Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a systemic autoimmune disorder characterized by excessive proliferation of rheumatoid arthritis synovial fibroblasts (RASFs) and accumulation of inflammatory cytokines. Exploring the suppression of RASFs and modulation of the RA microenvironment is considered a comprehensive strategy for RA. In this work, specifically activated nanoagents (MAHI NGs) based on the hypoxic and weakly acidic RA microenvironment are developed to achieve a second near‐infrared fluorescence (NIR‐II FL)/photoacoustic (PA) dual‐model imaging‐guided multi‐treatment. Due to optimal size, the MAHI NGs passively accumulate in the diseased joint region and undergo rapid responsive degradation, precisely releasing functionalized components: endogenous melanin‐nanoparticles (MNPs), hydrogen gas (H2), and indocyanine green (ICG). The released MNPs play a crucial role in ablating RASFs within the RA microenvironment through photothermal therapy (PTT) guided by accurate PA imaging. However, the regional hyperthermia generated by PTT may exacerbate reactive oxygen species (ROS) production and inflammatory response following cell lysis. Remarkably, under the acidic microenvironment, the controlled release of H2 exhibits precise synergistic antioxidant and anti‐inflammatory effects with MNPs. Moreover, the ICG, the second near‐infrared dye currently approved for clinical use, possesses excellent NIR‐II FL imaging properties that facilitate the diagnosis of deep tissue diseases and provide the right time‐point for PTT. Ceramic thermal barrier coatings (TBCs) with high toughness and low thermal conductivity are important for developing aero engines with high thrust‐to‐weight ratio and thermal efficiency. In this work, the properties of tantalate Y1/6Yb5/6TaO4 (YYT) were optimized by introducing 8 wt.% yttria‐stabilized zirconia (8YSZ), synthesized using spark plasma sintering, as a second‐phase ceramic. The highest toughness (3.57 MPa m1/2) of the YYT/8YSZ composite ceramics was due to multiple toughening mechanisms. The underlying mechanisms of these processes were revealed based on the microstructures and residual stress of the YYT/8YSZ composite ceramics. A shift from an intergranular fracture to a transgranular fracture was caused by the difference between soft‐grain YYT and hard‐grain 8YSZ, which consumed the fracture energy. Furthermore, the formation of microcracks, crack deflection, bridging, and branching were analyzed based on the differences in Young's moduli and thermal expansion coefficients of YYT and 8YSZ. Internal defects and weak connections between the YYT and 8YSZ grains reduced the thermal conductivity of the composites until it reached its lowest value at 1.4 W m−1 K−1. Context: Human estrogen-related receptor γ (hERRγ) is a key protein involved in various endocrines and metabolic signaling. Numerous environmental endocrine-disrupting chemicals (EDCs) can impact related physiological activities through receptor signaling pathways. Focused on hERRγ with 4-isopropylphenol, bisphenol-F (BPF), and BP(2,2)(Un) complexes, we executed molecular docking and multiple molecular dynamics (MD) simulations along with molecular mechanics/Poisson-Boltzmann surface area (MM-PBSA) and solvation interaction energy (SIE) calculation to study the detailed dynamical structural characteristics and interactions between them. Molecular docking showed that hydrogen bonds and hydrophobic interactions were the prime interactions to keep the stability of BPF-hERRγ and hERRγ-BP(2,2)(Un) complexes. Through MD simulations, we observed that all complexes reach equilibrium during the initial 50 ns of simulation, but these three EDCs lead to local structure changes in hERRγ. Energy results further identified key residues L268, V313, L345, and F435 around the binding pockets through CH-π, π-π, and hydrogen bonds interactions play an important stabilizing role in the recognition with EDCs. And most noticeable of all, hydrophobic methoxide groups in BP(2,2)(Un) is useful for decreasing the binding ability between EDCs and hERRγ. These results may contribute to evaluate latent diseases associated with EDCs exposure at the micro level and find potential substitutes. Soybean (Glycine max) is a vital food crop, serving as a major source of high-quality protein for human and animal consumption. Stem diameter is one of the primary determinants of the stem lodging resistance of a given plant, but there has been relatively little research to date focused on genes associated with this trait. To address this gap in the literature, 207 chromosome segment substitution lines (CSSLs) were generated in the present study through the crossing and backcrossing of the improved Suinong14 and the wild ZYD00006 soybean varieties. These CSSLs were then used for the mapping of quantitative trait loci (QTLs) associated with stem diameter in two-year field planting materials, leading to the identification of nine QTLs. Whole genome resequencing, RNA-seq, and qPCR were then used to evaluate candidate genes associated with stem diameter within these QTL intervals, ultimately leading to the selection of Glyma.04G004100 as a stem diameter-related gene. Subsequent qPCR analyses revealed that Glyma.04g004100 was upregulated in soybean plants with larger stem diameters, and haplotype analyses yielded results consistent with these stem diameter data in the population used to conduct this study. In summary, a series of QTLs associated with stem diameter were identified in the present study, resulting in the establishment of Glyma.04g004100 as a stem diameter-related gene. Together, these results offer a theoretical foundation for the future molecular-assisted breeding of lodging-resistant soybean varieties, and future functional research focused on Glyma.04g004100 may elucidate the molecular mechanisms and key signaling networks involved in soybean stem development. The fetal electrocardiogram (FECG) records changes in the graph of fetal cardiac action potential during conduction, reflecting the developmental status of the fetus in utero and its physiological cardiac activity. Morphological alterations in the FECG can indicate intrauterine hypoxia, fetal distress, and neonatal asphyxia early on, enhancing maternal and fetal safety through prompt clinical intervention, thereby reducing neonatal morbidity and mortality. To reconstruct FECG signals with clear morphological information, this paper proposes a novel deep learning model, CBLS-CycleGAN. The model's generator combines spatial features extracted by the CNN with temporal features extracted by the BiLSTM network, thus ensuring that the reconstructed signals possess combined features with spatial and temporal dependencies. The model's discriminator utilizes PatchGAN, employing small segments of the signal as discriminative inputs to concentrate the training process on capturing signal details. Evaluating the model using two real FECG signal databases, namely "Abdominal and Direct Fetal ECG Database" and "Fetal Electrocardiograms, Direct and Abdominal with Reference Heartbeat Annotations", resulted in a mean MSE and MAE of 0.019 and 0.006, respectively. It detects the FQRS compound wave with a sensitivity, positive predictive value, and F1 of 99.51%, 99.57%, and 99.54%, respectively. This paper's model effectively preserves the morphological information of FECG signals, capturing not only the FQRS compound wave but also the fetal P-wave, T-wave, P-R interval, and ST segment information, providing clinicians with crucial diagnostic insights and a scientific foundation for developing rational treatment protocols. Cancer-related cachexia is a metabolic syndrome characterized by weight loss, adipose tissue decomposition, and progressive skeletal muscle atrophy. It is a major complication of many advanced cancers and seriously affects the quality of life and survival of cancer patients. However, the specific molecules that mediate cancer-related cachexia remain elusive, and the fundamental cellular and molecular mechanisms associated with muscle atrophy and lipidolysis in cancer patients still need to be investigated. Exosomes, a newly discovered class of small extracellular vesicles that facilitate intercellular communication, have a significant role in the onset and development of various cancers. Studies have shown that exosomes play a role in the onset and progression of cancer-related cachexia by transporting active molecules such as nucleic acids and proteins. This review aimed to provide an overview of exosome developments in cancer-induced skeletal muscle atrophy and adipose tissue degradation. More importantly, exosomes