Abstract Background The association between macronutrient intake and diabetes is unclear. We used data from the China Health and Nutrition Survey to explore the association between macronutrient intake trajectories and diabetes risk in this study. Methods We included 6755 participants who did not have diabetes at baseline and participated in at least three surveys. The energy supply ratio of carbohydrate, protein, and fat was further calculated from dietary data; different macronutrient trajectories were determined using multitrajectory models; and multiple Cox regression models were used to evaluate the association between these trajectories and diabetes. Results We found three multitrajectories: decreased low carbohydrate‐increased moderate protein‐increased high fat (DLC‐IMP‐IHF), decreased high carbohydrate‐moderate protein‐increased low fat (DHC‐MP‐ILF), and balanced‐macronutrients (BM). Compared to the BM trajectory, DHC‐MP‐ILF trajectories were significantly associated with increased risk of diabetes (hazard ratio [HR]: 3.228, 95% confidence interval [CI]: 1.571–6.632), whereas no association between DLC‐IMP‐IHF trajectories and diabetes was found in our study (HR: 0.699, 95% CI: 0.351–1.392). Conclusions The downward trend of high carbohydrate and the increasing trend of low fat increased the risk of diabetes in Chinese adults.

In order to study the law of overburden movement and the distribution range of “three zones” under the condition of coal seam group mining, based on the general situation of 42106 working face of Shendong Buertai Coal Mine, the physical experiment method of similar model is used to simulate the overburden movement characteristics of 2-2 coal and 4-2 coal successively, and the characteristics of overburden caving, stress change and strata subsidence are compared and analyzed respectively. The results show that after the mining of the upper coal seam face, the failure degree of the overlying rock is low as a whole, and the stress peak value mainly exists in the leading influence area of the working face, block hinge and so on. After the lower coal mining, the fracture zone communicates with the upper coal goaf, resulting in that the fracture zone of the goaf of the composite coal seam is much larger than that of the upper coal seam, the stress is larger than that of the upper coal seam as a whole, and the roof subsidence increases significantly. The overburden has gone through three stages of separation and separation increasing, and finally closed. The “three zones” height of 42106 working face is determined by the data measurement of observation points, and the borehole monitoring is carried out in the field to verify the rationality of similar physical simulation results.

At present, in most coal mines, the coal pillar width of goaf-side roadway driving is determined by the average mining thickness. However, the thickness of the same coal seam could be varied greatly by various factors during the formation process. The large variation of mining thickness in the fully mechanized working face leads to large difference of surrounding rock deformation and complex damage mechanism of the goaf-side roadway driving. In order to solve the above problems, FLAC3D software is used to establish a roadway model so as to analyze the surrounding rock deformation and damage law under the average mining thickness, and determine the reasonable coal pillar width. When the average mining thickness is 18 m, on the side of the solid coal, the peak supporting pressure in the coal is positively correlated with the coal pillar width. Moreover, when the coal pillar width is greater than 8 m, the growth rate of the supporting pressure slows down. Therefore, the reasonable coal pillar width should be 8 m. This paper studies the influence of mining thickness on the stability of the surrounding rock of goaf-side roadway driving in the context of determined coal pillar width. The results show that when the coal pillar width is 8 m, with the increase of mining thickness, the shear damage area of roof increases, and the rock deformation range and the roof subsidence increase. However, the shear damage area of two sides and the distance between the two sides decrease. When the mining thickness is less than 18 m, the peak support pressure in the coal pillar is negatively correlated with the mining thickness. When the mining thickness is greater than 18 m, the peak support pressure in the coal pillar is positively correlated with the mining thickness, but the growth is small. According to the simulation analysis results, it is concluded that the increase of mining thickness is beneficial to the control of the surrounding rock along the two sides of the goaf roadway, but not beneficial to the roof maintenance. For areas with large mining thickness, anchor rods should be added to strengthen support in time. The actual application on site verifies the reliability and validity of the research in this paper.

