ABSTRACT Rice anaerobic fermentation is a significant source of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, and in order to efficiently utilize crop residue resources to reduce GHG emissions, rice straw anaerobic fermentation was regulated using lactic acid bacteria (LAB) inoculants (FG1 and TH14), grass medium (GM) to culture LAB, and Acremonim cellulolyticus (AC). Microbial community, GHG emission, dry matter (DM) loss, and anaerobic fermentation were analyzed using PacBio single-molecule real-time and anaerobic fermentation system. The epiphytic microbial diversity of fresh rice straw was extremely rich and contained certain nutrients and minerals. During ensiling, large amounts of GHG such as carbon dioxide are produced due to plant respiration, enzymatic hydrolysis reactions, and proliferation of aerobic bacteria, resulting in energy and DM loss. Addition of FG1, TH14, and AC alone improved anaerobic fermentation by decreasing pH and ammonia nitrogen content (P < 0.05) and increased lactic acid content (P < 0.05) when compared to the control, and GM showed the same additive effect as LAB inoculants. Microbial additives formed a co-occurrence microbial network system dominated by LAB, enhanced the biosynthesis of secondary metabolites, diversified the microbial metabolic environment and carbohydrate metabolic pathways, weakened the amino acid metabolic pathways, and made the anaerobic fermentation cleaner. This study is of great significance for the effective utilization of crop straw resources, the promotion of sustainable livestock production, and the reduction of GHG emissions.IMPORTANCETo effectively utilize crop by-product resources, we applied microbial additives to silage fermentation of fresh rice straw. Fresh rice straw is extremely rich in microbial diversity, which was significantly reduced after silage fermentation, and its nutrients were well preserved. Silage fermentation was improved by microbial additives, where the combination of cellulase and lactic acid bacteria acted as enzyme-bacteria synergists to promote lactic acid fermentation and inhibit the proliferation of harmful bacteria, such as protein degradation and gas production, thereby reducing GHG emissions and DM losses. The microbial additives accelerated the formation of a symbiotic microbial network system dominated by lactic acid bacteria, which regulated silage fermentation and improved microbial metabolic pathways for carbohydrates and amino acids, as well as biosynthesis of secondary metabolites.

Objective: This study aimed to establish and focus on the implications of precise energy and protein levels on reproductive performance. This study based on field facts showed that exces¬sive feed intake, especially protein intake, to increase productivity will lead to some decreased reproductive efficiency through disruption of reproductive hormonal compound biosynthesis or increasing blood urea nitrogen (BUN), which has rarely been studied. Materials and Methods: Healthy and mature Saanen crossbred goats raised by traditional farm¬ers (2–4 years old; ± 45 kg) were divided into three experimental groups [T0 = basal feed according to the feed provided by farmers, T1 = protein and energy balanced feed according to National Research Council (NRC) (±5%), T2 = feed >20% excess protein, and excess energy from NRC] (n = 75). The factorial method was used in the experimental design with a post-hoc least significant difference test. Results: The data showed a significant difference (p < 0.05) in the biochemical or hormonal parameters between the control and the treatment groups. Also, T1 showed leads in any blood profile and reproductive hormone parameters such as total protein (79.6 ± 5.3 gm/dl), cholesterol (3.26 ± 0.47 mmol/l), progesterone (1.79 ± 2.21 ng/ml), and estrogen (47.85 ± 5.51 pg/ml), as well as the lowest levels of BUN (11.6 ± 1.59 mmol/l) and cortisol (25.07 ± 14.85 ng/ml) levels. T1 had the highest reproductive potential after treatment. Conclusion: The adverse effects of high and low protein consumption on reproductive hormones seem to be related to the blood profile and ovarian function, as hormone concentrations change significantly and lead to reproductive impairment. The data showed that balanced nutrient levels (5%/T1) resulted in excellent blood and hormone parameters. [J Adv Vet Anim Res 2023; 10(2.000): 257-268]

