Objective To investigate the present situation of nursing staff’s perceived stress and its influencing factors in the post-epidemic era. Methods The convenience sampling method was used to select 1083 on-duty nursing staff from grade 3A general hospitals. General data questionnaire, fatigue scale-14 (FS-14), Chinese Perceived Stress Scale (CPSS) and perceived superior social support scale were used to conduct a questionnaire survey.
