A lot of studies have shown that there is an "inverse U-curve" relationship between learners' grades and cognitive load. Learners' grades are closely related to their learning behavior characteristics on online learning. Is there any relationship between online learners' behavior characteristics and cognitive load? Based on this, the data of research are obtained from the professions and applied sciences on the Canvas Network platform. The multi-level data mining technology is used to analyze and mine the relationship between grades and online learners' behavior characteristics layer by layer. The results show that there is an "inverse U-curve" relationship between grades and "nevents." Therefore, the research attempts to map "nevents" to the online learners' cognitive load, which makes the online learners' cognitive load can be quantitative analysis. Research results also prove that multi-level data mining technology can be used to mine the special learning rules hidden behind the data effectively.

In recent years, an increasing number of studies have utilized molecular biology techniques to reveal important molecular heterogeneity among different subtypes of liposarcoma. Each subtype exhibits distinct genetic patterns and molecular pathways, which may serve as important targets for molecular therapy. In the present review, we focus on the molecular characteristics, molecular diagnostics, driver genes, and molecular mechanisms of liposarcoma. Background: Statins are the gold standard in the treatment of dyslipidemia, significantly reducing the risk of cardiovascular disease. Objective: To systematically review the efficacy and safety of Moderate-intensity Rosuvastatin Plus Ezetimibe compared with High-intensity Rosuvastatin in treating Composite Cardiovascular Events. Methods: PubMed, Embase, Cochrane Library, CINAHL, Web of Science, China Knowledge Network, China Biological Literature Database, Wan Fang Database, and Weipu Database were searched to retrieve randomized controlled trials assessing the safety and efficacy of the two therapies from the time of construction to December 2023. The Jadad scale assessment tool was used to evaluate the quality of the included literature, and Review Manager 5.4 software was used for meta-analysis. The heterogeneity of outcomes was estimated by the I2 test, where we applied risk ratios (RR) and 95% confidence intervals (CI) to assess dichotomous outcomes and mean difference (MD) and 95% CI to present continuous outcomes. We used funnel plots to assess study publication bias and sensitivity analysis was used to address significant clinical heterogeneity. Results: The meta-analysis described 21 RCTs involving 24592 participants. The findings indicated that moderate-intensity statin combination therapy improved low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) (MD -8.06, 95% CI [-9.48, -6.64] p < 0.05), total cholesterol (TG) (MD -5.66, 95% CI [-8.51, -2.82] p < 0.05), and non-high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (non-HDL-C) (MD -17.04, 95% CI [-29.55, -4.54] p < 0.05) to a greater extent and superior in achieving LDL-C <70 (RR1.26, 95% CI [1.22, 1.29] p < 0.05) and LDL-C <55 (RR1.66, 95% CI [1.56, 1.77] p < 0.05) ratios and in the incidence of adverse events than the high-intensity Rosuvastatin monotherapy group. However, there was no statistical difference between the two in improving HDL-C, total cholesterol (TC), and preventing long-term composite adverse cardiovascular events (ACE). Funnel plots indicated publication bias. Sensitivity analysis suggested instability in long-term composite cardiovascular events, HDL-C, and TC results. Conclusions: Moderate-intensity statin plus ezetimibe with combination therapy had better efficacy and safety than high-intensity statins. The effects of five strains of Lactobacillus paracasei from Tibet on constipation and gut microbiota of mice were studied. One hundred and sixty male Kunming mice were randomly divided into two groups: A and B. Each group was randomly divided into a blank subgroup, a model subgroup, five experimental strain (including T1-5, T1-7, T1-9, T1-d, and 5B-1) subgroup and a control strain 6108 subgroup for the laxative function test, with 10 mice in each subgroup. Among them, 80 mice in group A were used to measure the small intestine propulsion rate of mice, and 80 mice in group B were used to measure defecation status. Strains T1-5, T1-9, and 5B-1 with good performance in laxative function test were then selected to detect the regulation of intestinal microbiota and total 24 male BALB/c mice were selected for this experiment, and were divided into a blank subgroup, a T1-5 subgroup, T1-9 subgroup, and 5B-1 subgroup, with 6 mice in each subgroup. The experimental results of the laxative function test showed that: Compared with the model group, the small intestine propulsion rate of mice in T1-9 and 5B-1 groups was significantly higher than that of the model group (P<0.01). The first red stool time was significantly shortened in the T1-9 and 5B-1 groups (P<0.01). The number of fecal particles in the T1-9 group, 5B-1 group, and control strain 6108 group increased significantly at 6 h (P<0.05). The wet weight of feces in the T1-9 and 6108 groups increased significantly (P<0.01, P<0.05). The experimental results of the microbial community sequencing test showed that: compared with the blank group, the abundance of probiotics in the three strain groups T1-5, T1-9, and 5B-1 Lactobacillaceae and Rikenellaceae was significantly increased, including Prevotellaceae in the 5B-1 group. So, the conclusion are as follows: strains T1-5, T1-9 and 5B-1 can promote intestinal peristalsis, regulate the structure of intestinal microbiota, and alleviate constipation in mice. Circularly polarized luminescence (CPL) materials have been widely used in the fields of bioimaging, optoelectronic devices, and optical communications. The supramolecular interaction, involving harnessing non-covalent interactions between host and guest molecules to control their arrangements and assemblies, represents an advanced approach for facilitating the development of CPL materials and finely constructing and tuning the desired CPL properties. Cyclodextrins (CDs) are cyclic natural polysaccharides, which have also been ubiquitous in various fields such as molecular recognition, drug encapsulation, and catalyst separation. By adjusting the interactions between CDs and guest molecules precisely, composite materials with CPL properties can be facilely generated. This review aims to outline the design strategies and performance of CD-based CPL materials comprehensively and provides a detailed illustration of the interactions between host and guest molecules. This article discusses the effectiveness of combining non-ablative fractional laser (NAFL) treatment with a serum containing vitamin C, vitamin E, and ferulic acid (CE Ferulic) for improving skin quality in the Asian population. The study includes case reports of patients who underwent NAFL therapy and applied the CE Ferulic serum topically. The results showed improvements in skin parameters such as wrinkles, skin texture, and pore size, as well as a reduction in erythema and pain.
