With the development of digitalization in China, the social assistance environment has also undergone tremendous changes in the digital era, which requires social managers to achieve high-quality and efficient assistance through digital transformation. The research introduces the theory of entropy change, constructs a two-dimensional quadrant method, and demonstrates that the orderly digital transformation of social assistance is achieved by negative entropy reduction offsetting positive entropy increase. Based on the current situation and case study of the digital transformation of social assistance in China, the entropy change of social assistance system has the characteristics of variability, uncertainty and complexity. Based on these three characteristics, the optimization path of the digital transformation of the social assistance system is proposed from the perspectives of negative entropy increase and positive entropy flow.

In order to evaluate the corrosion state of power grid galvanized steel components in the atmospheric environment of Anhui Province, galvanized steel samples, which were naturally exposed for 1 and 3 a, respectively, were analyzed using scanning electron microscopy(SEM), energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy(EDX) and X-ray diffractometer(XRD) to investigate the compositions and morphologies of the corrosion products, thereby revealing their atmospheric corrosion mechanisms. Meanwhile, the corrosion rates of the galvanized steel samples were determined using the weight-loss method, combined with grey correlation analysis, to ascertain the influence law of major environmental factors on the atmospheric corrosion rate of the galvanized steel samples. Results showed that the atmospheric corrosion products of the galvanized steel samples consisted of ZnO and minor amounts of Zn5(OH)6(CO3)2 and Zn4(OH)6SO4. The surface of the corrosion layer featured cellular protrusions composed of flaky Zn5(OH)6(CO3)2 and Zn4(OH)6SO4, forming chrysanthemum-like patterns. The structure of the corrosion layer was dense and closely bonded to the galvanized layer, providing effective protection, and thus, the corrosion degree of the galvanized steel was low. The major environmental factors affecting the atmospheric corrosion rate of the galvanized steel samples in Anhui Province were ranked as follows: temperature > relative humidity > O3 > NO2 > PM2.5 > PM10 > SO2. Temperature and atmospheric relative humidity had a more significant impact, whereas the influence of SO2 was minimal.

Treatment of breast cancer with low expression of human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2; HER2-low) has drawn much attention in recent years. With the proven therapeutic effect of trastuzumab deruxtecan (T-DXd) in patients with HER2-low (immunohistochemistry [IHC] 1+, or IHC2+/in situ hybridization [ISH]-) breast cancer, HER2-low may become a new subtype of targeted therapy for breast cancer. The expert committee formulated this consensus based on the current clinical studies and clinical medication experience. The current consensus is the collaborative work of an interdisciplinary working group, including experts in the fields of pathology and oncology. The purpose of this consensus was to guide the clinical diagnosis and treatment of HER2-low breast cancer, thereby prolonging the overall survival of patients.

This paper summarized nursing measures for a patient with infertility caused by chronic pelvic inflammatory disease treated with the Chinese herbal medicine ointment rubbing therapy. Based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome differentiation and nursing assessment, the Chinese herbal medicine rubbing therapy and comprehensive nursing interventions such as dietary care, emotional care and life support were carried out to relieve the pain and anxiety, and improve the absorption of pelvic inflammatory effusion. Abstract Selenium is an essential micronutrient element. For the extremely biotoxic of selenite, Selenium nanoparticles (SeNPs) is gaining increasing interest. In this work, a selenium-enriched strain with highly selenite-resistant (up to 173 mmol/L) was isolated from the local specialty food of longevity area and identified as Paenibacillus motobuensis (P. motobuensis) LY5201. Most of the SeNPs were accumulated extracellular. SeNPs were around spherical with a diameter of approximately 100 nm. The X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy showed that the purified SeNPs consisted of selenium and proteins. Our results suggested that P. motobuensis LY5201could be a suitable and robust biocatalyst for SeNPs synthesis. In addition, the cytotoxicity effect and the anti-invasive activity of SeNPs on the HepG2 showed an inhibitory effect on HepG2, indicating that SeNPs could be used as a potential anticancer drug.

