Innate lymphoid cells (ILCs) are abundant in mucosal tissues and involved in tissue homeostasis and barrier function. Although several ILC subsets have been identified, it is unknown if additional heterogeneity exists, and their differentiation pathways remain largely unclear. We applied mass cytometry to analyze ILCs in the human fetal intestine and distinguished 34 distinct clusters through a t-SNE-based analysis. A lineage (Lin)-CD7+CD127-CD45RO+CD56+ population clustered between the CD127+ ILC and natural killer (NK) cell subsets, and expressed diverse levels of Eomes, T-bet, GATA3, and RORγt. By visualizing the dynamics of the t-SNE computation, we identified smooth phenotypic transitions from cells within the Lin-CD7+CD127-CD45RO+CD56+ cluster to both the NK cells and CD127+ ILCs, revealing potential differentiation trajectories. In functional differentiation assays, the Lin-CD7+CD127-CD45RO+CD56+CD8a- cells could develop into CD45RA+ NK cells and CD127+RORγt+ ILC3-like cells. In consideration of the necessity of the Government for the * produce in kind, the Secretary of the Treasury has consented that in cases where persons have failed te deliver their tithes for the yea*r 18G3, in accordance with law, by reason of a tf necessary and unavoidable defaftlt,” they may be allowed to pay such tithi* nunc pro tunc, out of the crop of 1864. 2. District Collectors are therefore directed that in cases where lire tax payer is desirous to avail himself of the privilege extended, and shall show to the satisfaction of the Collector that the case ie one coming within the terms of the Secretary of the Treasury, via “ a necessary and unavoidable default,” such Collector shall forth­with return the estimate of such tax payer to the Post Quarter­master of the District from whom he received it, taking the receipt of tho Post Quartermaster in ’duplicate, as prescribed by instruc­tions from the Assistant Quartermaster' General in charge of the . tax in kind. 3. In case the Post Quartermaster shall fail to collect the arti­cles in kind, after the estimates have been returned to him under these regulations, the District Collectors arc required to receive them back again, and tc proceed forthwith to collect the money value and penalty. 4.
