The current deuteron beam polarimetry at Nuclotron is provided by the Internal Target polarimeter based on the use of the asymmetry in dp- elastic scattering at large angles in the cms at 270 MeV. The upgraded deuteron beam polarimeter has been used obtain the vector and tensor polarization during 2016/2017 runs for the DSS experimental program. The polarimeter has been used also for tuning of the polarized ion source parameters for 6 different spin modes., Comment: 4 pages, 4 figures

The spin program at NICA using SPD and MPD requires high intensity polarized proton beam with high value of the beam polarization. First results on the measurements of the proton beam polarization performed at internal target at Nuclotron are reported. The polarization of the proton beam provided by new source of polarized ions has been measured at 500 MeV using quasielastic proton-proton scattering and DSS setup at internal target. The obtained value of the vertical polarization of ~35 % is consistent with the calculations taking into account the current magnetic optics of the Nuclotron injection line., Comment: 4 pages, 2 figures

Nuclear Experiment - Abstract
The results on the measurements of dp-elastic scattering cross section at the energy 2 GeV at Internal Target Station at the Nuclotron JINR are reported. The data were obtained for the angular range of 70-107 deg. in the c.m.s. by using CH2 and C targets. The results are compared with the existing data and with the theoretical calculations based on the relativistic multiple scattering theory.

Nuclear Experiment - Abstract
The investigation of the d, 3H and 3He spin structure has been performed at the RIKEN(Japan) accelerator research facility and VBLHEP(JINR) using both polarized and unpolarized deuteron beams. The experimental results on the analyzing powers studies in dp- elastic scattering, d(d,3H)p and d(d,3He)n reactions are presented. The vector and tensor analyzing powers for dp-elastic scattering at 880 and 2000 MeV are obtained at the Nuclotron(VBLHEP). The result on the analyzing powers Ay, Ayy of the deuteron at 2000 MeV are compared with relativistic multiple scattering model calculations. The data on the tensor analyzing powers for the d(d,3H)p and d(d,3He)n reactions obtained at Ed = 200 and 270 MeV demonstrate the sensitivity to the 3H, 3He and deuteron spin structure. The essential disagreements between the experimental results and the theoretical calculations within the one-nucleon exchange model framework are observed. The wide experimental program on the study of the polarization effects in dp- elastic scattering, dp-nonmesonic breakup, d(d,3He)n, d(d,3H)p and d(3He,4He)p reactions using internal and extracted beam at Nuclotron is discussed., Comment: 4 pages, 6 figures, XIV International Conference on Hadron Spectroscopy, HADRON2011, 13-17 June 2011, Munchen

A complete set of analyzing powers for the dd->3Hp reaction at the kinetic beam energy of 200 MeV has been measured in the full angular range in the c.m. frame. The observed signs of the tensor analyzing powers Ayy, Axx, and Axz at forward and backward directions have clearly demonstrated the sensitivity to the ratio of the D- and S-wave components of the triton and deuteron, respectively. The new high-precision data are compared with the prediction of the relativistic multiple-scattering model by using standard wave functions of the three-nucleon bound state and of the deuteron.

The preliminary results on charged pion production in np collisions at an incident beam energy of 1.25 GeV measured with HADES are presented. The np reactions were isolated in dp collisions at 1.25 GeV/u using the Forward Wall hodoscope, which allowed to register spectator protons. The results for np -> pppi-, np -> nppi+pi- and np -> dpi+pi- channels are compared with OPE calculations. There are still discrepancies between theory and experimental data in the polarisation observables of dp → ppn reaction in the low and intermediate energies, despite of significant process in the development of theoretical models which include three and more nucleon forces and relativistic effects. The data of dp → ppn reaction have been accumulated at 300, 400 and 500 MeV in the Nuclotron (Dubna, Russia) and partially processed for some kinematic configurations including few in which possible relativistic effects can appear. Kinematic simulation in the framework of ROOT and GEANT4 package have been performed before data processing. Part of the preliminary results are obtained in the form of energy deposit correlations of the two arms working in coincidence and few in the form of kinematic S curve.

Deuteron induced reactions at intermediate energies are investigated at Internal Target Station (ITS) of Nuclotron. The dp elastic scattering data have been accumulated in the angular range (70° - 120°) in c.m from 0.3 to 2.0 GeV of deuteron energy. Part of the obtained results of differential cross sections and analyzing powers of dp elastic scattering are compared with theoretical predictions based on relativistic multi-scattering model. The dp breakup data are obtained with the detection of two outgoing protons at the angles of (19° - 54°) in laboratory frame at the deuteron energies from 0.3 to 0.5 GeV in various detector configurations. One of the tools to study spin structure of short range correlations is the measurements of the cross section, tensor analyzing power T20 and spin correlation parameter C
y,y in the d3 He → p(0°)4 He reaction at the energies between 1.0 and 1.75 GeV using polarized3 He target and extracted polarized deuteron beam from new polarized ion source at Nuclotron. For this purposes the feasibility study has been performed. Proposed experiments on extracted deuteron beam of Nuclotron is aimed to investigate: non-nucleonic degrees of freedom and baryonic resonances properties in the d(A,d(0°))X and d(A,π-(0°))X reactions at different energies, non-nucleonic degrees of freedom via the measurements of the tensor Ayy and vector Ay analyzing powers in d(A,π-)X reaction and polarization properties of the baryonic resonances in the d(A,d)X reaction and others. dp breakup reaction occupies large phase space. Two and three nucleon forces and relativistic effects can be investigated under various detector configuration. The results of simulation of dp breakup reaction in energy region from 300 to 500 MeV are presented. Preliminary results obtained at 300, 400 and 500 MeV of deuteron energy at some detector configurations at Nuclotron as well as future plans in investigation of relativistic effects are discussed.
