Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi nafkah ganda, kolaborasi strategi nafkah, serta penyusunan program penyuluhan dalam perspektif kesetaraan gender pada masyarakat nelayan. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Data dianalisis secara deskriptifdan statistik. Lokasi penelitian di Kecamatan Limau Kabupaten Tanggamusdengan responden sebanyak 80 nelayan. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat menerapkan strategi nafkah ganda dan kolaborasi strategi nafkah yangterdiri atas On Farm, On-Farmdan Off-Farm, serta strategi On-Farm dan Non-Farm. Secara akumulatif relasi gender keluarga nelayan di Kecamatan Limau mencakup kegiatan domestik, publik, dan kemasyarakatan telah menunjukkan adanya kesetaraan pembagian kerja antara istri dan suami yaitu sebesar 76,30 persen. Program penyuluhan hendaknya mengarah pada kesetaraan gender sehingga dapat meningkatkan partisipasi, akses, dan kontrol yang dimiliki, serta manfaat yang dinikmati perempuan dalam pembangunan wilayah pesisir. Dengan demikian, hasil pembangunan kelautan dan perikanan dapat menyentuh seluruh lapisan masyarakat dan membawa masyarakat kepada kesejahteraan serta kehidupan yang lebih baik.

This study analyzed the functions of shifting (phenomenon of legal pluralism) and identified forest conversion at Production Forest Management Unit of Dharmasraya (PFMU Dharmasraya), West Sumatra, Indonesia from March 2018 to December 2019 using a qualitative research design with a case study approach. The identification of changes in forest cover analyzed by satellite images using the NDVI method to obtain the distribution of forest cover. Discussion on legal pluralism were examined using a non-ethnographic qualitative research approach through interviews with local communities, companies/permit holders, and related institutions (government). From 2000 to 2019, the PFMU Dharmasraya forest area reduced from 86 to 12%, and plantations increased from 10 to 81% of the total area of 33,539 ha. The legal pluralism of forest ownership occurs because local communities use traditional law, claiming the PFMU Dharmasraya area as Ulayat land. In contrast, the government claims the forest belongs to the state. The motives for the conversion of forest functions are the expansion of oil palm and rubber plantations, forest clearing to mark forest ownership rights, and illegal logging.

P enelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kualitas pelayanan pada Koperasi Jurai Siwo Ragem, menganalisis manfaat Koperasi dan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan manfaat koperasi terhadap partisipasi anggota Koperas yang dilaksanakan di Koperasi Jurai Siwo Ragem. Pengambilan data dilaksanakan pada bulan Juli-Agustus 2019. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif i dengan informan dan responden penelitian sebanyak 12 orang yang merupakan pengurus dan anggota koperasi. Data yang digunakan terdiri atas data primer dan data sekunder. Data dianalisis dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan tabulasi. Pelayanan Koperasi Jurai Siwo Ragem Metro dinilai berdasarkan persepsi anggota koperasi. Penilaian didasarkan pada 5 (lima) aspek yang meliputi (1) aspek tampilan fisik (tangibles), (2) aspek keterandalan (realibilities), (3) aspek daya tanggap (esponsiveness), (4) kemampuan dalam memberikan jaminan (assurance), dan (5) aspek kemampuan memberikan perhatian personal (emphaty). Secara umum pelayanan Koperasi dinilai cukup memuaskan hingga sangat memuaskan. Anggota koperasi Jurai Siwo Ragem memperoleh manfaat ekonomi dan non-ekonomi. Bentuk manfaat yang dirasakan anggota diantaranya anggota memiliki tempat untuk memenuhi kebutuhan rumah tangga dan memiliki lembaga simpan pinjam untuk memenuhi kebutuhannya. Anggota Koperasi Jurai Siwo Ragem Metro menilai manfaat pada kategori memuaskan dan sangat. Patisipasi anggota Koperasi Jurai Siwo Ragem Kota Metro terbagi atas 3 (tiga) hal yaitu: 1) Hadir dalam Rapat Anggota Tahunan, 2) Pembayaran simpanan yang meliputi simpanan pokok, simpanan wajib, dan simpanan lain, 3) Pemanfaatan pelayanan pada unit usaha simpan pinjam dan pengadaan barang serta jasa. Partisipasi anggota koperasi dipengaruhi kualitas layanan dan manfaatan yang diterima anggota koperasi.

Waste management is one of the criteria for the evaluation of Green campus and sustainable university. Organic waste takes place in concern because of the domination of waste in university, such as food waste and dry leaves waste. Mismanagement in dry leaves will promote the campus area to look dirty. One method to control the dry leaves waste is the vermicomposting process. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the macronutrient content of dry leaves compost after the vermicomposting process. The research was conducted in the Faculty of Civil engineering and Planning, Universitas Islam Indonesia, Yogyakarta. The vermicompost sample in this study refers to the quality standards according to SNI 19-7030-2004 regarding compost quality standards. The results of vermicompost content value are obtained on day 56 is Phosphor amounting to 0.194%, amounting to 0.129% Potassium, and C / N ratio of 7.73. From the data that has been obtained can be concluded that the results of vermicompost are less effective as organic compost compared to the standards.

This study was aimed at analyzing the performance of agricultural instructors, participation and community satisfaction in agricultural extension activities in Kotagajah District, Central Lampung Regency. The study used a qualitative research approach. The method used in this field survey was the survey method. The results of the study provided information that the performance of agricultural extension workers as facilitators in Kotagajah District, Central Lampung Regency was good. The instructor had helped poktan (agricultural group) members to get good saprotan (agricultural equipment) and working capital, had helped members to attend training held by government / private institutions, had helped groups collaborate with government agencies or agriculture services, had helped groups collaborate with other farmer groups, and had helped groups in compiling work programs and designs for quality improvement in agriculture. Evaluation on the instructor performance has found that the agricultural instructors used material the suited the farmers need, mastered good technical and practical knowledge when delivering teaching materials, were able to manage internal and external communication with farmers, conveyed information about the importance of agricultural groups and joining the groups, responded to complaints and problems of farmers, and facilitated farmers' problems. Community participation in agricultural extension programs organized by the agricultural instructors consisted of several activities such as: being active in farmer groups, farmers joining farmer groups, farmers giving advice on the development of farmer groups, and farmers proposing extension activities. The community in general was quite satisfied with the performance of agricultural extension instructors in Kotagajah District, Central Lampung Regency. Satellite analysis in the forest on working area of Production Forest Management Unit (PFMU) Dharmasraya shows that there has been deforestation from 2000 to 2014. Generally, deforestation is due to the conversion of forests into plantations. Deforestation is supported by activities of trading communal land with outside community. This study aims to identify local forest management irregularities of forests claimed as ulayat lands and the impacts to deforestation. This research was conducted in the PFMU Dharmasraya, West Sumatra. Data collection was conducted from February to August 2017. The study implements qualitative research design with snowball sampling to determine the research informants. The results show that local communities contribute to deforestation in the working area of PFMU Dharmasraya through the process of trading the ulayat land. In the last 14 years, secondary forest has decreased from 28,278 to 6,118 hectares. Trading of the land is through two processes: “manaruko” and “non-manaruko”. Traditionally, the manaruko sale of the customary land is in accordance with customary law while non-manaruko sale of ulayat land is not in accordance with customary rules. This process was initiated by the ulayat rulers without “adat diisi, limbago dituang” process.

