A descriptive bibliometric analysis of works on artificial intelligence (AI) in science education is provided in this article to help readers understand the state of the field's research at the time. This study's main objective is to give bibliometric data on publications regarding AI in science education printed in periodicals listed in the Scopus database between 2002 and 2023 end of May. The data gathered from publications scanned and published within the study's parameters was subjected to descriptive bibliometric analysis based on seven categories: number of articles and citations per year, countries with the most publications, most productive author, most significant affiliation, funding institutions, publication source and subject areas. Most of the papers were published between 2016 and 2022. The United States of America, United Kingdom, and China were the top-3 most productive nations, with the United States of America producing the most publications. The number of citations to the publications indexed in Scopus database increased in a progressive way and reached to maximum number in 2022 with 178 citations. Most productive author on this topic was Salles, P. with four publications. Moreover, Carnegie Mellon University, University of Memphis, and University of Southern California have the maximum number of publications as affiliations. The National Science Foundation was the leader funding institution in terms of number of publications produced. In addition, "Proceedings Frontiers in Education Conference Fie" have the highest number of publications by year as a publication source. Distribution of the publications by subject area was analyzed. The subject areas of the publications were computer sciences, social sciences, science education, technology and engineering education respectively. This study presents a vision for future research and provides a global perspective on AI in science education.

Industrial revolution is the trigger of the growing demand from households for consumer services, and from the other institutional units for services improving the quality of production processes. The quality of services is the factor of the competitiveness of objects at different levels of the country’s economy. In turn, logistics mediates all the processes of building a service as an intangible product. The nowadays trend of digitalization of all economic spheres is particularly relevant for logistics of the service sector. The article shows the direct and cyclical inverse role of the service sector in the modern economy in terms of its impact on the competitiveness of objects of different levels. The classification of services relevant to the research goals is given. Features of factors of competitiveness of non-material production are revealed. The role of logistics forming the competitiveness of enterprises in the non-material sphere is shown. Criteria for the classification of digital technologies of industry 4.0 in logistics of the service sector are proposed. Digital technologies involved in the sector of consumer and non-consumer services of material impact on property are presented and justified.

Introduction. Mutations in a GBA1 gene, which encodes a lysosomal enzyme called glucocerebrosidase (GCase), are the most common genetic risk factor for Parkinson's disease (PD). The pathogenesis of PD results from the death of dopaminergic neurons in the substantia nigra of the brain, which is associated with the aggregation of α-synuclein protein. However, not all GBA1 mutation carriers develop PD during their lifetime. The aim of this study was to evaluate GCase activity and α-synuclein levels in CD45+ blood cells of patients with PD associated with GBA1 mutations (GBА1-PD), asymptomatic carriers of GBA1 mutations (GBА1-carriers), and patients with sporadic PD (sPD), as well as correlation between the study parameters in the study groups. Materials and methods. The study included patients with GBА1-PD (n = 25) and sPD (n = 147), and GBА1-carriers (n = 16). A control group included healthy volunteers (n = 154). The level of α-synuclein in CD45+ cells was measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, and GCase activity in dried blood spots was detected by high-performance liquid chromatography with tandem mass spectrometry. Results. Increased level of α-synuclein protein was detected in CD45+ blood cells of patients with GBA1-PD, sPD, and GBA1-carriers compared to controls (p = 0.0043; p = 0.0002; p = 0.032, respectively). Decreased GCase activity was reported in GBA1-PD patients and GBA1-carriers compared to sPD patients (p = 0.0003; p = 0.003, respectively) and controls (p 0.0001; p 0.0001, respectively). However, negative correlation between α-synuclein levels and GCase activity was observed only in GBA1-PD patients, but not in GBA1-carriers. Conclusion. Our data suggest a possible functional relationship between the activity of GCase and the metabolism of α-synuclein in PD associated with GBA1 mutations.

Abstract Previous studies have established that rare biallelic SYNJ1 mutations cause autosomal recessive parkinsonism and Parkinson’s disease (PD). We analyzed 8165 PD cases, 818 early-onset-PD (EOPD, 20) in the Sac1 SYNJ1 domain and PD (Pfdr = 0.040). A meta-analysis of EOPD patients demonstrated an association between all rare heterozygous SYNJ1 variants and PD (Pfdr = 0.029).

