Lipodystrophy is a dysfunction caused by the accumulation of fat cells in the tissue, which can be caused by several factors, such as heredity, bad posture, improper diet, among others. The 3 MHz therapeutic ultrasound is an equipment that shows to be very effective for the treatment of aesthetic dysfunctions, among them the irregular accumulation of fat. This is a literature review whose general objective was to evaluate the effects of therapeutic ultrasound associated with caffeine for the treatment of localized lipodystrophy. This study consisted of bibliographic research in electronic databases such as: Scientific Eletronic Library Online - Scielo, Bireme, and Google academic and LILACS (Scientific and Technical Literature from Latin America and the Caribbean). After selection and analysis of these materials it was identified the effectiveness of the ultrasound for the treatment of localized lipodystrophy, due to its thermal and mechanical effect thus agitating the molecules, and the caffeine with lipolytic effect. It is concluded that the existing literatures, there are several materials that prove the effectiveness of the US and caffeine, the association of both, can promote very satisfactory responses in the treatment of this aesthetic dysfunction. La lipodistrofia es una disfunción causada por la acumulación de células grasas en el tejido, que puede ser causada por diversos factores, como la herencia, la mala postura, la dieta inadecuada, entre otros. El ultrasonido terapéutico de 3 MHz es un equipo que se muestra muy eficaz para el tratamiento de disfunciones estéticas, entre ellas la acumulación irregular de grasa. Se trata de una revisión bibliográfica cuyo objetivo general fue evaluar los efectos del ultrasonido terapéutico asociado a la cafeína para el tratamiento de la lipodistrofia localizada. Este estudio consistió en relevamientos bibliográficos en bases de datos electrónicas como: Scientific Eletronic Library Online - Scielo, Bireme, y Google académico y LILACS (Literatura Científica y Técnica de América Latina y el Caribe), la selección de los artículos se realizó de acuerdo a la lectura de la revisión y de su introducción. Tras la selección y el análisis de estos materiales se identificó la eficacia de los ultrasonidos para el tratamiento de la lipodistrofia localizada, debido a su efecto térmico y mecánico que agita las moléculas, y de la cafeína con efecto lipolítico. Se concluye que en la literatura existente, hay varios materiales que prueban la eficacia del US y la cafeína, la asociación de ambos, puede promover respuestas muy satisfactorias en el tratamiento de esta disfunción estética. Accumulating data point to a key role of Ca2+-dependent gliotransmitter release as a modulator of neuronal networks. Here, we tested the hypothesis that astrocytes in response to agonist exposure also release lipid modulators through activation of Ca2+-independent phospholipase A2(iPLA2) activity. We found that cultured rat astrocytes treated with selective ATP and glutamatergic agonists released arachidonic acid (AA) and/or its derivatives, including the endogenous cannabinoid 2-arachidonoyl-sn-glycerol (2AG) and prostaglandin E2 (PGE2). Surprisingly, buffering of cytosolic Ca2+resulted in a sharp increase in agonist-induced astrocytic lipid release. In addition, astrocytic release of PGE2enhanced miniature excitatory post-synaptic potentials (mEPSPs) by inhibiting the opening of neuronal Kv channels in brain slices. This study provides the first evidence for the existence of a Ca2+-independent pathway regulating the release of PGE2from astrocytes, and furthermore demonstrates a functional role for astrocytic lipid release in the modulation of synaptic activity.Significance StatementUntil now, the majority of studies implicating astrocytes in modulating synaptic activity have focused on Ca2+-dependent release of traditional gliotransmitters such as D-serine, ATP, and glutamate. Mobilization of intracellular stores of Ca2+occurs within a matter of seconds, but this novel Ca2+-independent lipid pathway in astrocytes could potentially occur on a still faster time scale and thus participate in the rapid signaling processes involved in synaptic potentiation, attention, and neurovascular coupling.

