The paper presents the results of studies of the effect of heavy metal salts (15 mg/kg CdCl2 and/or 50 mg/kg CoCl2) contamination of soddy-podzolic soil on the adaptive potential and phytoremediation activity of two pea genotypes contrasting in resistance: the cadmium-resistant mutant SGECDt and its wild line SGE. The experiment was carried out under laboratory conditions while maintaining a stable internal microclimate and an optimal degree of insolation in the room. The duration of the experiment was 85 days. A study of the dynamics of morphometric parameters, using the example of shoot and root biomass, showed that the SGECDt mutant demonstrated better resistance to toxicants: on average, the decrease in shoot biomass compared to control was 28.2%, and 5.5% for roots. Whereas on wild lines, the rates were 31.8% on shoots and 21.8% on roots, respectively. As expected, the tolerance of the mutant was best manifested in the variant with the introduction of cadmium ions. Thanks to mass spectrometric analysis, it was found that the content of cadmium in dry biomass of shoots increased with an increase in biomass in both genotypes. Moreover, in the mutant, it significantly exceeded the concentration of pollutant accumulation in the wild type, and practically did not change, starting from 30 days with separate or combined introduction of metals, and until the end of the growing season - 20-25 µg of dry biomass per gram of shoot. The content of cobalt, on the contrary, decreased in ontogenesis phases, with a slight superiority in metal fixation by the mutant, starting from 45 days after inoculation. With the simultaneous entry of both metals into the soil solution, synergism of action was not observed. The content of cobalt decreased even more in plants, while cadmium, on the contrary, increased. It can be concluded that the ion-exchange reactions between these pollutants differed in interactions in the "soil-plant" system by the type of antagonism. Among the optimal period for harvesting contaminated products for its further processing (phytomining), one can single out the budding phase - the beginning of flowering (45 days). During this period, the mutant plants simultaneously perform well detoxification (phytosanation) and active accumulation of atmospheric nitrogen in the soil.

The study highlights the issues of modeling processes of a socio-economic nature, examines the problems and reveals the factors influencing the construction of an algorithm for the relationship between education systems and professional fitness in practice. The purpose of the study is to develop the theoretical and practical foundations of human resources management of the territory, substantiate a verified algorithm for evaluating the effectiveness of the vocational education system and the compliance of graduates with the level of demand in the labor market. In our opinion, studies of economic processes undoubtedly affect the social side of the development of the territory. In this connection, the study pays attention to the relationship of such processes. At the same time, the results of efficiency in managing the economy of the territory are concentrated on the development of innovative activities and the professional level of education of the population. According to the results of the study, an assessment of the current state of affairs for a certain subject of the Russian Federation is given, but some aspects touched upon in the study require an additional information block. The considered structural factors are determined in the share influence, which allows us to conclude about the regulation of processes with external and internal influence.

The relevance of the presented topic is conditioned by the necessity of formation of harmonious and freely developed personality in training competitive specialists within the framework of professional education. A competitive specialist is not only a competent and highly professional worker, but first, a personality, who cares about his/her health, has high spiritual and moral qualities, skills of non-standard, flexible thinking, ready for continuous professional growth, capable of self-organization and self-improvement. The focus of a vocational institution is to create conditions for students to develop a healthy lifestyle and personal qualities that will ensure their competitiveness in the labor market, as well as to develop a spiritually moral, creative personality that can adapt in today's environment. Proper organization of the process of physical education among students can make a significant contribution to this direction. The study developed and experimentally proved the content of physical education process in secondary vocational education institution, aimed at improving the physical fitness of students. The positive influence of the content of the educational process on the indicators of physical fitness of students in higher education institution has been revealed. The aim of the research was the theoretical justification and experimental confirmation of the effectiveness of the content of physical education process in higher professional education institution for students, aimed at forming a competitive specialist's personality. The study reveals a positive impact of the content of the educational process on the formation of students' personality and physical preparedness indicators of university students. The paper presents the content of the process of physical education in the institution of higher vocational education of students. The practical significance of the study lies in the possibility of application of the developed content of the process of physical education in institutions of secondary vocational education of students, as well as the use of individual means and methods in other educational institutions.