Lithium batteries development are triggered so many efforts in producing electronic devices due to its excellent performance as energy storage systems. One of the appealing points solid polymer electrolytes for developing solid-state lithium batteries. In this study, Solid polymer electrolytes with crosslinked treatment (SPE-C) were prepared from carboxymethyl cellulose-lithium perchlorate (CMC-LiClO4) and citric acid (CA) as a crosslinker via solution casting method. All SPE-C membranes were assembled into lithium battery coin cells. Degree of crosslinked and degradation were measured to observe crosslink formation in SPE-C membranes and confirmed by fourier transform infrared (FTIR), whereas SPE-C in coin cells were characterized by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and linear sweep voltammograms (LSV). The results showed that crosslinked process is successfully obtained with C=O from ester linkage of CA vibration within COO- of CMC for the crosslinking bond formation. The crosslink effect also contributed on enhancing ionic conductivities of SPE-C in coin cells from EIS results. The highest ionic conductivity was obtained in SPE-C2 (1.24×10-7 S/cm) and electrochemically stable in 2.15 V based on LSV measurement. SPE-C2 has good dielectric behavior than the others due to the high ions mobilities for migration process from ion clusters formation, thus it would be useful for further study in obtaining the powerful solid-state lithium polymer batteries.

Chitosan is a hydrophilic polysaccharide produced from chitin that has a wide range of applications. Chitosan has several functions as an anti-microbial, methane reducer, and protein protective agent. Based on this function chitosan has been explored for its potential as a feed additive. Moreover, source and extraction technique have potentially affected the yield and degree of deacetylation (DD) of chitosan products. The present review provides information on various chitosan isolation processes in marine by-products and insects and the result of their DD and yield. Chemical isolation processes are still popular in industries compared with biological processes based on their DD and yield. Chitosan properties and yield from insects are comparable with those of commercial chitosan derived from a marine by-product. The application of chitosan as a feed additive is also highlighted in this review. Moreover, chitosan as a feed additive has the capability to decrease CH4 production, increase propionate production, reduce the acetate/propionate ratio, and improve nutrient utilization efficiency, and animal performance. Chitosan has the potential to be a beneficial natural and plentiful feed additive, particularly for reducing enteric methane emissions.

ABSTRACT: The crucial constraint in the broiler production sector is feed efficiency; many feed additives have been widely employed to increase broiler growth. Nonetheless, some of these substances exacerbate health and animal-based food product safety concerns. This meta-analysis examines the effect of clay minerals on alkaline phosphatase (ALP), broiler health, and performance. Metadata was constructed from 369 data items that were harvested from 86 studies. The addition of clay minerals was set as a fixed effect and the difference between experiments was established as a random effect. The metadata were fitted using a linear mixed model. Due to the presence of clay minerals, growth performance as assessed by body weight (BW), average daily gain (ADG), and performance efficiency index (PEI) increased significantly (P < 0.01). In the total period, the increases of BW, ADG, and PEI were 4.12 g, 0.0714 g/d, and 0.648, respectively, per unit of clay minerals added. Clay minerals did not affect blood serum parameters (e.g., ALP and calcium). The IgA and IgM concentrations in the jejunum and ileum were significantly greater (P < 0.01) in the starter phase. Among clay minerals, broilers fed diets with aluminosilicate, halloysite, kaolin, and zeolite consistently exhibited higher (P < 0.05) BW, ADG, PEI, and lower feed conversion ratio (P < 0.05) in the finisher phase. Aluminosilicate was the only clay that increased (P < 0.05) secretory IgA concentration in both jejunum and ileum. In conclusion, clay minerals could be used as a growth promoter, especially during the finisher phase, without adversely affecting feed intake, liver function, and mineral metabolism in broiler chickens. Aluminosilicate was superior in improving the mucosal immunity status of broiler chickens.

