The proposed article describes the functional and pragmatic opportunities of the structural elements of the Russian social media with an emphasis on their stylistic characteristics. The range of issues selected for highlighting consists of an analysis of the basic lexical and syntactic agents involved not only in the heading complex, but also in the general content. In the process of studying the designated question, it is proved that the main purpose of paths and figures of speech in the media is to convey the hidden self-proposition of a journalist, influence the reader and cause an emotional response to him. Headings with expression techniques reflect the author’s position better, thus affects the world view of the reader, his attitude to the describing events. It make the recipient rethink some shades of information and covert meanings. Therefore, they attract the recipient into internal discussion rather faster, they force him to analyze the situation and subsequently set the direction of actions.

Over the last decade, a significant vector of Ukrainian literature was the reception of the traumatic stress caused by the Russian-Ukrainian war. The works of Kateryna Kalytko, representing intensive metamodern explorations in contemporary poetry, occupy a significant place in this trend. The article interprets the poet’s idiostyle based on the collection People with Verbs (2022). This study focuses on the analysis of folklore archetypes in the author’s poetry, motifs, and verbal structures, whose origins are rooted in ancient Ukrainian incantational traditions. It also covers the interpretation of the poet’s meditative experience with the magic of language, its role in strengthening the spiritual axiology of a person suffering from terrorist aggression, and the establishment of a stoical worldview despite the fragility of life. This article aims to establish the concept of ‘incantation’ as a unifying system within the metaphorical world of the poetry collection People with Verbs. The term ‘incantation’ is interpreted as the functioning of verbal constructions aimed at healing from trauma, and the composition of incantatory metaphorical texts, inspired by the belief in the magical power of words. The paper applies such methods as comparative, structural, semiotic, anthropological, and hermeneutical analysis, as well as elements of the psychological school of literary studies. The study proves the actualization of the sacred worldview pre-system in the artistic thinking of contemporary Ukrainian poets, as illustrated by Kateryna Kalytko’s collection People with Verbs. It focuses on the author’s reflections and meditations during the war, appeals to suggestive speech preserved by genetic memory, and the use of its structures as a form of defence and resistance. The binary time-spatial model of the poet is marked by the cult of night, which corresponds to the ritual and spiritual practice in the field of the mystical. Kateryna Kalytko intensively operates with pagan archetypes and signs, and resorts to the use of proper names, emphasizing that even their pronunciation has a protective energy. The figurative system of corporeality, which is in line with the tradition of incantations, is indicative of the poetics of the collection. It concerns the specific markings (eyes, head, lips, muscles, lungs, heart, spine, knees, joints, throat, intestines, entrails, veins, etc.) that are part of the metaphorical structures of the incantatory nature. There are parallels with the healing modus of folk spells, firstly, the poetess tries to stop the bloodshed and protect the defenders with her words. In the spirit of the ethnocultural tradition, Kateryna Kalytko endows certain lexical signs with the function of verbal amulets (earth, roots, river, boat, stones, wood, forest, house, fire, wind, bird, feather, beast, iron, ash, crystal, etc.) At the same time, the poet’s metaphor is an objectification of the extrasensory perception of the act of speaking. The focus of Kateryna Kalytko’s artistic studio is the articulatory apparatus, the miracle of the birth of sound and voice, as evidenced by a number of tropes, whose centre is the word “throat”. The poet also tries to comprehend the changes in phonetics, vocabulary, morphology, and stylistics caused by the war. Kateryna Kalytko’s poetic search is correlated with the philosophical interpretation of the phenomenon of language by M. Heidegger, H.-G. Gadamer, and K. Jasperas. For the author, in accordance with the realities of war, the well-known statement “language is home” is transformed into the metaphor “language is a shelter”. Thus, in Kateryna Kalytko’s idiostyle, one can guess the pathos of whisperers, fortune tellers, healers, and molfars who resist evil with words. At the same time, the image of the author-medium is complemented by the hypostases of a witness of the Russian-Ukrainian war and a philologist.

With the emergence of new technologies such as cloud computing, big data, and artificial intelligence, China's digital economy has entered a comprehensive expansion period. Data has become a new core production factor in the digital economy era, serving as the foundation for digitization, networking, and intelligence, and strategically vital in the new era. This article discusses the current situation of national data resource storage, sharing, circulation, transaction, development, and utilization, analyzing the prominent issues at hand and proposing corresponding strategies and recommendations to accelerate the development and utilization of data resources, better leverage the value of data elements, and construct a comprehensive digital resource system. In Parkinson’s disease (PD) patients, verbal suggestions have been shown to modulate motor and clinical outcomes in treatment with subthalamic deep brain stimulation (DBS). Furthermore, DBS may alleviate pain in PD. However, it is unknown if verbal suggestions influence DBS’ effects on pain.

The genetic basis of many epilepsies is increasingly understood, giving rise to the possibility of precision treatments tailored to specific genetic etiologies. Despite this, current medical therapy for most epilepsies remains imprecise, aimed primarily at empirical seizure reduction rather than targeting specific disease processes. Intellectual and technological leaps in diagnosis over the past 10 years have not yet translated to routine changes in clinical practice. However, the epilepsy community is poised to make impressive gains in precision therapy, with continued innovation in gene discovery, diagnostic ability, and bioinformatics; increased access to genetic testing and counseling; fuller understanding of natural histories; agility and rigor in preclinical research, including strategic use of emerging model systems; and engagement of an evolving group of stakeholders (including patient advocates, governmental resources, and clinicians and scientists in academia and industry). In each of these areas, we highlight notable examples of recent progress, new or persistent challenges, and future directions. The future of precision medicine for genetic epilepsy looks bright if key opportunities on the horizon can be pursued with strategic and coordinated effort.

