Special Education Needs A Backing For Existing Leaders Because The Continuity Of Success Must Continue. The Leadership Available For Special Education Today Is Indeed In Line With The Characteristics Of High-Performing Leadership. However, There Are Also Some Weaknesses And They Can Be Overcome If The Leadership Is More Consistent And Competent. In Providing Future Leadership To Special Education, Some Contemporary And Up -To -Date Features Should Be Possessed By Relevant Future Leaders. Therefore, This Study Was Conducted To Explore The Opinions Of Special Education Teachers Related To Future Leadership Characteristics For Special Education. This Brief Study With A Qualitative Approach Has Interviewed 20 Respondents Consisting Of Special Education Teachers In The District Of Batu Pahat, Johor, Malaysia Online. The Findings Of The Study Show That, Special Education Teachers Want Future Leadership For Special Education To Have Five Main Characteristics, Namely, Fresh/Idealistic/Dynamic, Energetic, Democratic, Contemporary And Technology Friendly. Parents And School Are Never Separated In Making School The Best Place For Children To Study. The Role Of Parents Is Very Important In Ensuring The Continued Success Of The School As Well As Continuing Learning Activities. The Presence Of Parents In Supporting And Assisting The School Management To Provide The Best Services In Education Is Always Needed To Translate The Success Of The Students. School Leadership Basically Requires Parents In Meeting The Need To Get Ideas As Well As Their Support In Managing The School, Focused On The Students. This Qualitative Study Aims To Explore The Role Of Parents In Helping The Management Of Their Children's Learning Through The Perspective Of Teachers. A Total Of 20 Teachers Involved In This Study Were Randomly Selected In The District Of Batu Pahat, Johor, Malaysia. Interview Sessions Were Conducted Online And Thematic Analysis Was Conducted. In leadership in special education, it is not limited to the top leadership of the school alone. Leadership in special education involves all levels in the school organization chart. One of the most important parts of leadership in special education is through the special education teachers themselves. Special education teachers actually play a relevant role in leading, especially in classroom management. This brief study was conducted to explore the views of special education teachers regarding their leadership in classroom management. This study involved an interview session on 20 special education teachers randomly selected in the district of Batu Pahat, Johor, Malaysia. Thematic analysis was conducted to obtain specific themes in the transcripts provided. The findings show that, there are four main roles of special education teachers who act as leaders in the classroom, namely, teaching, behavior management, classroom control and materials management. Technology plays an important role in the world of education today. Its use can help the process of delivering education bet ter. In addition, technology can also connect educators from all over the country through certain digital platforms. The use of technology is also seen to provide great benefits to leadership in schools, especially involving special education. Management can be implemented smoothly with the use of technology, even though the world today is still hit by the covid19 pandemic. This brief study was conducted to explore the opinions of headmasters as special education leaders in schools regarding the function of technology in assisting their leadership. This qualitative study involved an online interview session with five headmasters who are working in schools with special education programs in the district of batu pahat, johor, malaysia. Thematic analysis was conducted and the findings of the study showed that, there are five functions of technology in helping special education leadership, namely, guidance, mentoring, evaluating, net working and discussion. Education is a field that is constantly evolving and constantly changing with the passage of time. This relatively drastic pace and change requires quality management in ensuring that education is always well administered. Good management is also essential to maintain the best educational services. However, in that effort, there are various constraints and also challenges faced by the education management, especially in schools. This study aims to explore the real role of school management directly from the field and through the perspective of teachers in schools. Studies that use this qualitative approach make interviews as a way to collect data. A total of 20 respondents were involved, consisting of randomly selected school teachers. The findings of the study found that there are four main roles of school management namely as a mentor, as a facilitator, as a leader and as a motivator.
