To realize the practical application of solar photocatalysis and photoelectrocatalysis degradation of pollutants， the efficient， stable， and easily separable catalysts should be studied. Fe3O4@SiO2@mesoporous TiO2 （FST） composite photoelectrocatalysts were prepared by sol-gel and hydrothermal methods. The successful synthesis of nano FST was confirmed by characterization analysis. Fe3O4， SiO2， and TiO2 nanoparticles were coated layer by layer with a unique core-shell structure. The FST catalyst can be easily separated from the suspension under the applied magnetic field. The surface photocurrent response and impedance test results of FST show that its activity is significantly enhanced. The photoelectrocatalysis degradation of other organic pollutants under visible light is investigated using the synthesized FST， the 90 min photoelectrocatalysis degradation rates of methylene blue， rhodamine B， methyl orange， and amoxicillin are 98%， 95%， 92%， and 90%， respectively. The main active species capture experiments show that FST produces a large amount of h+ and ·OH through photoelectrocatalysis coupling， which degrades pollutants into CO2， H2O， and inorganic ions.

ObjectiveTo investigate the epidemic characteristics and influencing factors of acute conjunctivitis caused by human adenovirus（HAdv）in Yantian District of Shenzhen City， Guangdong Province from 2014 to 2022， and to provide evidence for formulating effective prevention and control measures.MethodsDescriptive epidemiology was used to analyze the epidemiological characteristics of acute hemorrhagic conjunctivitis （AHC） cases reported from the Chinese disease prevention and control information system. Etiological characteristics of laboratory-confirmed cases were analyzed， and a case-control study method of test-negative design （TND） was conducted as well. According to the result of HAdv detection， analysis was used to identify the influencing factors of morbidity.ResultsA total of 1 005 AHC cases were reported in Yantian District， Shenzhen City from 2014 to 2022， with an average annual incidence rate of 49.49/105. The incidence rate ranged from 4.67/105 to 117.28/105. The peak incidence occurred from July to October each year， with a male-to-female ratio of 1.42∶1. The median （P25，P75） age of onset was 29（12，40） years. A total of 716 eye swabs were collected for etiological detection from 2014 to 2022. HAdv positive detection rate was 36.45% （263/716）， Cox 24v positive detection rate was 0.28% （2/716）， while EV70 was not detected. The longest viral shedding time in eye swabs was 10 days， with a median of 2 days. The highest HAdv positive detection rate （47.47%） was observed when the sampling-to-onset interval was 4‒5 days， and the difference was statistically significant （P

[Objective] The water-holding capacity of reclaimed grassland of different ages was studied in order to provide a scientific basis for water retention and soil and water conservation of reclaimed grassland in karst regions. [Methods] Reclaimed grassland of different ages (5, 10, 15, 20 yr) and cultivated land (CK) in a karst area in Anshui City, Guizhou Province was selected as the research objects, and the “space-time substitution method” was used to study litter storage, water-holding capacity, and water storage capacity. The change characteristics of soil profile bulk density, porosity, particle composition, water content, and water-holding capacity were determined for different ages of reclaimed grassland. [Results] ① The litter-layer storage capacity, maximum water-holding capacity, maximum storage capacity, and effective storage capacity followed the reclaimed grassland age order of 15 yr>20 yr>10 yr>5 yr. The relationships of litter-layer water-holding capacity and water absorption rate with soaking time were characterized by a logarithmic function and a power function, respectively. ② The sand content and bulk density of the reclaimed grassland showed a trend of first decreasing and then increasing as age of reclaimed grassland increased. Changes in silt, clay, total porosity, capillary porosity, maximum water-holding capacity, and capillary water-holding capacity were opposite to the changes in soil bulk density. ③ The total water-holding capacity of the litter layer and the soil layer followed the order of 10 yr>20 yr>15 yr>5 yr>CK. The maximum water-holding contribution rate of the soil layer was more than 99%. [Conclusion] Reclaimed grassland of different ages not only increased the bioaccumulation, rainfall interception, and water-holding capacity of the litter layer, but also improved soil structure and pore status. The soil water-holding capacity gradually stabilized after 10 years. Therefore, it is recommended that planting deciduous trees after 10 years of farmland conversion to grassland.