Silage fermentation is naturally carried out by lactic acid bacteria (LAB) to mainly produce lactic acid (LA) and other organic acids as preservatives. Along with fermentation time, the growth of LAB will replace and suppress undesirable microorganisms. This meta-analysis study aimed to explore silage microbiome differentiated by LAB inoculants and type of raw materials. A total of 37 articles with 185 studies and 475 datasets were used for building up the meta-database. Data were subjected to the mixed model methodology. The parameters observed were silage quality and silage microbiome post-ensiling process. Results revealed that four bacterial genera along with Weissella dominated the post-ensiling process. The addition of lactic acid inoculants in the silage has increased the abundance of Lactobacillus spp. and decreased the Shannon index significantly. Moreover, the abundance of both L. plantarum and L. buchneri increased, and subsequently, Weissella, Pseudomonas, Proteobacteria, pH value, ammoniacal nitrogen (NH3-N), coliforms, and the yeasts were decreased significantly due to the addition of LAB inoculants in silage (p < 0.05). Environmental factors such as temperature affected the existence of Pseudomonas, Exiguobacterium, and Acinetobacter. However, the dry matter, LA, acetic acid (AA), the ratio of LA to AA, and the LAB population were enhanced significantly (p < 0.05). Among the LAB types, the lowest abundance of Pseudomonas was due to the LAB group, while the lowest abundance of Weissella and Proteobacteria was due to the addition of the combined LAB group. In conclusion, the addition of LAB is effectively enhancing the silage microbiome and silage quality by altering bacterial diversity and the metabolic products of the silage materials for safe preservation.

integration of curriculum: implementation of kknil ,Education ,Special aspects of education ,LC8-6691 - Abstract
Abstract The result of this study aims to determine the patterns of scientific and Islamic integration on the curriculum of study programs applying the Indonesian National Qualification Framework, or commonly called KKNI. This study is conducted by using qualitative approach while utilizing document, field observation, and interview as the data collection techniques of this study. Generally, integrated lesson plans with Islamic and Indonesian values in the curriculum of study programs at the Faculty of Educational Sciences, Syarif Hidayatullah State Islamic University in which based on KKNI is still not well-documented. The suitability among ‘graduate profiles’ as the identity of each graduate program was still not proportional directly to the learning achievements or learning outcomes in which has became the reference of the learning implementation. The vision of integration, developed by the university’s stakeholders, has not been well-implemented, either in written documents or in implementation. Nevertheless, in the implementation of learning, most of the study programs, have already integrated the science, Islamic and Indonesian values, both in scientific contexts—for instance, applied in the learning methods, in teaching materials, in the lecture activities—and in the utilization of the Qur’an as one of the sources of lectures.

Due to the advancement of telecommunication platform, users are now demanding high performance application. Propagation models play a vital role in the characterization and design of wireless and mobile communications networks. However, if they are utilized in a different environment than the one they were formulated for, propagation path-loss models may produce unacceptable deviation in predictions. Nowadays every mobile service provider continues to build a telecommunications tower with little regard for its impact on the area function. This paper presents the cellular network planning in the district of Bukit Raya, Pekanbaru. From the field survey, there are found sixty-two (62) cell sites. This number is extremely large compared to the calculated one. From the theory, only twenty-five (25) cell sites are required. Thus, it was found inappropriate deployment cell sites.

This study was conducted to determine effectiveness of inoculants consisted of lactic acid bacteria Lactobacillus plantarum (Lp) and yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae (Sc) combined with addition of rice bran on the physico-chemical characteristics and palatability of king grass (Pennisetum hybrid) silage. The experiment was arranged on the factorial randomized design (3x3) consisting of the inoculants treatments (control, Lp, Lp+Sc) and the addition level of rice bran (0, 5 and 10%). The measured variables were physico-chemical characteristics i.e. colour, odour, pH, lactic acid, Fleigh points, and palatability of silage. Inoculation of Lp and Lp+Sc improved silage odour and reduced fungal contamination. Silage was treated by Lp+Sc and rice bran (5-10%) showed reduction of pH and an increase of lactic acid and Fleigh points. However, interaction between inoculants and rice bran treatment was not significance. Either inoculation or addition of rice bran tended to enhance the palatability of silage in cattle. It concluded that the addition of inoculants L. plantarum and S. cerevisiae with/without addition of 5-10% rice bran could improve the physico-chemical characteristics of silage and its palatability to ruminant.