The purpose of the study is to develop a methodology for the toolkit of evaluation criteria of a territorial resource, based on the development of a mechanism of criteria that can give a generalizing indicator, based on the consideration of the rhythmodynamics of the development of the territorial economy. The article discusses the problems of economic resources, when considering the methodology, it turned out that a separate approach is required in solving the problems of constructing evaluation indicators. Obviously, when developing each, human capital is a priority. Adapted elements of international and domestic indicators require adjustments and additions, in order to "cross-cutting" assessment of the territory of the state, which is currently being carried out.

The purpose of the study is to reveal the essence of digital technologies in the municipal government system, to identify the main problems of their transformation in the territory of the subjects, and to develop directions for the mechanism of adaptation of the relationship between different management structures in the conditions of digitalization of processes. The article considers the author's vision of the development of digital technologies in the territorial aspect. In particular, the problems of technical equipment of remote territories are considered, in particular, the problems of training personnel and territorial access to Internet resources are touched upon. When evaluating the legislative and regulatory acts of the Russian Federation, it is clear that digital technologies require a separate approach to solving problems of both legal and economic nature, while we focus on their relationship. It is obvious that when developing the strategic direction of digital technologies, the adapted elements require some adjustments and additions, which is currently being carried out. Such changes and additions are promoted not only through legislative and regulatory activities, but also on the basis of scientific research, which in turn develop new directions that contribute to solving problems in the development of digital technologies, not only in the management system, but also in the areas of business, professional education, training and retraining of personnel, etc. As a result, the identified problems in the resource provision of digital technologies allowed us to develop measures that specify the strategic direction.

Neuroblastoma (NB) is the most frequent pediatric extracranial solid tumor characterized by extreme biological heterogeneity with variable clinical course. Older age is an important risk factor. These patients may lack other common risk features but still have a chemoresistant disease with dismal prognosis. As there is currently no consensus on optimal treatment for patients with primary resistant NB, a number of clinical options is being explored including immunotherapy-based approaches. Immunotherapy with dinutuximab beta (DB) have proven its effectiveness as maintenance therapy. Allogeneic stem cell transplantation from haploidentical donor (haplo-HSCT) may be an effective consolidation in some cases. However, all forms of immunotherapy are much less effective in patients with large residual tumor. While there is no data on immune checkpoints inhibitors effectiveness in NB, some patients may benefit from this option as a part of complex immunotherapy strategy. Case presentation A 12-year old girl with gross paravertebral thoracic and abdominal tumor was diagnosed with undifferentiated neuroblastoma and bone metastases. While there was no response to several lines of chemotherapy, and only partial tumor resection was possible, the hematopoietic stem cell transplantation from haploidentical donor (haplo-HSCT) was performed as salvage therapy. Since there was only minor decrease in tumor volume with good dynamics by MIBG scan, additional post-transplant therapy was initiated. External beam radiotherapy was given for local control. The patient also received combined immunotherapy with DB and nivolumab. Currently, 3.5 years post haplo-HSCT, despite still gross residual tumor mass, it is MIBG-negative and shows signs of differentiation. Conclusion The combination of haplo-HSCT with post-transplant anti-GD2 and nivolumab may lead to a long-term response in an adolescent with primary resistant NB in spite of a large residual tumor mass.

Objectives To assess Asian data from Global Prevalence Study on Infections in Urology (GPIU study) which has been performed more than 10 years. Methods Seventeen Asian countries participated in the GPIU study between 2004 and 2013. Data for these countries were collected from the web-based GPIU database. The point prevalence of urinary tract infections (UTI) and antimicrobial susceptibility of representative pathogens were analysed for Asian geographic regions. Results A total of 6706 patients (5271 male, 1435 female) were assessed during the study period, and 659 patients were diagnosed with a UTI (9.8%). Of these UTI patients, 436 were male and 223 were female. Mean patient age was 54.9 ± 19.3 years. Pyelonephritis and cystitis were the most common clinical diagnoses, representing 30.7% and 29.9% of patients, respectively. Escherichia coli was the most frequently identified uropathogen (38.7%). For the patients with urinary tract infection, cephalosporins were the most frequently used antibiotics (34.4%), followed by fluoroquinolones (24.1%), aminoglycosides (16.8%). Fluoroquinolone resistance was relatively high (ciprofloxacin 54.9%, levofloxacin 39.0%), and cephalosporin resistance 42% (42.5–49.4%). Of the antibiotics evaluated, uropathogens had maintained the highest level of susceptibility to amikacin and imipenem (24.9% and 11.3% resistance rates, respectively). Conclusion Uropathogens in many Asian countries had high resistance to broad-spectrum antibiotics. Knowledge of regional and local resistance data and prudent use of antibiotics are important for proper management of UTI in Asian countries.