Fever of unknown origin is a difficult syndrome for differential diagnosis. Absence of a key feature, variety of causes and the lack of single examination algorithm makes difficult further diagnosis. The presented clinical case describes a 53-year-old patient with a prolonged fever of more than 1.5 months, pain syndrome in the facial area. During outpatient monitoring, the cause was not clarified. At the inpatient stage, a comprehensive examination was conducted for all classes of causes. The revealed changes in the thyroid gland and thyrotoxicosis made it possible to diagnose subacute thyroiditis. According to the literature, subacute thyroiditis is one of the rare causes of fever of unknown origin. Prescription of glucocorticosteroid made it possible to achieve complete regression of clinical symptoms in 4 days. After 5 months, subclinical hypothyroidism was achieved. The nosological approach and multidisciplinary interaction contributed to the correct tactics and a favorable outcome of the disease.

Purpose. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the use of the mental approach in the system of secondary vocational education when students master the main section “Information Modeling” of the discipline “Informatics”.Research methodology. The idea of the study is related to the implementation of the mental approach in the system of secondary vocational education when students master one of the main sections of the sample work program of the general educational discipline “Informatics”, compiled by the authors of the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Additional Professional Education “Institute for the Development of Professional Education”. The use of the mental approach in studying the section devoted to information modeling is implemented on the basis of its two stages: at the first stage, connections are formed between the areas of the sensory zone and their model representations, at the second stage of training, the acquired intuitive experience is systematized using the concepts and terms of the subject area “Informatics”, as well as the section “Information Modeling”. To implement the mental approach, mental electronic textbooks are used, which make it possible to present and interpret the educational material of the section in the form of three levels: figurative-visual, model and theoretical-conceptual form. To implement the form of electronic textbooks, the development of N. Pak and N. Amangazy ugly was taken as a basis, demonstrating the transformation of educational resources in favor of transformer textbooks, adapted to the needs of the secondary vocational education system.Results. Based on the application of the mental approach in the system of secondary vocational education, the content and structure of the transformer textbook for the section “Information Modeling” of the discipline “Informatics” were developed, mental schemes of the module were compiled, an approximate content of question blocks for mastering the program module was proposed.Conclusions. The application of the mental approach to the system of secondary vocational education in the mastering by students of the main section of the discipline “Informatics” “Information Modeling” contributes to increased interactivity in lectures and practical classes, the organization of control and self-control of students’ knowledge.

Introduction. The World Health Organization considers the values of antibody titers in the hemagglutination inhibition assay as one of the most important criteria for assessing successful vaccination. Mathematical modeling of cross-immunity allows for identification on a real-time basis of new antigenic variants, which is of paramount importance for human health. Materials and methods. This study uses statistical methods and machine learning techniques from simple to complex: logistic regression model, random forest method, and gradient boosting. The calculations used the AAindex matrices in parallel to the Hamming distance. The calculations were carried out with different types and values of antigenic escape thresholds, on four data sets. The results were compared using common binary classification metrics. Results. Significant differentiation is shown depending on the data sets used. The best results were demonstrated by all three models for the forecast autumn season of 2022, which were preliminary trained on the February season of the same year (Auroc 0.934; 0.958; 0.956, respectively). The lowest results were obtained for the entire forecast year 2023, they were set up on data from two seasons of 2022 (Aucroc 0.614; 0.658; 0.775). The dependence of the results on the types of thresholds used and their values turned out to be insignificant. The additional use of AAindex matrices did not significantly improve the results of the models without introducing significant deterioration. Conclusion. More complex models show better results. When developing cross-immunity models, testing on a variety of data sets is important to make strong claims about their prognostic robustness.

