The design of a hydrostatic bearing pad is limited to simple geometry using analytical equations or one-parameter optimization based on experimental data. This study proposes and investigates a new two-parameter method for estimating optimal hydrostatic bearing pad proportions—recess area and position, using Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD). In this study, 3D static CFD quarter model of a multi-recess hydrostatic bearing pad assuming laminar flow is used. The CFD model was calibrated based on experimentally obtained results and the literature. The recess pressure and resulting load are evaluated for a variety of recess positions and areas. Performance factors are calculated and interpolated in the MATLAB environment. Using the proposed novel two-parameter optimization, the energetic loss was reduced by 20% compared to the classical one-parameter approach. This methodology allows versatile and effective design of optimal hydrostatic bearings operating in low-speed conditions to achieve minimum energetic loss.

To perform this operation, a traction tower, special equipment for arthroscopy of small joints and mosquito inserts are required. The technique itself has its own specifics for the intimate occurrence of tendons and nerve-vascular structures taking place in the wrist area. The authors present basic views on the equipment and technique of examination. They represent individual structures that can be examined during the procedure and describe possible pathologies.

Zavedení digitálního tachografu sebou přineslo mnoho změn ve srovnání s doposud používaným analogovým tachografem. Legislativa řešící tuto problematiku je značně rozsáhlá a často novelizována. Stále se vyskytuje hrozba manipulačních přístrojů, které ovlivňují zaznamenaná uložená data a má negativní vliv na bezpečnost silničního provozu. Cílem této práce je podat ucelený přehled legislativy upravující problematiku digitálních tachografů, ve vztahu k zavedení a používání digitálních tachografů, povinností plynoucích s užíváním tachografů a funkčních požadavků na tachograf. Dále zpracovat přehled dat o provozu vozidla zaznamenávaných digitálními tachografy a analyzovat jejich dostupnost z hlediska oprávnění různých subjektů (řidič, dopravce, servis, policie, ostatní kontrolní orgány). The aim of this paper is to present a comprehensive overview of legislation regulating the issue of digital tachographs in relation to the introduction and use of digital tachographs, with obligations to use a tachograph, tachograph functional requirements. Process further review of data on vehicle operation recorded with a digital tachograph and analyze their availability in terms of approval of the different actors (the driver, carrier, service, police, other supervisory authorities).

Standard využívá kalkulační a porovnávací metodu při stanovení obvyklé ceny nájemného při nájmu náhradního vozidla o celkové hmotnosti do 3,5 t, poskytnutého po dobu opravy za poškozené (opravované) vozidlo, nebo za vozidlo jehož oprava je neekonomická (totální škoda). Method is useable also for determining the levels of compensations in payment of insurance claims, thereby the placing limits of damage compensations after and accident are accountable and comparable based on the usual price.