However, current extension activities that have been running so far are felt to be lacking so it is necessary to look at the effectiveness of conducting extension on traditional fisheries business related to methods, media, materials and capabilities of extension agents. This study was aimed to (1) analyze the effectiveness of fisheries extension activities in traditional fisheries processing businesses in Lampung Province, (2) analyze traditional processors competencylevels, (3) analyze the effect of extension on processors competencies/capabilities in traditional fisheries processing businesses. This study used a quantitative approach enriched with qualitative analysis. The survey was conducted to obtain primary data using a questionnaire. The research location were in three districts in Lampung Province. The data analysis technique used descriptive and regression analysis. The results of the study were (1) the effectiveness of extension was still low, (2) traditional processors competencies belonged to the low category, and (3) the ability of extension agents affected the development of fisheries processors’ competencies. The effectiveness of extension is still low due to the limited extension methods. Therefore it is important to carry out extension activities with varied methods according to the target needs to improve the competency of traditional fisheries processors.

This research aims to determine the determinants that affect the partnership between dairy farmers and KSU Karya Nugraha. This research was carried out in Cigugur District, Kuningan Regency, West Java, which was determined purposively, the largest milk-producing cooperative in Kuningan Regency. Data collection was carried out from January to September 2020. The study used the dependent variable of partnership, and independent variables are communication, cooperation, trust, and commitment. The survey was conducted to collect information using questionnaires with the number of respondents 42 people selected at random. Data is processed by the SEM-PLS method. The results showed only one insignificant determinant of the partnership was cooperation. Communication, trust, and commitment have a significant effect on alliances. Research has also found that communication and responsibility have a significant influence on collaboration and trust

Climate change has caused production declines and crop failures in some agricultural commodities. This study aims to identify the level of knowledge, adaptation practices, and types of protective trees used by coffee farmers in dealing with climate change. The research was carried out in Rigis Jaya Village, West Lampung District from May to July 2021. The number of respondents was 80 coffee farming households. Respondents were determined through a simple random sampling approach. The data collected consists of qualitative and quantitative data. Data collection was carried out through the survey method. The results of the study illustrate that coffee farmers have realized that climate change has occurred. 60% of coffee farmers are aware of climate change in the last 1-5 years and 20% of coffee farmers are more than 5 years old. From mitigation practices, 25% of coffee farmers mitigate climate change. Climate change mitigation practices carried out by farmers are through the use of superior coffee varieties, planting shade trees, setting coffee spacing, making vents, and utilizing the remaining coffee husks to increase soil fertility and moisture. There are 14 types of shade trees planted by farmers consisting of legumes and non-legume trees. Petai (Parkia speciosa) is the most widely planted shade tree in coffee plantations with 45% of the total respondents.

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran perempuan dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kesetaraan gender dalam rumah tangga petani padi sawah di Pekon Wonodadi Kecamatan Gading Rejo Kabupaten Pringsewu. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan 30 sampel petani padi sawah. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Analisis data menggunakan pendekatan kesetaraan gender model Harvard. Tingkat kesetaraan gender dalam rumah tangga petani padi sawah diukur melalui pendekatan profil aktifitas yang meliputi: 1) pembagian kerja reproduktif, 2) pembagian kerja produktif, dan 3) pembagian kerja social. Profil akses dan kontrol terhadap sumberdaya dan manfaat diidentifikasi melalui: 1) tingkat kesetaraan dalam akses terhadap sumberdaya, 2) tingkat kesetaraan dalam akses terhadap manfaat, 3) tingkat kesetaraan dalam kontrol terhadap sumberdaya, dan 4) tingkat kesetaraan dalam kontrol terhadap manfaat. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Agustus hingga September 2019. Hasil penelitian memberikan gambaran bahwa aktivitas usahatani padi sawah baik dalam kegiatan produktif, maupun sosial didominasi oleh laki-laki. Perempuan dominan dalam kegiatan reproduktif. Kesetaraan gender dalam akses dan kontrol terhadap sumber daya dan manfaat didominasi laki-laki. Faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kesetaraan gender meliputi: faktor budaya, tingkat pendidikan, ketidakpercayaan diri perempuan, dan tingkat ekonomi atau pendapatan rumah tangga petani padi sawah.

This study analyzed the appropriateness of empowerment program regarding the needs of traditional fish processors. This study applied the descriptive qualitative method using the model of Context – Input – Process – Product (CIPP) and Focus Group Discussion. Various activities were described based on observation and interview data. This study was conducted in three areas in Lampung Province, namely: East Lampung Regency, Pringsewu Regency, and Tanggamus Regency. Those areas are considered as a center the traditional fish processing with activities include fish salting, fish smoking, fish salty steamed, and fish fermentation. The research was conducted from July until September 2017. The result show, Generally, empowerment program for fisheries business players has been quite appropriate to their need, particularly in the sector of fish capture, aquaculture, and fish processing as seen from the high value in the aspect of context (appropriateness of program and problem, needs, and solving problem) and input (number and capability of extension officer, facility and infrastructure, fund). However, the value obtained in the aspect of process (socialization activity, assistance, appropriateness of implementation and plan) and product (target achievement, fulfillment of needs, and increasing income of fish processor) was still limited and need to be increased through intensive assistance by extension agent to achieve the objective of empowerment program of food self-sufficiency and welfare improvement of business players in fisheries sector.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor penarik dan pendorong deforestasi hutan di wilayah Kerja Kesatuan Pengelolaan Hutan Produksi (KPHP) Dharmasraya. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada Januari hingga Juli 2017. Lokasi penelitian berada di KPHP Dharmasraya, Sumatera Barat. Secara administrasi KPHP Dharmasraya terletak di Kecamatan Pulau Punjung dan Koto Besar, Kabupaten Dhamasraya, Provinsi Sumatera Barat. KPHP Dharmasraya memiliki wilayah kerja dengan luas sekitar 33.550 ha. Kawasan KPHP Dharmasraya merupakan hutan sekunder yang wilayahnya berbatasan dengan kawasan pemukiman penduduk. Pengumpulan data mengkombinasikan beberapa teknik pengumpulan data seperti wawancara key informant, observasi lapangan/transek, homestay di dalam hutan dan analisis data sekunder. Jumlah informan kunci yang diwawancarai sebanyak 34 informan. Metode penelitian menggunakan menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif. Faktor penarik deforestasi hutan di KPHP Dharmasraya meliputIsifat ekonomi dan institusi sumberdaya hutan, serta mudahnya akses dan topografi hutan yang landai. Faktor pendorong masyarakat melakukan penebangan hutan meliputi adalah kebutuhan ekonomi/lapangan kerja melalui pembukaan hutan untuk lahan perkebunan dan sumber pendapatan, pembukaan untuk menandai hak milik, serta Setelah hutan ditebang kemudian ditinggalkan, dan faktor lainnya adalah tingginya kebutuhan kayu dan nilai (harga) kayu sehingga masyarakat menebang kayu (illegal logging) di dalam hutan yang pada akhirnya menyebabkan deforestasi hutan.