Abstract Effective coping with acute stress is important to promote mental health and to build stress resilience. Interventions improving stress coping usually require long training periods. In this study, we present a hypnosis-based intervention that produces long-term effects after a single hypnosis session. In that session, we established a post-hypnotic safety suggestion that participants can activate afterwards with a cue, the Jena Safety Anchor. We tested 60 participants in our study who all received the hypnosis session and a stress task. The safety group used the Jena Safety Anchor during acute stress (Trier Social Stress Test, TSST). The control group used a neutral anchor. We measured subjective stress responses via self-reports and physiological stress responses via saliva and blood samples as well as heart rate. One week later, all participants filled in an online survey to measure long-term effects of the post-hypnotic safety suggestion. We found that participants using the Jena Safety Anchor during the TSST reported significantly lower stress compared to the control group. The safety group also reported significantly fewer negative thoughts concerning their TSST performance than the control group during the stress recovery phase and 1 week later. All participants indicated that the Jena Safety Anchor still worked 1 week after its establishment. Suggestibility did not affect the efficacy of the Jena Safety Anchor. Our findings demonstrate that post-hypnotic safety suggestions improve stress coping with long-lasting effects, which makes it a promising intervention to promote mental health and establish stress resilience in just one hypnosis session.

This study demonstrates how algorithms can assist humans in decision-making in the apparel industry. A two-stage method including suggestions and intelligent forecasting was proposed. In the first stage, a web crawler was used to browse a B2C apparel website to identify popular products. In the second stage, machine learning methods were used to predict the sales demand for new products. Additionally, we used Google Trends to collect external information indices to adjust the demand forecasting. Our numerical study shows that the intelligent forecasting approach can effectively reduce the Mean Square Error (MSE), Root Mean Square Error (RMSE), and Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) by at least 45.79, 26.35, and 26.34 %, respectively. Musical Impressionism is one of the currents that reflected the anti-romantic discourse of the beginning of the 20th century, having a resonance only in the French cultural space - where the preference for suggestion, for deliberately imprecise tone and nuance has always worked. Although musicological studies do not display very important differences in attitude when it comes to defining impressionist compositions, musicologists’ opinions sometimes diverge. However, taking into consideration the extent to which the comparative method and the stylistic analysis, applied to music, can be conditioned by subjective experiences, the discrepancies can be said to be almost negligible. Basically, the opinion is that the elements of Impressionism in the first half of the 20th century were the most marked in certain compositions by Petar Konjović (1883-1970), Miloje Milojević (1884-1946) and Stevan Hristić (1885-1958), and to a lesser degree (only in the case of a few parameters of the musical language) we can see them in certain compositions by other composers. In our study, we use the post-hypnotic suggestion of easy remembering to improve memory with long-lasting effects. We tested 24 highly suggestible participants in an online study. Participants learned word lists and recalled them later in a recognition memory task. At the beginning of the study, participants were hypnotized and the post-hypnotic suggestion to remember easily was associated with a cue that participants used during the recognition memory task. In a control condition, the same participants used a neutral cue. One week later, participants repeated both conditions with new word lists.Participants were significantly faster and more confident in their recognition ratings in the easy-remembering condition compared to the control condition, and this effect persisted over one week. Crucially, the increased speed and confidence in the easy-remembering condition did not affect memory accuracy. That makes our hypnosis intervention promising for patients experiencing subjective memory impairments. In the Romanian context of the 1970s, how was it possible to produce a work of art that the authorities deemed too realistic? How can one understand the critique of an excess of realism when in 1971 the doctrine of Socialist Realism was re-established? This essay examines the notion of realism as forged by Romanian artist Ion Grigorescu. Drawing on recent writings in the theory of photography, it helps us understand how Grigorescu used the photographic medium to produce works, which, whilst adhering to realism’s principles, contravened the regime’s prescriptions. The use the artist made of the term "document" to circumvent official injunctions along with the national and international artistic sources of his work are among the questions addressed in this article to show how, even in a Communist country, dissent could walk on the paths of realism.

INTRODUCTION: The prevention and control of dyslipidemia, as an important risk factor for cardiovascular diseases (CVDs), is a priority for the healthcare system to reduce the burden of these diseases. The purpose of this protocol is to outline the key steps of the first Iranian Dyslipidemia Clinical Practice Guideline development, which can be used by other researchers as a guide to design a standard, comprehensive, evidence-based, and local context-based guideline.METHOD: This guideline will be developed and reported according to the format of the World Health Organization (WHO) Handbook for Guideline Development. All members of the guideline development team will sign the declaration-of-competing-interests (DOI) forms. The development of the authors’ guideline will be supported by five groups: the steering committee (SC), the Guideline Developing Group (GDG), the systematic review (evidence synthesis) group, and the external review group. The authors will also establish a patient advisory group to inform guideline development by patients’ values and preferences. The SC and GDG will determine the scope of the guideline and will design PICO questions. The systematic review group will systematically search Embase, PubMed, Scopus, Web of Sciences, Cochrane Library, and Google Scholar from inception. The systematic review group will assess the risk of bias and create evidence summaries using the Grading of Recommendations Assessment, Development, and Evaluation (GRADE) system. The recommendations of this guideline will be divided into strong recommendations and weak or conditional recommendations or suggestions.CONCLUSION: This clinical practice guideline will provide clinicians and healthcare professionals with new evidence-based recommendations for the diagnosis, management, and treatment of dyslipidemia in children and adults.

