BackgroundDue to the prominent particularity of medical work， nurses are prone to developing depression， which not only poses a considerable threat to the physical and mental health of nurses， but also affects the quality of nursing to some extent. Occupational stress is a known contributor to depression in nurses， whereas relatively little research has been done to investigate the underlying mediation path.ObjectiveTo explore the mediation effect of perceived organizational support and psychological capital on the relationship between occupational stress and depression among nurses， and to provide theoretical references for the prevention and treatment of occupational stress-induced depression in nurses.MethodsFrom March to August 2019， a stratified random sampling method was utilized to select a sample size of 720 nurses in each department of a grade A tertiary hospital in Shandong Province. All subjects were assessed using Effort-Reward Imbalance Questionnaire （ERI）， Perceived Organization Support Questionnaire （POS）， Psychological Capital Questionnaire （PCQ） and Center for Epidemiologic Studies Depression Scale （CES-D）. Pearson correlation was adopted to examine the correlation among above scales， and multilevel mediation analyses were conducted with model 6 in Process macro （version 3.3） for SPSS 26.0 using Bootstrap re-sampling method.ResultsA total of 658 nurses （91.39%） completed the effective questionnaire survey. In the rapidly evolving landscape of smart transportation, the passenger volume in urban rail transit consistently demonstrates an upward trajectory. In this context, precise and scientifically grounded short-term passenger flow prediction methods are essential for optimizing operational scheduling and ensuring safety in urban rail transit. Consequently, this paper introduces Temporal Graph Attention Long Short-Term Memory (TGALSTM), a spatiotemporal integrated prediction network model that incorporates the surrounding environment of the station. Initially, the paper enhanced the Temporal Convolutional Network (TCN) model to capture temporal features more accurately. Subsequently, the paper utilizes the Graph Attention Network (GAT) network module specifically to extract the topological structure and surrounding environmental features of the station. Lastly, the prediction task is accomplished by weighted fusion of various features, inputting them into the Attention Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) network. Experiments were conducted on two authentic datasets, revealing that the TGALSTM model outperforms the baseline model in both single-step and double-step predictions, showcasing the model’s exceptional performance and robustness. This research offers a robust method and support to enhance the operational efficiency and passenger flow management of urban rail transit systems.

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and effects of periodontal endoscope (PE)-assisted subgingival scaling and root planning (SRP) and traditional SRP on the psychological and quality of life of patients with periodontitis. Methods This study was reviewed and approved by the Ethics Committee, and informed consent was obtained from the patients. Patients with periodontitis who were treated in the Department of Periodontology, Nanjing Stomatological Hospital, Medical School of Nanjing University from April 2018 to December 2022 with residual periodontal pockets (PD ≥ 5 mm) 6 weeks after traditional SRP treatment were enrolled, and the residual periodontal pockets were further treated with PE-assisted SRP (PE+SRP). After 6 weeks of traditional SRP treatment and 3 months of PE+SRP treatment, clinical indicators, including plaque index (PLI), probing depth (PD), clinical attachment loss (CAL) and bleeding on probing (BOP), were measured, and periodontal tissue self-awareness scale scores, oral health impact profile-14 (OHIP-14) score and dental fear scale (DFS) score were collected. ObjectiveTo understand the current status of primary healthcare workers’ knowledge of hepatitis B and their willingness to engage in non-discriminatory behaviors， to explore the factors influencing their willingness， and to provide a basis for health education on hepatitis B for primary healthcare workers in Qinghai Province.MethodsA questionnaire survey was conducted among primary healthcare institutions in eight cities （prefectures） of Qinghai Province using a combination of random sampling and convenience sampling. The questionnaire included demographic information， knowledge related to hepatitis B， and willingness to engage in non-discriminatory behaviors.ResultsA total of 393 subjects were included in the survey. The accurate awareness rate of hepatitis B transmission route among primary healthcare workers in Qinghai Province was 36.89%. Of the respondents， 46.31% were unwilling to live with family members infected with HBV or carriers， and 50.13% were unwilling to dine with friends infected with HBV or carriers. ObjectiveTo analyze the online public Q&A texts on HPV vaccine， focus on the important issues related to HPV vaccination and cervical cancer prevention in China， and propose strategies and suggestions.MethodsThe latent Dirichlet allocation （LDA） topic model was employed to extract key topics of 15 565 Q&A texts related to HPV vaccines from the social Q&A platform "Zhihu". The Baidu AI sentiment analysis tool was used to analyze the emotional tendencies of the texts corresponding to each topic， and the topics were classified based on the strategic coordinate method.ResultsOnline users focused on eight topics about HPV vaccine information. Among them， vaccination knowledge， HPV vaccination hesitation， and HPV vaccine development and marketing belonged to the low positivity-high negativity emotional topics， HPV infection and high-risk factors belonged to the low positivity-low negativity emotional topics， and HPV vaccine appointment channels， comparison between domestic and imported vaccines， HPV vaccines and cervical cancer prevention， and HPV vaccine types and selection were grouped under high positivity-low negativity emotional topics.ConclusionPublic concerns regarding HPV vaccines can be classified into three major dimensions： health knowledge， health beliefs， and health behaviors. Overall， the public's views and attitudes towards vaccine-related issues are not optimistic. Strengthening science publicity and education， enhancing vaccine supervision， and encouraging enterprises’ innovative research and development capability are effective strategies to improve public awareness of cervical cancer prevention and accelerate the full HPV vaccination coverage.

