The conception of single-valued quadripartitioned neutrosophic d-ideal (SVQN-d-I) of single-valued quadripartitioned neutrosophic d-algebra (SVQN-d-A) as an expansion of neutrosophic d-Ideal and neutrosophic d-Algebra has been attempted to be introduced in this article. By using single-valued pentapartitioned neutrosophic set (briefly SVPN-set), one can express uncertainty events having incomplete, indeterminate, and erroneous information in practical applications. This study's primary goal is to present a multi-attribute decision-making (briefly MADM) algorithm that operates in the SVPN-set environment using the notion of single-valued pentapartitioned neutrosophic harmonic mean (briefly SVPNHM) operator and single-valued pentapartitioned neutrosophic weighted harmonic mean (briefly SVPNWHM) operator. Further, we provide a numerical illustration here like, "Location Selection for Installation of Outdoor Air Purifier" to validate the effectiveness and rationality of the proposed MADM algorithm. The notion of relative uniform convergence of a sequence of functions was introduced and investigated by Moore, followed by E. W. Chittenden in the twentieth century. The concept attracted the researcher at the beginning, of the twenty-first century. Jackson F. H. initiated the concept of the notion of the quantum difference operator. We introduced the quantum difference sequence space m(ɸ, ru,∇p), p ≥ 0 of W.L.C. Sargent type. Let λ1 = r, λ2 and λ3 be the distinct eigenvalues of a connected strongly regular graph. Let m1 = 1, m2 and m3 denote the multiplicity of r, λ2 and λ3, respectively. We here describe the parameters n, r, τ and θ for strongly regular graphs with m2 = qm3 and m3 = qm2 for q = 7/2 , 7/3 , 7/4 , 7/5 , 7/6 .

The article reveals the investigation of properties of multiplication operation of neutrosophic fuzzy matrices. We study commutative property, associative property, distributive property of them. We show with suitable example that neutrosophic fuzzy matrices do not obey commutative property with respect to multiplication operation. We prove that neutrosophic fuzzy matrices hold associative property property with respect to multiplication operation. We also prove that neutrosophic fuzzy matrices hold distributive property with respect to multiplication operation over addition. These results are further justified by providing suitable numerical examples. The important aspects of the article is that the investigation of commutative, associative and distributive properties of neutrosophic fuzzy matrices with respect to multiplication operation will fill up the gaps in the existing literature. Decision making under an uncertain environment is a critical task. In this article, we develop a Multi Attribute Decision Making (MADM) model using BWM and Neutrosophic-TOPSIS under Single Valued Neutrosophic Set (SVNS) environment. In developed model, BWM is utilized to find the weights of the attributes those are selected by a group of experts, and the Neutrosophic-TOPSIS is utilized to rank the alternatives. In this article, we introduce the class of p-absolutely summable fuzzy real valued double sequence (2lp)Fθ We have studied some algebraic properties like solid, symmetric, convergence free, sequence algebra. Further, we establish some relation with the class of p-Cesàro summable double sequences and some other important inclusion results.

In this article, we introduce the lacunary difference sequence spaces w0(M, θ, Δnm, p, q), w1(M, θ, Δnm, p, q) and w∞(M, θ, Δnm, p, q) using a sequence M = (Mk) of Orlicz functions and investigate some relevant properties of these spaces. Then, we define and study the notion of q-lacunary Δnm-statistical convergent sequences. Further, we study the relationship between q-lacunary n m-statistical convergent sequences and Δnm the spaces w0(M, θ, Δnm, p, q) and w1(M, θ, Δnm, p, q).

In this paper, we introduce the notion of continuity via neutrosophic minimal structure space. Besides, we introduce the notion of product minimal space in neutrosophic topological space. The purpose of this paper is to introduce a novel similarity measure, the single-valued pentapartitioned neutrosophic exponential similarity measure (SVPNESM), and the single-valued pentapartitioned neutrosophic weighted exponential similarity measure (SVPNWESM) under the single-valued pentapartitioned neutrosophic set (SVPNS) environment for selecting bacteria on concrete mortar to improve compressive strength and to reduce water absorption, porosity and chloride permeability. In order to improve the properties of concrete, bacteria must fulfill requirements such as increased compressive strength, decreased water absorption capacities, reduced porosity, decreased chloride permeability etc. A novel approach for selecting suitable bacteria in concrete mortar is presented in this study based on such requirements. In this study, suitable bacteria is selected from four bacteria for concrete mortar based on 4 criteria with fixed bacteria concentrations of 105. Based on this study, Bacillus subtitles is selected among four alternatives as suitable. Besides, we establish its relation with some existing notions on different types of open sets in N-T-space, and investigate some basic properties of the class of M-structure and grill in NT-space. The concept of statistical convergence plays a very prominent role in the study of sequence spaces. In this treatise, we extend the research on different types of statistical convergence viz., statistical convergence in mean, in measure, in distribution, in almost surely and with respect to uniformly almost surely of complex uncertain triple sequences in a given uncertainty space. We emphasize to focus on characterizing statistical convergence of complex uncertain triple sequence in some extent. In this paper, an attempt has been made to introduce a new similarity measure namely single-valued pentapartitioned neutrosophic dice similarity measure (SVPNDSM) under the single-valued pentapartitioned neutrosophic set (SVPNS) environment, and to formulate several interesting results on SVPNDSM and SVPNWDSM. In this present work, the SVPNDSM under the SVPNS framework is combined with a multi-attribute decision making (MADM) strategy. This proposed method is used to select suitable metal oxide nano-additive for biodiesel blends on the basis of environmental aspects. The effects of nano-additives on engine emissions have been reported here from six different literatures. The SVPNDSM applied under the SVPNS environment enables the selection of the best nano-additive among relevant literatures. Alternative L4 comes out as the best from the proposed method. In this article, we procure the idea of single-valued pentapartitioned neutrosophic cosine similarity measure (SVPNCSM) and single-valued pentapartitioned neutrosophic weighted cosine similarity measure (SVPNWCSM) under the single-valued pentapartitioned neutrosophic set (SVPNS) environment. Besides, we formulate several interesting results on SVPNCSM and SVPNWCSM of similarities between two SVPNSs. Further, we present a multi-attribute decision-making (MADM) model under SVPNS environment using the SVPNCSM.
