Objectives: This study was conducted to find out knowledge, attitude and practice (KAP) of epilepsy among 12 th -class students in Uttarakhand state. Secondly data of Uttarakhand was compared with KAP study from other parts of the country. Materials and Methods: All 12 th - class students studying in six schools of randomly selected 36 villages in Chakrata block of Dehradun district of Uttarakhand state were provided a printed questionnaire having answer as "yes or no". This questionnaire used was used previously by various authors and validated for KAP analysis. These filled questionnaires were collected by village health workers and medical officer. Results: This study conducted on 219, 12 th -class students revealed that epilepsy was heard by 98%, 74.9% thought epilepsy a mental disease and 4.8% believed that it is contagious. Negative attitude showed as nearly 2/3 rd students stated that epilepsy is hindrance in marriage and occupation. Nearly 41% would use onion or shoe for terminating seizure attack. Ayurvedic treatment was preferred over allopathic drugs. Conclusions: Study on 12 th -class students of Uttarakhand revealed poor knowledge, attitude and practice for epilepsy and needs special education program to dispel these misconceptions.

This work presents a sensitivity analysis of double slope solar still having N similar compound parabolic concentrator integrated evacuated tubular collectors in series connection (NCPCETC-DS) by incorporating heat transfer coefficient, exergy gain and exergy efficiency using one-at-a-time method. The sensitivity investigation for collector has also been done. All expressions of various parameters have been fed to computational code developed in MATLAB - 2015a for May month of New Delhi climatic situation. Heat transfer coefficients, exergy gain and exergy efficiency values have been estimated for different cases in which one input variable is varied keeping other input parameters as constant and the computation is continued till the completion of estimation for all input parameters. The exergy gain for collector, exergy gain for NCPCETC-DS and exergy efficiency for NCPCETC-DS have been estimated to be most sensitive with regard to concentration ratio having mean sensitivity figure values as 1.88, 1.97 and 1.94 in that order. Brahmi Ghrita was processed as per the process of Snehapaka procedure described in classics. It contained Brahmi (Bacopa monneri), Vacha (Acorus calamus), Kushtha (Sassurea lappa), Shankhapushpi (Convolvulos pluricalis), and Purana Ghrita. In the preparation of Brahmi Ghrita, Brahmi Swarasa, Kalka Dravya of Brahmi, Vacha, Kushtha, and Shankhapushpi were mixed in Purana Ghrita and heated for three hours at 110°C every day for three days. On the third day Ghrita was filtered to obtain the finished product. In this manner, three samples of Brahmi Ghrita were prepared. To understand the changes that occurred during the preparation, Brahmi Ghrita and Purana Ghrita were analyzed by using modern parameters such as Acid value, Saponification value, and so on. After the analysis, it was found that the Acid values of Sample A, B, and C of Brahmi Ghrita were 4.26, 4.03, and 4.03; the Saponification values of Samples A, B, and C of Brahmi Ghrita were 227.2, 230.01, and 230.01, and the Iodine values of Samples A, B, and C were 34.75, 35.88, and 35.88, respectively, and the Acid value, Saponification value, and Iodine value of Purana Ghrita were 1.57, 199.15, and 31.04, respectively. Background: The increasing mental health problems of Indian adolescents are of great concern but child-health mental service is in a nascent stage. Anxiety is the most common psychological problem found in school-going children. The psychological intervention for this high-risk population at an early stage of adolescence can prevent mental health problems. Aim: The study aimed to assess the applicability and effectiveness of mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT) on resilience and anxiety of early school-going adolescents with anxiety. Method: This study used pre, post, and follow-up with a randomized control group design. Out of 200 samples screened by Preliminary Identification Performa and Clinical Interview Schedule (PI&CI), General Health Questionnaire-12 (GHQ-12), Spence Children's Anxiety Scale (SCAS), and Brief Psychiatry Rating Scale (BPRS-C), 72 samples aged between 10 to 14 were included in the final study and grouped into two equal groups through a simple randomized method. Psychological intervention based on mindfulness (PIBM) group with N = 36 received 12 sessions of mindfulness-based intervention (MBCT-C) but only 33 completed up to follow-up. Only N = 32 in Treatment Waiting List (TWL) group completed three assessments who received parental counseling about anxiety. The outcome measures were Child and Adolescent Mindfulness Measure (CAMM), SCAS, Bharathiar University Resilience Scale (BURS). Result: The findings suggested that the PIBM group significantly improved in mindfulness and resilience, and anxiety symptoms were reduced. The effect size observed is strong and the post hoc t-test showed significant change in variables in every assessment duration. The TWL group did not have significant change. The present work has developed a straightforward, gentle, and effective approach for synthesizing arylamines and 5-substituted-1 H -tetrazole derivatives, and among the two tested catalysts, molybdenum trioxide (MoO 3 ) proved to be highly effective. The selective hydrogenation of nitroarenes to arylamines presents a significant challenge due to the complex reaction mechanism and the competitive hydrogenation of other reducible functional groups. It facilitated the transfer hydrogenation of nitrobenzene using hydrazine hydrate-produced amino compounds and enabled the [3 + 2] cycloaddition of sodium azide with aromatic nitriles to yield 5-substituted-1 H -tetrazoles. The structure of compound 5-(4-bromophenyl)-1 H -tetrazole (5k) was verified through single-crystal X-ray analysis, and the calculation of Green Chemistry Metrics showed the optimal range. Notably, the MoO 3 catalyst can be reutilized for up to seven cycles with minimal loss of effectiveness. These attributes make molybdenum trioxide particularly attractive for industrial applications. The title compound, C(15)H(9)ClO(2), is a synthetic flavonoid obtained by the cyclization of 3-(4-chloro-phen-yl)-1-(2-hy-droxy-phen-yl)prop-2-en-1-one. The 4-chloro-phenyl ring is twisted at an angle of 11.54° with respect to the chromen-4-one skeleton. In the crystal, pairs of mol-ecules are inter-connected by weak Cl⋯Cl inter-actions [3.3089 (10) Å] forming dimmers which are further peripherally connected through inter-molecular C-H⋯O hydrogen bonds.

In the title compound, C(10)H(8)N(2)S, the 2-amino-benzothia-zole and propyne groups are not coplanar [dihedral angle = 71.51 (1)°]. The crystal structure is stabilized by strong inter-molecular N-H⋯N hydrogen bonds and C-H⋯C, C-H⋯π and F-type aromatic-aromatic [centroid-centroid distance = 3.7826 (12) Å] inter-actions are also observed.

The title compound, C(15)H(11)Cl(2)NO, is approximately planar (r.m.s. deviation = 0.062 Å) and contains a single C=C double bond in a trans (E) configuration. The crystal packing is stabilized by intermolecular N-H⋯N and N-H⋯O inter-molecular hydrogen bonding.

In the crystal of the title compound, C(17)H(20)N(2)O(2), the molecules are linked by C-H⋯O interactions. Intra-molecular C-H⋯O and N-H⋯N hydrogen bonds also occur.

The title compound, C(14)H(11)ClFNO(2), the phenyl ring (A), the chloro-fluoro-phenyl ring (B) and the central ketone O/C/O group (C) are not coplanar, with dihedral angles B/C = 31.6 (2), A/B = 21.3 (2) and A/C = 50.1 (2)°. The crystal packing is stabilized by N-H⋯O and C-H⋯O inter-actions.