Technologie vzdálených experimentů se v současné době stává stále významnějším ICT prvkem v oblasti vědy a výuky. Systémy poskytující vzdálené ovládání s přenosem dat jsou založeny na rozličných, někdy nekompatibilních, technologiích. Samotný systém ISES, který využívám v této práci, je založený na plug and play měřících prvcích, které jsou automaticky rozpoznány řídicím softwarem ovládacím software ISESWIN (pro přímo řízené experimenty) and software ISES WEB CONTROL (pro řízení vzdálených experimentů) Nová metodika výuky INTe-L, založená na vzdálených experimentech a simulacích, klade nové nároky na tyto systémy, hlavně s ohledem na propojení se simulacemi a LMS MOODLE. První kapitola této práce líčí obecně myšlenku vzdálených experimentů a celosvětově používané technologie. Druhá kapitola se zaměřuje detailně na systém ISES a obsahuje popis celé architektury i používaného hardwaru. Třetí kapitola popisuje evropský grant, do kterého je systém ISES zapojen a zároveň i metodiku INTe-L, ze které plyne nový koncept zpracování dat systému ISES. Čtvrtá kapitola se zabývá novým konceptem zpracování měřených dat, integrací měřených dat z experimentu a simulace a následným přenosem k Internetovému klientovi. Tato kapitola rovněž obsahuje popis implementace na vybraném experimentu. Poslední pátá kapitola zhodnocuje dosažené výsledky a obsahuje návrh dalšího rozvoje systému ISES hlavně z hlediska exportu měřených dat do virtualizovaného cloudu a integrace do Learning Management Systémů., The technique of remote experiments are currently becoming a significant ICT tool in science and teaching. Systems providing remote control capability is based on different, sometimes incompatible, techniques. ISES system itself is a system based on measuring plug and play components that are automatically recognized by the controlling software ISESWIN (for hands on experiment) and software ISES WEB CONTROL (for remote experiments). The new teaching strategy INTe-L based on remote experimentation sets new demands on these systems, especially with regard to interconnection with simulations and LMS. The first chapter of this thesis depicts the general state of the art of remote experiments and current technologies worldwide. The second chapter focuses on the ISES system and contains a description of the entire architecture and used hardware. The third chapter describes the European FP7 call and the project to which the system is supposed to be integrated together with the ISES system, and INTe-L strategy of education, from which follows a new concept of data processing in ISES. The fourth chapter deals with the new concept of data processing, integration of measured data from experiment and simulation and subsequent end client. This chapter also describes the implementation of this concept on the example remote experiment. Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem hybridního pohonu pro malý letoun. Úvodní část nahlíží do problematiky hybridního pohonu a popisuje jeho současné využití v letectví. V další části práce jsou porovnány letouny VUT 051 RAY a Skyleader 600 a je vybrán letoun s lepšími aerodynamickými charakteristikami. Pro zvolený letoun je navržena vhodná koncepce hybridního pohonu. Na základě zvolené koncepce jsou vypočteny základní letové výkony. Následně je proveden hmotnostní rozbor a výpočet centráží letounu se zvolenými komponenty pohonu a jejich uspořádáním. V závěrečné části je navrženo motorové lože elektromotoru a konstrukce pro zástavbu baterií., The master´s thesis deals with a design of hybrid power unit for a small aircraft. The Introductory part goes into the problems of hybrid power unit and describes its current use in aviation. In the next part of the thesis aircrafts VUT 051 RAY and Skyleader 600 are described and the aircraft with better aerodynamic characteristic is chosen. A suitable conception of hybrid power unit is proposed for this aircraft. On the basis of the proposed conception basic flight performance are figured out. After that a weight and blance analysis are made with the chosen power unit components and thair arrangement. In the final part electric motor mounting and a frame for holding batteries are designed.

Výdrž a účinnost multicopterů jsou z velké části ovlivněny výběrem pohonného systému, zejména pak vrtulí. Avšak u malých bezpilotních prostředků, které většinu času stráví ve visu (např. multicoptery), pracují vrtule při nízkých Reynoldsových číslech, případně i v režimu odtržení. Tyto problémy a efekty spojené s rotací jsou řešeny pomocí korekcí aerodynamických koeficientů a aplikovány na vírovou teorii. Tento přístup vede k významnému zvýšení přesnosti výpočtu leteckých vrtulí. Nicméně pro nulovou rychlost nabíhajícího proudu mají tyto korekce tendenci nadhodnocovat hodnoty tahu vrtule. Pro snížení výpočetní náročnosti a času nezbytného k získání potřebných aerodynamických vlastností pro různá Reynoldsova a Machova čísla jsou použity neuronové sítě. Celý proces je implementován do prostředí MATLAB (včetně grafického rozhraní, neuronových sítí a adaptivních algoritmů) a validován na pěti různých vrtulích k prokázání, že vypočtené výkony vrtulí se shodují s experimentálními daty. Variační počet byl vybrán jako metoda pro návrh optimalizované vrtule, jelikož s jeho využitím lze navrhnout vrtuli s maximálním tahem pro zadaný výkon. Pro ověření zvoleného přístupu byla navrhnuta optimalizovaná vrtule, jejíž koeficient tahu je vyšší než odpovídající vrtule, se kterou je srovnávána, při zachování stejné hodnoty koeficientu výkonu., The endurance and hover efficiency of multicopters are mostly affected by the selection of powertrain, especially propellers. Since multicopters operate in most of the of time in hover, at small unmanned aerial systems (UAV), propeller blade airfoils operate at low Reynolds number or even beyond stall angle. To overcome these difficulties the corrections to aerodynamic coefficients are used and applied to vortex theory. Also, rotational effects are considered. This leads to significant improvement in the accuracy of modeling aircraft propellers, but for zero incident speed, it tends to overestimate produced thrust. The neural networks are used to reduce both computational time and time required to obtain the proper aerodynamic coefficient for various Reynolds and Mach number. Whole process was implemented in MATLAB (including GUI, NN, adaptive computing algorithms) and validated on five different propellers. Computed propeller performance is in good match with experimental data. For propeller optimization was selected method based on a calculus of variations. This method can find propeller with highest thrust for prescribed power requirements. To prove the presented approach an optimized propeller been designed. It has a higher thrust coefficient than a relevant competitor for some value of power coefficient.