This article deals with the formation of cognitive interest in leading a healthy lifestyle through information portals of the Internet environment. In addition, the results of research related to the inclusion of adults in the health environment are presented. The purpose of the article is to define the content of the information portal, which would meet the needs and requirements of adult users. The work used methods of analysis and synthesis of scientific and methodological literature and information environment on health improvement, methods of mathematical statistics. Publications in periodicals, methodological materials, monographs and information portals related to healthy lifestyle were used as sources of information. The article presents the results of a survey of adults, which made it possible to define the criteria and content of the information portal on healthy lifestyle. Based on the needs of users, the requirements that should be considered when designing such information portals were identified. The results will be useful for specialists developing information content portals aimed at supporting healthy lifestyle, as well as adults who are subjects of self-development, to lead a healthy life with the support of the information environment. Identified relevant content will be the basis for expanding the idea of what the information space related to healthy lifestyle should look like, as well as help self-development actors to design an individual set of health-forming practices.

Currently, the crisis moment in the preparation of a sports reserve is the period of professional orientation, which coincides with the period of preparation for passing state examinations and the moment of the transition of the athlete from the group of sports improvement to the group of sports skills. All specified events, as a rule, fall on one interval of time - on the senior classes or the period of completion of training in general education and sports schools. At this time, many athletes who have not switched to the rank of professionals, but showing high enough sports results to be a worthy sports reserve for a long time and in the long term members of national teams are faced with a choice - to continue their sports career, but to delay the period of preparation for entering the higher educational establishment, or to start building a professional career, but to refuse the opportunity to continue sports activities. The program presented in this article allows athletes to make the most comfortable transition from a group of sports improvement to a group of sports skills, as well as to start building a professional career with admission to a higher educational establishment or educational organization of secondary professional education. The purpose of this study is to identify the most significant problems of the activities of talented athletes in the period of professional self-determination, as well as a description of the conditions that contribute to the success of athletes during the construction of a “double career” (educational and sports activities). The leading method of research of this topic is to analyze the activity of promising athletes. To solve the tasks it is planned to use the following scientific methods: theoretical analysis and synthesis of literature data; identification of existing concepts and approaches to solving the formulated problem; pedagogical observation; pedagogical experiment; sociological methods; methods of mathematical statistics. The article presents the results of a study of the problems arising from talented athletes in the course of professional self-determination related to the choice of continuing a sports career or enrolling in an educational institution. Materials can be applied to the development and implementation of an athlete support system that includes various components: medical and biological; social and pedagogical; informational.

This article deals with the problem of shaping the need for self-realization of a future physical education teacher, which is particularly acute in modern society, where social requirements for the teacher are becoming more and more rigid and categorical, and the conditions for the manifestation of pedagogical creativity are significantly reduced due to the introduction of a multilateral regulatory framework teacher's work. Under these conditions, it is difficult for a teacher to choose a vector and methods for realizing their own potential in their professional activities. This problem is discussed in the article on the example of future physical education teachers. The aim is to determine the qualitative characteristics of the need for self-realization of the future teacher, reveal the stages and mechanisms of its formation in the structure of higher education and present the rhizome model “Formation of the need for self-realization of a future physical education teacher” developed by the authors. The article presents the results of the author's study of the procedural and effective characteristics of the process of forming the need for self-realization of future physical education teachers. The stages and mechanisms of this process are described and the rhizome model “Formation of the need for self-realization of a future physical education teacher” is proposed and scientifically substantiated. The materials can be used to organize events for the formation and development of the need for self-realization of subjects of secondary vocational, higher and additional vocational education.

