Safety production is an important way to ensure the personal safety of workers and the safety of national property. This project focuses on addressing the safety generation problem in the power marketing profession, designing a set of intelligent dynamic warning systems for power marketing operations. MobileNetV1 is used as the backbone feature extraction network of SSD to create a lightweight target detection network, and it is combined with OpenVINO and NCS2 neural computation bars to construct an image analysis and dynamic warning model for power operation based on the SSD MobileNetV1 algorithm. We use the images of power marketing operation sites in a city as a dataset to test and compare the constructed model with other target detection algorithms, analyzing its dynamic warning effect on power operations and exploring the effectiveness of the model’s practical application. The results show that the SSD network model can significantly improve the detection efficiency and accuracy of the dynamic early warning system for electric power operations, and its accuracy is 15.15% and 18.82% higher than that of the Faster⁃RCNN algorithm and the YOLO algorithm, respectively. The early warning system reduced the irregular behavior of electric power marketing operations by 135.71%, demonstrating the effectiveness of the SSD model in detecting and warning electric power targets. This model not only meets practical requirements but also effectively reduces the irregular production behaviors of electric power marketing operations, thereby enhancing the safety coefficient of marketing field operations.

Implant infection is one of the most common and serious complications in orthopedics, and it is also an important reason for the failure of implant surgery. When bacteria form a biofilm on the implant surface, it is extremely difficult to be eliminated and attracts more bacteria and fungi. A large number of studies have shown that the use of surface modification technology can effectively reduce the adhesion and accumulation of pathogenic bacteria, thereby preventing peri-implant infection. The formation process of bacterial biofilm on the surface of orthopedic implants and the antibacterial mechanism of metal antibacterial agents were first analyzed. Then, some of the most widely used metal-based inorganic antibacterial coatings at home and abroad and their related preparation processes were reviewed, the problems and improvement methods in the application of these coatings were also discussed, and the development direction of inorganic antibacterial coatings in the future was prospected, such as synergistic antibacterial coatings and bone-promoting antibacterial coatings.

Rod-pinch diode is widely used in flash X-ray machines of various voltage levels. Its structure is very simple and the radiation dose is high with a small focal spot. The most important thing in the physics of rodpinch diode is to study the emission state of electrons and ions under different voltage-loading waveforms. At present, the theory of electron explosion emission has been mature, but there is a lack of specific research on the property of plasma emission except that anode plasma is indispensable. Therefore, the study of anode plasma emission of the rod-pinch diode is helpful to deeply understand the influencing factor of plasma on radiation dose. Improving the radiation imaging performance of rod-pinch diode by adjusting plasma emission, like pre-filled rod-pinch diode, PIC and Monte Carlo simulations were used in this paper. PIC simulation was used to obtain the peak current of the rod-pinch diode and the phase space file storing the electron bombarding the anode. The phase space file was used as the input source file of Monte Carlo to obtain the simulated radiation dose of the rod-pinch diode. Three X-ray devices of 450 kV, 1 MV and 4 MV were used to obtain the diode current and radiation dose at 1 m of the rod-pinch diode at the voltage level of 0.45-4 MV. By comparing the simulation result with the experimental result, the correct plasma emission function of the anode rod was obtained. According to the above methods, it is confirmed that the plasma emission function is closely related to the energy and power of electron bombarding the anode rod, and the ion emission function of anode rod with different diameters at the voltage level of 0.45-4 MV is obtained. At the same time, it is found that the position of the electron bombardment anode rod corresponds to the position of plasma emission. It shows that the heat transfer of electron deposition energy on the anode rod cannot be considered in the time range of X-ray emission. After the anode ion emission function obtained in this paper was added to the numerical calculation model, the relative error between the simulated peak current and radiation dose and the real experimental value is within 20%, which can accurately predict the diode current and radiation dose in the flash X-ray experiment. Using this model, the relationship between plasma density and electron bombarding anode rod was studied. Electrons bombarding the side of the anode rod with near grazing incidence and the end face of the anode rod can obtain a higher X-ray radiation dose. Combined with 3D modeling technology, the simulation method can fully evaluate the penetration ability of X-ray in a specific object, to scientifically select the input voltage level in the formal experiment. At the same time, combined with material science and related technology, the model can also be used for the design of a new X-ray diode.

In order to aovid peri-implantitis，Ti-ZnO nanocomposite coatings were prepared on the surface of pure Ti slices by reactive magnetron sputtering.The effects of nano-ZnO content on the microstructure and antibacterial performance of the coatings were studied by means of changing the splicing ratio of Ti target and ZnO target.The microstructure，roughness and wettability of the samples were characterized and measured by scanning electron microscopy (SEM)，X-ray diffraction (XRD)，atomic force microscopy (AFM) and JC2000C1 interfacial tension tester.In addition，the release of Zn ions from the coatings was measured by inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry (ICP-MS)，the cytotoxicity of the coatings was tested by CCK-8 method，and the antibacterial performance of the coatings was evaluated by plate colony counting method.Results showed that when the ratio of Ti target to ZnO target was 95 ∶5，the nano-ZnO content in Ti-ZnO coating was the highest，the roughness and contact angle with liquid phase of the coating reached the maximum values of 0.547 nm and 101.25° respectively，the coating had no cytotoxicity and met the standards for biosafety materials，and the antibacterial performance of the coating was the best with an antibacterial rate up to 91.05%.

