This paper presents the conceptual design of hybrid energy system used in railway application. The hybrid system with batteries and energy storage double-layer capacitor is a new technology that is used under extreme climatic conditions, especially in daytime temperature up to 50°C, high relative humidity, dust and heavy rain. It is a combination of double-layer capacitors and traction batteries. It draws power both externally and from braking energy. In order to reduce CO2 emissions to the environment, energy-saving drives and energy storage are used. Also, in public transportation, Sitras Hybrid Energy System (HES), hybrid energy storage system for trams, has been developed which combines a double-layer capacitor with a nickel-metal hydride battery. The storage not only allows driving without overhead lines, it also enables braking energy to be recovered. A reliable cooling system is required to ensure that the performance of the battery and the capacitor storage is maintained for as long as possible. The results of finite element model showed the robustness for railway application. The computational model refers to proof of static and dynamic strength in accordance with EN12663. A cooling system for a tram using this innovative technology was designed and qualified for the "Qatar Education City People Mover System (PMS)" project.

One of the government's endeavors to promote legal clarity and maintain communal land rights is to register all land in Indonesia. The Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency is in charge of a statewide program called Complete Systematic Land Registration, which aims to speed up the land registration process. In accordance with the directive issued by the Minister of Agriculture and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency Director. A number of problems prevent the implementation of Complete Systematic Land Registration, including inconsistencies in government regulations, the Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning's regulations, and the Law on Regional Taxes and Regional Retributions. Legitimacy Theory, Legal Validity Theory, and Legal Certainty Theory all stipulate that statutory regulations may not conflict with other regulations in order to provide certainty; these theories should be followed if the government is serious about achieving the goal of Complete Systematic Land Registration. Legislation provides safeguards for those with title to land, free of normative conflicts and the potential for multiple interpretations at the administrative and judicial levels. Both the normative legal approach and the synchronization legal approach will be included into the analysis of the qualitative data used in this study.

The configuration of the battery-supercapacitor as a hybrid power source (HPS) is one solution to overcome the limitations of battery life, such as in an electric vehicle. To achieve battery energy savings when a supercapacitor is added, a control scheme is needed. This paper proposes a battery-supercapacitor current sharing control scheme using Fuzzy Supervisory Control (FSC). The FSC is designed to determine how much current of the battery and supercapacitor need to discharge based on the current requirement of the load. The output of the FSC will produce a reference current which is then controlled in the main closed-loop control using a Proportional-Integral (PI) controller. The control signal in the form of a duty cycle is then used to regulate the battery-supercapacitor current through a DC/DC converter. This control scheme is tested using a resistive load change scenario both simulation and experimental. The results show that the battery-supercapacitor current can be controlled according to the loading conditions.

The purpose of this research is to identify and analyze Covid-19 as a form of comparative advantage and the consequences of the advantage method in loan agreements and loan termination policies due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method is norm-law. It is a legal research method that examines and studies the provisions of legislation as a basis for subsequent analysis of the issues discussed. The research uses primary and secondary legal material for analysis through the study of relevant documents and literature. The analysis is a qualitative analysis that addresses the question in question. According to the research, Covid-19 is an unnatural disaster and thus can be classified as a measure of superiority. As a priority relationship, the laws governing the spread of Covid-19 result in a priority relationship with the loan agreement, which means that the debtor must continue to meet his obligations to the debtor even after Covid-19 is over. When it was implemented following POJK 11/2020, the debtor obtained credit relief through restructuring in the form of interest rate cuts, extension of maturity, reduction of funds owed, and interest reduction in arrears according to the restructuring table issued by the bank. The development of E-Insurance in its match was a development of the Electronic Insurance Policy Agreement or Jo. E-Polis. The insurance agreement or written policy as stipulated by OJK Regulation on Insurance Products and Insurance Product Marketing as an rationing of the Code of Commercial as a special norm of the understanding of Insurance Policy. Unlike the Electronic Insurance Policy Agreement or E-Polis was accommodated by OJK Regulation on Insurance in 2015, E-Insurance developed as a result of insurance needs for electronic or e-commerce trading transactions that do not yet had special arrangements. This was because in E-Insurance, the business’ person did not make hardcopy either the Insurance Policy Agreement or the policy agreement to be further conveyed to the customer or the insured. Furthermore, the Evidentiary Power E-Insurance in the Civil Procedural Law could not be equated: as a means of proof of letter because the parties in the proof cannot show the original (hardcopy). At least judges under Article 10 of the Court of Justice Power Act could categorize E-Insurance as a means of proof of guessing, because the parties in the evidence could not show the original (hardcopy). Thus, a law-level rule was required a law that can accommodate E-Insurance related to proof of civil justice.