ObjectiveThis study aimed to analyze the medication rules of health food with Cassiae Semen as the main raw material.MethodsA database of health food containing Cassiae Semen was established. The functional ingredients of the health food were counted， of which the nature， taste， meridian tropism， and categories were described. The Apriori algorithm， Kulc， and IR were used to analyze the association rules.ResultsA total of 316 health foods were accounted for， including 102 items for weight loss， 81 items for laxatives， 76 items for assisting in lowering blood lipid， and 22 items for relieving visual fatigue， comprising 89% （281/316）. Among the health foods for weight loss， the most widely used raw materials were Cassiae Semen， followed by Nelumbinis Folium and Crataegi Fructus. The representative drug combinations were Cassiae Semen- Poria - Alismatis Rhizoma and Cassiae Semen- Alismatis Rhizoma - Nelumbinis Folium. In laxative health food， the most widely used raw materials were Cassiae Semen， followed by Crataegi Fructus， Aloe， and green tea. The representative drug combinations included Cassiae Semen-Green Tea-Sennae Folium. Among the auxiliary hypolipidemic health foods， the most widely used raw materials were Cassiae Semen， Crataegi Fructus， and Nelumbinis Folium. The representative drug combinations were Cassiae Semen - Notoginseng Radix et Rhizoma - Salvia Miltiorrhiza Radix et Rhizoma and Cassiae Semen- Nelumbinis Folium - Crataegi Fructus. Among the health foods for relieving visual fatigue， the most widely used raw materials were Cassiae Semen， Lycii Fructus， and Chrysanthemi Flos. The representative drug combinations included Cassiae Semen- Lycii Fructus - Chrysanthemi Flos.ConclusionThe main functions of Cassiae Semen used in health food were weight loss， laxative， auxiliary blood lipid-lowering， and relief of visual fatigue. The medication rules were consistent with the theory of traditional Chinese medicine.

Objective: This study aims to explore the impact of nano-hydroxyapatite (na-HA) and micron-hydroxyapatite (mi-HA) on human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVEC) using in vitro experiments, assessing their influence on cellular biological activity. These findings offer crucial experimental data for informing the development of more vascularized tissue-engineered bone constructs. Methods: We employed the Cell Counting Kit-8 (CCK-8) assay to assess the impact of various concentrations of both HA extracts on HUVEC metabolic activity post 48, 72, and 96 h of treatment. Transwell experiments were conducted to evaluate the influence of HA extract on HUVEC migratory capabilities. The cell proliferation activity was assessed using the 5-ethynyl-2′-deoxyuridine (EdU) incorporation assay, elucidating the impact of varying concentrations of both HA extracts on cell proliferation. Lumen formation experiments were conducted to assess the capacity of HA-treated HUVECs to form lumen-like structures. The Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) was employed to measure the impact of HA extract on vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) secretion by HUVECs. Western blotting (WB) was utilized to analyze alterations in the expression levels of PI3K/Akt signaling pathway-related proteins following HA extract treatment of cells. Results: At extract concentrations of 100 g/L and 12.5 g/L, both the mi-HA and na-HA groups demonstrated suppression of cell metabolic activity, migration, and proliferation. Conversely, at 25 g/L, increased cell metabolic activity and proliferative activity were observed. Lumen formation experiments demonstrated that both HA extracts at 100 g/L concentration facilitated lumen formation, with the na-HA group at 25 g/L concentration displaying a more pronounced impact on lumen formation. The ELISA results indicated a notable reduction in VEGF secretion within the mi-HA group at a concentration of 100 g/L. WB experiments revealed that within the na-HA group, treatment of HUVECs with 25 g/L and 12.5 g/L extract concentrations led to upregulation of PI3K and Akt protein expression, while at 100 g/L concentration, Akt protein expression decreased. In the mi-HA group, intracellular expression of both PI3K and Akt proteins exhibited reduction. Conclusion: Hydroxyapatite extract at both high and low concentrations impacts the biological activity of vascular endothelial cells, with the potential mechanism of action involving the PI3K/Akt signaling pathway.

