Tese de Doutoramento em Filosofia (Especialidade em História da Filosofia e Cultura Portuguesa), Atualmente, prevalecem, no contexto dos países que falam a língua portuguesa, várias definições do conceito de lusofonia. Esta nomenclatura possui diferentes interpretações conforme os diversos imaginários culturais e sociais dos países que compõem a CPLP (Comunidade dos Países de Língua Portuguesa). No caso de Angola, é sabido que o conceito de lusofonia nem sempre tem originado reações favoráveis, identificando-se, em torno da sua leitura, um clima de suspeição e mesmo de rejeição concetual. É neste sentido que se afigura de renovada importância compreender os motivos que presidem e concorrem, de uma forma geral, para esta posição. Dado que a lusofonia se inscreve, para além do seu sentido etimológico, também enquanto conceito filosófico no pensamento e cultura portugueses, procura-se, num primeiro momento, compreender e clarificar a génese do conceito de lusofonia à luz da sua história e através dos seus mais insignes defensores e críticos; num segundo momento, pretende-se compreender e clarificar o conceito de lusofonia numa perspetiva do pensamento e cultura angolanos. O objetivo final desta dissertação é o desenvolvimento de uma proposta de um horizonte convergente de critérios através das contribuições históricas, culturais e filosóficas das diversas perspetivas, com base nas noções de identidade e diferença presentes na temática em questão. A primeira parte aborda a evolução do conceito em análise, através das contribuições quinto- -imperialistas e filosóficas de António Vieira, Fernando Pessoa e Agostinho da Silva, entre outros autores. De seguida, determinam-se as principais críticas endereçadas à lusofonia, diagnosticando- -se as suas fragilidades e principais impasses, através da contribuição de diversos autores da cultura e do pensamento portugueses. A segunda parte trata de apurar as principais premissas que se irão incorporar ao longo da apresentação do desenrolar desta investigação, por forma a se compreender como será possível estabelecer pontes interculturais para o outro, tendo em consideração a possibilidade para uma eventual proposta para o estabelecimento de um horizonte fundido de critérios em relação às diferentes leituras sobre a lusofonia. Da mesma forma, procura-se determinar como é que o conceito de lusofonia se pode articular com diferentes epistemologias e culturas diversas. A terceira parte principia com uma explicação sucinta da cultura bantu em pontos considerados fundamentais. Na sequência, apresenta-se uma perspetiva da filosofia africana, desde a sua origem até à contemporaneidade. A compreensão do desenvolvimento da filosofia africana permitirá enquadrar a terminologia do pensamento angolano em torno da lusofonia. Para finalizar, procura-se mapear algumas das tendências da filosofia africana desenvolvidas por parte de autores dos países africanos de expressão portuguesa. Na quarta parte, é apresentada uma perspetiva do pensamento angolano em relação à lusofonia, desde a génese do conceito supracitado até à atualidade, sendo articuladas algumas relações, como francofonia e lusofonia, luso-tropicalismo, lusofonia e diversidade cultural. Por fim, é desenvolvida uma reflexão entre lusofonia e acordo ortográfico, bem como o conceito em questão no âmbito da CPLP. Na quinta e última parte, procura-se desenvolver uma relação entre as contribuições do pensamento português e as propostas do pensamento angolano em relação à lusofonia, tendo em vista a possibilidade de uma eventual convergência argumentativa e intercultural neste domínio., Currently, it prevails, in the context of the countries that speak Portuguese, several definitions of the concept of lusophony. This nomenclature has different interpretations according to the several cultural and social imageries of the countries that compose the CPLP. In the case of Angola, it is known that the concept of lusophony has not always originated favourable reactions, identifying, around its reading, an atmosphere of suspicion and even of conceptual rejection. In this sense, it is of renewed ultimate importance understand the motives that, generally, preside and participate in this position. Once lusophony inscribes itself, other than its etymological sense, as a philosophical concept in the Portuguese thought and culture, it is intended, firstly, to understand and to clarify the genesis of the concept of lusophony under its history and though its most distinguished defenders and critics; secondly, it is aimed to understand and clarify the genesis of the concept of Lusophony under the perspective of the Angolan thought and culture. The ultimate objective of this thesis is the development of a proposal of an horizon of merged criteria through historical, cultural and philosophical contributions of the different perspectives, based on notions of identity and difference that are present in this theme. The first part tackles