During the Covid-19 pandemic, the number of visitor at the trade center in Bandung was much reduced as compared to before pandemic, which was only about 30% of normal conditions. The present study is to investigate particulate concentrations of PM2.5 and PM10 in three supermarkets in Bandung, namely Kosambi, Batununggal Modern and Cinunuk supermarkets during the pandemic of Covid-19. Air sampling was measured using a particulate counter CEM DT96 for 11 hours, from 06:00 AM to 5:00 PM, local time. The results showed that the average of outdoor and indoor concentrations of PM10 in two supermarkets (Batununggal Modern and Griya Cinunuk) was lower than standard during that 11 hours. As for the outdoor concentrations of PM2.5, both markets exceeded the standard for several hours in the morning. In general, it can be concluded that the outdoor and indoor concentrations of PM2.5 and PM.10 during pandemic were below the standard, except in the morning before 10:00 AM

Penetapan peraturan ESDM Nomor 49 Tahun 2018 telah mengeluarkan peraturan terkait instalasi Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Surya (PLTS), serta program pemerintah gerakan nasional sejuta surya atap, telah membuka peluang kerja bagi generasi muda yang belum memiliki pekerjaan. Akan tetapi untuk terlibat dalam program nasional tersebut harus memiliki kompetensi instalasi PLTS. Kabupaten Bandung Barat saat ini memiliki tingkat pengangguran yang cukup tinggi dengan jumlah pengangguran mencapai 65.000 orang. Desa Ciwaruga sebagai salah satu desa yang menjadi penyumbang jumlah pengangguran. Melalui koordinasi Remaja Masjid Jamie Babussalam dilakukan kegiatan yang bertujuan meningkatkan kompetensi agar menambah daya saing dalam mencari pekerjaan. Terkait prospek bisnis PLTS atap, maka sangat tepat jika pada kelompok remaja masjid tersebut diberikan pelatihan melalui kegiatan tentang instalasi PLTS. Metode kegiatan ini adalah pelatihan dan pembinaan Listrik Rumah Tangga Tenaga Surya (LRTS). Hasil kegiatan berupakan peningkatan skill dan pengetahuan LRTS, sertifikat serta rencana kerjasama selanjutnya dari Desa Ciwaruga dengan Tim PKM.

Pada sistem hidroponik deep flow technique (DFT), setiap umur dan jenis tanaman yang ditanam memerlukan total dissolved solids (TDS) dengan satuan ppm yang berbeda serta kegagalan tanaman dalam bertumbuh dapat terjadi jika nilai TDS tidak terpantau dengan baik. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk membuat sistem kendali nilai TDS dengan metode fuzzy logic agar nilai TDS sesuai dengan kondisi tanaman yang ditanam serta membuat sistem pemantau nilai TDS dengan memanfaatkan Internet of Things (IoT) agar nilai TDS dapat terpantau dengan baik. Sistem ini menggunakan nilai error dan delta error yang didapat dari selisih nilai setpoint dengan sensor TDS SKU:SEN0244 sebagai masukan fuzzy logic. Keluaran sistem berupa durasi ON dan OFF relay yang terhubung dengan pompa air 12 VDC. Nilai setpoint dan bacaan sensor akan ditampilkan pada LCD serta ditampilkan juga pada aplikasi Android Blynk dengan menggunakan module WiFi NodeMCU ESP8266 sebagai wireless. Hasil pengujian dari sistem yang dirancang yaitu sensor TDS yang digunakan memiliki rata-rata error sebesar 0,165%. Pengendalian yang dirancang mampu menghasilkan nilai integral absolute error (IAE) terkecil sebesar 1119 pada setpoint 800 ppm dan integral time absolute error (ITAE) terkecil sebesar 4200 pada setpoint 1000 ppm.

