802.11 a PHY are also extracted from simulations, and the BER performance of the 802.16 FEC block is simulated and discussed. The implementations, simulations and evaluation have been performed using the ns-2 simulator, Matlab-Simulink and SystemView.