In order to explore the impact of antibiotics (enrofloxacin) on microbial community in aquatic environment, an indoor aquatic ecological model was built, and different concentrations of enrofloxacin (0.05, 0.5, 5, and 50 mg/L) were added in the aquatic ecological model. In addition, the water and sediment samples were collected on the 0, 7, 30, and 60 days, and the changes in microbial community were studied through 16S rDNA high-throughput sequencing. The results showed that when the concentration of enrofloxacin was 50 mg/L, the relative abundance of Actinomycetes was increased. In the water, the bacterial richness and diversity communities first decreased and then gradually recovered with the passage of time; On the 7th day, the diversity and richness index of species in the treatment groups with enrofloxacin at 5 and 50 mg/L decreased to the lowest; On the 30th day, the diversity and richness index of species began to rise; On the 60th day, the diversity index and richness index of water species began to increase, while the diversity index and richness index of sediment species decreased. In conclusion, the addition of enrofloxacin negatively affected the microbial community structure in an indoor aquatic ecological model, 50 mg/L enrofloxacin could increase the relative abundance of Actinomycetes, and decrease the diversity and richness index of water and sediment.

Collectin-11 (CL-11) is a recently described soluble C-type lectin that has distinct roles in embryonic development, host defence, autoimmunity, and fibrosis. Here we report that CL-11 also plays an important role in cancer cell proliferation and tumor growth. Melanoma growth was found to be suppressed in Colec11–/– mice in a s.c. B16 melanoma model. Cellular and molecular analyses revealed that CL-11 is essential for melanoma cell proliferation, angiogenesis, establishment of more immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment, and the reprogramming of macrophages to M2 phenotype within melanomas. In vitro analysis revealed that CL-11 can activate tyrosine kinase receptors (EGFR, HER3) and ERK, JNK, and AKT signaling pathways and has a direct stimulatory effect on murine melanoma cell proliferation. Furthermore, blockade of CL-11 (treatment with L-fucose) inhibited melanoma growth in mice. Analysis of open data sets revealed that COLEC11 gene expression is upregulated in human melanomas and that high COLEC11 expression has a trend toward poor survival. CL-11 also had direct stimulatory effects on human tumor cell proliferation in melanoma and several other types of cancer cells in vitro. Overall, our findings provide the first evidence to our knowledge that CL-11 is a key tumor growth–promoting protein and a promising therapeutic target in tumor growth.

Key Clinical Message: A comprehensive diagnostic approach, including immunohistochemistry, is crucial for confirming pulmonary Langerhans cell histiocytosis in adults. Individualized treatment with dynamically adjusted chemotherapy based on therapeutic response leads to significant absorption of lesions and symptom alleviation. Inflammatory bowel diseases (IBDs) are commonly associated with dysfunctional intestinal barriers and disturbed gut microbiota. Gastrodin, a major bioactive ingredient of Gastrodia elata Blume, has been shown to exhibit anti-oxidation and anti-inflammation properties and could mitigate non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, but its role in modulating IBD remains elusive. The aim of this study was to investigate the impact of gastrodin on DSS-induced colitis in mice and explore its potential mechanisms. Gastrodin supplementation alleviated clinical symptoms such as weight loss, a shortened colon, and a high disease activity index. Meanwhile, gastrodin strengthened the intestinal barrier by increasing the 0expression of tight junction proteins and mucin. Furthermore, Gastrodin significantly reduced pro-inflammatory cytokine secretion in mice by downregulating the NF-κB and MAPK pathways. Gut microbiota analysis showed that gastrodin improved the DSS-disrupted microbiota of mice. These findings demonstrate that gastrodin could attenuate DSS-induced colitis by enhancing the intestinal barrier and modulating the gut microbiota, providing support for the development of a gastrodin-based strategy to prevent or combat IBD. Ultrasonic imaging has been implemented as a powerful tool for noninvasive subsurface inspections of both structural and biological media. Current ultrasound probes are rigid and bulky and cannot readily image through nonplanar three-dimensional (3D) surfaces. However, imaging through these complicated surfaces is vital because stress concentrations at geometrical discontinuities render these surfaces highly prone to defects. This study reports a stretchable ultrasound probe that can conform to and detect nonplanar complex surfaces. The probe consists of a 10 × 10 array of piezoelectric transducers that exploit an "island-bridge" layout with multilayer electrodes, encapsulated by thin and compliant silicone elastomers. The stretchable probe shows excellent electromechanical coupling, minimal cross-talk, and more than 50% stretchability. Its performance is demonstrated by reconstructing defects in 3D space with high spatial resolution through flat, concave, and convex surfaces. The results hold great implications for applications of ultrasound that require imaging through complex surfaces.