General Medicine - Abstract
This paper presents the conceptual design of hybrid energy system used in railway application. The hybrid system with batteries and energy storage double-layer capacitor is a new technology that is used under extreme climatic conditions, especially in daytime temperature up to 50°C, high relative humidity, dust and heavy rain. It is a combination of double-layer capacitors and traction batteries. It draws power both externally and from braking energy. In order to reduce CO2 emissions to the environment, energy-saving drives and energy storage are used. Also, in public transportation, Sitras Hybrid Energy System (HES), hybrid energy storage system for trams, has been developed which combines a double-layer capacitor with a nickel-metal hydride battery. The storage not only allows driving without overhead lines, it also enables braking energy to be recovered. A reliable cooling system is required to ensure that the performance of the battery and the capacitor storage is maintained for as long as possible. The results of finite element model showed the robustness for railway application. The computational model refers to proof of static and dynamic strength in accordance with EN12663. A cooling system for a tram using this innovative technology was designed and qualified for the "Qatar Education City People Mover System (PMS)" project.

- Abstract
Temperature measurement is needed in today's laboratory environment. Various sensors have been developed to meet these needs. One of them is an infrared temperature sensor that is used to measure temperature without the need to come into contact with the object whose temperature is to be measured, commonly called contactless. In the project we created, we used the MLX90614 infrared temperature sensor based on Arduino Uno to measure 2 objects alternately, the first is the ambient or room temperature and the second is body temperature. The measurement is carried out without touching and is 1–2 cm from the object being measured. The LCD will display the measurement output in real-time every second using ℃ units. The results of room temperature measurements that have been carried out with the MLX90614 infrared temperature sensor are compared with the results of digital hygrometer room temperature measurements while the results of body temperature measurements carried out with the MLX90614 infrared temperature sensor are compared with the results of thermo gun measurements.

Mechanics of Materials ,General Materials Science - Abstract
Calcium copper titanate (CaCu3Ti4O12, CCTO) has been synthesized utilizing eggshell waste as a source of calcium through the hydrothermal route, followed by annealing treatment at temperatures 950°C and 1050°C. The sample with annealing temperatures of 950°C and 1050°C is named CTO-A and CCTO-B, respectively. The structure, microstructure, and dielectric properties of CCTO samples were investigated. The X-ray diffraction analysis results confirmed that the pure phase of CCTO has been successfully synthesized as identified in the diffraction pattern. The average crystallite size of CCTO is quite large due to annealing at high-temperature. The morphology of CCTO by electron microscopy investigation showed the grains tends to agglomerate as the annealing temperature increases due to the solid-state diffusion. Dielectric property investigation showed the CCTO samples have a high dielectric constant at low frequencies and decrease with increasing frequency. Sample CCTO-A annealed at 950oC has a higher dielectric constant than sample CCTO-B annealed at 1050oC, otherwise, it has a lower tangent loss than the sample CCTO-B.

Solid polymer electrolytes (SPEs) based carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) with lithium perchlorate (LiClO4) were prepared via solution drop-cast technique. The CMC host is complexed by different concentrations of LiClO4 salt. SPEs were characterized by Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy (EIS) and Linear Sweep Voltammetry (LSV) in coin cells with lithium metal electrodes. EIS performed unique results based on various ionic conductivity values and dielectric properties. The higher ionic conductivity (1.32 × 10-5 S/cm) was obtained by SPEs 2 following by short-range ionic transport results based on dielectric properties depending on frequency. SPEs with LiClO4 addition are electrochemically stable over 2 V in lithium battery coin cells from LSV results.