The article deals with an aspect of the phenomenon of controlled illusion — manipulating emotional reactions and behaviour through the space of an artificially created reality. The subject of the article is a relevant feature of the process — recursion within a fictitious space. The methods of mass suggestion become more complicated with each step of evolution, borrowing the techniques of the past and multiplying them by the technologies of the present. Today’s technologies create a process of self-repetition of elements — a process within a process: artificially created illusions are embodied and massively repeated as patterns. Nowadays, controlled illusion generates a problem of imbalance between the accumulated practice of control and an individual’s ability for distancing. The urgency of the problem is due to the obvious dominance of the methods of manipulating public conscience over the development of an individual via industries of culture. The aim of this article is to define the role of sensory suggestion capabilities through control spaces in the 21st century. The objective is to consider the features of the effects of radiance, the influence of flickering light, and the imitation of the world by adomed structure. These effects stem from the Baroque era, are passed on in evolution, and carry a suggestive potential through an emotional factor. While borrowing and accumulating the techniques of the past, new tools such as artificial intelligence, communication networks, electronics, and biotechnologies bring new qualities to manipulations, including a multisensory impact. The author proposes to reconsider the traditional view on the role of algorithms in cultural objects: what until recently was negatively described as “inanimate” and programmed is now able to control and reveal the emotional potential of a person. The outcome depends on what the algorithms are trained for, who trains them and why. The social function of illusionism is either commercial and political benefit or the promotion of an inclusive culture and the development of a person and their abilities. This cannot but affect the role of designer and artist, whose activity today is increasingly moving away from the decorative and turning to interaction through scientific approaches, which determines the property that offers a choice of path and goal in illusionism.

为促进油茶产业高质量发展，丰富我国食用植物油供给体系，根据2010—2020年的数据，采用综合比较优势法分析我国16个油茶生产区域的比较优势，对其影响因素进行研究，并提出相应的提质增产的建议。结果表明：2010—2020年，中国油茶生产规模呈现出东西部增长，中部下降的特征；中国16个油茶生产区域生产规模优势总体波动较小，效率优势呈先降后升趋势，效益优势、综合比较优势总体呈下跌状态。根据油茶生产区域的规模、效率、效益优势情况，将16个油茶生产区域划分为“三高省区”“规模优势省区”“效率优势省区”等7种类型，其中湖南、江西、浙江属于“三高省区”，广东、广西、福建属于“规模优势和效率优势双高省区”，云南属于“规模优势省区”，湖北、海南、江苏属于“效率优势和效益优势双高省区”，贵州、陕西属于“效率优势省区”，安徽属于“效益优势省区”，四川、重庆、河南属于“三低省区”。各省区油茶生产受自然资源禀赋、科技水平、市场、政策等因素影响，建议通过优化种植区域布局、完善油茶市场体制、加速新品种研发、提高机械化程度等措施进一步缩小油茶生产区域间的优势差异。In order to promote the high-quality development of the Camellia oleifera industry and enrich China′s edible vegetable oil supply system, according to data from 2010 to 2020, the comparative advantage of 16 Camellia oleifera production areas in China was analyzed using the comprehensive comparative advantage method, and the influencing factors were studied. Corresponding suggestions to improve quality and increase production were proposed. The results showed that from 2010 to 2020, the production of Camellia oleifera in China showed the characteristics of "increasing in the East and West", "decreasing in the Middle". The scale advantage of China′s 16 Camellia oleifera production areas fluctuated slightly in general, the efficiency advantage first decreased and then increased, and the benefit advantage and comprehensive advantage generally declined. According to the scale, efficiency and benefit advantages of Camellia oleifera production areas, the 16 Camellia oleifera production provinces(regions) were divided into seven types, in which Hunan, Jiangxi, and Zhejiang belonged to the "Three High Provinces"; Guangdong, Guangxi, and Fujian belonged to the "Dual High Provinces with Scale and Efficiency Advantages"; Yunnan belonged to the "Scale Advantage Province"; Hubei, Hainan, and Jiangsu belonged to the "Dual High Provinces with Efficiency and Benefit Advantages"; Guizhou and Shaanxi belonged to the "Efficiency Advantage Province"; Anhui belonged to the "Benefit Advantage Province"; Sichuan, Chongqing, and Henan belonged to the "Three Low Provinces". The production in the Camellia oleifera was influenced by natural resource endowment, technological level, market factors, and policy factors. The advantageous differences between production areas can be reduced by optimizing the layout of planting areas, improving the Camellia oleifera market system, accelerating the development of new varieties, and improving the degree of mechanization.