were shown to have potential as diagnostic markers or therapeutic strategies for cachexia and were prospected, providing novel strategies for the diagnosis and treatment of cancer-related cachexia. This work investigates the impact of pressure on the structural, optical properties, and electronic structure of CsPbBr3 quantum dots (QDs) using steady‐state photoluminescence, steady‐state absorption, and femtosecond transient absorption spectroscopy, reaching a maximum pressure of 3.38 GPa. The experimental results indicate that CsPbBr3 QDs undergo electronic state (ES) transitions from ES‐I to ES‐II and ES‐II to ES‐III at 0.38 and 1.08 GPa, respectively. Intriguingly, a mixed state of ES‐II and ES‐III is observed within the pressure range of 1.08–1.68 GPa. The pressure‐induced fluorescence quenching in ES‐II is attributed to enhanced defect trapping and reduced radiative recombination. Above 1.68 GPa, fluorescence vanishes entirely, attributed to the complete phase transformation from ES‐II to ES‐III in which radiative recombination becomes non‐existent. Notably, owing to stronger quantum confinement effects, CsPbBr3 QDs exhibit an impressive bandgap tuning range of 0.497 eV from 0 to 2.08 GPa, outperforming nanocrystals by 1.4 times and bulk counterparts by 11.3 times. Furthermore, this work analyzes various carrier dynamics processes in the pressure‐induced bandgap evolution and electron state transitions, and systematically studies the microphysical mechanisms of optical properties in CsPbBr3 QDs under pressure, offering insights for optimizing optical properties and designing novel materials. This paper presents a novel multitask learning framework for palmprint biometrics, which optimizes classification and hashing branches jointly. The classification branch within our framework facilitates the concurrent execution of three distinct tasks: identity recognition and classification of soft biometrics, encompassing gender and chirality. On the other hand, the hashing branch enables the generation of palmprint hash codes, optimizing for minimal storage as templates and efficient matching. The hashing branch derives the complementary information from these tasks by amalgamating knowledge acquired from the classification branch. This approach leads to superior overall performance compared to individual tasks in isolation. To enhance the effectiveness of multitask learning, two additional modules, an attention mechanism module and a customized gate control module, are introduced. These modules are vital in allocating higher weights to crucial channels and facilitating task-specific expert knowledge integration. Furthermore, an automatic weight adjustment module is incorporated to optimize the learning process further. This module fine-tunes the weights assigned to different tasks, improving performance. Integrating the three modules above has shown promising accuracies across various classification tasks and has notably improved authentication accuracy. Previous studies have indicated the potential of monometallic-modified TiO 2 catalysts in controlling nitrogen oxide (NO x) and volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in coal-fired flue gas. Unfortunately, increasing selective catalytic reduction (SCR) activity under complicated coal-fired flue gas status is tricky. In this study, modified Co-MoWTiO 2 catalysts with multiple active sites were synthesized using the wet impregnation method, which exhibited excellent multi-pollution control ability of NO, benzene and toluene under low oxygen and high SO 2 concentrations. The modification of Mo and Co achieved high dispersion and electron transfer. The interaction between W5+/W6+ and Co2+/Co3+ promoted gas-phase O 2 adsorption on the catalyst surface, forming of reactive oxygen species (O α). Density functional theory (DFT) calculations informed that the doping of Co effectively enhanced the NH 3 and O 2 adsorption capacity of the catalyst, and Co possessed the maximum adsorption energy for NH 3 and O 2. Possible pathways of multi-pollution control of NO, C 6 H 6 , and C 7 H 8 were speculated. NH 3 /NH 4 + on the Lewis/Bronsted acid site is reacted with intermediates of NO (e.g., NO 2 , nitrite, nitrate) via the Langmuir-Hinshelwood and Eley-Rideal mechanism. The introduction of NO and NH 3 did not disrupt the oxidation pathways of benzene and toluene. Soybean (Glycine max) plants first emerged in China, and they have since been established as an economically important oil crop and a major source of daily protein for individuals throughout the world. Seed emergence height is the first factor that ensures seedling adaptability to field management practices, and it is closely related to epicotyl length. In the present study, the Suinong 14 and ZYD00006 soybean lines were used as parents to construct chromosome segment substitution lines (CSSLs) for quantitative trait loci (QTL) identification. Seven QTLs were identified using two years of epicotyl length measurement data. The insertion region of the ZYD00006 fragment was identified through whole genome resequencing, with candidate gene screening and validation being performed through RNA-Seq and qPCR, and Glyma.08G142400 was ultimately selected as an epicotyl length-related gene. Through combined analyses of phenotypic data from the study population, Glyma.08G142400 expression was found to be elevated in those varieties exhibiting longer epicotyl length. Haplotype data analyses revealed that epicotyl data were consistent with haplotype typing. In summary, the QTLs found to be associated with the epicotyl length identified herein provide a valuable foundation for future molecular marker-assisted breeding efforts aimed at improving soybean emergence height in the field, with the Glyma.08G142400 gene serving as a regulator of epicotyl length, offering new insight into the mechanisms that govern epicotyl development. The innovative cutting mechanism of multi-dimensional teeth presents a groundbreaking approach to drill bit design, particularly optimizing drilling efficiency in challenging geological formations such as interlayers and gravel-rich layers within the Changqing Oilfield. Nevertheless, compared to conventional flat-tooth PDC drill bits, several aspects of the cutting mechanism and design parameters for multi-dimensional teeth require further elucidation. This article employs a linear cutting finite element model to establish cutting models for traditional flat teeth and two distinct types of multi-dimensional teeth, designated as Ridge and Benz. It systematically investigates the influence of varying cutting parameters on the effectiveness of rock-crushing within the multi-dimensional tooth-cutting mechanism. This study conducts laboratory-based single-tooth rock-crushing experiments to validate the numerical simulation results. Furthermore, applying principles derived from soil plastic mechanics contrasts the stress states experienced by rocks during the rock-crushing process between multi-dimensional teeth and conventional flat teeth, shedding light on the rock-crushing mechanism employed by multi-dimensional teeth. This research categorizes PDC cutting teeth on the drill bit into two groups: those near the center and those near the outer shoulder. A linear cutting model for teeth positioned near the outer shoulder is developed to analyze the impacts of different rake angles, side clearance angles, and welding errors on the tooth helix angle and the rock-crushing efficiency of the Benz tooth. Impact force identification has always been of significance for structure health monitoring especially on the applications involving composite materials. As a typical inverse problem, impact force reconstruction and localization is undoubtedly a challenging task. The well-known ℓ 1 sparse regularization has a tendency to underestimate the amplitude of impact forces. To alleviate this limitation, we propose an accelerated generalized minimax-concave (AGMC) for sparse regularization that employs a non-convex generalized minimax-concave (GMC) penalty as the regularizer and incorporates an acceleration technique to expedite the attainment of the global minimum. Compared with the classic ℓ 1-norm penalty, the GMC penalty can not only induce sparsity in the estimation, but also maintain the convexity of the cost function, so that the global optimal solution can be obtained through convex optimization algorithms. This method is applied to solve the impact force identification problem with unknown force locations to simultaneously reconstruct and localize impact forces in the under-determined case utilizing a limited number of