Three amidine-based ligands were used in the crystal design of a series of mononuclear Zn(II) complexes. Interaction of zinc chloride, ZnCl2, with N-2-pyridylimidoyl-2-pyridylamidine (Py2ImAm) resulted in complexes [Zn(Py2ImAm)2] (1) and [ZnCl2(Py2ImAm)] (2). In [Zn(Py2ImAm)2] (1, monoclinic, P21/c), the metal ion was coordinated with the bidentate pocket of the anionic form of Py2ImAm, while in [ZnCl2(Py2ImAm)] (2, monoclinic, P21/n), the tridentate coordination to a neutral Py2ImAm was completed by two chloride anions. This structural variation was achieved by a pH-controlling strategy using the weak base triethylamine (TEA). Otherwise, three ionic complexes were obtained with 2-amidinopyridine (PyAm) and Zinc(II), [ZnCl(PyAm)2]Cl (3, triclinic, P-1), [ZnCl(PyAm)2]2[ZnCl4]·C2H5OH (4, monoclinic, P21/n), and [ZnCl(PyAm)2]2Cl·CH3OH (5, triclinic, P-1). They comprised the same [ZnCl(PyAm)2]+ monocation with a butterfly-like shape provided by the bidentate chelate coordination of two PyAm neutral entities and a chloride ligand. In a similar butterfly shape, ionic complex [ZnCl(PmAm)2]2[ZnCl4] (6, monoclinic, C2/c) comprised the mononuclear [ZnCl(PmAm)2]+ cations with two bidentate chelate-coordinated 2-amidinopyrimidine (PmAm) as neutral ligands. The Zn(II) pentacoordinated arrangement in 3–6 was variable, from square pyramidal to trigonal bipyramidal. The reported compounds’ synthetic protocols, crystal structures and photoluminescence properties are discussed.

The crystal structures of two intermediates, 4-amino-3,5-difluorobenzonitrile, C7H4F2N2 (I), and ethyl 4-amino-3,5-difluorobenzoate, C9H9F2NO2 (II), along with a visible-light-responsive azobenzene derivative, diethyl 4,4′-(diazene-1,2-diyl)bis(3,5-difluorobenzoate), C18H14F4N2O4 (III), obtained by four-step synthetic procedure, were studied using single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The molecules of I and II demonstrate the quinoid character of phenyl rings accompanied by the distortion of bond angles related to the presence of fluorine substituents in the 3 and 5 (ortho) positions. In the crystals of I and II, the molecules are connected by N—H...N, N—H...F and N—H...O hydrogen bonds, C—H...F short contacts, and π-stacking interactions. In crystal of III, only stacking interactions between the molecules are found.

Frozen peat soils in the north of Western Siberia are vulnerable to the on-going climate changes. The increase in temperature which affects the permafrost thaw returns the huge carbon stocks to the global element cycle. Its export in the form of dissolved organic matter from peatlands is determined by a number of factors, among which hydrological conditions are the least studied. The influence of hydrological regimes on carbon export from oligotrophic peat soils in discontinuous permafrost zone was investigated in laboratory conditions. The model column experiment allowed estimating the carbon yield from undisturbed (monolithic) peat samples of different degrees of decomposition. Three types of mesocosms were considered: undisturbed samples of the TO horizon, as well as the TO horizon with underlying material of different texture (sand and loam). The concentration of dissolved organic carbon in the lysimetric waters of a fibric peat does not differ for the “precipitation” and “snowmelt” simulating modes, and in the “stagnation” mode it is 1.4 times less. Sapric peat lysimetric waters show no differences under simulating hydrological regimes. The total export of organic carbon for three successive extractions for fibric peat is 32% higher than for sapric peat. An increase in carbon in the sandy material after three cycles of the experiment was revealed, the loamy material did not show significant differences. The carbon adsorption by mineral soil layers of the study area can be a protective mechanism that prevents increased runoff from the soils.

Abstract Neuromorphic architectures, expanding the limits of computing from conventional data processing and storage to advanced cognition, learning, and in-memory computing, impose restrictions on materials that should operate fast, energy efficiently, and highly endurant. Here we report on in-memory computing architecture based on metal-organic framework (MOF) single crystal with a light control. We demonstrate that the MOF with inherent memristive behavior (for data storage) changes nonlinearly its electric response when irradiated by light. This leads to three and more electronic states (spikes) with 81 ms duration and 1 s refractory time, allowing to implement 40 bits s−1 optoelectronic data processing. Next, the architecture is switched to the neuromorphic state upon the action of a set of laser pulses, providing the text recognition over 50 times with app. 100% accuracy. Thereby, simultaneous data storage, processing, and neuromorphic computing on MOF, driven by light, pave the way for multifunctional in-memory computing architectures.

