Background Due to economic development changes in domestic fertility policy, the incidence of acute pancreatitis in pregnancy (APIP) has been gradually increasing. The clinical characteristics of APIP of different etiologies are different, and there may be significant differences in the prognosis for mothers and infants, but previous studies on this are relatively few. Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics and maternal and neonatal outcomes in pregnancy complicated with acute pancreatitis patients of different etiologies. Methods A total of 48 inpatients with APIP in Beijing Friendship Hospital, Capital Medical University from 2016 to 2022 were collected, which were divided into the biliary group (n=27) and hyperlipidemic group (n=21). The laboratory indicators and maternal and infant outcomes in the two groups were compared. Results The biliary group had a longer time of onset to visit, a smaller gestational week at admission, more previous pregnancies, and lower percentage of diarrhea and cessation of defecation than the hyperlipidemic group (P0.05). The birth weight of the biliary group was smaller than the hyperlipidemia group, while the birth length was shorter than the hyperlipidemia group. Employment and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities is an urgent need for the national implementation of the innovation-driven development strategy and the promotion of economic quality and efficiency. In this paper, the entropy weight method is used to get the original index matrix for the evaluation of the effect of the employment and entrepreneurship education model in colleges and universities, and then the data are normalized to derive the weight value of the employment and entrepreneurship education model in colleges and universities. The fuzzy evaluation of the M college employment and entrepreneurship education model is derived by using multivariate fuzzy comprehensive evaluation according to the weight value. Lastly, the fuzzy evaluation of three colleges and universities in H is done using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on entropy weight and multivariate data. The experimental results show that B2 employment and entrepreneurship hard environment, B4 financial guarantee, and B9 student achievement evaluation of M colleges are all poor. After evaluating three colleges and universities in place H, it was found that the fuzzy evaluation results of students and experts in each index were consistent. The students of the 3 colleges and universities in place H were rated by employers in the areas of adventurous spirit, willpower, and crisis management at a score of 0.5-0.6 QC, which needs to be improved. Overall employers’ satisfaction with the entrepreneurial ability of students in these 3 colleges and universities is 0.69, 0.698, and 0.709, respectively, and the employment and entrepreneurship education model of colleges and universities in place H is effective.

Objectives This meta-analysis aims to evaluate the effect of n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs) as a part of parenteral nutrition in patients undergoing liver surgery.Design Systematic review and meta-analysis.Data sources PubMed, the Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials, Springer link, Web of Science, China National Knowledge Infrastructure and VIP Database.Eligibility criteria We included randomised controlled trials (RCTs) and evaluated the outcomes of liver function, inflammatory reaction, the influence of certain markers of the immune system, and specific clinical indexes for patients undergoing liver surgery and receiving parenteral nutrition with n-3 PUFAs.Data extraction and synthesis The Cochrane Collaboration’s tool was used to assess the risk of bias for each study. Findings were summarised in Grades of Recommendation, Assessment, Development and Evaluation evidence profiles and synthesised qualitatively.Results Eight RCTs, including 748 patients (trial: 374; control: 374), were included in the meta-analysis. Global sorghum production has been significantly reduced due to the occurrence of sorghum root rot caused by the fungus Fusarium graminearum. The utilization of biocontrol microorganisms has emerged as an effective strategy. However, the underlying mechanisms remain unclear. Therefore, the aim of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of biocontrol bacteria in inducing sorghum resistance against sorghum root rot and explore the potential induced resistance mechanisms through metabolomics analysis. The results revealed that the biocontrol bacteria Lnkb100, identified as Serratia marcescens (GenBank: PP152264), significantly enhanced the resistance of sorghum against sorghum root rot and promoted its growth, leading to increased seed weight. Targeted metabolomics analysis demonstrated that the highest concentration of the hormone IAA (indole-3-acetic acid) was detected in the metabolites of Lnkb100. Treatment with IAA enhanced the activity of disease-related enzymes such as SOD, CAT, POD and PPO in sorghum, thereby improving its resistance against sorghum root rot. Further untargeted metabolomic analysis revealed that IAA treatment resulted in higher concentrations of metabolites involved in the resistance against F. graminearum, such as geniposidic acid, 5-L-Glutamyl-taurine, formononetin 7-O-glucoside-6″-O-malonate, as well as higher concentrations of the defense-related molecules volicitin and JA. Additionally, "secondary bile acid biosynthesis" and "glycerophospholipid metabolism" pathways were found to play significant roles in the defense response of sorghum against fungal infection. Sorghum northern anthracnose is a leaf disease affecting sorghum, which results in plant death and substantial yield loss. This study aimed to effectively understand the disease, clarify its biological characteristics, and evaluate the resistance of germplasm resources. A field sample was collected to isolate and purify the pathogen. The pathogen, identified as Kabatiella zeae Narita et Hiratsuka using both morphological and molecular techniques, was further confirmed as the causative agent of northern anthracnose of sorghum following Robert Koch's principles. The results revealed the optimal culture temperature to be 25 °C, preferred dark culture conditions, and the best growth on potato glucose agar medium with sucrose and L-leucine as the optimal carbon and nitrogen sources, respectively. A total of 138 sorghum germplasm resources were inoculated and evaluated using the isolated pathogen, with 20 lines (14.49%) exhibiting high resistance, 18 lines (13.04%) showing disease resistance, 27 lines (19.57%) demonstrating medium resistance, 37 lines (26.81%) being susceptible, and 36 lines (26.09%) classified as highly susceptible. The indoor fungicide screening was conducted through pathogen medium application, and enilconazole, pyraclostrobin, methylthiophanate, and flusilazole were screened for the best fungicide inhibition with a 100% inhibition rate compared with the control. In this study, we designed an integrated fixture system using eddy current sensors and piezoelectric actuators. With this system, active supporting forces are exerted on thin-walled workpieces to adjust their stiffness in a real-time manner and thus to suppress chatter in milling. When modeling this system, we used a mass–stiffness–damping element to characterize the dynamic behavior of the actuator under high-speed responses, and we considered the electromechanical coupling between the mechanical elements and the drive circuit of the actuator. We then proposed an optimal delayed state feedback controller for the closed-loop system. The delayed state is obtained by introducing the time delay in milling dynamics into the regular state feedback, and the optimal gain is worked out through the differential quadrature and gradient descent, which is a much more computationally efficient method than the classic semi-discretization. Among all similar approaches, our strategy leads to the largest stability region for milling of thin-walled parts and requires the least energy input, which are proved by simulations and experiments. To solve the problem that the sublimation of dry-ice is too slow when it was used for fire prevention in goaf, a new device, dry-ice phase transformation generator, has been designed, which can improve the speed of dry-ice sublimation by the heat supply of water. In order to make the device successfully applied to underground coal mines, its performance was tested. Through the laboratory experiments, its hydraulic characteristics of the hot water supply part and gas production change were analyzed, the heat transfer was calculated, and the risk of copper tube freezing was evaluated. The results show that the device can produce CO2 stably and efficiently for 4 hours, and the water in the copper pipe does not have the risk of freezing under normal conditions. Finally, it is concluded that the device has good fire-fighting performance and can be used in goaf fire-fighting.

A new cave-dwelling fish, Triplophysa anshuiensis, is described here based on specimens collected from a karst cave in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, China, interconnected with the Hongshui River system, a tributary of the Xijiang River in the Pearl River (Zhu Jiang) Drainage. The species can be distinguished from its congeners by a combination of morphological characters. A key to the cave-dwelling species of Triplophysa in the Xijiang River is provided.
