The objective of the present study was to explore the effectiveness and safety of ‘Sandwich treatment’ strategy for large brain metastases (LBM) with diameter over 3 cm (minimum volume >= 15 cm3) located in motor area.

The purpose of this study is to discover and excavate more key factors and signaling pathways that regulate the formation intensity of biofilms and to fully reveal the possible models affecting biofilm formation. By using gene homologous recombination and bioinformatics technology, a MutL protein-directed deletion mutant strain was successfully constructed. The growth status of the mutant strain was observed, and it was confirmed that, except for the change in cell morphology, there were no significant differences in growth and reproduction between the mutant strain and the wild-type strain. By using the induced biofilm formation technique, the significant decrease in biofilm formation in the MutL mutant strain was successfully verified. The plate confrontation test confirmed that the inhibitory ability of the mutant strain against rice blast fungus was not significantly different from that of the WT strain. The colonization ability of the mutant strain on rice stems was tested, and it was confirmed that the colonization ability of the mutant strain was significantly lower than that of the WT strain. In terms of the prevention and control effect of rice blast disease, the mutant strain showed a significant decrease. By using transcriptomic big data, the gene and pathway expression differences between the mutant strain and the WT strain during biofilm formation were analyzed. The analysis revealed no significant correlation with the previously reported spo0A and tapA-sipW-tasA pathways. The key factor capB of the polyglutamic acid signaling pathway, which affects the formation of the biological model, was found to have a significant decrease in expression. A mechanical hypothesis was proposed: MutL may participate in regulating the formation intensity of Bacillus biofilms by regulating the formation of glutamic acid to polyglutamic acid. The development of digital villages plays a critical role in advancing green agriculture steadily and with high quality. This study measures the efficiency of agricultural water resource allocation using provincial-level rural data from 2011 to 2022 and a super Slacks-Based Measure model accounting for non-desirable outputs. Using the ArcGIS tool, this study illustrates the spatiotemporal patterns and provincial clustering of the green allocation of agricultural water resources. A spatial Durbin model further examines interactions between digital villages and water resource efficiency. Findings indicate the following: (1) The green water resource efficiency in China's 30 provinces showed a gradual, steady increase, albeit with notable regional differences, particularly a "northwestern depression" in spatial distribution. (2) Moran's I index indicates a strong positive spatial correlation between digital villages and green water resource efficiency, manifested as either "high–high" or "low–low" clustering. (3) The spatial Durbin model results demonstrate that digital villages enhance the green water resource efficiency of neighboring areas, a phenomenon referred to as the "Matthew effect". (4) Different aspects of digital village construction, operation, and lifestyle positively influence green water resource efficiency, while digital loops have a negative impact. Aligning resource allocation efficiency with the establishment of digital village infrastructure is paramount. This symbiotic relationship bolsters the structural foundation of agricultural production, optimizing resource utilization and fostering technological advancements in rural settings. γδ T cells are evolutionarily conserved T lymphocytes that manifest unique antitumor efficacy independent of tumor mutation burden (TMB) and conventional human leukocyte antigen (HLA) recognition. However, the dynamic changes in their T cell receptor (TCR) repertoire during cancer progression and treatment courses remain unclear. Here, a comprehensive characterization of γδTCR repertoires are performed in thyroid cancers with divergent differentiation states through cross‐sectional studies. The findings revealed a significant correlation between the differentiation states and TCR repertoire diversity. Notably, highly expanded clones are prominently enriched in γδ T cell compartment of dedifferentiated patients. Moreover, by longitudinal investigations of the γδ T cell response to various antitumor therapies, it is found that the emergence and expansion of the Vδ2neg subset may be potentially associated with favorable clinical outcomes after post‐radiotherapeutic immunotherapy. These findings are further validated at single‐cell resolution in both advanced thyroid cancer patients and a murine model, underlining the importance of further investigations into the role of γδTCR in cancer immunity and therapeutic strategies. Loss of E‐cadherin (ECAD) is required in tumor metastasis. Protein degradation of ECAD in response to oxidative stress is found in metastasis of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and is independent of transcriptional repression as usually known. Mechanistically, protein kinase A (PKA) senses oxidative stress by redox modification in its β catalytic subunit (PRKACB) at Cys200 and Cys344. The activation of PKA kinase activity subsequently induces RNF25 phosphorylation at Ser450 to initiate RNF25‐catalyzed degradation of ECAD. Functionally, RNF25 repression induces ECAD protein expression and inhibits HCC metastasis in vitro and in vivo. Altogether, these results indicate that RNF25 is a critical regulator of ECAD protein turnover, and PKA is a necessary redox sensor to enable this process. Sb2(S, Se)3 solar cells have shown great promise due to the advantages of low cost, non-toxic and high stability. However, traditional devices commonly use noble metal as the back electrode, which not only increases device cost but also limits device stability. Herein, carbon materials are used to replace the noble metals in Sb2(S, Se)3 solar cells. In addition, to grow high-quality Sb2(S, Se)3 films, a two-step hydrothermal method was developed. The carbon-based Sb2(S, Se)3 solar cells based on the above film achieved a power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 2.76%. After inserting a stable P3HT layer at the Sb2(S, Se)3 film/carbon interface, hole extraction was enhanced and the PCE was promoted to 4.15%. With various wireless technologies developed over the past few years, a ubiquitous and integrated architecture is envisioned for future wireless communication. An important optimization issue in such an integrated system is how to minimize the overall communication cost by intelligently utilizing the available heterogeneous wireless technologies while, at the same time, meeting the quality-of-service requirements of mobile users. In this paper, we first identify the cost-minimization (CM) problem to be NP-hard. We then present an efficient minimum-cost data delivery algorithm based on linear programming (LP), with various constraints, such as channel band-width, link costs, delay budgets, and user mobility, taken into consideration. In case of insufficient band-width for communication with the core network, prefetch is employed to fully utilize the wireless-network capacity. If multiple routes are available, a probability-based approach is taken for CM. Extensive simulations are carried out to evaluate the proposed CM scheme. Our results show that the proposed LP approach can effectively reduce the overall communication cost, with small overhead (< 3%) for signaling, computing, and hand-off. We expect that minimum-cost data delivery will become imperative for the future heterogeneous wireless networks and the emerging 4G wireless systems.