The basic premise of this article is that cultural heritage is as a State and legal category for the management of public space and social memory (Autor 2017). And so, I would like to make some considerations about the use of said category as an instrument for social development. Evaluating its capacity to represent social demands in negotiation with the State for the improvement of the life quality - here, I speak of the LGBT population. We will briefly discuss, in the end, the case of the LGBT Pride Parade in São Paulo. Para los propósitos de este resumen, considero el patrimonio como una categoría Estatal de gestión del espacio público y de la memoria social (SILVA 2017). En ese ámbito, quisiera hacer algunas consideraciones sobre el uso de esa categoría como instrumento de lucha, como retórica que pueda llevar consigo pautas sociales al negociar con el Estado por la mejora de la calidad de vida de la población – aquí, hablo de la población LGBT+. Veremos brevemente, al final, el caso de la Parada del Orgullo LGBT de São Paulo. Para os propósitos deste resumo, partirei da concepção de patrimônio como uma categoria Estatal de gestão do espaço público e da memória social (SILVA 2017). Nesse escopo, gostaria de fazer algumas considerações sobre o uso dessa categoria como instrumento de luta, como retórica que possa carregar pautas sociais em negociação com o Estado pela melhoria da qualidade de vida da população – aqui, falo da população LGBT+. Veremos brevemente, ao final, o caso da Parada do Orgulho LGBT de São Paulo.

As alunas do PIBIC – EM realizaram atividades lúdicas com os pacientes infantis, na sala de espera da clinica da Faculdade de Odontologia de Piracicaba - FOP/UNICAMP, em grupo, duas vezes por semana. Uma vez por semana, as alunas realizaram atividades de pesquisa e leitura para aprendizado e elaboração das estratégias e materiais que seriam utilizados durante as atividades na sala de espera. Os pacientes infantis receberam conhecimento sobre saúde bucal e formas de diminuir a ansiedade antes do tratamento odontológico. Os materiais didáticos auxiliaram os pacientes a entender sobre como cuidar da saúde bucal e geral.

Analisou o grau de interesse no processo de implantação da EA, em escola Municipal de Santo Antonio do Pinhal - SP; revelou os conhecimentos prévios à cerca do tema por todos os envolvidos, levantou os recursos e materiais didáticos oferecidos e efetivamente utilizados referentes á EA na Unidade Escolar, apresentou novos materiais, diferentes fontes de informação e recursos interdisciplinares para a elaboração do conteúdo e verificou a ocorrência de assimilação das informações Utilizou como instrumentos avaliativos a análise de desempenho, as produções textuais, bem como observação de inserção de valores, atitudes e mudança de comportamento dos usuários com relação à preservação/conservação do meio em que vivem. Abordou o caráter da temática transversal e interdisciplinar em programa educacional com crianças entre 9 e 12 anos. Enfatizaram-se processos de atuação, criação e construção do conhecimento envolvendo as múltiplas inteligências contempladas através de diversas atividades, tais como: recreações, leituras, análises, discussões e produções de textos diversos, gravuras, entrevistas, visitas a viveiros de mudas, pesquisa de campo e em materiais impressos, confecção de jogos e uso de material multimídia. Os resultados indicaram que tanto alunos como professoras receberam com bastante entusiasmo as diferentes fontes de informação e os recursos interdisciplinares para aproveitamento didático do material coletado. As diversas formas de avaliação realizadas ao longo da pesquisa permitiram constatar que os alunos apresentaram melhores resultados de aprendizagem, trazendo para a sala de aula presencial conceitos mais profundos, demonstrando comportamento mais autônomo. Uma vez motivados tornaram-se mais observadores, mais críticos, mais solidários e dispostos à cooperação mútua. Promoveu um ensino de qualidade, diversificado, instigando o espírito criador e investigador por meio da aprendizagem cooperativa, centrada no aluno envolvendo várias 15 áreas do conhecimento em uma nova perspectiva metodológica. A partir de técnicas motivadoras e metodologia específica, mostrou-se que apesar dos padrões tradicionais existentes nas escolas, é possível abordar um tema transversal e manter a interdisciplinaridade requerida pela temática. Abstract: The Juçara Palm Tree Program had developed an educational paper that has been converted in a tool to develop the Environmental Education, with the focus at the palm tree Euterpeedulis (Juçara palm tree). Specially developed for the elementary school, it was based at the conceptual topics, attitudinal and procedures that request the student's attitudes. It also is available for future papers. The research analyzed the student's level of interest in the common topics of Environmental Education that were already known among then. It also lists the didactic sources effectively used, showed new material, new sources of information, and interdisciplinary tactics. As a way to evaluate the program it was analyzed