One of the government's efforts to accelerate development in disadvantaged, deepest and outermost regions is through the Village Fund Policy. One of the obligations after the issuance of Law No. 6 of 2014 is the implementation of BUMDes (Village-Owned Enterprises). The study aims to analyze the contribution of Village Funds in the development of BUMDes in Hanura Village, Teluk Pandan District, Pesawaran District, Lampung Province. The study used a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection was carried out through in-depth interviews with village officials and managers of BUMDes and field observations. The results of this study indicate that village funds in Hanura Village have contributed to the development of BUMDes. In 2018 the Hanura Village Government budgeted costs for the Procurement of Infrastructure Production Activities for Agriculture / livestock / fisheries production of Rp. 12,265,000.00. Then the Budget for Procurement of Marketing Infrastructure Activities (Shop and Cooperative Development) is Rp. 104,700,000.00, and the Community Economic Business Development and Establishment Activities (for other Capital Equipment and Machine Expenditures and animal and livestock capital expenditures) of Rp. 39,999,997.00. The business units owned by BUMDes Conscience include: 1) Market Management, 2) Product and Service Units, 3) Home Industry. One of the BUMDes marketing strategies is through online sales through the BUMDes website.

Tujuan_Untuk mengetahui penerapan sistem informasi anajemen zakat di lembaga amil zakat Baitul Maal Hidayatullah kota Bandung. Desain/Metode_ Penelitian menggunakan metode Kualitatif, dengan pendekatan penelitian deskriftif kualitatif, data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder, serta dikelola dengan teknik analisis data. Temuan_Hasil penelitian menjunjukan bahwa dalam penerapan sistem indoemasi manajemn belum sepenuhnya dimaksimalkan dengan baik. Implikasi_Diharapkan lembaga amil zakat Baitul Maal Hidayatullah kota Bandung dapat memanfaatkan kemajuan teknologi. This study aims to determine the energy of fisheries extension, internet understanding by extension fisheries and perceptions fisheries extension of the use of technology information and communication in extension. this research was conducted in the city of Bandar Lampung. This study used a purposive sampling technique. Fisheries extension amount of 12 people in the city of Bandar Lampung. The type of data used in this study are primary and secondary data. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative. The results of the study found that the employment of fisheries extension still did not ideally in every sub-district in Bandar Lampung City. Understanding of internet fisheries extension in the city of Bandar Lampung is still quite low. Likewise, the perception fisheries extension of the use technology information and communication seen from the purpose of using ICT in good category. The perception fisheries extension on the use technology information and communication seen from the benefits of ICTs in good category.. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ketenagaan penyuluh perikanan, pemahaman internet oleh penyuluh dan persepsi penyuluh perikanan terhadap penggunaan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi dalam penyuluhan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kota Bandar Lampung. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Penyuluh perikanan yang ada di Kota Bandar Lampung berjumlah 12 orang. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan sekunder. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa ketenagaan penyuluh masih belum memenuhi idealnya di setiap kecamatan yang ada di Kota Bandar Lampung. Pemahaman internet penyuluh perikanan di Kota Bandar Lampung masih cukup rendah. Begitu pula persepsi penyuluh terhadap penggunaan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi dilihat dari tujuan penggunann TIK dalam kategori baik. Persepsi penyuluh terhadap penggunaan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi dilihat dari manfaat TIK dalam kegiatan penyuluhan dikategorikan baik. Lain halnya dengan persepsi penyuluh terhadap penggunaan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi dilihat dari pelaksanaan penyuluhan menggunakan TIK dalam kategori kurang baik. Provinsi Lampung mempunyai potensi yang sangat besar untuk dikembangkan sebagai produsen ikan terbesar di Indonesia, baik perikanan air tawar, air payau (tambak udang dan bandeng), maupun air laut. Akan tetapi, angka konsumsi ikan Provinsi Lampung masih berada di bawah rata-rata nasional. Walaupun begitu, angka konsumsi yang masih terbilang rendah itu cukup menjadi bukti bahwa konsumsi ikan di Provinsi Lampung memiliki prospek yang baik dan menjanjikan bagi produsen ikan. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji proses diseminasi informasi sistem akuaponik, mengidentifikasi masyarakat sasaran kegiatan inkubasi, merumuskan metode/model sistem inkubasi melalui proses diseminasi informasi sistem akuaponik, melaksanakan sosialisasi metode/model sistem inkubasi melalui proses diseminasi, mengembangkan pabrik percontohan (pilot plant) kegiatan inkubasi melalui diseminasi, dan mengidentifikasi nilai tambah proses diseminasi informasi sistem akuaponik bagi pembudi daya ikan air tawar. Analisis data pada kajian ini dilakukan dengan metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif, analisis SWOT, dan analisis kelayakan finansial. Waktu penelitian ini dimulai dari waktu inkubasi itu sendiri. Title: Dissemination of Aquaponics System as Freshwater Fish Cultivation Income Alternatives in Central Lampung RegencyLampung Province has enormous potential to be developed as the largest fish producer in Indonesia, both freshwater fisheries, brackish water (shrimp and milkfish ponds) and marine fisheries. However, the fish consumption rate of Lampung Province is still below the national average. However, the consumption rate which is still relatively low enough is to prove that fish consumption in Lampung Province has good and promising prospects for fish producers. This study aims to examine the process of dissemination of system information, identify the target community of incubation activities, formulate methods/models of incubation system, carry out socialization of incubation method/models through the diseemination process, develop pilot plants for incubation activitis through dissemination process and identify the added value of the aquaponic system information throuh dissemination process for freshwater fish farmers. Data analysis in this study was carried out using qualitative descriptive analysis methods, SWOT analysis and financial feasibility analysis. This study time starts from the incubation time itself.

Land cover change occurs naturally, but in urban areas, Land cover change usually occurs more rapidly than in rural areas. Therefore, it is necessary to analyse Land cover changes using spatial data to determine Land cover changes that occurred in urban areas such as Bandar Lampung City in 2000 and 2020. This study uses Landsat 7 and 8 imagery processed by the NVDI (Normalized Difference Vegetation Index) analysis method with an arithmetic formula to determine the vegetation index NDVI = (NIR-RED) / (NIR + RED). After obtaining the land cover map from the results of the NDVI analysis, a ground check was carried out at 30 location points to determine the actual condition of the field and calibrate the data from NDVI analysis and actual condition. In this study, it was found that the results of Land cover from 2000 to 2020 experienced changes, namely in open land/settlements increased by 74% or 217 ha, shrub land decreased by 27% or 32 ha, low vegetation land decreased by 4.8% or 7 ha, and vegetation land is decreasing by 72.5% or 100 ha. Based on the results of ground checks, changes in Land cover are caused by the construction of settlements, housing, and industrial estates due to an increase in population and urban growth.