Objective·To explore the potential impact of early-life environmental exposure on childhood asthma in Chongqing, China.Methods·A case-control study was designed. The cases with asthma diagnosis were enrolled from outpatients of the respiratory medicine departments and the healthy children without history of asthma were enrolled from health check-up clinics of the child health care departments in two tertiary children's hospitals in Chongqing from September 2020 to January 2022. The children in the two groups had all lived in Chongqing since birth and their home addresses had not changed before they were 3 years old. A self-developed “Children's Early-Life Environment Survey” was used to collect general personal data, family information, child health status, birth history, and indoor environment from birth to 3 years old (second-hand smoke, dampness and mold points in bedroom, seen cockroaches in bedroom, bedroom cleaning frequency, air conditioning and air purifier use, and decoration). Based on the home address information before 3 years old, annual particular matter 2.5 (PM2.5) exposure levels were estimated by using a high spatiotemporal resolution model. Univariate and multivariate Logistic regression models were used to analyze the early-life environmental factors affecting the development of childhood asthma. The risk factors which were statistically significant in univariate Logistic regression or had clinical significance were included in the multivariate model.Results·A total of 220 asthma cases and 636 healthy control children were enrolled. The mean age of the asthma cases and the controls were (7.4±2.1) and (7.6±2.1) years old, respectively. There were no statistically significant differences in age, gender, gestational age, birth weight, mode of delivery, family size, annual family income, maternal education level and living space per person. Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that early-life bedroom dampness and mold exposure [odds ratio (OR)=2.155, 95% confidence interval (CI) 1.304‒3.559, P=0.003], bedroom cockroach exposure (OR=1.830, 95%CI 1.287‒2.601, P=0.001), bedroom air conditioner use (OR=2.328, 95%CI 1.098‒4.937, P=0.028), second-hand smoke exposure (OR=1.762, 95%CI 1.272‒2.440, P=0.001), and long term exposure to PM2.5 at one year old (OR=1.063, 95%CI 1.034‒1.093, P=0.000) increased the risk of childhood asthma. Daily use of air purifier (OR=0.416, 95%CI 0.213‒0.812, P=0.010) could reduce the risk of childhood asthma.Conclusion·Early-life environmental exposure is of great significance for the development of childhood asthma. Early-life bedroom dampness and mold exposure, cockroach exposure, second-hand smoke, incorrect use of air conditioner, and long-term exposure of children to PM2.5 in the first year after birth are independent risk factors for the development of childhood asthma.

A young female patient presented with fever, arthralgia, and rash was diagnosed with adults still's disease. When treated with glucocorticoid steroid, the above patient progressed to anuria, sudden, and confusion. After a teamwork involving different departments, the patient was finally diagnosed with atypical hemolytic uremic syndrome (aHUS) and treated with good outcome. aHUS is a rare disease, while Eculizumab is an orphan drug. The diagnosis and treatment of the patient reveals the importance of multidisciplinary team on the diagnosis and treatment of rare and difficult diseases.