In legal cases, testimonies can become contaminated because of an amalgam of external and internal influences on memory. It is well-established that external influences (e.g., suggestive interviews) can hurt memory. However, less focus has been placed on the impact of internal influences (e.g., lying) on memory. In the current review, we show that the available evidence suggests that both external and internal influences exert similar effects on memory. That is, we review studies showing that suggesting non-occurrences and suggesting non-experiences can lead to omission errors and false memories, respectively. Likewise, these memory effects are also observed when focusing on internal influences. That is, false denials, feigning amnesia and fabrication have been shown to affect memory in terms of forgetting (i.e., omissions) and false memories (i.e., commissions). Also, we show that both external and internal influences can lead to changes in the belief that an event occurred. We argue that in legal cases, triers of fact should concentrate on whether both types of influences might have affected testimonial accuracy in witnesses, victims, and suspects. The authentic and scientific health claim of food is an important embodiment of protecting consumers' right to safety, information, and choice, which helping to guide consumers to make rational food choices and promote a balanced diet, as well as promoting the construction of a healthy China and improving national health. As one of the earliest countries to have clear legal provisions on health claims in food and natural health products, Canada has extensive experience in the classification, use, and management of health claims. This paper combs the definition of food and natural health products, types of health claims and management requirements in Canada, and proposes inspiration for the current situation of health claims of food products in China to get graded management of health function claims of health food products, improve the scientific basis of food and health food claims, and encourage the participation of all parties in society and scientific cognition of nutrition claims, etc., aiming to provide reference materials for the regulation of health claims of food and health food products in China. Musculoskeletal pain is a common reason for patients visiting hospitals or clinics. Various therapeutic tools including oral medications, physical modalities, and procedures have been used to alleviate musculoskeletal pain. Numerous clinical trials have been conducted to demonstrate the therapeutic effect of each treatment and compare the efficacy of different protocols. These trials were conducted under controlled conditions with specific endpoints and timeframes, and the individual constraints of each patient were not considered. We believe that the findings of such studies may not accurately reflect clinical reality in real-world settings. In this article, we propose treatment principles for patients in pain clinics. We propose two principles for pain treatment: first, “Healing, in the end, is not healing.” and second, “The patient’s job is not a patient.” The main role of pain physicians is to quickly and actively reduce pain and help patients focus on their work and lives.

Статья посвящена отбору языковых единиц английского языка, употребляемых в ситуациях межличностного общения при групповой исследовательской работе обучающихся на занятиях по иностранному языку. Отмечается, что обучение межличностному взаимодействию способствует подготовке студентов к межкультурной коммуникации в сфере будущей профессиональной деятельности на языке-посреднике. Учет различия собеседников, разнообразия мнений должен осуществляться в рамках уважительного взаимодействия. Четкость и ясность выражения субъектной позиции содействует продуктивному общению. Отбор языковых средств выполнялся посредством выявления синонимов при решении коммуникативных задач убеждения, выражения согласия и несогласия с точкой зрения собеседника, предложения определенных действий, выражения поддержки. Установленные синонимы и особенности их применения обеспечат обучающихся возможностью выбора языковой единицы, наиболее точно соответствующей контексту.

Predicting students' performance is one of the most important issue in educational data mining. In order to investigate the state‐of‐the‐art research development in predicting students' performance by using artificial neural networks (ANN), we conducted a survey on 39 important studies on this issue from 2016 to 2021. The results show that: (1) objectives of most prediction model is the performance of learners on the program and course; (2) datasets used for training prediction model are collected from logs of the learning management system; (3) the most commonly used ANN is feedforward neural network; (4) researchers use stochastic gradient descent and Adam algorithm to optimizes the parameters in ANN and configure hyper parameters of ANN manually; (5) feature selection is not necessary because ANN can automatically adjust the weights of artificial neurons; and (6) ANN has better performance than the classical classifiers in predicting student performance. Speaking is the ability to convey information or expressing to convey everything in their mind orally. Therefore, it is important for students to master speaking in their daily life because through speaking students can express their ideas, feelings, opinions, and knowledge. There were some problems faced by the students in speaking in Second grade of SMP ADHYAKSA namely: the students lacked vocabularies, and the students are not able to deliver their suggestion and advice. Therefore, to overcome the problems, the researcher conducted this research by using "Whip Around" Strategy in second grade of SMP ADHYAKSA. The purpose of the research is to increase the students' ability in speaking by using whip around Strategy at the second grade of SMP adhyaksa. To achieve the purpose, the researcher conducted CAR Method. The result of the data in Cycle I showed the average of students' value was 60, the maximum score was 78 and the minimum score was 41. While in Cycle II 20 students (100%), the student got the maximum score was 83 and the minimum score was 75. From the result o the research, it can be concluded that "Whip Around" Strategy increases the students' speaking ability in second grade of SMP adhyaksa. Finally, the researcher suggested all English teacher to use this strategy in teaching speaking skill because "Whip Around" Strategy is effective to increase the students' ability in speaking. The present review is intended as an overview of our current understanding of how children's individual characteristics, in terms of demographic, cognitive, and psycho-social variables, may influence their susceptibility to suggestion. The goals are to revisit conceptual models of the mechanisms of suggestibility, to provide an updated practical guide for practitioners, and to make recommendations for future research. Results suggest that children with intellectual impairment and those with nascent language skills may be particularly vulnerable to suggestion. Further, memory for separate events, theory of mind, executive function, temperament, and social competence may not be related to suggestibility, whereas additional work is needed to clarify the potential contributions of knowledge, stress, mental health, parental elaborative style, and adverse experiences/maltreatment to children's suggestibility.

Suggestive preparation before surgery may have a placebo effect and can reduce perioperative consumption of analgesics. A total of 77 adult patients undergoing elective cholecystectomy and hernioplasty were included in this prospective study. All patients were given 100 mg of ketoprofen intravenously and were assigned to two groups. The first group was not informed about analgesia (no preparation, NP group), and the second group were told that they will receive a strong painkiller (suggestive preparation, SP group). Pulse rate, blood pressure and VAS scores were registered in all patients immediately before anesthesia induction in the operating room (T1), after waking up in the recovery room (T2), 6 hours after surgery at the surgical ward (T3) and on the morning after surgery in the surgical ward (T4), at rest and during movement. Rescue nonsteroidals were offered to patients with VAS 3-4, and opioids for VAS ≥5. The patients in the SP group had lower VAS scores in all measurements and lower opioid consumption. A statistically significant difference was observed in VAS2 measurement during movement (3 [2-5] vs. 2 [0-3.75] in the NP and SP group, P=0.008). SP had a placebo effect and reduced VAS scores as well as opioid consumption.