sensors. Meanwhile, K-sparsity criterion is used to adaptively select regularization parameters by taking advantage of the sparse prior knowledge on impact forces. Simulations and experiments are conducted on a composite plate to verify the computational efficiency and robustness of the AGMC method in terms of impact force reconstruction and localization, particularly in the presence of noise. Results demonstrate that the proposed AGMC method achieves faster convergence and provides more accurate and sparse reconstruction and localization of impact forces compared to other state-of-the-art sparse regularization methods. Simple Summary: As an endemic and vulnerable fish from the upper Yangtze River in China, Schizothorax kozlovi holds significant scientific and ecological importance, yet it has received little attention so far. In this paper, we reported the characterization of the mitochondrial genome of S. kozlovi, and further investigated the phylogenetic relationships of Schizothorax. The results showed that the mitochondrial genome of S. kozlovi had a total size of 16,585 bp, a circular arrangement, and contained 13 PCGs, 22 tRNAs, two rRNAs, and two non-coding regions. Moreover, the phylogenetic analyses demonstrated that Schizothorax could be classified into four clades, and S. kozlovi was closely related to Schizothorax chongi. The present study enriched the basic biological data for S. kozlovi and provided fundamental references for the conservation of S. kozlovi and Schizothorax. Schizothorax kozlovi is an endemic and vulnerable fish species found in the upper Yangtze River in China. Over the past few years, the population resources of S. kozlovi have been nearly completely depleted owing to multiple contributing threats. While the complete mitochondrial genomes serve as important molecular markers for phylogenetic and genetic studies, the mitochondrial genome of S. kozlovi has still received little attention. In this study, we analyzed the characterization of the mitochondrial genome of S. kozlovi and investigated the phylogenetic relationships of Schizothorax. The complete mitochondrial genome of S. kozlovi was 16,585 bp in length, which contained thirty-seven genes (thirteen protein-coding genes (PCGs), two ribosomal RNA genes (rRNAs), twenty-two transfer RNA genes (tRNAs)) and two non-coding regions for the origin of light strand (OL) and the control region (CR). There were nine overlapping regions and seventeen intergenic spacers regions in the mitochondrial genome. The genome also showed a bias towards A + T content (55.01%) and had a positive AT-skew (0.08) and a negative GC-skew (−0.20). All the PCGs employed the ATG or GTG as the start codon and TAA, TAG, or single T as the stop codon. Additionally, all of the tRNAs displayed a typical cloverleaf secondary structure, except trnS1 which lacked the D arm. The phylogenetic analysis, based on the maximum likelihood (ML) and Bayesian inference (BI) methods, revealed that the topologies of the phylogenetic tree divided the Schizothorax into four clades and did not support the classification of Schizothorax based on morphology. The phylogenetic status of S. kozlovi was closely related to that of S. chongi. The present study provides valuable genomic information for S. kozlovi and new insights in phylogenetic relationships of Schizothorax. This perspective outlines the research directions of ferroelastic rare‐earth (RE) tantalates (RETaO4), which have been studied as multifunctional thermal/environmental barrier coatings (T/EBCs) with working temperatures above 1600°C. Ferroelastic RETaO4 ceramics exhibit several distinct features, including the reversible second‐order ferroelastic phase transition, high toughness, low thermal conductivity, low oxygen ion conductivity, and adjustable thermal expansion coefficients. This perspective provides a concise summary of the research progress on tantalate coatings synthesized via air plasma spraying and electron beam physical vapor deposition. The service performance of tantalate coatings is typically evaluated through thermal fatigue and shock measurements. Uncovering the failure mechanisms and understanding influencing factors are key aspects for future studies. In this regard, establishing the synthesis‐structure‐property relationship of RETaO4 coatings is essential. This brief perspective can serve as a guide for future work on RETaO4 coatings and further advancements in their applications across various fields, including aviation engines and gas turbines. Damped outrigger is a viable means for reducing dynamic responses of tall buildings. This study focuses on generalized damped outrigger (GDO) systems. A GDO is composed of a damper for energy dissipation, a negative stiffness device and an inerter for damping enhancement. The GDO system incorporates GDOs at different floors of the tall building optimized to varied structural modes. Frequency equation of a tall building simplified as a cantilever beam with multiple GDOs is first derived by complex modal analysis. A finite different model of such a system is used for verification. Parametric analyses are then performed to compare damping effects of different GDO systems. It is found that a negative stiffness damped outrigger (NSDO) or inerter damped outrigger (IDO) needs to be optimized for maximizing damping of a specific mode. GDOs, respectively, tuned to different modes can largely improve the multimode damping effects. The optimal parameters of the GDOs are slightly different from those in the case when they are installed separately. With both negative stiffness and nonzero inertance, a GDO still needs to be tuned to a specific mode because multimode damping is sensitive to the damper coefficient. The combination of an NSDO optimized to the first mode and an IDO tuned to a higher mode seems the best solution. The IDO additionally improves the first mode damping provided by the NSDO and the two-mode damping is not sensitive to the damper coefficient of the NSDO. Background: School bullying is prevalent in children and adolescents. Bullying victims are seen higher risk of negative psychological outcomes. Previously published studies suggested that social indicators may pose significant influence on bullying victimization. However, the association between social poverty and bullying victimization has not been exclusively discussed. Methods: In this cross-sectional study, we analyzed the association between 6 commonly used social poverty indicators (Poverty Headcount Ratio, PHR; Poverty Gap, PG; Squared Poverty Gap, SPG; monthly household per capita income, PCI; Watts' Poverty Index, WPI; the Gini Index, Gini) and the prevalence of school bullying at country level by using the Global school-based Student Health Survey (GSHS) database. Results: Altogether 16 countries were included into the final analysis, with school bullying victimization prevalence ranged from 12.9 to 47.5%. Bubble plots revealed statistically significant associations between the three indicators measuring absolute poverty level (PHR, PCI, WPI) and bullying victimization. Subsequently performed principal component regression indicated that, for all types of bullying victimization, the increase of absolute poverty level was related to elevated prevalence rates, and the association was particularly strong for verbal bullying victimization. Conclusions: Our study results may suggest that absolute social poverty is an important parameter for constructing and implementing school bullying victimization intervention strategies and measures. Chimerism results from the fusion of two zygotes in a single embryo, whereas mosaicism results from mitotic errors in a single zygote. True human chimerism is rare, with fewer than 100 cases reported in the literature. Here, we report a case in which the fetus was identified as having tetragametic chimerism based on short tandem repeat - polymerase chain reaction analysis of the family observed during amniocentesis for advanced maternal age. The chimerism occurred via the fertilization of two ova by two spermatozoa, followed by the fusion of early embryos. The genotypes of the two amniotic fluid samples obtained successively by one puncture were completely different, and the sex chromosomes were XY. Simple Summary: This review is focused on the role of root exudates on beneficial rhizobacterial colonization. The dynamic interaction between root exudates and rhizobacteria is influenced by plant genotype, development, environmental biotic factors, and abiotic factors. Bacterial-specific metabolism plays crucial roles in rhizosphere competence and rhizobacterial colonization ability. Diverse