The image of environmentally friendly products is often seen as bad, consumer doubt that environmentally friendly products are really made with environmentally friendly raw materials. This attitude is known as consumer skepticism (doubt) towards products with an environmentally friendly label. Consumer skepticism occurs because product advertisements contain confusing information as well as consumer insecurity about the raw material for products that the company claims are environmentally friendly. The aims of this study aims to determine the effect of consumer skepticism on green purchase intention. This study uses a theoretical approach to consumer behavior control and attitude, perceived value and environmental consciousness associated with consumer intentions to buy green products in Bandar Lampung. The study was conducted on April until June 2020. The sample in this research were consumers who had been buying green product. The research sample was calculated using the Lemeshow method, with a margin of error of 5%, the minimum number of samples was 236 samples. The analysis tool used is regression model. The results of this study are the reduction of consumer skepticism about the intention to buy due to the use of social media to promote green products. Meanwhile, the influence of consumer value perceptions and environmental awareness will increase on the purchase intention of green products. The implication of this research is that companies must pay attention to communication about green products that are produced so as to reduce consumer doubt. Another impact if consumers consume green products will lead to environmentally friendly perceptions and attitudes.

This study aims to determine farmers' perceptions of climate change on pepper productivity in East Lampung Regency and Sukadana Baru Village, Marga Tiga District, East Lampung Regency, from March to April 2020. The research method used is survey method. The research population is 433 pepper farmers. in Sukadana Baru Village. The number of samples in this study were 108 people. The data analysis method used is descriptive statistical analysis. The results show that climate change causes changes in temperature, changes in rainfall, changes in production so that it has an impact on changes in pepper productivity. Changes in temperature that occur in the study area are indicated by the percentage of respondents of 51.85%. Meanwhile, 30.56% of respondents stated that there was no change in temperature in the study area. Rainfall experienced a change with the percentage of respondents amounting to 75.00%, while the rest considered it unchanged with a percentage of 7.41% and 17.59% stating they did not know. Most of the farmers stated that their production had decreased by 75.93%. farmers answered they don't know with a percentage of 63.89%, this situation occurs because most farmers rarely calculate the amount of productivity. Only 20.37% of respondents answered that there was a change in productivity due to climate change.

This study aims to determine the level of performance of the Family Hope Program (PKH) assistant in Bandar Lampung City and analyze the factors that influence it. The study was conducted in February-March 2020 with 104 PKH assistants in Bandar Lampung. The analysis method used descriptive and quantitative analysis. Data analysis was performed by multiple linear regression. The results show that the performance level of PKH assistants in Bandar Lamping City is in the moderate classification. This is shown from the results of the work achievements of the assistants in carrying out their duties. In the implementation of participation validation, distribution of assistance, updating data, and reporting of activities, it is known that the assistant has succeeded in carrying out his duties according to the procedure. In the implementation of P2K2, assistants have used learning media and have delivered all the materials, but there are some assistants who have not delivered the entire materials. In the implementation of verification of KPM PKH commitments, there are still assistants who do not monitor the visits of KPM PKH assisted in the education component. The results also show that there is an influence between the level of non-formal education, motivation, work discipline, work environment, and perceptions of assistant incentives on the level of performance of assistants. This means that the higher the level of non-formal education, motivation, work discipline, work environment, and perceptions of companion incentives, the higher the level of performance of PKH assistants in Bandar Lampung City. Keywords : assistant performance, performance factors, PKH Abstrak Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kinerja pendamping Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) di Kota Bandar Lampung serta menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Februari-Maret 2020 dengan responden sebanyak 104 pendamping PKH di Kota Bandar Lampung. Metode analisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan kuantitatif. Analisis data dilakukan dengan regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diketahui bahwa tingkat kinerja pendamping PKH di Kota Bandar Lamping berada pada klasifikasi sedang. Hal tersebut ditunjukkan dari hasil capaian kerja pendamping dalam melaksanakan tugasnya sebagai pendamping PKH. Pada pelaksanaan validasi kepesertaan, penyaluran bantuan, pemutakhiran data, dan pelaporan kegiatan diketahui bahwa pendamping telah berhasil melakukan tugasnya sesuai dengan prosedur. Pada pelaksanaan P2K2, pendamping telah menggunakan media pembelajaran untuk mempermudah pelaksanaan kegiatan dan telah menyampaikan keseluruhan materi, namun masih dapat dijumpai beberapa pendamping yang belum menyampaikan keseluruhan materi tersebut. Pada pelaksanaan verifikasi komitmen KPM PKH, masih terdapat pendamping yang tidak memantau kunjungan KPM PKH dampingannya pada komponen pendidikan. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara tingkat pendidikan non formal, motivasi, disiplin kerja, lingkungan kerja, serta persepsi insentif pendamping terhadap tingkat kinerja pendamping. Hal tersebut memiliki makna bahwa semakin tinggi tingkat pendidikan non formal, motivasi, disiplin kerja, lingkungan kerja, dan persepsi terhadap insentif pendamping maka semakin tinggi tingkat kinerja pendamping PKH di Kota Bandar Lampung. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tingkat keberdayaan masyarakat dan keberhasilan pengelolaan Tahura WAR serta kaitan antara keduanya. Responden yang digunakan adalah 30 orang yang termasuk dalam anggota Kelompok Pengelola dan Pelestari Hutan di Kelurahan Sumber Agung yang ditentukan secara purposive. Pengumpulan data dengan wawancara dan Focus Group Disscussion. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, sedangkan untuk analisis data digunakan uji Rank Spearman. Berdasarkan hasil temuan, diketahui jika tingkat keberdayaan masyarakat sekitar Tahura WAR secara keseluruhan masuk dalam klasifikasi sedang. Hal tersebut berdasarkan tingkat pendidikan yang rendah sehingga kurangnya keterampilan masyarakat KPPH Tahura WAR dalam mengelola Tahura WAR. Keberhasilan pengelolaan Tahura WAR termasuk dalam kategori berhasil secara keseluruhan. Hal tersebut berdasarkan pada keberhasilan pengelolaan Tahura WAR dalam menjalankan fungsinya sehingga berdampak pada peningkatan pendapatan serta perkembangan usaha pertanian masyarakat KPPH Tahura WAR. Keberdayaan masyarakat sekitar Tahura WAR memiliki hubungan nyata yang kuat dengan keberhasilan pengelolaan Tahura WAR di Provinsi Lampung. Berdasarkan Hal tersebut, diharapkan Dinas Kehutanan dan UPTD Tahura WAR dapat meningkatkan keberdayaan masyarakat melalui program pemberdayaan sehingga Tahura WAR dapat dimanfaatkan dengan lebih optimal.