In History of Ancient Art, a History of the Implicit is to be attempted. Two types can be distinguished: metonymy (synedoc) and suggestion. Images where only a part of a myth is figured, leave in the implicit what the artist choose not to represent. The other type, not to be confused with the first one, is suggestion. This process, inspired from the natural vision, consists in implying what happens before and what is going to happen after the represented event. Then, around the event that the artist can represent as a snapshot of a photograph, a kind of temporal cloud is produced. The change from one type to the other is here interpreted as a key for understanding the transition from archaic to classical art.

This article is devoted to the study of problems that may occur within the framework of biopolitical approach implementation in the context of contemporary urban management. Considerable emphasis is made upon the study of the media phenomenon development, formation of media architecture infrastructure as an approach of the biopolitics of emotions. The aim of the study is to form a consistent comprehensive understanding of the current trends in the practical implementation of the biopolitical approach methodology while analyzing the specifics of the mediatized space in contemporary city. The article analyzes particularities of nowaday communication in a virtual environment, its impact on the psyche of a moden person, and also raises the problems of contemporary media which has not only acquired the character of abstract information transmitted in distribution, but is embodied in the certain structural specifics of buildings, that has given rise to the development of such a phenomenon as media architecture. The result of the study is an analysis of the problems and prospects of the tendencies of the development of a modern city from the point of a biopolitical approach to urban management in the context of the (trans)formation of the media architectural infrastructure. The main problems, as the study shows, are caused by the lack of proper regulation of urban planning policy implementations from the standpoint of providing a comfortable environment for the life of the urban population. This article is intended for specialists in political science, as well as for researchers whose studies are devoted to the digital biopolitical aspect of modern urban governance.

Narrative and storytelling involve social net users in various socio-psychological groups. Modern narrative psychology focuses on life purpose formation. Narrative as an interpretive process concerns almost all spheres of everyday life and correlates with subjective and intersubjective experiences. Narrative studies are a source of knowledge on how a person endows the world, life, and goal-setting with meaning. Observing the interpretation of one’s experience can reveal how subjectivity works. Narrative makes it possible to construct the world, as well as to comprehend it in terms of past, present, and future. Psychology of meaning formation brings us closer to personality and inner subjectivity. Storytelling is popular both on the Internet and in various branches of scientific knowledge, marketing, linguistics, psychology, pedagogy, and journalism. Storytelling is used in existential psychology, logotherapy, and art therapy. Personal experience verbalized as a story reveals one’s personality, values, and beliefs. Storytelling makes one feel complete, helps to find a purpose in life, and facilitates psycho-corrective activities. Storytelling in online socio-psychological groups possesses all the features of a narrative. For instance, the Vkontakte social network allows its users to employ all the features of narration, thus involving the audience in communication and influencing their psyche. Based on content analysis and hermeneutic approach, the authors identified such involvement technologies as suggestion, persuasion, and emotional infection. Storytelling is not only a means of promoting psychological services in socio-psychological groups, but also a means of psycho-correction and psychological impact. It develops relevant meanings in the addressee, personal development, self-help, and stress relief.

Abstract In this paper, a misspelling detection and correction system was developed for Ethiopian languages (Amharic, Afan Oromo, Tigrinya, Hadiyyisa, Kambatissa, and Awngi). For some of these languages, there have been few works on typo detection and correction systems. However, an effective and all-in-one typo detector and corrector system for Ethiopian languages have yet to be developed. A dictionary-based methodology is used to detect and rectify various forms of misspelling-related issues. The major characteristics of the proposed model can be outlined by presenting suggestions for detected flaws and automatically correcting them utilizing the first suggestion. In addition, the proposed model is evaluated using dictionary-based data sets for all languages. The corpora used were gathered from a variety of sources, including economic, political, social, and related publications, newspapers, and magazines. In this model, the users can perform all spelling-related issues within a single system (all-in-one). That means if the user(s) is (are) working on the Amharic language and then he/she/they can change the language she/he/they prefer(s) without shifting to another graphical user interface (GUI). Here, the users can save time and perform their tasks easily. Similarly, the user(s) can improve their skills in the selected languages accordingly. Finally, precision, recall, and f-measures for each language have been computed following a successful evaluation of the model. The system outperforms an f-measure of 89.57%, 87.57%, 88.31%, 86.83%, 81.83%, and 87.59% for Amharic, Afan Oromo, Tigrinya, Hadiyyisa, Kambatissa, and Awngi languages respectively. Furthermore, recommendations have been provided for future researchers.

In legal cases, testimonies can become contaminated because of an amalgam of external and internal influences on memory. It is well-established that external influences (e.g., suggestive interviews) can hurt memory. However, less focus has been placed on the impact of internal influences (e.g., lying) on memory. In the current review, we show that the available evidence suggests that both external and internal influences exert similar effects on memory. That is, we review studies showing that suggesting non-occurrences and suggesting non-experiences can lead to omission errors and false memories, respectively. Likewise, these memory effects are also observed when focusing on internal influences. That is, false denials, feigning amnesia and fabrication have been shown to affect memory in terms of forgetting (i.e., omissions) and false memories (i.e., commissions). Also, we show that both external and internal influences can lead to changes in the belief that an event occurred. We argue that in legal cases, triers of fact should concentrate on whether both types of influences might have affected testimonial accuracy in witnesses, victims, and suspects.