A meta-analysis was conducted to examine the effect of supplementing the diet of broiler chickens with propolis on growth, bacterial population of the intestine, antiviral serum concentration, intestinal morphology, and digestive enzyme activities in broiler chickens. Forty peer-reviewed articles that had been published between 2003 and 2019 were identified using the PRISMA protocol and included in the study. Data were analysed with mixed model methodology, in which the studies were considered random effects, whereas the level of supplemental propolis was considered a fixed effect. Responses to propolis supplementation in bodyweight (BW) and average daily gain (ADG) were quadratic, but average daily feed intake (ADFI) was not affected. Propolis supplementation improved feed conversion ratio (FCR) significantly as a linear function of the level of supplement. The optimum level of supplementation was between 256 and 262 mg/kg feed and produced maximum ADG and final BW. There was a tendency for mortality to decrease because of propolis supplementation. Propolis had no detectable effect on serum antiviral concentration, intestinal bacterial population or intestinal morphology. Among digestive enzymes, only sucrase increased linearly as propolis was increased. Thus, supplementation with propolis increased the growth performance of broiler chickens positively and the effect was dose dependent. This may have been partly because of an improvement in sucrase activity and other factors related to the nutritional content of propolis. Future study to evaluate specific bioactive compounds of propolis is therefore warranted.

Employee attendance is very important as a support that can encourage work productivity activities. Monitoring employee attendance also plays an important role in the employee performance appraisal process. However, the application of the employee attendance system at PT Indra Karya Persada is currently still using the attendance book manually by writing down the hours of entry and return in handwriting. Attendance that is done manually can cause problems in the form of inappropriate data, difficulty in searching for data, and the risk of losing data. In addition, the current employee attendance system has not accommodated employees if they have to work outside the office, they must come to the office to write down their attendance. For this reason, a computerized employee attendance system that can be accessed anywhere with an internet connection is needed, so that existing problems can be resolved properly. And the process of monitoring and daily employee attendance reports can be monitored properly

This study aimed to evaluate the in sacco nutrient degradability of total mixed ration (TMR) silage containing intact and defatted black soldier fly (BSF) larvae. The study evaluated four dietary treatments and six replications. The treatments consisted of control TMR silage without BSF larvae (R1), 20% intact BSF larvae + 80% TMR silage (R2), 20% chemically defatted BSF larvae + 80% TMR silage (R3), and 20% mechanically defatted BSF larvae + 80% TMR silage (R4). Samples were placed in polyester bags and incubated in the rumen in sacco up to 72 h. Nutrient degradability was evaluated for each time point interval. Results revealed that the lowest dry matter degradability (DMD) was found in R1 compared to all treatments (p < 0.05), while the highest DMD was found in R2 (p < 0.05). The highest organic matter degradability was found in R2 compared to R1, R3 and R4 (p < 0.05). Addition of BSF larvae to TMR silage increased the crude protein degradability (p < 0.05). In conclusion, inclusion of both intact and defatted BSF larvae into TMR silage did not have any adverse effects on nutrient profiles and showed a good nutrient degradation values in the rumen.

The research aimed to analyze religious and general subjects' integration in six Pesantren-Based Junior High Schools, employing a qualitative approach with a case study method. The data were collected through documentation, interview, and observation and analyzed using the flow analysis model. The analysis took several steps: data collecting, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results showed that the Pesantren-Based School curriculum integrated several disciplines (within and across learners), such as religious subjects and natural sciences or social sciences. Pesantren-Based Curriculum also belongs to a connected model, which connects several topics, concepts, or skills. Integration of religious and general subjects in Pesantren-Based Junior High School was conducted by internalizing the religious values into the general subjects. It took the form of relating the subjects to particular Quran verses, hadith, or Islamic history about the prophet or his companions; adding the numbers of religious subjects; and studying the Kitab Kuning.