the students progress. Using for that the writing productions and the observation of values acquired (behave changes), relates to the environmental preservation and conservation. The program also had the goal to develop the trans and interdisciplinary topics specially offered for students at the age of 9 to 12. The result showed that students and teachers received the different sources of inform ation and interdisciplinary methods that can be used with the material collected in the learning process with great enthusiasm. The different ways to evaluate the search along it development allowed to verify that the students showed better results in the learning process, bringing to the classes deeper know ledge and a better behave. Once motivated the students became more observant, more critics, solidary and willing to cooperated with each other. A special emphasis was gave for the creation process, behave and know ledge construction, that involved multiple intelligence, such as: recreation, reading, analyses, discussion, and the production of texts, draws, games, interviews, visiting green houses, and field trip. To enrich this material the multimedia material was also used. The research promoted an array of teaching qualified program, able to instigate the creativity and adventure spirit, in the light of cooperative learning. The research focused in the students gathering the diverse areas of know ledge toward a new methodology. Besides the traditional pardon of teaching developed at the municipal schools is possible to expand the transdiciplinary topic and keep the interdisciplinary thematic it required.

Neste contexto, o centro de distribuição torna-se área de interesse nas atividades empresariais, por se tratar do elo entre a atividade produtiva e o cliente, como fonte de agregação de valor. O desenvolvimento tecnológico das telecomunicações trouxe ao mercado um produto de consumo, de alto valor agregado, que demandou um processo logístico para sua distribuição física e, embora existam na literatura vários estudos sobre logística, a revisão da literatura sugere que a maioria desses estudos tem sido baseada em outros países. Busca-se verificar a aplicação destes estudos em processos desenvolvidos localmente, para a operacionalização dos centros de distribuição. Este trabalho analisa a logística aplicada à distribuição física de telefones celulares, com o objetivo de se tornar uma fonte de consulta para a implantação de um centro de distribuição para atividades empresariais, que tenham essas características em seus produtos. As análises abrangem os critérios para localização do centro de distribuição, suas quatro atividades básicas: processamento de pedidos, embalagem, estocagem e movimentação física, nela incluídas as análises de custos logísticos, modais, prestadores de serviço, agentes de carga, gestão de risco, documentação de embarques e os indicadores de desempenho aplicáveis às atividades de distribuição física. Os resultados desta análise indicam que a satisfação do cliente é alcançada através de um processo de melhoria contínua das operações de distribuição física, alimentado pelos resultados da avaliação do desempenho dos seus processos, mantendo os clientes fiéis pela continuada excelência na qualidade da prestação de serviços logísticos e agregação de valor. Abstract: The marketplace competition determines the players to focus on the activities that add value to the products, with the objective of satisfying their customers. In this context, the distribution center becomes the interested area in business activities, due to its connection between productive activity and the customer, as source of added value. The technological development of telecommunications brought to the market one consumer product, of high added value, that demanded a logistic process for its physical distribution and, nevertheless there exists in the literature several studies on logistics, the revision of literature suggests that the majority of these studies have been based in other countries. It is looked for verifying the application of these studies in the locally developed processes, for the operation of the distribution centers. This study analyses the logistic applied to physical distribution of mobile telephones with the objective of becoming the source of consult for the implementation of a distribution center for the business activities that have same characteristics in their products. The analyses embraces the criteria for distribution center location, their four basic activities : order processing, packing, warehousing and physical moving, in this one included the analysis of logistics costs, modals, services providers, cargo agents, risk management, shipping documentation and performance indicators applicable to physical distribution. The results of this analysis indicates that the customer satisfaction is achieved through a continuous process improvement of physical distribution operations, fed by the results of its process performance evaluation, keeping by the customers, due to the continuous quality excellence in logistics services providing and value adding.