Breast cancer is one of the leading causes of mortality among women. The most frequently encountered tumors are luminal tumors. Associations of polymorphisms in the hOGG1 (rs1052133), APEX1 (rs1130409), XPD (rs13181), SOD2 (rs4880), and CAT (rs1001179) genes were studied in 313 nonsmoking postmenopausal patients with luminal B subtype breast cancer. The control group consisted of 233 healthy nonsmoking postmenopausal women. Statistically significant associations of the XPD and APEX1 gene polymorphisms with the risk of developing luminal B Her2- negative subtype of breast cancer were observed in a log-additive inheritance model, while the CAT gene polymorphism showed an association in a dominant inheritance model (OR = 1.41; CI 95 %: 1.08–1.85; Padj.= 0.011; OR = 1.39; CI 95 %: 1.07–1.81; Padj = 0.013 и OR = 1.70; CI 95 %: 1.19–2.43; Padj = 0.004, respectively). In the group of elderly women (aged 60–74 years), an association of the CAT gene polymorphism with the risk of developing luminal B subtype of breast cancer was found in a log-additive inheritance model (OR = 1.87; 95 % CI: 1.22–2.85; Padj = 0.0024). Using MDR analysis, the most optimal statistically significant 3-locus model of gene-gene interactions in the development of luminal B Her2-negative subtype breast cancer was found. MDR analysis also showed a close interaction and mutual enhancement of effects between the APEX1 and SOD2 loci and the independence of the effects of these loci from the CAT locus in the formation of luminal B subtype breast cancer.

Relevance. Cabbage Kale (Brassica oleracea L. var. acephala) is a green, red and purple leafy vegetable cultivated in Northern and Central Europe, as well as North America. Kale deservedly occupies a high place in the list of functional products due to its high content of biologically active substances. Kale contains vitamins, minerals, antioxidant compounds, carbohydrates, unsaturated fatty acids, proteins and dietary fiber. Despite its high attractiveness as a functional food product, it is not cultivated on a massive scale in Russia.Methodology. The purpose of this work is to study the content of phenolic compounds in two varieties of kale cabbage to substantiate recommendations for its cultivation in Russia. The variety and hybrid of kale cabbage – Dwarf Blue Scotch with green leaves and the hybrid Redbor F1 with red leaves – were used as the object of the study. The content of soluble phenolic compounds and flavonoids, as well as the qualitative composition of phenolic compounds in kale cabbage, was studied. Determination was carried out according to generally accepted methods. Grown plants at the age of 16 weeks were used as samples for analysis. The experiment was carried out in laboratory conditions in 5 replicates.Results. The results of the studies indicate a fairly high content of phenolic compounds and flavonoids in the studied varieties of kale cabbage. It has been demonstrated that the Redbor F1 hybrid is characterized by a higher content of soluble phenolic compounds compared to the Dwarf Blue Scotch variety by an average of ~20%. It was concluded that this Redbor F1 hybrid can be used to develop methods for increasing the efficiency of the synthesis of secondary metabolites that are beneficial to human health, and is recommended to farmers for cultivation in the Russian Federation.

The title compound, systematic name tris(μ2-perfluoro-o-phenylene)(μ2-3-phenyl-4H-chromen-4-one)-triangulo-trimercury, [Hg3(C6F4)3(C15H10O2)], crystallizes in the monoclinic P21/n space group with one flavone (FLA) and one cyclic trimeric perfluoro-o-phenylenemercury (TPPM) molecule per asymmetric unit. The FLA molecule is located on one face of the TPPM acceptor and is linked in an asymmetric coordination of its carbonyl oxygen atom with two Hg centers of the TPPM macrocycle. The angular-shaped complexes pack in zigzag chains where they stack via two alternating TPPM–TPPM and FLA–FLA stacking patterns. The distance between the mean planes of the neighboring TPPM macrocycles in the stack is 3.445 (2) Å, and that between the benzo-γ-pyrone moieties of FLA is 3.328 (2) Å. The neighboring stacks are interdigitated through the shortened F...F, CH...F and CH...π contacts, forming a dense crystal structure.