types of root exudates serve as nutrients, signals, or antimicrobial substances, facilitating root colonization by beneficial bacteria. Certain secondary metabolites selectively promote root colonization by bacteria with specialized functions. Soil-beneficial microbes in the rhizosphere play important roles in improving plant growth and health. Root exudates play key roles in plant–microbe interactions and rhizobacterial colonization. This review describes the factors influencing the dynamic interactions between root exudates and the soil microbiome in the rhizosphere, including plant genotype, plant development, and environmental abiotic and biotic factors. We also discuss the roles of specific metabolic mechanisms, regulators, and signals of beneficial soil bacteria in terms of colonization ability. We highlight the latest research progress on the roles of root exudates in regulating beneficial rhizobacterial colonization. Organic acids, amino acids, sugars, sugar alcohols, flavonoids, phenolic compounds, volatiles, and other secondary metabolites are discussed in detail. Finally, we propose future research objectives that will help us better understand the role of root exudates in root colonization by rhizobacteria and promote the sustainable development of agriculture and forestry. BI-X, a therapeutic protein under development for the treatment of human ocular disease via intravitreal administration, binds to its therapeutic targets and endogenous albumin in the vitreous humor. A monkey ocular pharmacokinetic (PK) study following BI-X administration was conducted to measure drug and albumin levels in plasma, the vitreous humor, the aqueous humor, and retina tissue at various timepoints post-dose. A comprehensive bioanalytical approach was implemented in support of this study. Five immunocapture-LC-MS/MS assays were developed and qualified for quantitating BI-X in different matrices, while ELISA was used for albumin measurement. The mathematical and computational models in engineering applications commonly have multiple outputs, so it is critical to develop global sensitivity analysis (GSA) for multivariate outputs, which can be used to explore the effect of input parameters on output responses. Amongst the existing sensitivity analysis, the covariance-based method is one of the most widely used methods due to its understandability and validity. However, traditional GSA is calculated by Monte Carlo Simulation (MCS), leading to huge computational cost and large sample demand. In this study, the generalized hybrid metamodel using radial basis function (RBF) and sparse polynomial chaos expansion (PCE) is applied for covariance-based GSA. To improve the efficiency and performance of RBF-PCE in mult-models, an efficient sequential sampling method is proposed based on the local variance density of sample points. Three analytical functions and two engineering problems are employed to demonstrate the accuracy and validity of the proposed method. Point‐to‐point (P2P) flexible transceivers are the key technical enabler to cost‐effectively offer fast, dynamic, and 'just‐the‐right‐size' ultra‐dense P2P connectivity for various applications including remote equipment control and distributed fibre networks. However, existing flexible transceivers originally designed for hub‐and‐spoke traffic patterns are sub‐optimal. The spatial distribution of gas emitted from an odor source provides valuable information regarding the composition, size, and localization of the odor source. Surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) gas sensors exhibit ultra-high sensitivity, molecular specificity, rapid response, and large-area detection. In this paper, a SERS gas sensor array was developed for visualizing the spatial distribution of gas evaporated from benzaldehyde and 4-ethylbenzaldehyde odor sources. The SERS spectra of the gas were collected by scanning the sensor array using an automatic detection system. The non-negative matrix factorization algorithm was employed to extract feature and concentration information at each spot on the sensor array. A heatmap image was generated for visualizing the gas spatial distribution using concentration information. Gaussian fitting was applied to process the image for localizing the odor source. The size of the odor source was estimated using the processed image. Moreover, the spectra of benzaldehyde, 4-ethylbenzaldehyde, and their gas mixture were simultaneously detected using one SERS sensor array. The feature information was recognized using a convolutional neural network with an accuracy of 98.21%. As a result, the benzaldehyde and 4-ethylbenzaldehyde odor sources were identified and visualized. Previously, only three species of the genus Neurigona Rondani of the subfamily Neurigoninae were known from Yunnan Province. Here, we reviewed the species of Neurigona from Yunnan and added the following seven new species: N. apicilata sp. nov., N. basicurva sp. nov., N. brevidigitata sp. nov., N. convexa sp. nov., N. huanglianshana sp. nov., N. quadrimaculata sp. nov., and N. ventriprocessa sp. nov. All seven new species are sympatric and were collected from below a reservoir in the Huanglianshan Nature Reserve in Yunnan using three Malaise traps in 2019. Cascaded inverse fast Fourier transform/fast Fourier transform (IFFT/FFT)-based multi-channel aggregation/de-aggregation offers a promising solution in constructing highly desirable flexible optical transceivers for considerably improving optical networks' elasticity, flexibility, and adaptability. However, the multi-channel aggregation operation unavoidably results in generated signals having high peak-to-average power ratios (PAPRs). To solve this technical challenge, this paper first explores the PAPR characteristics of the corresponding flexible transceivers in optical back-to-back (B2B) and 20 km intensity modulation and direct detection (IMDD) transmission systems, and then numerically investigates the feasibility and effectiveness of utilizing the conventional clipping techniques in reducing their PAPR reductions. The results show that the last IFFT operation size is the primary factor determining the PAPRs rather than the channel count and modulation format. For a given last IFFT operation size, the optimal clipping ratio can be identified, which is independent of channel count. With the identified optimal clipping ratio, when the channel count is >4, every two-channel increase in the channel count can only lead to <1.2 Gb/s decreases in the maximum aggregated signal transmission capacity. Camellia fascicularis belongs to the family Theaceae and is a plant species with extremely small populations. It is also a second-class national protected plant in China. In recent years, the anti-inflammation, antioxidation, and antitumor effects of C. fascicularis polyphenols and flavonoids have been reported. However, changes in the soil chemistry and microbes after artificial cultivation of C. fascicularis have not been well studied. Therefore, three healthy plants from each different artificial planting year's plot (Age_3, Age_5, and Age_7) were selected, and the chemical properties of the rhizosphere soil and root endophytic microbial communities for different cultivation years of C. fascicularis were studied in Hekou County, China. The accumulation of pathogenic and beneficial microbes in the rhizosphere of C. fascicularis was also discussed. The results show that (1) the alpha diversity in rhizosphere soil was significantly higher than that in roots, and roots recruited more Actinobacteria, which might produce beneficial secondary metabolites for the plant; (2) the total nitrogen in the rhizosphere soil of C. fascicularis cultivated for 7 years was significantly higher than that in the soil cultivated for 3 years; (3) there was no significant difference in the alpha and beta diversity in the rhizosphere soil and root endophytes of C. fascicularis in different cultivation years; (4) there was no difference in the abundance of plant-growth-promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) in either the rhizosphere soil or roots, but the number of PGPR in roots was higher than that in rhizosphere soil; and (5) the changes in pathogenic fungi and biocontrol fungi in rhizosphere soil were greater than those of endophytic fungi in roots. The results show that there are no significant differences in microbial communities among 3, 5, and 7 years, but the influence of the outside environment on the soil and fungi was greater than that of the roots and bacteria. 