Znalci a kontrolní orgány se ve své praxi setkávají s digitálními tachografy. Data tachografů jsou důležitým zdrojem relevantních vstupních dat a informací potřebných pro hloubkovou analýzu nehodového děje. V praxi je možné se setkat s negativním jevem a to s nedovolenou manipulací. Podvody s daty mají zásadní vliv na výsledky šetření a analýzu nehodového děje. Znalci a kontrolní orgány musejí být na tento případ připraveni. Dizertační práce popisuje jednotlivé druhy manipulací se záznamovým zařízením a způsoby jejich odhalení. Problematika podvodů s tachografy je stále aktuální a je velice důležité se jí zabývat. Z uvedených důvodu jsem sestavil standard postupu kontroly dat pro znalce a navrhl technické požadavky na budoucí generaci tachografů., Control authorities and experts in their practice come across digital tachographs. Digital data is an important source of relevant input data and informations needed for in depth road accident analysis. In practice, it is possible to encounter an existing negative phenomenon, an unauthorised access to and fraudulent manipulation of the tachograph´s data. False data has a major impact on the results of the accident investigation and analysis. Control authorities and experts should be prepared for such cases. This thesis describes the different types of manipulation of Digital Tachograph records and the ways of their detection. Tachograph manipulation is a nowaday issue. It is very important to deal with this problem. For the reasons mentioned above I have set up a Data Control Procedure Standard for control authorities and experts and drafted technical requirements for future generation of tachographs.

Tato práce řeší návrh upínacího přípravku pro upínaní plošných vzorků do recipročního modulu tribometru. Upínač je konstruován pro kompenzaci tvarových odchylek vzorků naklápěním ve dvou osách v malém rozsahu. Cíl byl naplněn, mechanismus naklápění je vyřešen rotací kulové plochy. Přípravek je dostatečně tuhý a bylo dosaženo lepší ovladatelnosti a opakovatelnosti upnutí. Práce obsahuje přehled komerčně dostupných metod upnutí, jejich zhodnocení a popis konstrukce vlastního přípravku, který zjednodušuje upnutí rozdílně velkých vzorků do recipročního modulu tribometru UMT TriboLab., The thesis deals with design of a clamping fixture for fastening surface samples for the reciprocating drive of the tribometer. The fixture is designed to compensate for shape deviations of the samples by tilting in two axes in a small range. The objective has been fulfilled, the tilting mechanism is achieved by rotating the spherical surface. The fixture is sufficiently rigid. It has been achieved of better user experience and repeatability of clamping. The paper contains an overview of commercially available clamping methods, their evaluation and description of the construction of the newly designed device, which simplifies the clamping of uniquely shaped samples for the reciprocating drive of the UMT TriboLab tribometer.