Purpose – China's marine economy occupies an important position within the national economy, and its contribution thereto is constantly improving. The overall operation of the marine economy shows positive developmental trends with potential for further growth. The purpose of this research is to analyse the prosperity of China's marine economy, reveal trends therein and forecast the likely turning point in its operation. Design/methodology/approach – Based on the periodicity and fluctuation of China's marine economy development, China's marine economic prosperity indicator system is established from five perspectives. On this basis, China's marine economic operation prosperity index can be synthesised and calculated, then a dynamic factor model is constructed. Using the filtering method to calculate China's marine economic operational Stock–Watson index, Markov switching has been used to determine the trend to transition. Furthermore, China's current marine economic prosperity is evaluated through analysis of influencing factors and correlation analysis. Findings – The analysis shows that, from 2017 to 2019, the operation of the marine economy is relatively stable, and the prosperity index supports this finding; meanwhile it also exposes problems in China's marine economy, such as an unbalanced industrial structure, low marine economic benefits and insufficient capacity for sustainable development. Originality/value – Through the analysis of the prosperity of China's marine economy, the authors reveal the trends in China's marine economy and forecast its likely future turning point.

Cholangiocarcinoma is a malignant tumor originating from the bile duct epithelium, with the increasing incidence year by year. Its early symptoms are atypical and the diagnosis rate is low. Most of the patients are already in advanced stage when they are diagnosed, losing the best surgery period. Currently, the conservative treatments for unresectable extrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma include stent placement, radiofrequency ablation, radiotherapy and chemotherapy, targeted and immunotherapy and other systemic treatments. But due to the high malignancy of biliary tract tumors, the tendency to develop drug resistance and the limited population benefited from the emerging treatment modalities, we urgently need to explore new treatment strategies to break this bottleneck. As a new treatment for cholangiocarcinoma, photodynamic therapy has attracted much attention for its clinical application and therapeutic effects. In this paper, we summarize the principles of photodynamic therapy, the combination of photodynamic and other therapeutic modalities, especially the combination of photodynamic with emerging immune and targeted therapies, and describe the current hotspot directions of photodynamic therapy research at home and abroad to provide reference for clinical treatment and research.

Divide is a dynamic feature of a landscape that routinely migrates, either through progressive or discrete river capture, in some cases even leading to the complete reorganization of river networks. Most of the existing geomorphological or drainage evolution studies focus on the single river capture, and few report on the overall movement and the geomorphologic adjustment of divide.Recently, it was proposed in a digital study of fluvial geomorphology that the chi (χ) value difference on both sides of the drainage divide could be used to explain the large-scale river capture and demonstrate the reorganization of drainage when describing the dynamic migration process of divide. In this paper, the chi (χ) values were calculated using the 12.5 m DEM data. The chi (χ) values were higher in the east and lower in the west, indicating an eastward migration. The lithological erosion resistance is the main factor controlling the eastward migration of the divides in Zhuozishan under the condition that there are no obvious differences in the tectonic uplift and precipitation conditions on the east and west sides. When the Cambrian and Ordovician limestones with stronger erosion resistance lie in the west wing of the Zhuozishan anticline, the other weak sedimentary clastic rocks located in its lower part, the river in the west wing would be through the core of the anticline, laterally capturing the rivers on the east of the anticline.

Purpose – Research on grey systems is becoming more sophisticated, and grey relational and prediction analyses are receiving close review worldwide. Particularly, the application of grey systems in marine economics is gaining importance. The purpose of this paper is to summarize and review literature on grey models, providing new directions in their application in the marine economy. Design/methodology/approach – This paper organized seminal studies on grey systems published by Chinese core journal database – CNKI, Web of Science and Elsevier from 1982 to 2018. After searching the aforementioned database for the said duration, the authors used the CiteSpace visualization tools to analyze them. Findings – The authors sorted the studies according to their countries/regions, institutions, keywords and categories using the CiteSpace tool; analyzed current research characteristics on grey models; and discussed their possible applications in marine businesses, economy, scientific research and education, marine environment and disasters. Finally, the authors pointed out the development trend of grey models. Originality/value – Although researches are combining grey theory with fractals, neural networks, fuzzy theory and other methods, the applications, in terms of scope, have still not met the demand. With the increasingly in-depth research in marine economics and management, international marine economic research has entered a new period of development. Grey theory will certainly attract scholars’ attention, and its role in marine economy and management will gain considerable significance.