20-inch Large area photomultiplier tube based on microchannel plate (MCP-PMT) is newly developed in China. It is widely used in high energy detection experiments such as Jiangmen Underground Neutrino Observatory (JUNO), China JinPing underground Laboratory (CJPL) and Large High Altitude Air Shower Observatory (LHAASO). To overcome the poor time performance of the existing MCP-PMT, a new design of large area MCP-PMT is proposed in this paper. Three-dimensional models are developed in CST Studio Suite to validate its feasibility. Effects of the size and bias voltage of the focusing electrodes and MCP configuration on the collection efficiency (CE) and time performance are studied in detail using the finite integral technique and Monte Carlo method. Based on the simulation results, the optimized operating and geometry parameters are chosen. Results show that the mean ratio of photoelectrons landing on the MCP active area is 97.5%. The acceptance fraction of the impinging photoelectrons is close to 100% due to the emission of multiple secondary electrons when hitting the MCP top surface. Low abundance and heterogeneity of N-glycosylation at the peptide level poses a great challenge to the structural and functional analysis of glycosylation in the field of glycobiology. Solving this conundrum requires a sufficient and specific method for intact N-glycopeptide enrichment. Using the C18 or HLB desalting column followed by the mixed-mode strong anion exchange (MAX) or hydrophilic interaction chromatography (HILIC) glycopeptide enrichment column are commonly applied approaches for sample preparation of intact N-glycopeptides from complex samples. Herein, we compared the effects of different combinations of two desalting columns and two enrichment columns using equal amounts of mouse brain tissues from the same source. The results revealed the C18 column was a bit superior to the HLB column, and the MAX and HILIC columns were complementary on intact N-glycopeptides enrichment. Additionally, the results also demonstrated that enriching glycopeptides using a HILIC column followed by a MAX column from the flow-through solution got a better enrichment performance than the reversed order. Based on these results, the sequential enrichment of glycopeptides using HILIC and then MAX columns could maximize the enrichment performance of intact N-glycopeptides, and therefore is an option for in-depth analysis of site-specific glycoproteome. Deep learning (DL) has achieved notable success in El Niño‐Southern Oscillation (ENSO) forecasts. Most DL‐based models focused on forecasting ENSO indices while the zonal distribution of sea surface temperature anomalies (SSTA) over the equatorial Pacific was overlooked. To provide accurate predictions for the SSTA zonal pattern, this study developed a model through leveraging the merits of the cosine distance in constructing the convolutional neural network. This model can skillfully predict the SSTA zonal pattern over the equatorial Pacific 1 year in advance, remarkably outperforming current dynamical models. Moreover, the physical interpretation of the model prediction reveals that the sources for ENSO predictability at different lead times are distinct. For the 10‐month‐lead predictions, the precursors in the north Pacific, south Pacific and tropical Atlantic play critical roles in determining the model behaviors; while for the 16‐month‐lead predictions, the initial signals in the tropical Pacific associated with the discharge‐recharge cycle are essential. It significantly affects the worldwide weather and climate via teleconnections. Maintenance and rehabilitation (M&R) is necessary to keep pavement networks in good condition. Due to the capital intensity, M&R funding is always insufficient. The annual budget, determining the available funding, is a critical criterion when planning M&R treatments. However, its values are often given, and the determination of the values is seldom discussed. To fill the gap, this paper focuses on both the determination of annual budgets and the budget allocations, and therefore enhances the network-level decision-making on M&R by developing a Multi-Objective Optimization (MOO) method. This method does not only optimize and trade off the annual budgets and their consequences, but also allocates the funding across the entire network through generating the optimized M&R decisions. According to a case study with 50 segments, the developed method successfully and effectively identified non-linear discrete relationship between the minimized annual budgets and the maximized M&R benefits subject to all the constraints, and generated the optimized annual budget allocation for each M&R decision. Background: Hypopharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma (HPSCC) has the worst prognosis among all head-and-neck cancers, and treatment options are limited. Tumor microenvironment (TME) analysis can help identify new therapeutic targets and combined treatment strategies. Methods: Six primary HPSCC tissues and two adjacent normal mucosae from six treatment-naïve patients with HPSCC were analyzed using scRNA-seq. Cell types were curated in detail, ecosystemic landscapes were mapped, and cell–cell interactions were inferred. Key results were validated with The Cancer Genome Atlas and cell biology experiments. Results: Malignant HPSCC epithelial cells showed significant intratumor heterogeneity. Different subtypes exhibited distinct histological features, biological behaviors, and spatial localization, all affecting treatment selection and prognosis. Extracellular matrix cancer-associated fibroblasts (mCAFs) expressing fibroblast activation protein were the dominant CAFs in HPSCC tumors. mCAFs, constituting an aggressive CAF subset, promoted tumor cell invasion, activated endothelial cells to trigger angiogenesis, and synergized with SPP1+ tumor associated macrophages to induce tumor progression, ultimately decreasing the overall survival of patients with HPSCC. Moreover, the LAMP3+ dendritic cell subset was identified in HPSCC and formed an immunosuppressive TME by recruiting Tregs and suppressing CD8+ T cell function. This study examined the effect of aquaculture management parameters on sea cucumbers in culture ponds during high summer temperatures. The physicochemical properties of 18 sediment samples from six sea cucumber culture ponds were assessed at a high temperature (HT) and the end of the high temperature (EHT) stages of summer. High-throughput sequencing was used to analyze the bacterial community composition and diversity of the sediment in the culture pond. The results showed that total nitrogen (TN), total carbon (TC), total organic carbon (TOC), ammonia nitrogen (NH4+), total sulfur (TS), sulfate (SO42−), and sulfide (S2−) contents were the lowest in the Geziling sediments at both stages, indicating a favorable sediment environment. The TN, TC, TOC, and NH4+ contents decreased significantly in the Wulei Island sediments during the EHT stage, indicating strong self-purification capacity. The TN, TC, TOC, NH4+, TS, SO42−, and S2− were higher in the Rushankou and Xiaohongcun sediments during both stages, indicating a worse sediment environment. Alpha diversity analysis revealed increased bacterial diversity in the sediments during the HT stage when compared to that during the EHT stage. Correlation analysis between bacterial diversity and the physicochemical properties of the TN sediments had the greatest impact on bacterial diversity, followed by TOC, TC, NH4+, TS, S2−, SO42−, and NO2− (in order). Our results suggest that the physicochemical properties (TC, TOC, TN, and NH4+) of the culture pond sediment can significantly influence bacterial community composition and diversity. Management measures for aquaculture, including desilting and monthly water change, could positively affect these physicochemical properties and the bacterial community structure of the sediment. Natural gas (NG) is a low-carbon fuel that can achieve low carbon emissions and high efficiencies. However, the low mean molecular mass and low energy density of methane result in low engine performance, and blending methane with gasoline is an effective way of improving the performance of NG engines. In this study, flame characteristics (including abnormal combustion) and engine performance are optically studied under methane port injection and isooctane direct injection conditions. The results indicate that the addition of isooctane can significantly increase the power output of NG engines. Under partial-load conditions, the minimum ignition advance for best IMEP is delayed with the addition of isooctane because of the higher flame speed of isooctane, and isooctane addition primarily improves the turbulent flame propagation rather than the initial flame formation. As for the isooctane injection timing, the indicated mean effective pressure (IMEP) first increases and then decreases with the delay in isooctane injection. The hot spots in the flame images confirm that late injection results in isooctane inhomogeneity, which reduces the engine's thermal efficiency. At high loads, the low energy density of methane can lower the knocking intensity, even in the presence of auto-ignition at a speed of 120.7 m/s. Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is the most common form of liver cancer, with the second highest mortality rate in all cancer. Energy reprogramming is one of the hallmarks of cancer, and emerging evidence showed that targeting glycolysis is a promising strategy for HCC treatment. Cryptocaryone has been shown to display promising anti-cancer activity against numerous types of cancer. Previous study also indicated that cryptocaryone induces cytotoxicity by inhibiting glucose transport in cancer cells, but the detailed mechanism still needs to be elucidated. Therefore, this study aimed to investigate the relationship between the anti-cancer effect and glycolytic metabolism of cryptocaryone in human HCC cells. In this study, we found that cryptocaryone potently induced growth inhibition by apoptotic cell death in HCC cells. Cryptocaryone also suppressed the ATP synthesis, lactate production and glycolytic capacity of HCC cells. Mechanistic investigations showed that phosphorylation of Akt and c-Src, as well as the expression of HK1 were impeded by cryptocaryone. Moreover, cryptocaryone markedly increased the expression level of transcription factor FoxO1. Importantly, clinical database analysis confirmed the negative correlation between HK1 and FoxO1. High expression levels of HK-1 were positively correlated with poorer survival in patients with HCCs. These results suggest that cryptocaryone may promote cell apoptosis by inhibiting FoxO1-mediated aerobic glycolysis through Akt and c-Src signaling cascades in human HCC cells. This is the first study to indicate that cryptocaryone exerts anti-cancer property against human HCC cells. Herein, a microneedle patch for wound treatment is designed, which can effectively penetrate the biofilms in a physical way because of the penetration ability of the microneedles and the motion behavior of the nanomotors, and deliver bacterial quorum sensing inhibitor luteolin (Le) and nanomotors with multiple antibacterial properties within biofilms. Firstly, the nanomotors-loaded microneedle patches are prepared and characterized. The results of in vitro and in vivo experiments show that the microneedle patches have good biosafety and antibacterial properties. Among them, Le can inhibit the growth of biofilms. Overexpression of GhMKK16 promotes ABA accumulation, and enhances drought tolerance via regulating stomatal closure under drought stress. Conversely, RNAi-mediated knockdown of GhMKK16 expression inhibits ABA accumulation, and reduces drought tolerance. Virus-induced gene silencing (VIGS)-mediated knockdown of either GhMAP3K62 , GhMPK32 or GhEDT1 expression represses ABA accumulation and reduces drought tolerance through inhibiting stomatal closure. Expression knockdown of GhMPK32 or GhEDT1 in GhMKK16 -overexpressing cotton reinstates ABA content and stomatal opening-dependent drought sensitivity to wild type levels. Compared with traditional alloys, high-entropy alloys (HEAs) have been widely studied because of their unique phase formation rules and excellent physical properties. This work used the first-principle calculation method to study the effect of Cr content on the phase formation, stability, and mechanical properties of MoNbTiV refractory HEAs (RHEAs). The structural model of CrxMoNbTiV (x = 0.00, 0.25, 0.50, ..., 2.00) RHEAs was constructed by the virtual crystal approximation method. The structural model was geometrically optimized using the Cambridge Sequential Total Energy Package code, and the structures' binding energy, enthalpy of formation, and elastic constants were calculated. The results show that the CrxMoNbTiV RHEAs can form a stable body-centered cubic structure, and the addition of Cr significantly impacts the lattice constant, elastic constant, plastic toughness, and elastic anisotropy of the alloy. Background: Standard noninvasive prenatal screening(NIPS) is an accurate and reliable method to screen for common chromosome aneuploidies, such as trisomy 21, 18 and 13. Extended NIPS has been used in clinic for not only aneuploidies but also copy number variants(CNVs). Here we aim to define the range of chromosomal abnormalities that should be able to identify by NIPS in order to be an efficient extended screening test for chromosomal abnormalities. Methods: A prospective study was conducted, involving pregnant women without fetal sonographic structural abnormalities who underwent amniocentesis. Prenatal samples were analyzed using copy number variation sequencing(CNV-seq) to identify fetal chromosomal abnormalities. Results: Of 28,469 pregnancies included 1,022 (3.59%) were identified with clinically significant fetal chromosome abnormalities, including 587 aneuploidies (2.06%) and 435 (1.53%) pathogenic (P) / likely pathogenic (LP) CNVs. P/LP CNVs were found in all chromosomes, but the distribution was not uniform. Among them, P/LP CNVs in chromosomes 16, 22, and X exhibited the highest frequencies. In addition, P/LP CNVs were most common on distal ends of the chromosomes and in low copy repeat regions. Recurrent microdeletion/microduplication syndromes (MMS) accounted for 40.69% of total P/LP CNVs. The size of most P/LP CNVs (77.47%) was < 3 Mb. Conclusions: In addition to aneuploidies, the scope of extended NIPS should include the currently known P/LP CNVs, especially the regions with recurrent MMS loci, distal ends of the chromosomes, and low copy repeat regions. To explore the metabolomics of fatty acids and biological information of related markers in a RAW264.7 cell inflammation model. RAW264.7 macrophage inflammation model was induced by LPS, and RAW264.7 cells were treated with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). The fatty acid compositions were identified by GC-MS, combined with standard product spectrum information and NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology) database. Using chemometrics and Analysis of Variance (ANOVA), the components with VIP > 1 and P < 0.05 were selected as significant difference markers, and combined with biological methods to explore the biological significance of them. GC-MS identified 21 fatty acids in RAW264.7 cells, and screened significant difference biomarkers in each group. Among these biomarkers, C20:5 and C22:6 had significant changes in pairwise comparison among each group. Through ELISA, polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and Western Blot methods, the mRNA and protein expressions of IL-1β, NLRP3, GPR120 and β-Arrestin-2 were up-regulated after RAW264.7 cells induced by LPS and nigericin, and decreased after drug intervention. It indicated that the signal pathway centered on NLRP3 inflammasome was involved in the anti-inflammatory process of ibuprofen. It was the first time to study fatty acid metabolomics in RAW264.7 cell inflammatory model by GC-MS combined with chemometrics. The anti-inflammatory mechanism of ibuprofen was explained from NLRP3 inflammasome perspective without precedent, which enriched the research on the signal pathway of ibuprofen anti-inflammatory mechanism. Locomotion control of synergistical interaction between fins has been one of the key problems in the field of robotic fish research owing to its contribution to improving and enhancing swimming performance. In this paper, the coordinated locomotion control of the boxfish-like robot with pectoral and caudal fins is studied, and the effects of different control parameters on the propulsion performance are quantitatively analyzed by using hydrodynamic experiments. First, an untethered boxfish-like robot with two pectoral fins and one caudal fin was designed. Second, a central pattern generator (CPG)-based controller is used to coordinate the motions of the pectoral and caudal fins to realize the bionic locomotion of the boxfish-like robot. Finally, extensive hydrodynamic experiments are conducted to explore the effects of different CPG parameters on the propulsion performance under the synergistic interaction of pectoral and caudal fins. Results show that the amplitude and frequency significantly affect the propulsion performance, and the propulsion ability is the best when the frequency