Cílem této bakalářské práce je navrhnout multicopter s velmi vysokou výdrží ve vzduchu v porovnání s běžně dosahovanými výkony. Začátek je věnován popisu běžně užívaných termínů a komponent u multicopterů s MTOW do 20 kg. Na tuto část navazuje zjišťování závislosti parametrů mezi sebou za pomoci parametrické analýzy komerčně dostupných platforem. Následně jsou zkoumány vlivy ovlivňující efektivitu pohonné jednotky jako umístění motoru na rameni a hodnota napětí akumulátoru. Dále je provedeno srovnání z hlediska účinnosti při konfiguraci jednoho motoru na rameni a dvou motorů v koaxiálním uspořádání. V rámci zkoumání koaxiálního uspořádání je část věnována stanovení účinnosti při různých otáčkách obou motorů a různém smyslu rotace vrtulí vůči sobě. Následně je stanovena porovnávací charakteristika účinnosti pro pohonné jednotky s různou hmotností. Zejména v návaznosti na následující část je zde uvedeno i srovnání Li-Ion a Li-Pol akumulátorů. Poslední část se věnuje návrhu multicopteru na základě předchozích poznatků., The main objective of this thesis is to design multicopter with very high flight endurance compared with commonly achieved performances. The beginning is devoted to description of the commonly used terms and components on multicopters with MTOW up to 20kg. This part is followed by detecting dependencies of parameters between themselves from parametric analysis commercially available platforms. Subsequently are investigated factors affecting the efficiency of the propulsion unit like motor location on the arm and the voltage of the battery. Next is done comparison in terms of efficiency of configuration with one motor per arm and two motors in coaxial arrangement. In research the coaxial configuration one part is dedicated to the determination of the efficiency at different speeds of two motors and different directions of propeller rotation relative to each other. Subsequently is determined reference characteristic for efficiency of propulsion units with different weights. Especially in connection with the next part is here shown comparison of Li-Ion and Li-Po battery. The last part is about design multicopter based on previous findings.

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem pásového dopravníku pro zadaný materiál a dopravní výkon. Funkční výpočet je proveden dle normy ČSN ISO 5048, která stanovuje hlavní rozměry a návrh pohonu. Se znalostí předmětu pružnost- pevnost je vypočten pevnostní výpočet osy napínacího bubnu. Jednotlivé komponenty dopravníku jsou voleny z katalogů současných firem zabývajících se touto problematikou, jejichž zboží je dostupné v České republice, This project proposes a conveyor belt for given material and transport output. A functional calculation is carried out ČSN ISO 5048 which specifies main dimensions and propulsion proposal. Based on strength analysis, calculation of shaft of driving drum is performed. Individual components of conveyor are chosen from catalogues of the companies, which are engaged in these questions, whose products are accessible in the Czech Republic.

Předmětem diplomové práce „Racionalizace cenové statistiky stavebnictví" je nastínit problematiku výkaznictví stavebních činností v České republice a pokusit se ji co nejvíce zjednodušit pro účely statistiky, bude-li to možné. Od teoretického přiblížení cen stavebních prací, jejich indexů a statistiky přecházím k praktické části výpočtu indexů. Dostupná data z Českého statistického úřadu o indexech cen stavebních prací z posledních let přepočítávám z pohledu počtu vah stálých reprezentantů a z pohledu počtu jednotlivých výkazů. Cílem je, najít reprezentanty splňující kombinaci obou metodických postupů a vyloučit je z formulářů pro výkaznictví. Tímto by mělo dojít k uspoření času při statistickém šetření jednotlivých respondentů a k zestručnění interpretačních výstupů Českého statistického úřadu., The subject of the thesis "Rationalization of Construction price statistics" is to outline the issue of reporting of construction activities in the Czech Republic and try to be as simple as possible for statistical purposes, if possible. From a theoretical approach for construction work price indices and their stats go over to the practical part calculation of indices. Available data from the Czech Statistical Office on price indices of building work in recent years converted in terms of weights of permanent representatives from the perspective of individual statements. The goal is, to find a satisfying combination of representatives of both methodological procedures and exclude them from the forms for reporting. This should be saved in time statistical survey of individual respondents and abridged interpretation of outputs of the Czech Statistical Office.