the genesis of the concept in analysis, through the Fifth-Imperialist and philosophical contributions of António Vieira, Fernando Pessoa and Agostinho da Silva, among other authors. Thereafter, in a second part, it is determined the main critics towards lusophony, diagnosing its fragilities and main impasses, through the contribution of several authors from the Portuguese thought and culture. The second part deals with the main principles that will be incorporated throughout this investigation, in order to understand how it will be possible to establish intercultural bridges towards the other, considering the possibility of an eventual proposal for the establishment of a merged horizon of criteria in relation to the different readings on the lusophony. Similarly, it is intended to establish the way the concept of lusophony can be articulated with different epistemologies and different cultures. The third part initiates with a brief explanation of the bantu culture in fundamental aspects. In its sequence, it is presented a perspective of the African philosophy, since its genesis until contemporaneity. The understanding of the development of the African philosophy will enable to frame the terminology of the Angolan thought around lusophony. To finalize, it is aimed to form some tendencies of the African philosophy by authors from Portuguese-speaking countries. In the fourth part, it is presented a perspective of the Angolan thought relating to lusophony, since Luso-tropicalism until contemporaneity, articulating some relations such as francophony and lusophony, Luso-tropicalism, lusophony and cultural diversity. Finally, it is developed a reflexion between lusophony and Orthographic Agreement, as well as this concept in relation to CPLP. Finally, the fifth and last part intends to develop a relation between the contributions of the Portuguese thought and the proposals of the Angolan thought towards lusophony, considering the possibility of an eventual philosophical and cultural convergence in this matter.

Ao longo deste trabalho, analisar-se-á a complexidade do conceito de lusofonia enquanto projeto civilizacional e a posição dos críticos face a esta temática. O mito do Quinto Império, desenvolvido pelo pensamento espiritual Português e que se encontra fundido no conceito atual de lusofonia, é permanentemente colocado em causa pela comunidade internacional. Numa era secular e num contexto multicultural, este conceito não tem sido apreciado entre os países lusófonos, sendo alvo de desconfiança devido ao seu aparente caráter etnocêntrico e neocolonialista. Neste cenário, refletir-se-á sobre os efeitos da utopia civilizacional lusófona e a sua relação com as principais dificuldades políticas com que os organismos e instituições públicas se têm deparado, nomeadamente, a CPLP, a AULP e a IILP. Em causa está todo um imaginário pós-colonial de alguns países, que não concordando com o termo lusofonia, têm colocado entraves para uma harmonização político-diplomática. Para além de se avaliar o estatuto do conceito de lusofonia, este trabalho procurará desenvolver propostas de linhas de ação, no sentido de se apontar alternativas filosóficas e diplomáticas em relação à circulação de profissionais de saúde e de educação num suposto espaço lusófono. Throughout this thesis, the complexity of the concept of Lusophony as a civilizational project and the position of the critics on this issue will be object of analysis. The Fifth Empire myth, developed by the Portuguese spiritual thought and that is fused in the current concept of Lusophony, is constantly called into question by the international community. In a secular era and in a multicultural context, this concept has not been appreciated among the Lusophone countries, being target of suspicion, due to its apparent ethnocentric and neo-colonialist character. In this scenery, one will reflect on the effects of the civilizational utopia and its relation with the main political difficulties that the public organisms and institutions have been facing, namely, the CPLP, the AULP and the IILP. At stake is a whole post-colonial imagery of some countries, who, by nor agreeing with the expression of Lusophony, have been blocking a political-diplomatic harmonization. Other than the evaluation of the status of the concept of Lusophony, this investigation will try to develop proposals of lines of action, in order to suggest philosophical and diplomatic alternatives, regarding the mobility of health and education professionals, in a supposed Lusophone space

