Hemangiopericytoma is a rare tumor that arises from pericytes, classified as a low-grade malignant vascular tumor. It is characterised by a poorly clinical presentation and histologically, often confused with other fibrous tumors, which could pose difficulties on the diagnosis. The nasal cavity is an uncommon site. The rarity of this tumor imply the absence of management guidelines. So far, it still controversial regarding wether the endonasal surgery could control the tumor resection despite the wide performance, nowdays, of endoscopic techniques. It still unclear also conserning the use of embolization before surgery removal and the place of chemotheray. The high rate of recurrence impose long-term follow-up. So that, we report our experience through two cases and we aimed to discuss the clinical features and the differents treatement procedures. In fact, they are two women who consulted for epistaxis and nasal obstruction. Vascular masses were visualized with nasal endoscopy – one in the left nasal cavity and the second one had a destructive mass of the right hemiface . CT and MRI helped identify the mass, its margins and its extirpability. DiagnosIs was confirmed by histology. In one patient, surgery was performed. Tuberculosis (TB) disease is commonly caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis.Tuberculosis is known to affect almost every organ in the body, but its manifestations in the head and the neck region are quite rare. Tuberculous retropharyngeal abscesses are exceptional. They are usually secondary to tuberculosis of the spine.We report one case of cervical Pott’s disease revealed by a retropharyngeal abscess. The clinical presentation was dysphagia with bilateral neck swelling. Radiological findings suggested the diagnosis, showing a retropharyngeal collection with vertebral osteolysis. The histological assessment confirmed the diagnosis showing several granulomas with central caseous necrosis. The evolution was favorable after drainage and anti-tuberculosis drugs.Vertebral tuberculosis is rare. Cervical Pott’s disease is exceptional, and retropharyngeal abscesses can be the revealing feature of this condition. Symptoms are not specific. The diagnosis is based on radiological and bacteriological assessment. Synovial sarcoma is a malignant mesenchymal tumor. It most commonly occurs in the lower extremities of young adults. The head and neck are rare sites, accounting for less than 10%. The larynx is an extremely rare site.We report two cases of 27 and 18 year-old men who developed a synovial sarcoma of the larynx. They presented with hoarseness of voice and hemoptysis. Endoscopy detected a mass in the supraglottic region. The biopsy concluded a synovial sarcoma. Immunohistochemistry conveyed diagnostic certainty. They had been treated with total laryngectomy and post-operative radiotherapy. The 2 patients are seen for regular follow-ups in our department and they remained recurrence-free for 10 years and 24 months, respectively.Synovial sarcoma is a very rare tumor of the larynx. A multidisciplinary therapeutic approach is essential for the management of this malignancy. Long-term follow-up is required to monitor for recurrence and improve disease-free survival.
