The primary goal of this research is to investigate the approximate numerical solution of variational inequalities using quasimonotone operators in infinite-dimensional real Hilbert spaces. In this study, the sequence obtained by the proposed iterative technique for solving quasimonotone variational inequalities converges strongly toward a solution due to the viscosity-type iterative scheme. Furthermore, a new technique is proposed that uses an inertial mechanism to obtain strong convergence iteratively without the requirement for a hybrid version. The fundamental benefit of the suggested iterative strategy is that it substitutes a monotone and non-monotone step size rule based on mapping (operator) information for its Lipschitz constant or another line search method. This article also provides a numerical example to demonstrate how each method works.

This study explores the unsteady hybrid nanofluid (NF) flow consisting of cobalt ferrite (CoFe2O4) and copper (Cu) nano particulates with natural convection flow due to an expanding surface implanted in a porous medium. The Cu and CoFe2O4 nanoparticles (NPs) are added to the base fluid water to synthesize the hybrid NF. The effects of second-order velocity slip condition, chemical reaction, heat absorption/generation, temperature-dependent viscosity, and Darcy Forchheimer are also assessed in the present analysis. An ordinary differential equation system is substituted for the modeled equations of the problem. Further computational processing of the differential equations is performed using the parametric continuation method. A validation and accuracy comparison are performed with the Matlab package BVP4C. Physical constraints are used for presenting and reviewing the outcomes. With the increase in second-order velocity slip condition and unsteady viscosity, the rates of heat and mass transition increase significantly with the variation in Cu and Fe2O4 NPs. The findings suggest that the uses of Cu and Fe2O4 in ordinary fluids might be useful in the aerodynamic extrusion of plastic sheets and extrusion of a polymer sheet from a dye.

This article analyses two schemes: Mann-type and viscosity-type proximal point algorithms. Using these schemes, we establish Δ-convergence and strong convergence theorems for finding a common solution of monotone vector field inclusion problems, a minimization problem, and a common fixed point of multivalued demicontractive mappings in Hadamard spaces. We apply our results to find mean and median values of probabilities, minimize energy of measurable mappings, and solve a kinematic problem in robotic motion control. We also include a numerical example to show the applicability of the schemes. Our findings corroborate some recent findings.

Generally, fractional partial integro-differential equations (FPIDEs) play a vital role in modeling various complex phenomena. Because of the several applications of FPIDEs in applied sciences, mathematicians have taken a keen interest in developing and utilizing the various techniques for its solutions. In this context, the exact and analytical solutions are not very easy to investigate the solution of FPIDEs. In this article, a novel analytical approach that is known as the Laplace adomian decomposition method is implemented to calculate the solutions of FPIDEs. We obtain the approximate solution of the nonlinear FPIDEs. The results are discussed using graphs and tables. The graphs and tables have shown the greater accuracy of the suggested method compared to the extended cubic-B splice method. The accuracy of the suggested method is higher at all fractional orders of the derivatives. A sufficient degree of accuracy is achieved with fewer calculations with a simple procedure. The presented method requires no parametrization or discretization and, therefore, can be extended for the solutions of other nonlinear FPIDEs and their systems.

The study of nanofluid flow over a rotating disk has significant importance because of its enormous range of implementations, including cancer treatments, chemotherapy, nanomedicines, fermentation sciences, selective drug delivery, food sciences, biosensors, biomedicines, and electronics. Due to these applications of nanofluid, the present problem investigates the magnetohydrodynamic flow of nanofluid with nonlinear thermal radiation and viscous dissipation. In this analysis, the aluminum oxide nanoparticles are mixed with water. Furthermore, the mechanism for inter-particle spacing and radius of aluminum oxide nanoparticles on the dynamics of the two-dimensional flow of nanofluid are investigated. The present problem is modeled in the form of partial differential equations (PDEs), and these PDEs are converted into ordinary differential equations with the help of suitable similarity transformations. The analytical solution to the current modeled problem has been obtained by using the homotopy analysis technique. The main purpose of the present research work is to analyze the behavior of the velocity and temperature of the nanofluid for small and large radius of the aluminum oxide nanoparticles and inter-particle spacing. Also, the role of heat transport is computed for linear and nonlinear thermal radiation cases. The major findings and principal results of this investigation are concluded that the primary velocity of nanoliquid is augmented due to the intensification in suction parameter for both the small and larger radius of aluminum oxide nanoparticles. Furthermore, it is perceived that the heat rate transfer is larger when the Eckert number and nanoparticle volume fraction are higher for both nonlinear and linear thermal radiation cases.