BackgroundThe monoclonal antibody daratumumab, approved for treating myeloma, targets CD38, a protein on myeloma and also on CD34+ hematopoietic progenitor cells. Because mobilized CD34+ cells are critical for stem cell transplant, we investigated the in vitro activity of daratumumab on mobilized CD34+ cells from myeloma patients with no prior exposure to daratumumab.MethodsWe determined the number of CD38 molecules per CD34+ cell, and whether daratumumab bound to CD34+ cells, whether C1q bound to daratumumab-coated CD34+ cells and whether daratumumab-related complement-dependent cytotoxicity (CDC) occurred. We also examined CD34+ cell progenitor cell colony capacity in assays with pre-plating incubation of CD34+ cells with daratumumab alone or with daratumumab and the CD59 inhibitory antibody BRIC229, and also assessed CD34+ cell responses to increasing doses of daratumumab in caspase 3/7 activity assays.ResultsAlthough 75% of mobilized CD34+ cells co-express CD38, CD38 was minimally present on CD34+ cells compared to Daudi and KG-1 controls, C1q did not bind to daratumumab-coated CD34+ cells, and CDC did not occur. CD34+ cells incubated in complement-rich human serum with daratumumab alone or with daratumumab and BRIC229, and then plated in progenitor cell assays, produced similar numbers of colonies as controls. In progenitor cell assays with cryopreserved or fresh unselected or CD34-selected cells, daratumumab did not affect progenitor cell capacity, and in caspase 3/7 activity assays CD34+ cells were not affected by increasing doses of daratumumab.ConclusionIn vitro, daratumumab is not toxic to mobilized CD34+ progenitor cells from myeloma patients.

Simple Summary: Listeria pathogenicity island 4 (LIPI-4)—which is composed of six genes, including EⅡB—has been identified as a specific virulence factor closely related to infections of the nervous system and the placenta. This study examined the virulence effect of LIPI-4 EⅡB. Deletion of EⅡB reduced the biofilm formation ability and cell intracellular proliferation capacity of Listeria monocytogenes, as well as bacterial load in mice. In addition, EⅡB was found to regulate the transcription levels of genes related to virulence and biofilm formation. These findings provide a foundation for further examinations of the pathogenic mechanisms of LIPI-4 and EⅡB in L. monocytogenes. To explore the role of the membrane permease ⅡB (EⅡB) gene of Listeria pathogenicity island 4 (LIPI-4) in the virulence of Listeria monocytogenes, both an EⅡB deletion strain (∆EⅡB) and a complemented strain were constructed. In vitro experiments demonstrated that EⅡB deletion affected the biofilm formation ability of the wild-type strain (Lm928). Moreover, this deletion decreased the intracellular proliferation abilities of L. monocytogenes. Mice infected with ∆EⅡB survived longer and experienced less weight loss on days 1, 2, and 3 post-infection. The bacterial load in the liver tissue of ∆EⅡB-infected mice was significantly reduced, and a considerable decrease in the blood levels of inflammatory cytokines IL-β, IL-6, IL-10, and TNF-α were observed. Following EⅡB deletion, 65% (13/20) of genes were downregulated, 25% (5/20) were upregulated, and 10% (2/20) showed no change. These findings suggest that EⅡB deletion may reduce both the in vivo and in vitro virulence levels as well as the biofilm formation ability of Lm928 by downregulating the transcription levels of genes associated with virulence and biofilm formation. Listeria monocytogenes (L. monocytogenes) is a foodborne pathogen that causes listeriosis in humans and other animals. Surface proteins with the LPXTG motif have important roles in the virulence of L. monocytogenes. Lmo0159 is one such protein, but little is known about its role in L. monocytogenes virulence, motility, and biofilm formation. Here, we constructed and characterized a deletion mutant of lmo0159 (∆lmo0159). We analyzed not only the capacity of biofilm formation, motility, attachment, and intracellular growth in different cell types but also LD50; bacterial load in mice's liver, spleen, and brain; expression of virulence genes; and survival time of mice after challenge. The results showed that the cross-linking density of the biofilm of ∆lmo0159 strain was lower than that of WT by microscopic examination. The expression of biofilm-formation and virulence genes also decreased in the biofilm state. Subsequently, the growth and motility of ∆lmo0159 in the culture medium were enhanced. Conversely, the growth and motility of L. monocytogenes were attenuated by ∆lmo0159 at both the cellular and mouse levels. At the cellular level, ∆lmo0159 reduced plaque size; accelerated scratch healing; and attenuated the efficiency of adhesion, invasion, and intracellular proliferation in swine intestinal epithelial cells (SIEC), RAW264.7, mouse-brain microvascular endothelial cells (mBMEC), and human-brain microvascular endothelial cells (hCMEC/D3). The expression of virulence genes was also inhibited. At the mouse level, the LD50 of the ∆lmo0159 strain was 100.97 times higher than that of the WT strain. The bacterial load of the ∆lmo0159 strain in the liver and spleen was lower than that of the WT strain. In a mouse model of intraperitoneal infection, the deletion of the lmo0159 gene significantly prolonged the survival time of the mice, suggesting that the lmo0159 deletion mutant also exhibited reduced virulence. Thus, our study identified lmo0159 as a novel virulence factor among L. monocytogenes LPXTG proteins. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