Relatório de estágio de mestrado em Ensino de Filosofia no Ensino Secundário, O Relatório de Estágio “AS TIC no Ensino da Filosofia” que se apresenta, surge como resultado do Plano de Intervenção Pedagógica Supervisionada, que faz parte do Estágio Profissional do Mestrado em Ensino da Filosofia no Ensino Secundário, que ocorreu no Externato Ribadouro, no Porto, no ano letivo de 2012/2013, tendo como público-alvo os alunos do 10º Ano, turma 10º 4ª, do curso Científico-Humanístico de Ciências Sócio-Económicas, sob a orientação da Professora Mafalda Rocha e sob a supervisão do professor Doutor Artur Manso. Este relatório desenvolveu-se segundo dois pontos fundamentais: Componente pedagógica: referente ao período de lecionação. O delineado foi lecionar as aulas regulamentares, tendo como base o programa oficial do 10º ano de Filosofia e os diversos recursos e materiais propícios para a atividade filosófica. O tema escolhido para lecionação na escola foi a Dimensão Estética – análise e compreensão da experiência estética. Este projeto de intervenção pedagógica pretende analisar em que medida o uso das TIC no ensino da Filosofia pode contribuir para o enriquecimento dos conteúdos do Programa Curricular, em particular no tema da Dimensão Estética. Componente de investigação/ação: a investigação procurou responder de que forma as Tecnologias de Informação e Comunicação poderão melhorar o Ensino da Filosofia, sobretudo no tema da Dimensão Estética. Recorreu-se, para isso, a uma fundamentação da didática da filosofia e à análise de dados recolhidos com base em inquéritos a professores e alunos., The training report “The IT in the Philosophy teaching” appears as the result of the Plan of Supervised Pedagogical Intervention, which is part of the Professional Training of the MA in the Philosophy Teaching in Secondary Teaching. This training happened at Externato Ribadouro, in Porto, during the 2012/2013 school years, with 10th grade students, particularly the class 10th 4th, of the Scientific-Humanistic Course of Social Economic Sciences, under the supervision of the teacher Mafalda Rocha and Professor Artur Manso. This report was developed according to two fundamental aspects: Pedagogical aspect: regarding the teaching period. It was established the teaching of the established lessons by the faculty, using the official Curriculum for the 10th grade of Philosophy and the appropriate different resources and materials for the philosophic activity. The chosen theme to teach at school was the Aesthetic Dimension – analysis and comprehension of the aesthetic experience. This project of pedagogical intervention intends to analyse the ways that the use of IT in the Philosophy teaching can contribute to the enrichment of the contents in the Curriculum, particularly in the theme of the Aesthetic Dimension. Investigation/Action aspect: the investigation aimed to understand in which ways the use of IT may improve the Philosophy teaching, mainly in the theme of the Aesthetic Dimension. Therefore, it was used the understanding of the didactics of the Philosophy and the analyses of data that were gathered trough the implementation of inquiries to teachers and students.

Dissertação de mestrado em Mediação Cultural e Literária, Esta dissertação, A Mediação Cultural em Agostinho da Silva na Senda do Quinto Império, procura analisar as condições de possibilidade de uma mediação cultural a ser concretizada, não só pelos portugueses, mas por todos os falantes da língua portuguesa no mundo. Recorrendo a uma visão histórica agostiniana, este trabalho faz uma análise ao percurso do pensamento do autor relevando a demanda pela “idade de ouro”, a sua posição teológica, bem como o seu posicionamento político- -pedagógico acerca de Portugal e da Lusofonia. As ilações que o autor retira de momentos fundamentais da história e cultura portuguesas e lusófonas permitem estatuir a lusofonia como embaixadora para uma nova forma de ser e estar no mundo. Assim, na linha de Padre António Vieira, Luís de Camões e Fernando Pessoa, Agostinho propõe aos lusófonos e simpatizantes da lusofonia que analisem a viabilidade de se concretizar – num futuro o mais próximo possível – o marco mais extraordinário que a cultura lusófona inventou: o Quinto Império ou o Reino do Espírito Santo na terra., This thesis, The Cultural Mediation in Agostinho da Silva in the Path of the Fifth Empire, analyses the conditions of the possibility of a cultural mediation to be pursued not only by the Portuguese people but also by all the people in the world that speak Portuguese. Using a historic view by Agostinho da Silva, this dissertation analyses the path of the author’s thoughts on the quest for the “Golden Age”, his theological position as well as his political-pedagogical position towards Portugal and Lusofonia. The conclusions that the author withdraws from the Portuguese history and culture allow for the establishment of lusofonia as an ambassador of a new way of being and existing in the world. Therefore, similarly to Padre António Vieira, Luís de Camões and Fernando Pessoa, Agostinho da Silva proposes the people that speak Portuguese and the supporters of lusofonia to analyze the viability of achieving – in the nearest future – the most extraordinary milestone that the culture of lusofonia created: the Fifth Empire or the Realm of the Holy Spirit on earth.