The mathematical model is constructed which describes the impacts of chaotically changing environment on the frequencies and productivity of partners in the legume-rhizobia symbiosis. The most sensitive for external impacts are the adaptively prospective bacteria strains which are specific with respect to hosts and are capable for the intensive evolution towards an improved symbiotic efficiency. An increased stability of these strains in symbiotic system may be an important factor of its evolution for the improved efficiency of partners’ interaction.

Simulation of evolution in the legume-rhizobial symbiosis allowed us to suggest the mathematical criterion (index) for the functional integrity of symbiosis (FIS). Calculation of FIS index is based on analysis of the covariance matrix of partners’ frequencies influenced by fluctuations of the systemic parameters. The positive correlations of FIS with ecological efficiency of symbiosis (its impact on the seed productivity of plants) and a negative correlation with the partners’ diversity indices were demonstrated. The revealed dependences allow us to explain the increasing of structural-functional integrity in mutualistic symbiosis byoperation of the natural selection in favor of an improved ecological efficiency of partners’ interactions.

Inactivation of genes involved in the dicarbyxylic acid transport in alfalfa rhizobia, Sinorhizobium meliloti (structural gene of succinate permease dctA and its transcriptional regulators dctBD, nifA, ntrA) resulted in the full or partial loss of Nsub2/sub-fixing activity while amplifications of these genes - in its improvement. It lead to the marked increases of N and C accumulation in alfalfa while its shoot mass was increased by a much lesser degree due to the incomplete N translocation from the roots. Factorial analysis suggested that dctABD amplification was important for improving the symbiotic efficiency in all trials while the effects of dctA, nifA and ntrA amplifications depend on the plant genotypes and growth conditions.

The model is suggested for evolution of Nsub2/sub-fixing legume-rhizobia symbiosis implemented under the conditions of multi-strain bacteria competition for inoculation of symbiotic habitats (rhizosphere, nodules). Competitiveness of each strain is characterized by the power coefficients which reflect the operation of frequency-dependent selection in the rhizobia population. When polymorphic bacteria populations are interacting with the dimorphic plant population, the selective pressures in favor of hostspecific symbionts (forming Nsub2/sub-fixing nodules only with one of the available plant genotypes) are higher than the pressures in favor of non-host-specific symbionts (forming these nodules with both plant genotypes). The highest mutualism efficiency is reached under an intermediate level of plant population diversity.

The mathematical model for evolution of legume-rhizobia mutualism based on the partners' positive feedbacks resulted from their metabolic (C-N) exchange is presented. Negative FDS in rhizobia population, combined with the partners' positive feedbacks ensure anchoring or even domination of the mutants which either acquired the mutualistic traits or changed the specificity in their expression with different host genotypes. The created model allows us to consider the mutualistic symbiosis as of a finely balanced population system in which the equilibrium may be shifted in favor of beneficial microbial genotypes due to natural selection for an improved symbiotic efficiency implemented in plant population. The method for mathematical simulation is suggested to analyze the balanced polymorphism in rhizobia population generated due to the interplay of Darwinian and frequency-dependent selection. Analysis of the model suggested that this polymorphism is determined not only by the selection pressures but also by the capacities of ecological niches occupied by bacteria in the «plant-soil» system. The model may be used for analyzing the selective processes in various symbiotic systems and for predicting the consequences of releasing of genetically modified plant symbionts into environment.

Formation of the cultured flora resulted in a decrease of plant symbiotic potential based on interactions with beneficial microorganisms. This decrease leads to transformation of plant micro-symbionts into the non-adaptive forms caused by: а) blocking the selection in favor of mutualistic strains; б) horizontal gene transfer in the microbial communities resulted in formation of virulent “symbiotic cheaters”. Mathematical simulation suggests that these tendencies may be overcome by formation of the optimal population structures in symbiotic system which should possess a high integrity and specificity of partners’ interactions as well as by a tolerance to the invasions of non-active aboriginal strains from the local soil populations.