Due to its widespread distribution, the problem of pollen allergy does not lose its relevance for practical healthcare: the variety of clinical forms, the possibility of polyvalent sensitization and pathogenetic treatment in the form of allergen-specific immunotherapy determine the importance of studying its clinical and epidemiological features.Materials and methods. A retrospective analysis of 119 discharge summaries of children with diagnoses of “Allergic rhinoconjunctivitis”, “Bronchial asthma”, “Atopic dermatitis”, occurring with clinically significant pollen sensitization, was carried out in the period 2015–2022. The prevalence, clinical features, prevailing symptoms and atopic comorbidity of patients with pollen allergy living in the Nizhny Novgorod region were assessed.Results. Pollen allergy is characterized by a variety of clinical manifestations, which are mainly represented by allergic rhinoconjunctivitis, bronchial asthma, and oral allergic syndrome. In the study, in the majority of patients, polyvalent sensitization was combined with a pronounced variety of products that provoke oral allergic syndrome. Manifestations of pollen allergies requiring seeking medical help are equally distributed among residents of Nizhny Novgorod and the region’s villages.Conclusions. Clinical and epidemiological features of the course of pollen allergy are of great interest to the practicing physician. The variety of manifestations of pollen allergies determines the need for a clinically effective treatment method, which today is ASIT. One of the needs of modern healthcare is to increase the awareness of primary care physicians about atopic diseases, incl. pollen allergy, with the aim of timely referral of patients to a specialist. Currently, allergen-specific immunotherapy is the most effective method of treating manifestations of pollen allergies.

The purpose of the study is to conduct empirical and statistical evaluation, as well as subsequent comparative analysis of the expression of university adaptation components (social, didactic, and professional) in 1st year medical students studying on different financial basis (commercial, budgetary, and target contract). The scientific novelty of the study lies in the research of medical students’ adaptation processes in the context of their financial basis of education. The online testing method with the subsequent statistical analysis of the obtained data has been applied. To identify the level of expression of the university adaptation components, the method “Students’ adaptation to university” by M.S. Yurkina was used as a diagnostic tool. According to the obtained data, there are statistically significant differences in the levels of expression of the university adaptation components in 1st year medical students studying on a different financial basis. The least psychologically stable from the point of view of social infusion into the university environment are the students studying under the target contract. Didactic and professional adaptation components in higher education are least expressed in students studying on a commercial basis. The data obtained as a result of the study can be used in university educational activity to improve freshmen’s adaptation processes management considering the financial basis of their education, which will optimize the issue of preserving the contingent of students.

Smartphones facilitate communication, education, information, and entertainment through a diverse array of mobile applications. Excessive smartphone use has become a significant societal issue. The research community has explored both the positive and negative consequences of mobile phone use. The phrase "problematic smartphone use" refers to an excessive pattern of smartphone use that may have negative consequences. Smartphone addiction may present with symptoms that are unique from Internet addiction. Severe sadness, anxiety, and tension are all associated with problematic smartphone use. Numerous negative consequences are discussed, including mental health problems, diminished physical fitness, and poor academic achievement. According to the findings of the literature analysis, there is no inventory that evaluates smartphone addiction in the context of Russia. The goal of this study is to examine the psychometric characteristics of the smartphone addiction inventory (SPAI) in a Russian context. Several Russian Federation universities performed the study during the autumn semester of the 2020-2021 academic year. To enhance the inventory, Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) and Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) were utilized on 209 students. As a result, research on the validity and reliability of the Smartphone Addiction Inventory were done in the Russian setting. The research revealed a brief inventory of 14 items and three factors (functional impairment, anxiety, and compulsive behavior).