Abstract Predicting students' performance is one of the most important issue in educational data mining. In order to investigate the state‐of‐the‐art research development in predicting students' performance by using artificial neural networks (ANN), we conducted a survey on 39 important studies on this issue from 2016 to 2021. Decades of research show that people are susceptible to developing false memories. But if they do so in one task, are they likely to do so in a different one? The answer: "No". In the current research, a large number of participants took part in three well-established false memory paradigms (a misinformation task, the Deese-Roediger-McDermott [DRM] list learning paradigm, and an imagination inflation exercise) as well as completed several individual difference measures. Results indicate that many correlations between false memory variables in all three inter-paradigm comparisons are null, though some small, positive, significant correlations emerged. Moreover, very few individual difference variables significantly correlated with false memories, and any significant correlations were rather small. It seems likely, therefore, that there is no false memory "trait". In other words, no one type of person seems especially prone, or especially resilient, to the ubiquity of memory distortion.

Synthetic biology (SynBio) is a high-profile interdiscipline combining engineering with science. As a dual-purpose discipline, SynBio is bringing large changes to many fields and providing great benefits to humans. However, due to its characteristic of complexity and uncertainty, SynBio also presents potential biosafety and biosecurity risks. Biosecurity risks refer to unauthorized access, loss, theft, misuse, diversion or intentional release. If a biosecurity accident happens, it would pose a huge threat to humans and nature. Therefore, it is crucial to establish a set of regulations and management practices for the biosecurity risks of SynBio. In this paper, we summarized the sources of the biosecurity risks of SynBio, from its research materials, products, technologies, information to Do-it-yourself synthetic biology. We reviewed and analyzed the current situation of regulation and management of biosecurity for SynBio in the international community and in China. We found that in most countries and regions, SynBio risks commonly follow the regulation and management of Genetically Modified Organisms which has loopholes if applied to the regulation for SynBio without any amendments. Here, we proposed suggestions for the Chinese-featured regulation and management of biosecurity for SynBio, including a top-to-bottom governing framework, a think-tank implementation mechanism, a Synthetic Biology Laboratory Biosecurity Manual safeguarding system, and strengthening biosecurity education on synthetic biology and self-regulation awareness among relevant personnel. Through this work, we aim to improve the standardized process of biosecurity regulation and management for SynBio in China and thereby map out a peaceful, profitable, and practical development path for synthetic biology.

The number of enterprises in the service sector is increasing with the time and the market for service sector is expanding. Universities as higher education institutions were affected by these developments in the service sector and have included providing quality service to their internal and external stakeholders as their top priority. Providing quality service in a university affects the satisfaction of students, who are among the most important stakeholders, their intention to suggest university to potential students and to visit after graduation. Hedperf scale was used to measure the service quality at universities and various institutions in different countries. The construct validity of the Hedperf scale was investigated according to the student perceptions at a university in Turkey and it was found with exploratory factor analysis (EFA) that service quality dimensions were classified into four dimensions - academic, non-academic, reputation, and access. Among these dimensions, the effect of academic, reputation and access dimensions on satisfaction, suggestion, and behavioral intention for visiting after graduation was determined, while the effect of non-academic dimension was not determined. Service quality dimensions explain approximately 31% of the variability in overall satisfaction. Access affects satisfaction at the level of β = .322, which is more than other dimensions. It was determined that the service quality dimensions explained 17% of the behavioral intention to “visit the university after graduation” and the effect of access (β = .264) among these dimensions was higher than the other dimensions. University service quality dimensions explain 23% of the intention for “suggest the university to potential students”, and it was determined that the reputation dimension has the strongest effect (β = .367). The research explores the link between service quality and satisfaction, suggestion, behavioral intention and determines the construct validity of the scale developed in a foreign culture. Hydraulic asphalt concrete is virtually impervious. Hydraulic fracturing due to the generation of pore water pressure can be generally excluded for asphalt facings and asphalt cores in embankment dams. However, when some cracks and/or large voids exist in the asphalt core in dams, hydraulic fracturing could take place during reservoir impounding. Cracks and/or large voids may be caused by either earthquake shaking, large differential settlements during construction and operation, or poor construction quality. Therefore, asphalt specimens with either cracks of different depths or large air porosity were prepared, and a model test apparatus was developed to investigate the possibility of hydraulic fracturing. Model tests were conducted on cylindrical asphalt concrete specimens of 100 mm in diameter and 180 mm in height. The top boundary of the specimens was either prevented (restrained) from moving in the vertical direction or free to move (unrestrained). The model test results for asphalt concrete with cracks under unrestraint conditions were numerically back-analysed. The model test results indicated that the cracks in the asphalt concrete under the restraint conditions could experience an "open–close" progress with increasing water pressure. That suggested that if the asphalt concrete were long, low water pressure would trigger a fracturing through the cracks. Under the unrestraint conditions, low water pressure could cause the asphalt specimens with either cracks or large air porosity to fail. The extensional strains at failure were reduced, and the reductions depended on the magnitude of the crack depth or air porosity. Suggestions are given for designing the asphalt core dams to reduce the possibility of the occurrence of cracks and/or dilations in the core, especially for dams in unfavourable geological and topographical conditions. A specialty contractor is preferable to do the asphalt core job to rule out the possibility of a weak bond between the layers and an air porosity larger than 3.0% in the core. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Protein is the one of the most important material basis of life. Insufficient or excessive protein intake and unbalanced amino acid intake will have a great impact on health. The current food protein quality evaluation system is based on the bioavailability of protein and amino acids, without considering the health effects of amino acids. This paper reviewed the research progress of traditional protein quality evaluation system, pointing out the challenges faced by the traditional protein quality evaluation system. For the first time, a new index “methionine score (MS)” was introduced based on the traditional protein quality evaluation system, and the definition and calculation formula of MS were given, It is suggested that it should be combined with the digestible indispensable amino acid score (DIAAS) in the traditional protein evaluation system, and the health effects of amino acids should be considered while evaluating the utilization rate of amino acids, so as to supplement the traditional food protein quality evaluation system.