This review summarizes commonly used hospital-based healthcare quality evaluation systems at home and abroad, and focuses on evaluation indicators regarding patient safety. Through the comparative analysis between different evaluation systems, it tries to shed light on China's healthcare quality evaluation system, especially the indicators related to patient safety. The purpose of this review is to understand and learn from foreign evaluation systems on patient safety, which can help further improve the quality of healthcare in China.

The customer-oriented and situational nature of e-commerce requires companies to build up service capabilities. However, few scholars have studied this capability systematically. Most scholars see it as a ‘black box’ and give different 'black box' elements depending on the purpose of the study. So, in the context of e-commerce, what should a company's service capabilities include? How are they formed? What impact do they have on a firm's competitive advantage? How can service capabilities be established and improved? Based on the above background and questions, this paper investigates the service capabilities of e-commerce platforms by applying customer value theory in conjunction with the background characteristics of e-commerce transactions. Through case studies, a conceptual model of e-commerce service capability is proposed and its formation mechanism is studied. On this basis, the paper investigates how to measure e-commerce service capability. The aim is to provide theoretical guidance for enterprises' capability planning on e-commerce platforms and to facilitate the transformation from ‘commodity management’ to ‘capability management’. A combination of probability sampling and non-probability sampling was used to select the sample by distributing questionnaires to manufacturing companies in Taizhou, Hangzhou and Shaoxing, Zhejiang Province. For the mail survey, this study uses a snowball method to select the sample. This paper constructs service capability measurement indexes for e-commerce enterprises based on customer's perception of the transaction process, and uses dynamic factor analysis method to analyze enterprises' e-commerce strategic capability, e-commerce management capability and e-commerce technical resources, thus bringing constructive suggestions for the improvement of e-commerce service capability. The findings show that these three competencies are key components of e-business capabilities and together determine the establishment, cultivation and maintenance of an enterprise's e-business capabilities. Enterprises need to focus on these three areas and continuously modify and improve them to ultimately acquire e-business service capabilities.

The rising number of college students and the increasingly severe employment situation have led to the emergence of ideological problems such as employment confusion, lack of ideals and integrity in the employment, which have become important factors affecting the quality employment of college students. The study finds that the improvement of employment value is the most important factor affecting the success of college students. Through the study, it is found that the upgradation of employment value will lead to the upgradation of employment ability. Ideology determines behavior. College students have ideal beliefs, inner constraints, behavioral scruples and dominant values that can better promote the improvement of employment ability. To carry out employment quality cultivation, it is a need to educate and improve college students’ employment value, employment ability and employment knowledge, etc. The main ways include multi-faceted and multi-level leading college students’ employment value orientation; helping college students to have the ability to cope with changes, such as continuous learning ability, ability to solve new problems and innovation ability; reconstructing the curriculum system and establishing dual-body diversified employment cultivation mode.

In this paper, we report an elderly patient who had been experiencing poor appetite for one month and yellowing of the skin and sclera for two months before visiting the Department of Geriatrics at Peking Union Medical College Hospital. The patient's blood tests revealed significantly elevated levels of serum total bilirubin, direct bilirubin, and blood sugar. The serum IgG4 level nearly tripled. Abdominal imaging examinations revealed diffuse pancreatic lesions, narrowing of the intrapancreatic segment of the common bile duct, and thickening and marked enhancement of the common hepatic duct, left and right hepatic ducts, and branches. Blood glucose was also significantly elevated during the course of the disease. Moreover, nutritional assessment found that the patient was malnourished. After multidisciplinary discussion, a medium dose of oral methylprednisolone was prescribed to the patient due to his advanced age and multiple chronic conditions. The dose was then quickly reduced while the patient simultaneously received low-dose mycophenolate mofetil (MMF) treatment. As a result, the patient's bilirubin level significantly decreased, jaundice subsided, and his body weight returned to normal with improved physical function. Throughout the diagnosis and treatment process, a multidisciplinary team actively participated in discussions and gradually identified the underlying cause. This exemplifies the crucial role of interdisciplinary collaboration in effectively diagnosing and treating complex illnesses in elderly patients.