Rangga KK, Yonariza, Yanfika H, Mutolib A. 2020. Perception, attitude, and motive of local community towards forest conversion to plantation in Dharmasraya District, West Sumatra, Indonesia. Biodiversitas 21: 4903-4910. Forest conversion in Dharmasraya District massively occurred from 2000 to 2014. In 2000, forest area reached 86% of 33,550 ha. In 2014, forest cover reduced to only 16% with an increase in plantation area (rubber and oil palm), covering 59% of the total area. This study was aimed to examine the perception, attitude, and motive of the local community regarding forest conversion to the plantation. This study was located in PFMU (Production Forest Management Unit) Dharmasraya West Sumatra, which included a production forest area. This study was conducted from February to August 2018 with a case study approach. A total of 40 households, was selected as respondents. Snowball sampling was applied to interview the key informants. Data were analyzed using the interactive model, which included data reduction, data presentation, also conclusion drawing and verification. The study result indicated that forest is owned by the local community based upon the customary law, and the state does not have the right to manage and claim forest ownership. In terms of the economic aspect, the community benefited greatly from wood availability in the forest as the source of income. According to the local community, the conversion of forests into plantation did not have a significant effect on the environment. In fact, the local community agreed that land-use change from forest to plantation will provide greater benefit than preserving the forest. The expansion of plantation was found to be the motive for land clearance by cutting trees to obtain ownership over the forest.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi pelaksanaan Program Upsus Pajale dan factor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan respon anggota kelompok tani. Lokasi penelitian ditentukan secara sengaja di Kecamatan Metro Barat. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 72 orang petani. Penelitan ini dilakukan pada Juni hingga Juli 2018. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei, data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan korelasi Rank Spearman. Hasil penelitian menunjukan pelaksanaan kegiatan program Upsus Pajale di Kecamatan Metro Barat meliputi kegiatan pengembangan jaringan irigasi, peningkatan produktivitas dan indeks pertanaman melalui gerakan penerapan pengolahan tanaman terpadu, penyediaan bantuan benih, pupuk, alat dan mesin pertanian, pengendalian organisme pengganggu tanaman dan penyuluhan dampak perubahan iklim, asuransi pertanian, serta pengawalan dan pendampingan program. Secara keseluruhan respon anggota kelompok tani dalam Program Upsus Pajale di Kecamatan Metro Barat Kota Metro merespon dengan baik program tersebut. Faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan respon anggota kelompok tani dalam Program Upsus Pajale adalah luas lahan. Faktor yang tidak berhubungan dengan respon anggota kelompok tani dalam Program Upsus Pajale adalah umur, tingkat pendidikan formal, pengalaman usahatani, dan jumlah tanggungan keluarga.

Murniati K, Mutolib A. 2020. The impact of climate change on the household food security of upland rice farmers in Sidomulyo, Lampung Province, Indonesia. Biodiversitas 21: 3487-3493. Climate change in the agricultural sector, particularly food crops, significantly decreases the production, causing the anomaly influences of El-Niño (drought) and La-Nina (flood). Climate change will have an impact on food availability and accessibility, thereby disrupting the food security and vulnerability of farmer households. This study aimed to: analyze the livelihood vulnerabilities, determine the food security level, and assess the livelihood vulnerability on the food security of upland rice farmer households against climate change. This study was conducted in Sidomulyo Sub-district, South Lampung District. The samples were randomly selected among farmers, resulting in 66 selected farmers. The analysis included: the livelihood vulnerability index– intergovernmental panel of climate change (LVI-IPCC), food security index based on the Indonesian Institute of Sciences, and the Ordinal Model Logit (Ologit). The results showed that the upland rice farmer’s household had a livelihood vulnerability of 0.071, belonged to the medium category. Most farmer households (77.27%) were categorized as food secure. The “secure” category in the food security index is obtained if the upland rice farmers fulfill three criteria includes food availability, food stability, and food sustainability. The strategy of climate change adaptation, rice price, and phonska fertilizer price affects the food security of farmers’ households. Climate change adaptation strategies are indispensable for sustainable food security.

Kegiatan pengabdian bertujuan meningkatkan kapasitas Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) KWT Bunda Jaya Bunda Jaya Pekon Enggalrejo, Kecamatan Adiluwih Kabupaten Pringsewu dalam mengoptimalkan usaha perikanan air tawar sebagai sumber pendapatan alternatif. Melalui kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat akan dilakuakan pelatihan dan pendampingan udidaya ikan lele menggunakan teknik bioflok. Target pemberdayaan yang akan dilakukan adalah peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan anggota KWT Bunda Jaya tentang budiaya perikanan air tawar melalui teknik bioflok, meningatkan kapasitas SDM KWT Bunda Jaya dalam berwirausaha dan terciptanya sumber pendapatan alternatif anggota dan pengurus KWT Bunda Jaya dalam jangka panjang. Program pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui kegiatan budidaya ikan lele dengan teknologi bioflok di Pekon KWT Bunda Jaya Pekon Enggalrejo Kecamatan Adiluwih Pringsewu dilakukan melalui pemberian bantuan 1 kolam terpal berdiameter 2 meter, bibit ikan lele, pakan, obat-obatan, prebiotic dan kebutuhan lain untuk budidaya ikan lele dengan sistem bioflok selama satu siklus budidaya. Terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan anggota KWT Bunda Jaya pasca pengabdian/penyuluhan yang berkaitan dengan pengetahuan mengenai ikan lele dengan teknologi bioflok yang meningkat dari 18,79% menjadi 90,30%. Tingkat pengetahuan anggota KWT mengenai kualitas air budidaya dengan teknologi bioflok meningkat signifikan dari 21,43% ke 92,00%. Tingkat pengetahuan anggota KWT mengenai pemberian pakan, pakan alternative, dan penyakit meningkat dari 16,30% menjadi 87,69%. Saat ini budidaya ikan melalui kolam bioflok terus berjalan dan usia ikan lele adalah 1 (satu) bulan setelah tebar bibit lele.&nbsp, Community empowerment activities aimed at increasing the capacity of Human Resources (HR) KWT Bunda Jaya Bunda Jaya Pekon Enggalrejo, Adiluwih District Pringsewu Regency in optimizing freshwater fisheries as an alternative source of income. Through community service activities, training and mentoring for catfish farming will be carried out using biofloc techniques. The target of empowerment to be carried out is to increase the knowledge and skills of Bunda Jaya KWT members about the cultivation of freshwater fisheries through biofloc techniques, enhancing the capacity of Bunda Jaya KWT HR in entrepreneurship and the creation of alternative sources of income for Bunda Jaya KWT members and administrators in the long run. The community empowerment program through catfish aquaculture with biofloc technology in Punda KWT Bunda Jaya, Pekon Enggalrejo, Adiluwih Pringsewu District is done through the provision of 1 tarpaulin pond with 2 meters in diameter, catfish seeds, feed, medicines, prebiotics and other needs for catfish farming. with a biofloc system during one cultivation cycle. An increase in knowledge and skills of Bunda Jaya KWT members after service / counseling related to knowledge about catfish with biofloc technology increased from 18.79% to 90.30%. The level of knowledge of KWT members regarding aquaculture water quality with biofloc technology increased significantly from 21.43% to 92.00%. The level of knowledge of KWT members regarding feeding, alternative feed, and disease increased from 16.30% to 87.69%. Currently, fish farming through biofloc ponds continues to run and the age of catfish is 1 (one) month after stocking of catfish seeds.