The lack of sufficiently developed methodological basis before graduation adversely affects the mathematical competency of future experts that are required by the modern economy. The study aims to investigate the features of the development of a personalized model of teaching mathematics by means of interactive novels to improve the quality of educational results. The main methods of research were the generalization of pedagogical experience and science literature, modelling, observation, analysis of results in AXMA Story Research methods. The chosen methods made it possible to justify the necessity of using interactive novels to personalize teaching mathematics and to confirm the qualitative improvements in the pedagogical system. Fisher's criterion was used to evaluate the results. 121 schoolchildren from Russian and Uzbek schools participated in the experiment. Individual educational routes supporting the studying of mathematical theory, problem solving in the interactive space AXMA Story Maker were developed. The peculiarities to be considered when designing a personalized model of mathematics learning by means of interactive novelties were formulated. These are the correlation between the didactic goal and the result of educational and research work in a nonlinear environment, the selection of the plot for a visual novel, the elaboration of the text component and the personalized learning track, etc. According to ANCOVA test results, the post-score of the experimental group is statistically higher than the control group. The results of the article can be used to develop ideas for personalising of learning in the digital school, as well as justification for the need for inclusion of digital interactive tools in mathematics education at all levels of education and training.

The study explored the effects of transcutaneous electrical spinal cord stimulation (tES) on postural control. Subjects were divided into field-dependent (FD) and field-independent (FI) groups according to their cognitive style. FD subjects use an exteroceptive afferent stream for spatial orientation, while FI subjects use an interoceptive stream. In darkness, vertical posture is maintained by head-trunk stabilization in FD subjects and by independent movements of body segments in FI subjects. Previously, we showed that tES at the L1-L2 vertebral level decreased postural stability in FD subjects. Now, stimulation was applied at the T11-T12 vertebral level (midline, above the left or right dorsal roots). Quiet standing was assessed using stabilometry in 18 FD and FI participants. Participants stood on a force platform in soundproof chamber with eyes closed during tES. Midline and left tES significantly improved postural stability by up to 28% in FD participants, while posture did not change significantly in FI participants. Pronounced differences between the effects of T11-T12 and L1-L2 stimulation are associated with selective topographical activation of proximal and distal leg muscles during tES of the lumbar enlargement. This study highlights the importance of considering cognitive style in postural control research.

One of the stable trends in development of the world electric power industry is the transition from monotony to diversity in its evolution. It is characterized by a wide range of the strategic tasks solved by a set of the used energy resources and a changing spectrum of the possible energy technologies. However in the thermal energy supply of consumers in Russia for almost 100 years there is practically the only system of water heat supply that does not meet modern ecological, anthropogenic, technological and social requirements which motivated authors to conduct research on the alternative system of electrical heating. Materials for the study of the two heat supply systems were the actual parameters of alternative systems and their implication in technological and economic spheres as well as the impact on environmental indicators. Research methods include system approach, analysis of statistical data and authors’ estimates. Result of comparing of the two alternative heat supply system is the classification of their positive and negative factors at the qualitative and quantitative levels of assessment. The conducted research has shown the significant advantages of the new electric heat supply system which is more in line with the requirements of sustainable development of Russian cities, preserves health and improves quality of life of their inhabitants.

Introduction. H7 subtype avian influenza viruses causing severe epizootics among birds are phylogenetically different in the Eastern and Western hemispheres. Numerous human infections caused by these viruses in the Eastern hemisphere indicate that H7 viruses can overcome the interspecies barrier and pose a potential threat of a new pandemic.The H7N2 viruses with deletion of amino acids 221–228 (H3 numbering) in hemagglutinin (HA) had been circulating among poultry in the Western Hemisphere during 1996–2006, and had once again been detected in 2016 in an animal shelter, where they caused cat diseases. The objective of this study is to elucidate the mechanism of adaptation to mammals of North American H7N2 influenza viruses with deletion in HA. Materials and methods. The A/chicken/New Jersey/294598-12/2004 (H7N2) virus was adapted to mice by the lung passages. Complete genomes of original and mouse-adapted viruses were analyzed. The receptor specificity and thermostability of viruses, HA activation pH and virulence for mice were determined. Results. The non-pathogenic H7N2 avian influenza virus became pathogenic after 10 passages in mice. Amino acid substitutions occurred in five viral proteins: one in PB2 (E627K), NA (K127N), NEP (E14Q), four in HA and six in NS1. Mutations in HA slightly changed receptor specificity but increased the pH of HA activation by 0.4 units. The NS1 protein undergone the greatest changes in the positions (N73T, S114G, K118R, G171A, F214L and G224R), where amino acid polymorphisms were observed in the original virus, but only minor amino acid variants have been preserved in the mouse adapted variant. Conclusion. The results show that H7N2 viruses have the potential to adapt to mammals. The increase in virulence is most likely due to the adaptive E627K mutation in PB2 and possibly in HA.

