1. Analytical construction of regulators for oscillatory systems with liquid dampers

Abstract

A mathematical model of oscillatory systems control with liquid dampers is considered which differs from the classical ones by replacing the first derivative of such a fractional derivative that is between numbers 0 and 2 other than unity. Using the methods of constructing Letov controllers, a control law is constructed that ensures the asymptotic stability of the closed system and minimizes the quadratic functional. The results are illustrated by a specific numerical example.

Abstract

An exact discretization method is being developed for solving linear systems of ordinary fractional-derivative differential equations with constant matrix coefficients (LSOFDDECMC). It is shown that the obtained linear discrete system in this case does not have constant matrix coefficients. Further, this method is compared with the known approximate method. The above scheme is developed for arbitrary linear systems with piecewise constant perturbations. The results are applied to the discretization of linear controlled systems and are illustrated with numerical examples., Comment: in Russian

Abstract

The Cauchy problem for fractional derivatives linear systems of ordinary differential equations with constant coefficients is considered, where at first the analytic expressions are given through the matrix exponent of its corresponding solution. On the basis of the obtained results the conditions are given, providing the asymptotic stability of the initial system. Abstract

В работе синтезирован ряд ацетиленовых аминоспиртов, получены их фенилкарбаматы и исследована их микробиологическая активность. В качестве объектов микробиологических исследований были рассомтрены микроорганизмы: Bacillus subtilis; Botrytis cinerea, Echerchia coli, Ervinia caratovorum, Candida albicans, Fusarum solani и Helminthosporium Исследованы физико-химические и бактерицидные свойства N-фенилкарбаматов аминоспиртов ацетиленового спирта. Установлено, что указанные соединения проявляют высокую антимикробную активность против возбудителей некоторых болезней животных и расстений., In the work synthesized a number of acetylenic amino alcohols derived their phenylcarbamate and studied their microbiological activity. Microorganisms: Bacillus subtilis; Botrytis cinerea, Echerchia coli, Ervinia caratovorum, Candida albicans, Fusarum solani and Helminthosporium were considered as objects of microbiological studies. Synthesized some N-phenylcarbamate amino alcohols of acetylene alcohol and investigated their physical, chemical and microbiological properties. It was established that these compounds exhibit high antibacterial activity against pathogens of certain diseases of animals and plants., Жұмыста бірқатар ацетилен аминспирттері синтезделіп, олардың N-фенилкарбаматтары алынды және соңғыларының микробтарға қарсы әрекеті зерттелді. Актуальность работы определяется высокими рисками, с которыми сопряжена реализация инвестиционного кредитования и проектного финансирования, что требует от инвестора применения всестороннего анализа и поиску путей нивелирования рисков. Graduation qualification work (master's thesis) is devoted to the assessment of the company's need for project financing and investment lending, which is a prerequisite for the development of economic processes throughout the national economy. Implementation of large-scale investment projects should be supported by a methodological base that is only being formed in Russia. The urgency of the work is determined by the high risks associated with the implementation of investment lending and project financing, which requires the investor to apply a comprehensive analysis and search for ways to level risks.

Abstract

In this paper, we consider some boundary value problems (BVP) for fractional order partial differential equations (FPDE) with non-local boundary conditions. The solutions of these problems are presented as series solutions analytically via modified Mittag-Leffler functions. These functions have been modified by authors such that their derivatives are invariant with respect to fractional derivative. The presented solutions for these problems are as infinite series. Abstract

In this paper, we consider an inverse problem which contains the Cauchy-Riemann equation with two non-local boundary conditions. Besides the sought function, the right-hand side of second boundary condition is unknown. To solve this problem, we first obtain necessary conditions for the fundamental solution of Cauchy-Riemann equation and then provide sufficient conditions for reducing this problem to a Fredholm integral equation of the second kind. 26. Gut Microbiota and Cytokine Profile in Cirrhosis.

Abstract

Background and Aims: Gut dysbiosis and abnormal cytokine profiles are common in cirrhosis. This study aimed to evaluate the correlations between them., Methods: In the blood plasma of cirrhosis patients and controls, 27 cytokines were examined using a multiplex assay. The plasma levels of nitrites (stable metabolites of the endothelial dysfunction biomarker nitric oxide) and lipopolysaccharide (LPS) were examined. The fecal microbiota was assessed by 16S rRNA gene sequencing., Results: Levels of IL-1b, IL-2, IL-6, IL-13, IP-10, IFN-g, TNF-a, LPS, and nitrites were higher in cirrhosis patients than in controls, while levels of IL-4, IL-7, and PDGF-BB were lower. The LPS level was directly correlated with the levels of IL-1b, IL1-Ra, IL-9, IL-17, PDGF-BB, IL-6, TNF-a, and nitrites. The nitrite level was significantly directly correlated with the levels of TNF-a, GM-CSF, IL-17, and IL-12, and inversely correlated with the IL-7 level. TNF-a levels were directly correlated with ascites severity and the abundance of Negativicutes, Enterobacteriaceae, Veillonellaceae, and Klebsiella, while inversely correlated with the abundance of Firmicutes, Clostridia, and Subdoligranulum. IFN-g levels were directly correlated with the abundance of Bacteroidaceae, Lactobacillaceae, Bacteroides, and Megasphaera, and inversely correlated with the abundance of Verrucomicrobiota, Akkermansiaceae, Coriobacteriaceae, Akkermansia, Collinsella, and Gemella. IL-1b levels were directly correlated with the abundance of Comamonadaceae and Enterobacteriaceae and inversely correlated with the abundance of Marinifilaceae and Dialister. IL-6 levels were directly correlated with the abundance of Enterobacteriaceae, hepatic encephalopathy, and ascites severity, and inversely correlated with the abundance of Peptostreptococcaceae, Streptococcaceae, and Streptococcus., Conclusions: The abundance of harmful gut microbiota taxa and endotoxinemia directly correlates with the levels of proinflammatory cytokines., Competing Interests: The authors have no conflict of interests related to this publication., (© 2024 Authors.)

Abstract

Objective: To study alexithymia in schizophrenia and some somatic diseases., Material and Methods: The study included 60 patients with paranoid schizophrenia (ICD-10 F20.0), 55 hypertensive patients with primary heart disease (I11), 53 patients with chronic ischemic heart disease (I25) and 51 patients with insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus (E10). To assess the manifestations of alexithymia, the Toronto alexithymia scale (TAS-26) was used. The Positive and negative syndrome scale (PANSS) was administered to patients with schizophrenia., Results: The average scores on TAS were higher in patients with schizophrenia compared to patients with somatic diseases (109,73 and 81,66, respectively). During the analysis of responses to TAS statements, features of a general and particular nature were identified., Conclusions: Alexithymia is not a property characteristic of psychosomatic diseases and neurotic disorders, and is detected in schizophrenic patients and patients with somatic diseases. The relationship of alexithymia with negative symptoms of schizophrenia suggests that it might impact on interpersonal relations, social adaptation and development of autistic symptoms in patients.