Objective To assess the efficacy of bundle care for improving postoperative urinary control in patients receiving radical cystectomy and orthotopic ileal neobladder reconstruction. Methods Between January, 2014 and December, 2016, 60 patients with bladder cancer undergoing radical cystectomy and orthotopic ileal neobladder reconstruction in our department were randomly assigned into control group and bundle care group (n=30). In the control group, the patients were provided with routine instructions and training at discharge, and those in the bundle care group received additional interventions including training of the pelvic floor muscles and trainings for changing the manner of urination, increasing abdominal pressure by Valsalva breathing during urination, and keeping the voiding diary. The patients were followed up regularly and at 3, 6, and 12 months after the surgery, the urine dynamics, maximum and mean urinary flow rate, neobladder capacity and residual urine volume, renal functions and patient's satisfaction with urination were assessed and compared between the two groups. Results At 3, 6, and 12 months after the surgery, the patients in the bundle care group showed significantly greater maximum and mean urinary flow rate and neobladder capacity (P < 0.01) with smaller residual urine volume (P < 0.01) and better satisfaction with urination both in daytime and at night (P < 0.05) than those in the control group. Conclusion Bundle care interventions can effectively improve postoperative urinary control and promote functional recovery of the neobladder in patients receiving radical cystectomy and orthotopic ileal neobladder reconstruction for bladder cancer.

Purpose – Since 2000, China, along with the USA, UK, France, Japan and many other developed countries have drawn up new blueprints for the development of a marine economy. At present, international marine economics research has entered into a new period of development, and the research methods of ocean econometrics are becoming more complex and mature. The purpose of this paper is to review the progress of international marine econometrics research and gives the development direction of marine econometrics. Design/methodology/approach – The Web of Science core collection database was utilized, harvesting data from 1996 to May 2018, measuring the marine economy research from 1,489 articles as its sample, using CiteSpace visualization analysis tools. Findings – Mapping the knowledge map from annual international marine economic metrology, literature identification, keywords, involving disciplines and related journals, countries (regions) and research and analyzing the research status of reveals the research frontiers of international marine economy measurement (learning) by using CiteSpace. Originality/value – The conceptions and characteristics of marine econometrics are defined and analyzed, and the theoretical method of marine econometrics is sorted out. Mapping the knowledge diagram of marine econometrics and discussing the research status of international marine economics, and clarifying the existing problems, future opportunities and challenges of international marine econometrics research.

Accounting informationization is the main development trend that must be faced in the process of financial management of Chinese enterprises. In the development of accounting informatization, we need to effectively apply computer technology and computer internal management procedures to realize the automation of financial work and intelligent operation and management. This will help improve the overall level of financial management and promote the healthy and stable development of my country’s accounting industry. However, there are still some problems when we promote the application of accounting management on computers. In consequence, we need to study and analyze these problems and propose effective improvement measures. Only in this way can the corporate accounting management work be effectively combined with computer technology and the level of accounting informationization can be improved.

Protein degradation in eukaryotic cells is mainly carried out by the 26S proteasome, a macromolecular complex not only present in the cytosol and nucleus but also associated with various membranes. How proteasomes are anchored to the membrane and the biological meaning thereof have been largely unknown in higher organisms. Here, we show that N-myristoylation of the Rpt2 subunit is a general mechanism for proteasome-membrane interaction. Loss of this modification in the Rpt2-G2A mutant cells leads to profound changes in the membrane-associated proteome, perturbs the endomembrane system, and undermines critical cellular processes such as cell adhesion, endoplasmic reticulum-associated degradation and membrane protein trafficking. Rpt2G2A/G2A homozygous mutation is embryonic lethal in mice and is sufficient to abolish tumor growth in a nude mice xenograft model. These findings have defined an evolutionarily conserved mechanism for maintaining membrane protein homeostasis and underscored the significance of compartmentalized protein degradation by myristoyl-anchored proteasomes in health and disease.