Simulasi Aplikasi PLC Sebagai Sistem Proteksi Arus Dan Temperatur Lebih Pada Motor Induksi Tiga Fasa

Motor induksi yang dikenal dengan nama lain motor asinkron adalah suatu mesin listrik yang merubah dari energi listrik menjadi energi mekanik. Motor induksi 3 fasa paling banyak dijumpai dalam dunia industri karena mempunyai keuntungan konstruksi yang kuat, sederhana terutama bila motor dengan rotor sangkar, kehandalan tinggi, efisiensi relatif tinggi pada kondisi normal, tidak memiliki sikat sehingga rugi geseknya relatif kecil, biaya pemeliharaan rendah dan harganya relatif murah. Artikel ini ini merupakan hasil penelitian tentang merancang dan merealisasikan sistem pengasutan start-delta transisi tertutup dengan menambahkan resistor yang berfungsi sebagai pereduksi arus mula pada saat motor beroperasi. Prisnip utama dari sistem pengasutan start-delta adalah untuk mengurangi arus start sehingga tegangan yang diterima oleh motor 380/√3 volt. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah eksperimen dalam produk simulator yang meliputi studi literatur, pembuatan dokumen Bill of Material (BM), perancangan simulator, pemasangan komponen pengawatan instalasi kontrol dan daya, uji coba simulator. Motor induksi 3 fasa yang diuji memiliki spesifikasi daya 7,5 HP, tegangan 380.415 volt, frekuensi 50 Hz, putaran 2900 RPM. Pengujian yang dilakukan dengan motor tanpa beban, Hasil pengujian yang diperoleh arus start relatif rata-rata rendah sebsar 17 amper dengan tegangan mendekati tegangan nominal sebesar 380 volt, waktu perpindahan dari start ke delta sebesar 0,25 detik. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan sistem pengasutan start-delta transisi tertutup diperoleh tegangan antar fasa lebih stabil dan tegangan mendekati tegangan nominal jika dibandingkan dengan sistem pengasutan start-delta transisi terbuka, arus start relatif kecil dan terjadi pengurangan waktu ketika terjadi perpindahan dari posisi start ke delta.

This research is a follow-up to the findings of the inspection and grounding testing in PKM 2018 activities. The value obtained exceeds 5 ohms. This is not according to the standards based on the General Requirements for Electrical Installation (PUIL) 2011. In the 2019 PKM program activities, evaluation and renovation studies of the installed earthing system which includes: surveying the location to be grounded, drilling for the position of the electrodes to be installed, installation of electrodes equipped with Bentonic material which functions as a binder so that the electrodes with the ground become one and strong, measurement of the earthing value, perform grounding installation, re-measurement of earthing. The earthing value obtained is much smaller than the previous measurement results of 2.83 ohms in the Electronics Laboratory and 2.72 Ohms at the Automation Laboratory of SMKN 1 Cimahi. It is according to the recommended standard PUIL 2011. The PKM team proposes the management of SMKN 1 Cimahi to carry out a routine maintenance and measurement process twice a year on the newly installed earthing system so that the earthing value remains according to the standard.

Management of education quality refers to the National Education Standards. The purpose of this study was to determine: (1. Documentation The conclusion of the study shows that the two SMKN schools have not been optimal in terms of planning, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and multimedia learning outcomes to improve student competence in basic electricity and electronics subjects. The principal fully supports all multimedia equipment facilities and requires subject teachers to use multimedia as a learning medium.

Ideal law is a law that is created in accordance with the noble values of its people, and should be accommodating the religious values embraced by the people. There is a need for the renewal of Indonesian business competition law by incorporating Islamic values in order to achieve Indonesian business competition law that reflects the values of Godliness, and at the same time can reflect the values of Pancasila Economic System.