The scientific understanding and using of altered states of consciousness (ASC) as a psychophysiological phenomenon that could be the action and tool to achieve programmed success of each person. It could be used as an "antidote" for external control of consciousness, behaviour or actions of a man, a crowd or a society. Objective: A brief description of the altered states of consciousness as a concept in the narrow sense, and a methodology for their use as an optimal tool for success. Materials and methods: Psycho-physiological substantiation of consciousness through heuristic and systematic thinking in the holistic context of the Spiral Theory of the Human Body. Results: ASC have a place in psychology as an important tool for transforming the human personality into a modern innovative product. There are opportunities for conscious use of a dynamic spiral flow of successive altered states of consciousness to increase the body's adaptive abilities.

为了助力我国核桃产业健康和可持续发展，阐述了我国核桃产业现状，指出了我国核桃产业发展的问题，并提出了针对性的建议。核桃适应性强，在我国20多个省（区）均有种植，2020年我国核桃产量达到479.59万t,核桃油产量为3.12万t。我国核桃产业存在经济林发展速度缓慢，采摘机械化程度低，采后处理技术手段落后，加工的专用装备落后，缺乏龙头加工企业等问题。建议在政府的支持和引导下，通过优化核桃品种，积极推进新产品、新技术、新装备的研发和应用等措施，解决我国核桃产业发展中存在的问题，促进我国核桃产业稳健发展。 In order to help the healthy and sustainable development of China′s walnut industry, the current situation of China′s walnut industry was elucidated, the problems of the development of China′s walnut industry were pointed out, and targeted suggestions were put forward. Walnuts had strong adaptability and were grown in more than 20 provinces and regions in China. In 2020, the production was 4 795 900 t of walnuts and 31 200 t of walnut oil. While the walnut industry in China suffered from slow development of economic forests, low mechanization of harvesting, backward post-harvest processing technology, backward special equipment for processing and lack of leading processing enterprises. It was suggested that, with the support and guidance of the government, the problems in the development of China′s walnut industry should be solved and the steady development of China′s walnut industry should be promoted by optimizing walnut varieties and actively promoting the research, development and application of new products, new technologies and new equipment.

The current study tested the effects of two interview techniques on children's report productivity and accuracy following exposure to suggestion: implicit encouragement (backchanneling, use of children's names) and the putative confession (telling children that a suspect "told me everything that happened and wants you to tell the truth"). One hundred and forty-three, 3-8-year-old children participated in a classroom event. One week later, they took part in a highly suggestive conversation about the event and then a mock forensic interview in which the two techniques were experimentally manipulated. Greater use of implicit encouragement led to increases, with age, in children's narrative productivity. Neither technique improved or reduced children's accuracy. No increases in errors about previously suggested information were evident when children received either technique. Implications for the use of these techniques in child forensic interviews are discussed.

Retrieval-enhanced suggestibility (RES) refers to the finding that immediately recalling the details of a witnessed event can increase susceptibility to later misinformation. In three experiments, we sought to gain a deeper understanding of the role that retrieval plays in the RES paradigm. Consistent with past research, initial testing did increase susceptibility to misinformation - but only for those who failed to detect discrepancies between the original event and the post-event misinformation. In all three experiments, subjects who retrospectively detected discrepancies in the post-event narratives were more resistant to misinformation than those who did not. In Experiments 2 and 3, having subjects concurrently assess the consistency of the misinformation narratives negated the RES effect. Interestingly, in Experiments 2 and 3, subjects who had retrieval practice and detected discrepancies were more likely to endorse misinformation than control subjects who detected discrepancies. These results call attention to limiting conditions of the RES effect and highlight the complex relationship between retrieval practice, discrepancy detection, and misinformation endorsement.

This study tested predictions from Bowlby's attachment theory about children's memory and suggestibility. Young children (3-5years old, N=88; 76% Caucasians) and their parents took part in the Strange Situation Procedure, a moderately distressing event and "gold standard" for assessing children's attachment quality. The children were then interviewed about what occurred during the event. Children's age and attachment security scores positively predicted correct information in free recall and accuracy in answering specific questions. For children with higher (vs. lower) attachment security scores, greater distress observed during the Strange Situation Procedure predicted increased resistance to misleading suggestions. In addition, for children who displayed relatively low distress during the Strange Situation Procedure, significant age differences in memory and suggestibility emerged as expected. However, for children who displayed greater distress during the Strange Situation Procedure, younger and older children's memory performances were equivalent. Findings suggest that attachment theory provides an important framework for understanding facets of memory development with respect to attachment-related information and that distress may alter assumed age patterns in memory development.