Purpose. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the application of a collective method of teaching in computer science classes in the system of secondary vocational education, contributing to an increase in the level of cognitive activity of students.Research methodology. The idea of the study is related to the implementation of collective learning methods in computer science classes to increase the level of cognitive activity of students. The use of collective learning methods in computer science classes is considered from three positions: organizational, methodological and diagnostic. The organizational aspect includes the conditions for the formation of student groups and scenarios of their interaction in the learning process. The methodological aspect is related to the selection and preparation of special educational and methodological support, including teaching methods. The diagnostic aspect provides an assessment of the effectiveness of learning the educational material, the level of cognitive activity and the state of the psychological atmosphere in the classroom. The measurement of the level of cognitive activity is carried out with the help of a simplified three-dimensional diagnostic method by O. Markelova. The observation of changes in the psychological atmosphere in the classroom is carried out by the method of pedagogical observation.Results. Based on the adaptation of the principles and advantages of collective learning methods (according to V. Dyachenko) to the tasks of the secondary vocational education system, the conditions for the formation of student groups and scenarios of their interaction in the process of teaching computer science were outlined. A training cycle has been proposed for the implementation of a collective method of teaching in computer science classes and a collection of digital educational resources has been compiled. Diagnostic tools have been adapted to identify the level of cognitive activity in computer science classes. The diagnosis of the level of cognitive activity and the effectiveness of learning material in computer science classes was carried out, as well as the psychological atmosphere in computer science classes was analyzed.Conclusions. The use of collective teaching methods in computer science classes in the secondary vocational education system helps to increase the level of cognitive activity of students and, as a result, provides a comfortable psychological atmosphere in the classroom and increases the effectiveness of learning material.

Objective. This article describes a system that allows you to optimize energy costs and reduce the likelihood of heating problems in apartment buildings associated with illegal connection to the hot water circuit.Methods. The methods of theoretical research and mathematical modeling were used in the study.Result. The problem of the subject area under study is actualized and its solution is presented. A conceptual model of a system for monitoring the consumption of thermal energy in a hot water supply circuit as part of a smart home management system has been developed. A method for monitoring the consumption of thermal energy of multi-apartment residential buildings is proposed.Conclusion. The method under study will help to monitor the engineering and technical system of residential buildings, preventing cases of illegal introduction into the hot water supply circuit, and can also be integrated into a smart home system.

The purpose of this work is to study the features of the life cycle of Sanguisorba officinalis in various types of vegetation in the Republic of Tatarstan, Russia. We used traditional methods for studying the cenopopulation, analysis of the calendar age of plants of various ontogenetic states, and potential and actual seed productivity. Under broad‐leaved forest conditions, a young normal population was formed on the basis of slowly developing plants. In conditions of open communities, young cenopopulations were formed on the basis of intensive seed reproduction processes. The young cenopopulation can be recommended for further study in biomass exploitation. The predominance of long‐lived vegetative and immature plants in the conditions of a broad‐leaved forest is associated with difficulties in the transition of individuals to sexual reproduction. The maintenance of numbers is carried out through vegetative growth and reproduction. With deterioration of ecological and coenotic conditions, above‐ground shoots were not formed but regressive‐quasisenile coenopopulations were formed. Seed productivity was determined by ecological and cenotic conditions. On the steppe meadow of the Bugulma district, the lowest seed productivity index was 9 %. The lowest indicator of the trait “Number of full‐fledged seeds” (the average indicator was 7), low seed germination and germination energy were also noted there. The highest values of these indicators were noted n glades of the broad‐leaved areas of the same region. The realization of the reproductive system of Sanguisorba officinalis even under extreme conditions and the survival of the species in various types of vegetation suggest that the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan is included in the ceno‐area of the species. This will permit the creation of plantations in the republic.