In this article, inspired by the projection technique of Solodov and Svaiter, we exploit the simple structure, low memory requirement, and good convergence properties of the mixed conjugate gradient method of Stanimirović et al. [New hybrid conjugate gradient and broyden-fletcher-goldfarbshanno conjugate gradient methods, J. Optim. Theory Appl. 178 (2018), no. 3, 860–884] for unconstrained optimization problems to solve convex constrained monotone nonlinear equations. The proposed method does not require Jacobian information. Under monotonicity and Lipschitz continuity assumptions, the global convergence properties of the proposed method are established. Computational experiments indicate that the proposed method is computationally efficient. Furthermore, the proposed method is applied to solve the ℓ1{\ell }_{1}-norm regularized problems to decode sparse signals and images in compressive sensing.

In this article, the solutions of higher nonlinear partial differential equations (PDEs) with the Caputo operator are presented. The fractional PDEs are modern tools to model various phenomena more accurately. The residual power series method (RPSM) is used for the solution analysis of fractional partial differential equations (FPDEs), which has direct implementation for the solutions of fractional partial differential equations. In this work, the solutions to a few nonlinear FPDEs are handled by the proposed technique. The general and particular schemes of RPSM are constructed and implemented successfully. The fractional solutions of PDEs have provided many useful dynamics of the targeted problems. The RPSM results for both integer and fractional-order FPDEs are further explained and elaborated by using graphs and tables. It is observed that the higher accuracy of RPSM is achieved with fewer calculations. Graphs and tables for fractional-order solutions are presented, which confirm the convergence phenomena of fractional solutions toward integer order solutions of each problem. The suggested method can be extended to the solutions of other nonlinear fractional partial differential equations.

Usually, to find the analytical and numerical solution of the boundary value problems of fractional partial differential equations is not an easy task; however, the researchers devoted their sincere attempt to find the solutions of various equations by using either analytical or numerical procedures. In this article, a very accurate and prominent method is developed to find the analytical solution of hyperbolic-telegraph equations with initial and boundary conditions within the Caputo operator, which has very simple calculations. This method is called a new technique of Adomian decomposition method. The obtained results are described by plots to confirm the accuracy of the suggested technique. Plots are drawn for both fractional and integer order solutions to confirm the accuracy and validity of the proposed method. Solutions are obtained at different fractional orders to discuss the useful dynamics of the targeted problems. Moreover, the suggested technique has provided the highest accuracy with a small number of calculations. The suggested technique gives results in the form of a series of solutions with easily computable and convergent components. The method is simple and straightforward and therefore preferred for the solutions of other problems with both initial and boundary conditions.

The main goal of this inspection is to explore the heat and mass transport phenomena of a three-dimensional magnetohydrodynamic (MHD) flow of ternary hybrid nanoliquid through a porous media toward a stretching surface. Nowadays, the low thermal conductivity is the key problem for scientist and researchers in the transmission of heat processes. Therefore, in order to improve the thermal conductivity of different base liquids, the scientist and researchers are mixing numerous types of solid particles in the base fluids. That is why the authors have mixed three different types of nanoparticles such as graphene oxide, silver, and copper in a kerosene oil base liquid. The influences of Hall current and ion-slip are also considered. Furthermore, the flow behavior is analyzed under the appliance of Darcy–Forchheimer, activation energy, and chemical reaction. By using the concept of boundary layer theory, the flow equations are modeled in the form of higher order nonlinear partial differential equations (PDEs) along with convective boundary conditions. Suitable similarity transformations are used for the transformation of higher order PDEs into the higher order nonlinear ordinary differential equations (ODEs). Analytical scheme known as the homotopic scheme is utilized for the simulation of the current problem. The impacts of discrete flow parameters on the velocities, temperature, and concentration profiles of the ternary hybrid nanoliquid are inspected. The skin friction coefficients, Nusselt number, and Sherwood number of the ternary hybrid nanofluid are investigated against various flow parameters. The outcomes of the current analysis showed that primary velocity of the ternary hybrid nanoliquid is augmented via Hall current and ion-slip number, while the reverse trend is observed via porosity parameter, Darcy–Forchheimer parameter, and magnetic field parameter. On the other hand, the higher values of Hall current and magnetic parameter enhanced the secondary velocity of the ternary hybrid nanoliquid, while the secondary velocity was reduced due to the increasing ion-slip number and rotation parameter. It is found that the heat transfer rate of the ternary hybrid nanofluid is 46% greater than the silver nanofluid.