This study aimed to analyze the economic role of cassava in farm households in Central Lampung Regency in the span of 1998 to 2018. Data collection were using surveys and in-depth interviews and analyzed using tabulation method. The results showed that there had been a decline in the economic role of cassava in farm households from 86% to 43.39%. There had been an increase in the share of on-farm income outside cassava (sugar cane, poultry farming, and cattle, etc) and the share of off-farm income (farm laborers) and non-farm income (employees, drivers, and traders) in line with the growth of the sugar processing industry since the past 10 years. In 1998, the economic role of cassava on household income was 86% while it was 43.39% in 2018. Non-cassava income was 39.13%, off-farm income as farmer income was 8.52%, and non-farm income was 8.96%. The shift of the primary sector to the secondary and tertiary sectors occurred because in Terusan Nunyai Sub-district, sugar cane factories and pineapple factories had been established, so farmers preferred to become farm laborers, employees, drivers, and traders to increase their incomes.

This study aims to utilize the combination of cassava and coal waste as raw materials for making briquettes using several different concentrations of tapioca adhesives. This study uses a completely randomized design (RDC) with 2 factorials. The first factor is material composition, assigned by the letter P, which has 3 different varieties of different cassava, which are (P1) Kasetsart cassava and coal waste, (P2) Thai cassava and coal waste, and (P3) butter cassava and coal waste. The second factor is tapioca adhesive concentration, which consists of two different treatments: (M1) 15% and (M2) 20%. The combination of these different treatments then repeated 4 times resulted in 24 experimental units. The briquettes produced then underwent several characteristics tests, including water content, calorific value, combustion rate, density, compressive strength, shatter resistance index, and changes in the temperature of the pan base when the briquettes were burned. The acquired data then processed using Microsoft Excel 2010 and SAS v9 software. The data obtained will then be compared to SNI (Indonesia National Standard) to find out whether the briquette is fulfilling the requirement for application. The results are as follows: treatment P1M1 and P1M2 have a water content ranging from 5.36-7.09% and a calorific value between 4.427 – 5.541 cal/g, and it also fulfills the SNI Standard. Another characteristic is shown by P1M1 and P1M2 such as combustion rate around 0.37-0.4 g/min, density between 0.37-0.39 g/cm3, compressive strength between 48.67 N/cm2, and shatter resistance index numbering around 99.90-99.92%, able to fulfill 95% of the SNI requirement for bio coal briquette, as well as changes in the bottom temperature of the pan which has reached the highest temperature of 303°C in the 26th minute of the P1M1 treatment combination and the lowest is 311°C at the 28th minute of the P1M2 treatment combination.

The provision of community-based drinking water and sanitation (PAMSIMAS) is one of the programs implemented by the government to address environmental sanitation problems. This study aims to analyze the success strategy of the PAMSIMAS Program, which is measured based on the success indicators of the PAMSIMAS Program. The research was conducted using a quantitative approach method in Sidodadi Village Way, Lima District in 2020. In this research used the snowball sampling technique. This technique is useful for finding, identifying, selecting and taking samples in a network or chain of relationships. Snowball sampling technique has strengths and weaknesses in its application. Field research housing sector become the case study to explain this sampling technique. The analysis used in this study is a SWOT analysis. The results shows that still have obstacles in several aspects such as the willingness of the community to participate in the form of input and ideas is still low, coordination between agencies has not been going well, there is no legal protection for water sources in order to maintain quality and quantity. The SWOT analysis used aims to formulate a strategic plan so that the PAMSIMAS Program can be sustainable in the fulfillment of clean water. The results of this study are the identification of the position of the PAMSIMAS. Program after the EFAS and IFAS calculations are carried out based on interviews that have been distributed to the implementers of the PAMSIMAS program, and then proceed with recommendations for priority strategies that will be carried out for the development of the PAMSIMAS Program.

Indonesia’s population is increasing every year, so many household needs need to be met. As a result, a lot of household waste has accumulated in FDS (Final Disposal Sites). This condition is very disturbing to the health of the people living around the FDS. Therefore it is necessary to compost household waste which can minimize the pile of garbage in the FDS. One of the methods is using BSF larvae. BSF (Black Soldier Fly) larvae are larvae that can consume various kinds of organic waste, such as household waste, quickly. The experimental results show that household waste compost has micronutrients that comply with Indonesian composting standards (SNI 19-7030-200). Micronutrient elements from household waste compost using BSF are Zink (60.55ppm), Manganese (36.55ppm), and Boron (12.07 ppm). Also, compost from household waste using BSF, the toxic elements cannot be detected, so it is safe to be applied as a nutrient for plants.

This study aims to determine the implementation of the sustainable food house area program, contribution of the program to family income of farmer women’s group, and analyze the food security of KWT members in Tulang Bawang Barat Regency. The research was conducted in five groups of women farmers in Margodadi, Marga Kencana, Tirta Makmur, Tirta Kencana, and Mulya Asri Villages. Data were collected in December 2019. Data were collected using survey methods and direct interviews in the field. The sampling method was carried out deliberately (purposive sampling); as many as 62 people were interviewed by visiting the respondent’s house. The results showed that the implementation of the program was seen from the development of village nurseries, development of demonstration plot plots, and development of farmer women’s group members’ yards. The income women’s group’s income the yard utilization program for one year ranges from IDR 2,565,600 - IDR 6,930,000. Family food security of KWT members subjectively categorized in the medium category from the adequacy of family food availability of KWT members, food distribution in the family is quite good, and aspects of family food consumption are also quite good. The affordability of families to get food is quite relatively. Women farmer groups’ knowledge is already good about the food the body needs in the right composition. It is present in all types of food that are useful for health, in consuming family food by taking into account the quality and quantity of food they consume..

The tsunami impact on capture fisheries production and environment in the area of South Lampung Regency of Lampung Province is necessarily assessed. This study aimed to analyze the impact of the 2018 Sunda Strait Tsunami on capture production and environment. The study was conducted from January to March 2020 in Way Muli Village, Rajabasa Subdistrict, South Lampung Regency through the case study method. The data used in this research consisted of primary and secondary data. The method of data analysis applied was the quantitative and qualitative method. The result of the study indicated that the Sunda Strait Tsunami negatively affected the quantity of fish captured by fishermen. In average, capture production decreased from 41.35 kg/month to 16.35 kg/month or approximately 60.5%. The Tsunami also caused a negative impact on the environmental aspect, namely declining clean water availability, damaged village infrastructure, poor environmental sanitation, damaged fishing settlement, and damaged fishing support facility. The support from multi-stakeholder is also needed to increase capture production through the reconstruction of the damaged fisheries facility and infrastructure due to Tsunami. Moreover, it is required to establish a multistakeholder integrated partnership to solve problems of environment and infrastructure in Way Muli Village following the Tsunami disaster.