Current research on mine pressure law of working face mainly focus on mine pressure law and roof structure of large mining height working face with shallow burial depth, but there's few researches on behaviors law and control technology of strong mine pressure of fully mechanized top coal caving mining face with shallow burial depth. For the above problem, taking 42202 working face of a coal mine as research background, behaviors law of strong mine pressure of working face was researched using actual measurement method combining support monitoring and micro-seismic monitoring of working face: the first weighting interval of 42202 working face is 60 m, and periodic weighting interval is 18-26 m. When pressure is weighting, dynamic load coefficient of the support is as high as 1.58, depth of rib spalling is up to 1 100 mm, and shrinkage of the support is 50-80 mm. The strong mime pressure causes working face to crush support. When pressure is applied, the pressure in the middle part is large, while pressure on both sides are small, indicating that mine pressure appears more violently when working face pressure comes; Micro-seismic events are mainly concentrated in the advance position of the working face and auxiliary transportation roadway, and the change trend of daily cumulative energy and daily frequency is basically the same. The mechanism of strong mine pressure of fully mechanized top coal caving mining face with shallow burial depth was analyzed, it is pointed out that the main reason of the strong mine pressure on working face is joint instability effect between 'voussoir beam' structure formed by upper key strata and 'cantilever beam' structure formed by lower key strata. In view of the problem of strong mine pressure, weakening measure of roof caused by hydraulic fracturing was proposed. After adopting hydraulic fracturing measure, the maximum working resistance of support decreases from 59.1 MPa to 50.1 MPa, reducing by about 15%.The maximum stress of deep hole decreased by 15%, and the maximum stress of shallow hole decreased by 32%, indicating that hydraulic fracturing had a significant effect on roof weakening and roadway surrounding rock stress weakening.

Objective: To investigate the effect of early use of ivabradine on left ventricular remodeling after primary percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) in patients with acute ST‐segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI). Methods: A total of 66 STEMI patients with sinus rhythm and the resting heart rate ≥80 bpm after successful emergency PCI were included. The patients in the test group were treated with ivabradine combined with metoprolol at 12 hr after PCI, while the control group was given only metoprolol orally. Their resting heart rate was controlled to <70 bpm at discharge and followed for 180 days. Heart rate and blood pressure were measured regularly. Echocardiogram was performed. N‐terminal pro‐B‐type natriuretic peptide (NT‐proBNP), high sensitivity troponin T, high sensitivity troponin I, and high sensitivity C‐reactive protein were measured. The major adverse cardiovascular events during hospitalization and follow‐up period were recorded. Results: Compared with the control group, the heart rate of the test group decreased significantly (p <.05). Compared with the control group, the left ventricular end‐diastolic volume and left ventricular end‐systolic volume were significantly decreased while left ventricular ejection fraction was significantly increased in the test group at 90 days after operation. NT‐proBNP of the test group was significantly lower than that of the control group at 7 days after operation (p <.05). Conclusion: For STEMI patients, early use of ivabradine combined with standard therapy such as β‐blocker after successful reperfusion can achieve effective heart rate control, with great safety and tolerance. But the effect of ivabradine on left ventricular remodeling is uncertain. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Objective: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the association between triglyceride glucose (TyG) index and new-onset diabetes under different glycemic states and to compare the predictive value of TyG-related parameters, obesity indices, and lipid ratios for new-onset diabetes., Methods: Data were collected from the China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Study (CHARLS), consisting of 6,258 participants aged ≥45 years. Participants were grouped according to their glycemic states. Cox proportional hazards models and restricted cubic spline regression were used to explore the association between TyG index and diabetes. Cox proportional hazard models were applied to confirm the predictive value of the optimal marker. Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curves were used to compare the predictive value., Results: TyG index was positively correlated with the risk of diabetes (hazard ratio (HR), 1.75; 95% confidence interval (CI), 1.56-1.97), and the linear association existed ( p  < 0.001). The highest correlation with diabetes was visceral adiposity index (VAI) (HR, 2.04; 95% CI, 1.44-2.90) in normal fasting glucose (NFG) group and TyG-body mass index (TyG-BMI) (HR, 2.53; 95% CI, 1.97-3.26) in impaired fasting glucose (IFG) group. The largest area under curve (AUC) was observed in TyG-waist-to-height ratio (TyG-WHtR) in the NFG group (AUC, 0.613; 95% CI, 0.527-0.700), and TyG-BMI had the highest AUC in the IFG group (AUC, 0.643; 95% CI, 0.601-0.685)., Conclusion: The association between TyG index and new-onset diabetes was positive and linear.