Abstract Genome-wide association studies (GWAS) have identified more than 200 common genetic variants independently associated with colorectal cancer (CRC) risk, but the causal variants and target genes are mostly unknown. We sought to fine-map all known CRC risk loci using GWAS data from 100,204 cases and 154,587 controls of East Asian and European ancestry. Our stepwise conditional analyses revealed 238 independent association signals of CRC risk, each with a set of credible causal variants (CCVs), of which 28 signals had a single CCV. Our cis-eQTL/mQTL and colocalization analyses using colorectal tissue-specific transcriptome and methylome data separately from 1299 and 321 individuals, along with functional genomic investigation, uncovered 136 putative CRC susceptibility genes, including 56 genes not previously reported. Analyses of single-cell RNA-seq data from colorectal tissues revealed 17 putative CRC susceptibility genes with distinct expression patterns in specific cell types. Analyses of whole exome sequencing data provided additional support for several target genes identified in this study as CRC susceptibility genes. Enrichment analyses of the 136 genes uncover pathways not previously linked to CRC risk. Our study substantially expanded association signals for CRC and provided additional insight into the biological mechanisms underlying CRC development.

One of the factors in the development of uterine fibroids is a genetic predisposition to its occurrence in some women, but the real molecular genetic mechanisms of this phenomenon remain unknown. Aim of the study was the distribution analysis of gene polymorphism of cytokines TNFα, IL-1β, IL-4, IL-6, IL-10, factors of angiogenesis (vascular endothelial growth factor, VEGF) and remodeling of extracellular matrix (metalloproteinases MMP2, MMP3, MMP9), which are associated with their levels. Material and methods. Genotyping was performed by real-time PCR using commercial test systems SYBR GreenI (Litech, Russia) and TaqMan (Syntol, Russia) in accordance with the instructions of the developer. Cytokine content in blood serum was determined by flow cytometry using microspheres coated with monoclonal antibodies to cytokines (Bio-Plex ProTM Human Cytokine 27-plex Assay), according to the instructions for Bio-Plex 200 (Bio-Rad Laboratories, USA).To evaluate the results obtained, in addition to the generally accepted methods of statistical processing for case – control studies, computational methods of bioinformatics were used for comparative analysis of the diagnostic value of various combined genetic traits. Results. It was shown that the maximum odds ratio value of uterine fibroids development are combined genetic traits that include representatives of all four regulatory factors: cytokines with pro-inflammatory activity, cytokines with anti-inflammatory activity, vascular endothelial growth factors and metalloproteinases (p = 0.002). Conclusions. The presented data reveal the real mechanisms of manifestation of the genetic predisposition of individual women to the uterine fibroids development, associated with the presence of polymorphism of certain genes in their genome, which provide features of the structure of cytokine networks with the predominance of certain activities in the regulation of tissue processes in the uterus. In addition to purely scientific interest, these results indicate the real possibility of their clinical application in the form of prognostic criteria with a certain level of prognostic significance.

A CuII coordination polymer, catena-poly[[[aquacopper(II)]-bis(μ-4-aminobenzoato)-κ2N:O;κ2O:N] monohydrate], {[Cu(pABA)2(H2O)]·H2O}n (pABA = p-aminobenzoate, C7H4NO2−), was synthesized and characterized. It exhibits a one-dimensional chain structure extended into a three-dimensional supramolecular assembly through hydrogen bonds and π–π interactions. While the twinned crystal shows a metrically orthorhombic lattice and an apparent space group Pbcm, the true symmetry is monoclinic (space group P2/c), with disordered Cu atoms and mixed roles of water molecules (aqua ligand/crystallization water). The luminescence spectrum of the complex shows an emission at 345 nm, cf. 349 nm for pABAH.

At the end of the 20th century, changes took place in the world that forced politicians and scientists to rethink many seemingly established postulates about the laws of social life and about the ways of development of human civilization. The modern development of the social movement among the Tatars of Russia, and especially the national processes in Tatarstan largely repeat the trends in the development of the nation in the pre-Soviet period. The main role in the social movement of nations is played by the activities of the elite aimed at creating political, educational and cultural institutions. The turning point in the history of the Tatar people should be considered the end of the 19th - the beginning of the 20th century. The Tatar ideology was created during the period of rapid development of bourgeois socio-economic relations (especially noticeable among the Tatars of the Volga-Ural region) and the rise of national culture. However, until recently, the sources and works of authors of different times have not been fully studied, although they contain data on the processes of formation of the Tatar social factor and the Tatar nation itself in the context of the development of the Russian community.