A carbon peak in 2030 and carbon neutrality in 2060 are major strategic development goals for China. Driven by the ambitious goal of achieving a carbon peak and carbon neutrality, the development of green innovation technology is an important method of achieving these aims. Speeding up energy transformation and tapping into the carbon sink capacity of the natural ecosystem are key to this process. The strategic path of green development deserves further discussion. This study takes Guizhou province as an example. Based on the actual situation of Guizhou province and the characteristics of karst areas, through the collection and collation of the existing literature, policies, and technologies and the analysis of typical cases, this paper summarizes and analyzes ecological restoration and negative carbon emissions in karst areas; water-energy-carbon coupling, energy saving, and emissions reduction technologies; industrial energy saving and emission-reduction technologies in karst areas; and CCUS technology for carbon dioxide capture, utilization, and storage. On this basis, the trend and orientation of green development in Guizhou are studied and judged, and countermeasures such as adhering to clean and efficient low-carbon utilization, strengthening the research on and development of carbon emission-reduction technology, and implementing carbon sink capacity buildings are put forward. Key core technology research and development innovation are recommended to establish a low-carbon science and technology innovation system. The efficient use of energy, the recycling of resources, negative emissions, and other strategies should be promoted. Background: In Ethiopia, the number of homeless girls and women is increasing, and the government has yet to devise a strategy to address the issue of teenage homelessness. They are influenced by numerous dimensions of health, including physical health, mental health, and social isolation. At all stages of homelessness, the stakeholders and homeless people must work together to address the issue. As a result, this study will be helpful to generate relevant data that may guide policymakers in designing solutions for this underserved group of people. Objectives: To explore coping mechanisms and suggestions to stakeholders among women experiencing homelessness in Dire Dawa city, eastern Ethiopia, 2021. Design: A community-based phenomenological qualitative study was conducted at Dire Dawa city. Methods: Data were collected from women experiencing homelessness and key informants through focus group discussion and in-depth interviews using a semi-structured tool. A total of 31 women experiencing homelessness (13 in-depth interviews and 3 focus group discussion with 6 participants in each) and 2 key informants participated in this study. Data were analyzed thematically using computer-assisted qualitative data analysis software Atlas.ti 7. The thematic analysis follows six steps: familiarization, coding, generating themes, reviewing themes, naming themes, and writing up. Results: Two major themes were driven: coping mechanisms and suggestions to stakeholders. There are three subthemes under the coping mechanism (begging, survival sex, and child prostitution) while there are a total of seven subthemes under suggestions to stakeholders (integration and collaboration, special attention to children, family education, shelter and job, schooling, sexual education, and addiction rehabilitation). Conclusion: Child prostitution and survival sex are a very common coping mechanism which is practiced by women experiencing homelessness. Changing society's mindset and paying special attention to children is critical. Furthermore, the government and various stakeholders should work together to develop a rehabilitation program for street children who have been exposed to substance use. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

This article explores the perceptions of high school students of emergency remote teaching (ERT) in Turkiye. The research used the qualitative method of conducting semi-structured interviews with 144 students at higher education. The descriptive case study type (a single case with embedded units) was applied. The qualitative data collected through the interviews were analyzed using content analysis technique. Research results reveal that views of the participants on the challenges of ERT are developed into 8 themes: Digital pedagogy, technical infrastructure and accessibility, digital competences, compatibility, assessment and evaluation, heavy workload, and lack of learning motivation while their opinions on opportunities of distance education include 5 themes: lifelong learning opportunities, flexibility, experiencing ERT or hybrid education, digital transformation in education, and an alternative to student mobility. The suggestions made by students are developed into 7 themes: creating accessible materials, university and institutional IT department-supported digital technologies, adopting a flexible approach to student participation, ensuring financial support and equipment, adopting hybrid learning, developing digital competences, and evaluation and assessment methods. The major characteristics of the proposed model can be outlined by presenting suggestions for detected flaws and automatically correcting them utilizing the first suggestion. In addition, the proposed model is evaluated using dictionary-based data sets for all languages. The corpora used were gathered from a variety of sources, including economic, political, social, and related publications, newspapers, and magazines. In this model, the users can perform all spelling-related issues within a single system (all-in-one). That means if the user(s) is (are) working on the Amharic language and then he/she/they can change the language she/he/they prefer(s) without shifting to another graphical user interface (GUI). Here, the users can save time and perform their tasks easily. Similarly, the user(s) can improve their skills in the selected languages accordingly. Finally, precision, recall, and f-measures for each language have been computed following a successful evaluation of the model. The system outperforms an f-measure of 89.57%, 87.57%, 88.31%, 86.83%, 81.83%, and 87.59% for Amharic, Afan Oromo, Tigrinya, Hadiyyisa, Kambatissa, and Awngi languages respectively. Global warming and climate change are becoming the most popular topics among scientists. In this century, the research focusing on the process and mechanism of the carbon cycle, especially the research of reducing the concentration of atmospheric CO2 (carbon sink and carbon sequestration technology), are the core issues of global change. The karst carbon sink was neglected due to the consideration that it was a geological process with a long timescale. Recently, studies have proven that carbonate rock weathering is a rapid and sensitive process, and the Fifth Climate Change Assessment Report of the United Nations Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change confirmed this. Guizhou, as the center of karst in China, has the unique advantages of the karst carbon sink, and is the core area of the karst carbon sink. On the basis of summarizing the development and evolution trend of karst carbon sinks, through data collection and field research, the Carbon Neutralization Research Group of Guizhou Institute of Technology has conducted an exploratory investigation on karst carbon sinks in Guizhou Province, and basically identified the mechanism, influencing factors and measurement methods of karst carbon sinks in Guizhou karst areas. The results show that the potential of the karst carbon sink in Guizhou is huge. Vegetation restoration, soil improvement, irrigation with external water and the cultivation of aquatic plants are important ways to increase the karst carbon sink by artificial intervention. A series of achievements have been made in the theory, technology and platform construction of the karst carbon cycle geological survey and carbon sink effect evaluation. It is worth noting that there are still great challenges in karst carbon sink measurement and verification, and in the demonstration of artificial intervention in carbon sequestration and sink enhancement, which need to be continuously tackled and improved in the "14th Five-Year Plan" period and beyond, so as to meet the needs of the carbon neutralization target of geological carbon sink services.