The processing of markets’ organic wastes in Indonesia, especially in Yogyakarta, is still done conventionally, that most of it, is directly composted at the Landfill or sometimes even directly dumped without going through the composting process. This research was conducted to maximize the processing of the organic waste that was generated by the local market, using continuous flow bin and vermicomposting to make it more economically beneficial to the community and to test the chemical parameters like Carbon / Nitrogen, Phosphor, and Potassium level from the vermicast, which is the after-product of vermicompost process. The research process goes through several stages: the acclimatization stage, the feeding stage or the vermicompost process, and the testing stage. Carbon/Nitrogen ratios, Phosphor, and Potassium values in the final results of the three reactors in the composting process meet the composting criteria according to SNI 19-7030-2004. The Carbon/Nitrogen measured in the three reactors were 10.2%, 16.6%, and 11.54%, respectively. The phosphorus levels (P) available in the three reactors were 0.32%, 0.35%, and 0.33%. Potassium (K) levels available in the three reactors were 0.26%, 0.58%, and 0.67%. The K values in reactors 2 and 3 meet the compost criteria or standards from SNI 19-7030-2004 because it is more than 0.20%, while for reactor 1 it is still below the criteria standard.

The purposes of this study are: 1) To assess the impact of green brand positioning, consumers’ attitude toward green brands and green brand knowledge on green product purchase intention, 2) To examine the variation of contribution from green brand positioning, consumers’ attitude toward green brands, and green brand knowledge toward green product purchase intention, 3) To identify the significant influence of green brand positioning, consumers’ attitude toward green brands, and green brand knowledge on green product purchase intention. A questionnaire was utilized to gather the data. The purposive sampling technique was used, involving respondents who practice a green lifestyle and have had green product purchasing experience. The data were analyzed using the three-stage hypothesis analysis model: Simultaneous variable testing (F-testing), coefficient of determination (R2), and partially hypothesis testing (t-testing). Simultaneous variable testing results stated that simultaneously green brand, attitude, and green knowledge influencing green product purchase intention. The three independent variables, namely green brand positioning, attitude, and green knowledge, explain 69.20% of the green product purchase intention variation while unknown variables influence the rest. Green brand positioning and green brand knowledge variable have a significant influence on green product purchase intention. In contrast, consumers’ attitudes toward green brands did not significantly influence green product purchase intention. Firms and businesses can use green brand positioning to better market their products, improve consumers’ green brand knowledge and attitude toward green brands, and increase green brand purchase intentions.

The aim of this study was to analyze the level of income, knowledge, and impact of climate change on fishing household. This research was conducted in Pekon Tegineneng, Limau Subdistrict, Tanggamus Regency. Limau Subdistrict is the center of marine capture fishery in Tanggamus Regency. Data collection was carried out from July to August 2020 with total respondent reached 80 fishing households. Respondents were determined through the approach of simple random sampling. The data collected consisted of both qualitative and quantitative data. Data collection was performed through the method of survey, Focus Group Discussion (FGD), and interview with key informants. Data were analyzed by the qualitative descriptive approach. The level of monthly income and expenditure per fishing household amounted to Rp. 4,110,000 and Rp. 3,971,200, respectively. Knowledge level of fisherman about climate change was considered excellent as most fishermen have already known the phenomena of climate and environmental changes. The impact of climate change on fishing household included: difficulty to predict fishing season, change in fishing location (away from the shore), reducing and unpredictable fishing frequency and fishing time, also declining of fish catch.

Global warming is a gradual increase in the earth’s temperature due to greenhouse gas emissions. Climate change impacts various sectors and is very complicated because it covers various aspects of human life. In the marine sector, climate change promotes rising ocean temperature and sea levels, increasing the frequency and intensity of extreme weather. This study was aimed to: (1) analyze the impact of climate change on the business of processed fisheries in Tegineneng village, Limau subdistrict, Tanggamus Regency; (2) analyze adaptation strategies undertaken by fish processors in conducting business amid of climate change. This study employed a survey as the study method. Respondents in this study were traditional fish processing in Tanggamus Regency. The impact of climate change on processed fisheries products was analyzed by using descriptive analysis and SWOT analysis. Climate change perceived by fish processors includes; the declined fish caught, uncertain fish harvest season, and further fishing area. The results showed that climate change impacted on the decreased processed products due to declined fish caught. Development strategies that need to be performed are diversification of processed products, improvement of processed product quality to prolong the product shelf life, and marketing network.

The synergy between forest and plantation is much sought after to maintain the complex role of forest areas. Forest should be managed for its socio-economic and ecological position while land-use change tends towards maximizing economic role. Indonesia is struggling to rehabilitate most of her production forests. Many cases show that the forestlands have been converted into monoculture oil palm or rubber plantation that caused severe ecological degradation and declined forest role in ecosystem maintenance. The government of Indonesia is seeking synergy between these two conflicting land uses types. Forest Management Unit (FMU) has been chosen as a model to carry out day to day management at field level beginning in 2010. Unfortunately, majority FMUs have not been in operation due to limited information at the field level, especially about the willingness of landowners to cooperate in the restoration of the production forest. In Dharmasraya District, West Sumatra, a 33,000 hectare of remaining production forest areas is undergoing deforestation due to forest conversion into oil palm and rubber carried out both by smallholder and large scale oil plantation companies. Based on a household survey among smallholders plantation in Dharmasraya District, West Sumatera Indonesia, the paper presents farmers’ willingness to integrate timber and non-timber plants into their oil palm plantation and discusses its implication for forest management especially in forest restoration management for FMU. The study found that at this time, it is hard for the landowner to integrate a timber tree into their smallholder oil palm and rubber plantation. They value land higher for the farm than for forest. Landowners feel secure with the customary land right than statutory land rights. Hence, the study suggests FMU Dharmasraya intensify forest extension service on forest function and persuade landowners to seek a balance between the ecological and economic role of forestland. More importantly, forest ecosystem service needs a proportional monetary valuation.

Sustainable Food Home Area is the concept of optimizing the use of yard locations around the house with a variety of plants, livestock, and fish in an area. The research objective is to determine internal and external factors and determine the strategy for developing a Sustainable Food Home Area program in Tulang Bawang Barat District. The research method used is a quantitative method. Data on internal and external environmental factors in this program were collected through observation, interviews with respondents with the help of questionnaires, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. Data was collected in December 2019. The strategy program for the development of Sustainable Food Home Area in Tulang Bawang Barat Regency was analyzed using SWOT analysis. The recommended model for developing the program is based on the results of the assessment and analysis of natural and environmental resource potential and the potential of the program which is integrated with an analysis of the socio-economic, protection, and partnership aspects of its development. The results of the analysis of the internal factors are a) strengths (geographical position, around to production input providers and consumers, as well as the bargaining position to consumers), and b) Weakness (Human Resources, managers and assistance, the influence of pests and diseases, and the use of technology in the implementation program). External factors are c) Opportunities (policies in developing programs, government support, supporting infrastructure, and safety performance and capacity), and d) Threats (use of modern technology, collaboration with companies, cooperation, increases in prices of other products, and impact and changing weather). The priority strategy improvement program can be carried out by increasing savings by increasing compatibility, optimizing the function of the yard to increase the amount of production, increasing the bargaining position by providing quality products for profit, and marketing products by utilizing existing infrastructure.