Lactobacillus plantarum AKK30 inoculum in de Maan Rogosa Sharpe Broth (MRSB) grown on media containing oligosaccharides (inulin or mannan oligosaccharides/MOS) was studied in vitro and in vivo. In vitro assay was conducted to characterize metabolite profiles and its effect on pathogenic bacteria, while in vivo assay was conducted to study the metabolic energy, nitrogen retention, and intestinal morphology of broilers. A total of 24 male broilers-40-day-old (average body weight= 1.725±0.05 kg) strains Cobb-500 were used, where 20 birds were added 1% inoculum L plantarum AKK30 of daily intake and randomly distributed in five treatments and four replications consisted of: A) MRSB + L. plantarum AKK-30 (10⁷ cfu g-1); B) MRSB + inulin 0.5% (w v-1); C) MRSB + MOS 0.5%(w v-1); D) L. plantarum AKK-30 (10⁷ cfu g-1) + MRSB + inulin 0.5% (w v-1).; and E) L. plantarum AKK-30 (10⁷ cfu g-1) + MRSB + MOS 0.5% (w v-1), while 4 birds were fasted as endogenous chicken. The results showed that the highest isoleucine and threonine were found in group E. The highest oleic acid and the lowest conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) were observed in all treatments and inoculum did not affect antibacterial activity. The metabolizable energy values and nitrogen retention in group D and E were higher than other treatments (p

This meta-analysis was conducted to investigate the effect of dietary propolis supplementation on broiler performance, carcass characteristics, and nutrient digestibility evaluated at the starter and finisher phases. An online literature search was conducted using scientific platforms of Science Direct, PubMed, and Google Scholar to identify the studies utilizing propolis as dietary supplementation in broiler chickens. A total of 39 publications comprising of 58 experiments met the inclusion criteria. A mixed model procedure for meta-analysis was performed, considering the studies as a random effect and levels of propolis as a fixed effect. Regression analysis suggested that average daily gain (ADG), body weight, and average daily feed intake (ADFI) at starter and finisher phases were quadratically affected by supplementing propolis in the diet (p

We investigated potential relationships between rumen microbiota and milk production in dairy cows during the transition period. Twelve dairy cows were divided into a low-yield (LY) or high-yield (HY) group based on their milk yield. Rumen samples were taken from dairy cows at 3 weeks before parturition, and at 4, 8, and 12 weeks after parturition. 16S rDNA-based metagenomic analysis showed that diversities of rumen microbiota in both groups were similar and the number of operational taxonomic units (OTUs) was lower in the postpartum than prepartum period in both groups. The abundance of Bacteroidetes and ratio of Bacteroidetes:Firmicutes was higher in the HY than the LY group. OTUs assigned to Prevotella bryantii, Fibrobacter succinogenes, Ruminococcus albus, Butyrivibrio fibrisolvens, and Succinivibrio sp. were abundant in the HY group. These OTUs were significantly related to the propionate molar proportion of rumen fluids in the HY group. OTUs assigned to Lachnospiraceae, Bifidobacterium sp. and Saccharofermentans were dominant in the LY group. Predictive functional profiling revealed that abundance of gene families involved in amino acid and vitamin metabolism was higher in the HY than the LY group. These results suggest that the community structure and fermentation products of rumen microbiota could be associated with milk production of dairy cows.

The result of this study aims to determine the patterns of scientific and Islamic integration on the curriculum of study programs applying the Indonesian National Qualification Framework, or commonly called KKNI. General Computer Science - Abstract
This study aims to analyze the strategy of the Republic of Indonesia Embassy through the management of Indonesian Schools and diaspora in maintaining religious values, archipelago cultural treasures, and Pancasila values. This research was carried out based on the phenomenon that the Indonesian Foreign School (SILN) had planted religious values, in Pancasila and promoted the culture of the archipelago, but the diaspora preferred to live abroad. In addition, the issue of the tendency for radical religious understanding was also a concern for SILN students and the Indonesian diaspora in Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, and the Netherlands as representatives of the Asian, African and European regions. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods the data was collected from diaspora representatives, the head of the Indonesian School, Indonesian School students, and the Indonesian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, while in-depth interviews, questionnaires, and observations were made of the 3 countries. The purpose of the results of this study was to map the suitability of the curriculum with the local environment from the dimensions of religion, Pancasila, and archipelago culture. In the future, the government not only organizes Indonesian Schools Abroad but also Indonesian Madrasas Abroad (MILN) to increase moderate religious values that are not affected by radicalism activities and provide distinctive characteristics of the archipelago culture and are characterized by Pancasila.