is 1 Hz. Different phase lags and offset angles between twisting and flapping of the pectoral fin can generate positive and reverse forces, which realize the forward, backward, and pitching swimming by adjusting these parameters. This paper reveals for the first time the effects of different CPG parameters on the propulsion performance in the case of the synergistic interaction between the pectoral fins and the caudal fin using hydrodynamic experimental methods, which sheds light on the optimization of the design and control parameters of the robotic fish. The effects of four distinct zinc species (ZnCl2, Zn(NO3)2, ZnSO4, and ZnCO3) on a Mn-Ce co-doped CuX (MCCX)catalyst were investigated and contrasted in the low-temperature NH3-SCR process. Aqueous solutions of ZnCl2, Zn(NO3)2, ZnSO4, and ZnCO3 were used to poison the catalysts. The catalytic activity of all catalysts was assessed, and their physicochemical properties were studied. There was a notable drop trend in catalytic activity in the low temperature range (200 °C) after zinc species poisoning on MCCX catalyst. Interestingly, ZnSO4 and ZnCO3 on MCCX catalyst had more serious effect on catalytic activity than Zn(NO3)2 and ZnCl2 from 150 °C to 225 °C, in which NO conversion of the MCCX-Zn-S and MCCX-Zn-C catalysts dropped about 20–30% below 200 °C compared with the fresh MCCX catalyst. The zeolite X structure was impacted by Zn species doping on the MCCX catalyst, and the Zn-poisoned catalysts had less acidic and lower redox ability than fresh Mn-Ce/CuX catalysts. Through the results of in situ DRIFTS spectroscopy experiments, all catalysts were governed by both Langmuir–Hinshelwood (L–H) and Eley–Rideal (E–R) mechanisms, and the possible mechanism for poisoning the Mn-Ce/CuX catalyst using various zinc species was revealed. Drawing on Hyland's model of interactional metadiscourse (2005; 2005a), this paper investigates the distribution of interactional metadiscourse in news commentaries of China Daily (CD) and The New York Times (NYT), two leading newspapers in China and the United States. The corpus retrieved includes 60 news commentaries on the topic of COVID-19 covering six months from January to June, 2022 when the resurgence of COVID-19 in China has aroused public debates and attracted world-wide media attention. This study reveals that both stance and engagement, are frequently employed in CD and NYT. Nevertheless, the occurrences of interactional features in NYT are far more frequent than those in CD, which reflects a higher level of explicit interaction of the former. Results of chi-square test of the sub-categorical interactional metadiscourse mark significant differences in the distribution of hedges, self-mention and engagement markers between the two corpora. NYT employs greater number of all the three subcategories, indicating NYT writers' attempts to both express a clear personal stance to their views and to closely align with readers, whereas CD shows a strong tendency of conveying their evaluations and commitment towards propositions by employing stance nearly three times as many as engagement. • Interactional metadiscourse is frequently used in news commentaries. • The New York Times employs both stance and engagement more frequently. • China Daily inclines to explicitly manifest its stance towards propositions. • The New York Times conveys a clear stance as well as closely aligns with readers. • Significant differences are marked in the use of hedges, self-mention and engagement. Background: Prostate cancer (PCa) is a prevalent malignant disease affecting a significant number of males globally. Elevated expression of the Bloom's syndrome protein (BLM) helicase has emerged as a promising cancer biomarker, being associated with the onset and progression of PCa. Nevertheless, the precise molecular mechanisms governing BLM regulation in PCa remain elusive. Methods: The expression of BLM in human specimens was analyzed using immnohistochemistry (IHC). A 5′-biotin-labeled DNA probe containing the promoter region of BLM was synthesized to pull down BLM promoter-binding proteins. Functional studies were conducted using a range of assays, including CCK-8, EdU incorporation, clone formation, wound scratch, transwell migration, alkaline comet assay, xenograft mouse model, and H&E staining. Mechanistic studies were carried out using various techniques, including streptavidin-agarose-mediated DNA pull-down, mass spectrometry (MS), immunofluorescence (IF), dual luciferase reporter assay system, RT-qPCR, ChIP-qPCR, co-immunoprecipitation (co-IP), and western blot. Results: The results revealed significant upregulation of BLM in human PCa tissues, and its overexpression was associated with an unfavorable prognosis in PCa patients. Increased BLM expression showed significant correlations with advanced clinical stage (P = 0.022) and Gleason grade (P = 0.006). In vitro experiments demonstrated that BLM knockdown exerted inhibitory effects on cell proliferation, clone formation, invasion, and migration. Furthermore, PARP1 (poly (ADP-ribose) polymerase 1) was identified as a BLM promoter-binding protein. Further investigations revealed that the downregulation of PARP1 led to increased BLM promoter activity and expression, while the overexpression of PARP1 exerted opposite effects. Through mechanistic studies, we elucidated that the interaction between PARP1 and HSP90AB1 (heat shock protein alpha family class B) enhanced the transcriptional regulation of BLM by counteracting the inhibitory influence of PARP1 on BLM. Furthermore, the combination treatment of olaparib with ML216 demonstrated enhanced inhibitory effects on cell proliferation, clone formation, invasion, and migration. It also induced more severe DNA damage in vitro and exhibited superior inhibitory effects on the proliferation of PC3 xenograft tumors in vivo. Conclusions: The results of this study underscore the significance of BLM overexpression as a prognostic biomarker for PCa, while also demonstrating the negative regulatory impact of PARP1 on BLM transcription. The on-orbit radiometric calibration is a fundamental task in quantitative remote sensing applications. A widely used calibration method is the cross-calibration based on Simultaneous Nadir Observation (SNO), which involves using high-precision reference instruments to calibrate lower-precision onboard instruments. However, despite efforts to match the observation time, spatial location, field geometry, and instrument spectra, errors can still be introduced during the matching processes and linear regression analysis. This paper focuses on the error generated by sample matching and the error fitting method generated by the sample fitting method. An error propagation analysis is performed to develop a generic model for assessing the uncertainty of the SNO cross-calibration method itself in meteorological satellite infrared channels. The model is validated using the payload parameters of the Hyperspectral Infrared Atmospheric Sounder (HIRAS) and the Medium Resolution Spectral Imager (MERSI) instruments aboard the FengYun-3D (FY-3D). Simulation experiments are performed considering typical bright temperatures, different background fields, and varying matching threshold conditions. The results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed model in capturing the error propagation chain in the SNO cross-calibration process. The model provides valuable insight into error analysis in the SNO cross-calibration method and can assist in determining the optimal sample matching threshold for achieving radiometric calibration accuracy. Surgical procedures pose an immense risk to patients, which can lead to various complications and adverse events. In order to safeguard patients' safety, the World Health Organization initiated the implementation of the Surgical Safety Checklist (SSC) in operating theatres worldwide. The aim of this integrative review was to summarize and evaluate the use and implementation of SSC, focusing on facilitators and barriers at the individual, professional, and organizational levels. This review followed closely the integrative review method by Whittemore and Knafl. An English literature search was conducted across three electronic databases (PubMed, CINAHL, and EMBASE) and other hand search references. Keywords search included: 'acute care', 'surgical', 'adult patients', 'pre-operative', 'intra-operative', and 'post-operative'. A total of 816 articles were screened by two reviewers independently and all articles that met the pre-specified inclusion criteria were retained. Data extracted from the articles were categorized, compared, and