The condition of agricultural land if not managed properly will cause land to become more critical, for that the efforts from various parties to continuously look for the most appropriate strategy in anticipating this condition are needed. An environmentally friendly agriculture program, if implemented optimally, will increase land productivity and maintain environmental sustainability. The introduction of environmentally friendly rice cultivation innovations to the farming community has been done for years, however, it has not yet yielded significant results. That means, the process of adoption and diffusion (dissemination) of the innovations that were introduced took place slowly, even some farmers stopped adopting them. These constraints need to be known including the factors causing it. Therefore, this research aims to: (1) Analyzing the level of adoption of environmentally friendly agriculture by farmers, and (2) Analyzing the factors that influence the adoption of environmentally friendly agriculture systems. Samples were taken are 52 people from 525 population of farmers who had participated in the field school program from 2013 to 2017 in Gading Rejo subdistrict, Pringsewu Regency. The data that has been collected is then analyzed descriptively and a statistical regression test. Farmers in Gading Rejo Subdistrict, Pringsewu Regency, the ability to adopt environmentally friendly rice cultivation innovations are included in the low category because they are used to managing rice cultivation fields by utilizing chemical fertilizers and pesticides. The ability of farmers to adopt environmental innovations that are environmentally friendly is influenced by the level of cosmopolitanism, innovation skill, the support of extension services, and the ease of accessing information technology

This study aims to analyze the success of the KUB program and the coastal community development strategy in Tanggamus Regency. The research was conducted in Kota Agung Sub-district, Tanggamus Regency, Lampung Province, which is a fishery center in Tanggamus Regency. The study was conducted in July and August 2019. The research method uses a quantitative approach to the survey method. Qualitative data was collected to support research studies through in-depth interviews, focus group discussions (FGD), and field observations. The data collected will be analyzed using qualitative descriptive approaches. The results showed that the capture fisheries program was generally good and following the needs of fishermen to increase catches. Nevertheless, in the implementation of activities in the joint business groups still need to be improved access, because program assistance is still felt by some individuals. Besides, increased communication between group members strengthens joint business groups is needed. The strategy of developing coastal communities in increase independence is through training in processing fishery products, fostering entrepreneurship, policies to limiting fishery products from outside the region, increasing public awareness about of maintaining the cleanliness of the sea and the environment and promote cooperation with stakeholders to support the sustainability of fisheries businesses.

The existence of forests is essential to human living on earth, but the existence of forest is threatened by deforestations and forest degradations. Forest rehabilitation programs that have been carried out by the government and other parties often fail. Different approaches are needed to improve the success of forest rehabilitation in Indonesia. This research aims to analyze the success of community-based forest rehabilitation through the forest incentive and the factors that influence it. The site is in Nagari Paninggahan Solok District and in Nagari Kamang Agam District, West Sumatra. The location is part of Voluntary Carbon Market (VCM) projects by CO2BV company from the Netherlands. The research and the data collection were conducted in April 2017. Data types that were used in this research were primary and secondary data. The data analysis techniques used were descriptive qualitative analysis. The results showed that community-based forest rehabilitation through an incentive system has been successful to improve the condition of degraded forests in the research site. The indicators of the success of this program were the increase of variety and number of trees, the level of trees density, and the increase of water supply in the surrounding areas of the rehabilitation zones. The success program was affected by several factors, those were: 1) community institutions (farmers group), 2) the clarity of contract and intensive mechanism, 3) mentoring and supervisions, 4) the clarity of benefits for the citizens, 5) community participation, and 6) the communication among stakeholders. It is expected that this research can provide an insight for the government in policy-making to rehabilitate degraded forests. This finding provides information that the government needs to consider the economic aspects of local communities in forest rehabilitation programs. the incentive is one of the important factors that support the success of forest rehabilitation

Keberhasilan kegiatan penyuluhan dipengaruhi partisipasi petani sasaran. Selain partisipasi, kepuasan petani terhadap kinerja penyuluhan akan berkaitan dengan keberlanjutan penyuluhan dimasa mendatang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis partisipasi dan kepuasan petani terhadap kinerja penyuluh pertanian di Kecamatan Palas Kabupaten Lampung Selatan. Penelitian dilakukan untuk di wilayah kerja penyuluhan Kecamatan Palas tang merupakan sentra pertanian khususnya padi sawah di Kabupaten Lampung Selatan. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan MeiJuni 2019. Data yang dikumpulkan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari data primer dan data sekunder. Analisis data menggunakan skala Likert. Hasil penelitian memberikan gambara bahwa partisipasi petani dalam kegiatan penyuluhan pertanian di Kecamatan Palas berada pada tingkat yang cukup tinggi. Keatifikan petani dalam kelompok tani dan mengusulkan kegiatan penyuluhan sebesar 56 persen, dan keterlibatan petani dalam memberi saran pembangunan kelompok tani dengan persentase 78 persen. Seluruh petani bergabung menjadi anggota kelompok tani tanpa adanya paksaan dari penyuluh atau pihak lainnya. Secara umum kepuasaan petani terhadap kinerja penyuluhan adalah cukup puas. Dari sembilan indikator, kepuasan petani terhadap gerakan massal diwilayah kerja mereka adalah yang paling rendah. Petani menilai puas terhadap cara komunikasi penyuluh pertanian. Petani puas dengan cara komunikasi penyuluh dan menilai kegiatan penyuluhan berdampak baik pada kegiatan penyuluhan pertanian. Kata kunci: penyuluhan, partisipasi, kepuasan dan kinerja penyuluh.

Konflik pengelolaan hutan di Indonesia semakin meningkat jumlahnya. Konflik pengelolaan hutan seringkali disebabkan karena adanya pluralisme hukum antara pemerintah dan masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan konflik lahan yang terjadi antara masyarakat adat Suku Melayu dengan pemerintah dan proses terjadinya pelepasan tanah ulayat Suku Melayu di Kesatuan Pemangku Hutan Produksi (KPHP) Model Dharmasraya. Desain penelitiannya adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan lokasi penelitian di KPHP yang berada di Nagari Bonjol, Kecamatan Koto Besar, Kabupaten Dharmasraya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Konflik agraria yang terjadi di KPHP antara masyarakat adat dengan pemerintah dikarenakan adanya legal pluralism dalam pengakuan hutan, dan 2) Proses pelepasan tanah ulayat terjadi melalui transaksi jual beli yang dikendalikan oleh Datuak penguasa ulayat. Bukti kegiatan jual beli adalah dikeluarkannya “ alas hak ” sebagai bukti bahwa tanah ulayat telah dijual. Maraknya kegiatan jual beli tanah ulayat disebabkan harga tanah ulayat yang rendah dan tingginya minat masyarakat berkebun di tanah ulayat Suku Melayu. Diperlukan strategi yang tepat untuk mempertahankan fungsi kawasan hutan di wilayah KPHP tanpa mengabaikan keberadaan masyarakat lokal yang menggantungkan hidupnya dari hutan.