Railway freight volume is an important part of the total social freight volume and an important indicator of the national economy. Scientific prediction of railway freight volume can provide decision support for the formulation of China's railway policy and railway investment planning, and is of great significance for adjusting transportation structure and building an efficient transportation network. In order to improve the prediction accuracy, this paper constructs a combined prediction model based on GRA-GABP. The model uses grey correlation analysis to screen out the key influencing factors of railway freight volume, and optimizes the weight and threshold of BP neural network based on genetic algorithm to improve the prediction accuracy. This paper comprehensively considers the influencing factors of macroeconomics, market demand, logistics competition and railway supply. The historical data of railway freight transport from 1978 to 2018 is selected for case analysis. The results show that the prediction accuracy of the GRA-GA-BP based combination prediction model is significantly improved and can be used as an effective tool for railway freight volume forecasting.

The core purpose of this paper was to analyze the trend analysis of Pakistan railways from the year 1950 to 2015, using the principal component analysis method and industrial life cycle theory. Industrial life cycle theory, the development trend analysis of Pakistan railway industry, entails four stages: introduction, growth, maturity, and decline. The results indicated that railway industry in Pakistan was at its pinnacle in the middle of the seventies and thereafter the decline of railway industry was observed. The main reasons behind the decline were underinvestment, political interference, and the rise of the same-sector competitor, the National Logistics Cell (NLC). From the year 2011, it experienced an upward trend of combined utility curve and showed a new round of industry life cycle. To revive its previous glory, the current government has proposed a development document for Pakistan railways, Vision 2025. It is envisaged that railways share in transportation will be increased from current 4% to 20% by the year 2025, which seems to be an onerous challenge for the organization.

The stellar optoelectronic properties of metal halide perovskites provide enormous promise for next-generation optical devices with excellent conversion efficiencies and lower manufacturing costs. However, there is a long-standing ambiguity as to whether the perovskite surface/interface (e.g. structure, charge transfer or source of off-target recombination) or bulk properties are the more determining factor in device performance. Here we fabricate an array of CsPbI3 crystal and hybrid glass composites by sintering and globally visualise the property-performance landscape. Our findings reveal that the interface is the primary determinant of the crystal phases, optoelectronic quality, and stability of CsPbI3. In particular, the presence of a diffusion alloying layer is discovered to be critical for passivating surface traps, and beneficially altering the energy landscape of crystal phases. However, high-temperature sintering results in the promotion of a non-stoichiometric perovskite and excess traps at the interface, despite the short-range structure of halide is retained within the alloying layer. By shedding light on functional hetero-interfaces, our research offers the key factors for engineering high-performance perovskite devices.

Processing methods stay at the manual processing level, which is inefficient. By analyzing the address of 95598 worksheet of power customers, a standard address base structure and matching rules for storing standard data sets are established, and a matching method of 95598 incident worksheet of power customers based on standard address base is proposed. Drawing on the segment of standard address base, the method also defines the maximum length of the forward matching algorithm and can match along the self-defined address matching rules. It reduces the number of matches between the address to be matched and the standard data set, decreases the target data set used in the next participle, and improves the matching efficiency. In addition, by defining ambiguous addresses and expanding the rule tree, the matching success rate of the addresses to be matched and the flexibility of system implementation are improved

In our work, graded density impactors fabricated from 8 to 40 layers, are specifically designed to generate desired strain rates (on the order of 105~106 s-1) and thermodynamic path(shock loading-ramp loading-release). And experiments on phase transition and strength for metals (bismuth, LY12 Al) have been performed with light gas gun to peak pressure between 30 GPa and 50 GPa. Particle velocity at sample/window interface in these experiments are simultaneously traced by a distance interferometer system for any reflector, and a wave profile analysis is employed to explore the solidification transition and strength behaviour along elevated isentrope.