further analysed. A total of 34 articles were included with the majority being observational studies in developed and European countries. Checklists had been adopted in various surgical specialities. Findings indicated that safety checklists improved team cohesion and communication, resulting in enhanced patient safety. This resulted in high compliance rates as healthcare workers expressed the benefits of SSC to facilitate safety within operating theatres. Barriers included manpower limitations, hierarchical culture, lack of staff involvement and training, staff resistance, and appropriateness of checklist. Common facilitators and barriers at individual, professional, and organizational levels have been identified. Staff training and education, conducive workplace culture, timely audits, and appropriate checklist adaptations are crucial components for a successful implementation of the SSC. This paper presents the performance analysis of CentiSpace low earth orbit (LEO) experiment satellites. Distinguishing them from other LEO navigation augmentation systems, the co-time and co-frequency (CCST) self-interference suppression technique is employed in CentiSpace to mitigate significant self-interference caused by augmentation signals. Consequently, CentiSpace exhibits the capability of receiving navigation signals from the Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) while simultaneously broadcasting augmentation signals within the same frequency bands, thus ensuring excellent compatibility for GNSS receivers. CentiSpace is a pioneering LEO navigation system to successfully complete in-orbit verification of this technique. Leveraging the on-board experiment data, this study analyzes the performance of space-borne GNSS receivers equipped with self-interference suppression and evaluates the quality of navigation augmentation signals. The results show that CentiSpace space-borne GNSS receivers are capable of covering more than 90% visible GNSS satellites and the precision of self-orbit determination is at the centimeter level. Furthermore, the quality of augmentation signals meets the requirements outlined in the BDS interface control documents. These findings underscore the potential of the CentiSpace LEO augmentation system for the establishment of global integrity monitoring and GNSS signal augmentation. In recent years, there have been frequent cases of impact on the stable development of supply chain economy caused by uncertain events such as COVID-19 and extreme weather events. The creation, management, and impact coping techniques of the supply chain economy now face wholly novel requirements as a result of the escalating level of global uncertainty. Although a significant literature applies uncertainty analysis and optimization modeling (UAO) to study supply chain management (SCM) under uncertainty, there is a lack of systematic literature review and research classification. Therefore, in this paper, 121 articles published in 44 international academic journals between 2015 and 2022 are extracted from the Web of Science database and reviewed using the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA). Bibliometric analysis and CiteSpace software are used to identify current developments in the field and to summarize research characteristics and hot topics. The selected published articles are classified and analyzed by author name, year of publication, application area, country, research purposes, modeling methods, research gaps and contributions, research results, and journals to comprehensively review and evaluate the SCM in the application of UAO. We find that UAO is widely used in SCM under uncertainty, especially in the field of decision-making, where it is common practice to abstractly model the decision problem to obtain scientific decision results. This study hopes to provide an important and valuable reference for future research on SCM under uncertainty. Ulcerative colitis is a chronic and recurrent gastrointestinal intestinal disease accompanied by inflammatory disorders, immunologic inadequacy, and intestinal flora dysbiosis, and current therapeutic pharmaceuticals have limited side effects. In this study, we revealed the extraction method of Chimonanthus salicifolius, analyzed the main component, compared the effect of its extract, Lactobacillus, and conventional drugs with different properties on DSS (dextran sodium sulfate)‐induced colitis, and indicated extract regulatory properties of inestinal flora. A colitis model was established on experimental design, and BALB/c mice (male, 7 weeks old) were randomly assigned to five groups (n = 10): control, DSS model, Chimonanthus salicifolius extract (CSE), Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG (LGG), and 5‐aminosalicylic acid (5‐ASA) groups. The three treatments could alleviate the symptoms and remit inflammation induced by DSS, in which CSE and LGG groups could both decrease the proinflammatory cytokine IL‐6, IL‐8, and TNF‐α levels and increase anti‐inflammatory cytokines IL‐10 and TGF‐β. The CSE intervention significantly promoted the higher production of butyric acid than LGG and 5‐ASA groups (p <.05) after DSS challenge. Analysis of intestinal flora showed that CSE administration remarkably decreased the relative abundance of pathogenic bacteria Heliobacteriaceae and Peptococcaceae and exhibited higher abundance of Lactobacillaceae and Bifidobacterium than LGG in intestinal tract of mice (p <.05). Although the pre‐clinical study of chimeric antigen receptor (CAR)‐natural killer (NK) cell was effective against various tumours, immunosuppression mediated by tumour microenvironment hampers their application and several efforts have been explored to improve their effect in combating solid tumours. Glypican 3 (GPC3) is a promising target for hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), and CAR‐T cells targeting GPC3 have been tested in clinical trials. Based on an affinity‐enhanced antibody (hYP7) targeting GPC3, we constructed GPC3‐CAR‐NK cells to explore their potential function in the treatment of HCC. We found that patients with HCC secreted high levels of soluble programmed death‐ligand 1 (sPD‐L1), which inhibits the function of CAR‐NK cells targeting GPC3. In addition, we combined high‐affinity sPD‐L1 variant (L3C7c‐Fc) with GPC3‐CAR‐NK cells to solve the problem of GPC3‐CAR‐NK inhibition. Our studies demonstrated that L3C7c‐Fc could enhance the therapeutic effect of CAR‐NK cells by reversing the suppression of sPD‐L1, which provides the experimental evidence for the subsequent development of HCC immunotherapy strategies. Aboveground biomass (AGB) mapping using spaceborne LiDAR data and multi-sensor images is essential for efficient carbon monitoring and climate change mitigation actions in heterogeneous forests. The optimal predictors of remote sensing-based AGB vary greatly with geographic stratification, such as topography and forest type, while the way in which geographic stratification influences the contributions of predictor variables in object-based AGB mapping is insufficiently studied. To address the improvement of mapping forest AGB by geographic stratification in heterogeneous forests, satellite multisensory data from global ecosystem dynamics investigation (GEDI) and series of advanced land observing satellite (ALOS) and Sentinel were integrated. Multi-sensor predictors for the AGB modeling of different types of forests were selected using a correlation analysis of variables calculated from topographically stratified objects. Random forests models were built with GEDI-based AGB and geographically stratified predictors to acquire wall-to-wall biomass values. It was illustrated that the mapped biomass had a similar distribution and was approximate to the sampled forest AGB. Through an accuracy comparison using independent validation samples, it was determined that the geographic stratification approach improved the accuracy by 34.79% compared to the unstratified process. Stratification of forest type further increased the mapped AGB accuracy compared to that of topography. Topographical stratification greatly influenced the predictors' contributions to AGB mapping in mixed broadleaf–conifer and broad-leaved forests, but only slightly impacted coniferous forests. Optical variables were predominant for deciduous forests, while for evergreen forests, SAR indices outweighed the other predictors. As a pioneering estimation of forest AGB with geographic stratification using satellite multisensory data, this study offers optimal predictors and an advanced method for obtaining carbon maps in heterogeneous regional landscapes.
