Purpose: It is known that the decrease in estrogen level in women's life has negative effects on the cardiovascular system. In this study, it was aimed to elucidate the changes in the clinical status and treatment requirement of patients with heart failure (HF) during the menopausal transition period. Materials and Methods: A total of 26 patients followed up in the HF outpatient clinic between 2015–2020 were included in this retrospective, single-center study. Demographic data of the patients, New York Heart Association class, echocardiographic findings, routine biochemical parameters and HF signs, symptoms and therapies were examined. Data at the beginning of the menopause period and after 12 months were compared. Results: At the end of the 12-month follow-up, a statistically significant increase was found in the daily dose of furosemide (50.5 mg/day vs. 72.4 mg/day). While the mean heart rate of the patients was 80.4±20.1 beats/min at the beginning, it was 69.3±10.1 beats/min in the control visit. Echocardiographically measured left ventricular (LV) systolic diameters of the patients were significantly increased compared to baseline in the control visit (41.2±7.4 mm vs 45.8±7.0 mm,). Conclusion: The menopausal period caused an increase in the need for treatment in patients followed up with HF. Therefore, in evaluation of the patients with HF, it would be a useful approach to question the menopausal status in detail and to follow the patients more closely during the menopausal transition period.

Bu araştırmada yöneticilerin örgütsel çatışmaları çözme stratejilerini araştırarak çözüm önerileri sunmak amaçlanmıştır. Araştırma nitel paradigmaya uygun olarak yürütülmüştür. Araştırma evreni İzmir ili Bornova ilçesinde bulunan liselerde görev yapan öğretmenlerden, örneklemi ise aynı okulda görevli öğretmenlerden oluşturulmuştur. Veriler araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formuyla toplanmıştır. Araştırmada elde edilen bulgulara göre; okullarda çatışmaların yaşandığı, çatışmaların öğretmen ile öğretmen arasında ve idareciler ile öğretmenler arasında olduğu, çatışma nedeni olarak öğretmenler arasındaki çatışmaların daha çok görüş / fikir ayrılıklarından kaynaklandığı tespit edilmiştir. İdareciler ile öğretmenler arasında gerçekleşen çatışmaların nedeni ise daha çok ek ders ücretlerinin yanlış hesaplanması, nöbet günlerinin istenilen güne verilmemesi olarak bulunmuştur. Okul yönetiminin öğretmenler arasındaki çatışmalarda pasif kaldığı ve çatışmayı sonlandıracak gözle görülür kararlar alamadığı, okullarda yaşanan çatışmaların yatıştırılması için herhangi strateji ya da politikaların üretilmediği, okul yönetiminin çatışmaları yönetebilme yetkinliğinin çok yetersiz olduğu görülmüştür.

EGFR is one of the important mediators of the signaling cascade that determines key roles in various biological processes such as growth, differentiation, metabolism and apoptosis in the cell in response to external and internal stimuli. In recent years, it has been proven that although this enzyme activity is tightly regulated in normal cells, if the enzyme activity cannot be controlled, it can lead to malignancy. EGFR is also considered a prominent macromolecule in targeted cancer chemotherapy. For this purpose, a comprehensive modeling studies were conducted against EGFR protein and novel molecules containing 5-[(1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)methyl]-3H-1,2,4-triazole-3-thione structure were suggested to be synthesized. Among the synthesized molecules, compounds 7c, 8c, 8f and 8g were determined to have significant IC50 values. Compound 8g was found to have the IC50 value closest to the very well-known EGFR inhibitor Gefitinib with its noncompetitive inhibition form. Ki value of compound 8g was calculated as 0.00232 µM. Movies are informal teaching tools to make teaching relevant to a diverse group of students. The use of movies may enhance students’ interest in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM). They can be effective tools to build students’ interest in STEM fields and raise their awareness of STEM and STEM careers. This study purpose was to identify STEM-related topics in the movie “Hidden Figures” and determine preservice female teachers’ views of it. The study sample included 19 female students. A qualitative phenomenological design research method was used. Data were collected using “the Movie Hidden Figures” and a “Semi-Structured Interview” forms. Qualitative data were analyzed using semiotics and content analysis. Analysis showed that Hidden Figures focus mostly on the theme of “gender perception in science” as well as “design process” and “advances in technology.” Participants believed that the movie had messages mostly of negative gender perception in science. Despite that, movies emphasized that women can be mathematicians, engineers, and scientists as men. They also stated that gender equality is crucial in education. They also advocated that mathematics and engineering are essential for technological progress and female scientists can play a more active role for achievement. Amaç: Araştırmanın amacı kadın doğum kliniklerinde çalışan ebe ve hemşirelerin bilgi ve farkındalık düzeylerinin incelenmesidir.Gereç ve Yöntemler: Tanımlayıcı tipteki bu çalışma Mayıs-Eylül 2022 tarihleri arasında Türkiye’de kadın doğum kliniklerinde çalışan, 229 ebe ve hemşire ile kartopu örnekleme yöntemi kullanılarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. Veriler anket formu ile çevrimiçi olarak toplanmıştır. Veriler SPSS paket programı ile analiz edilmiş, dağılımları sayı ve yüzde olarak gösterilmiştir.Bulgular: Katılımcıların %78.2’si ebe, %21.8’i hemşiredir. Katılımcılara mikrobiyota konusundaki bilgi düzeyleri sorulduğunda; %47.8’i kötü, %45’i orta ve %7.2’si iyi düzeyde olduğunu ifade etmiştir. Ebe ve hemşirelerin mikrobiyota ile kadın ve çocuk sağlığına ilişkin ifadeler hakkındaki görüşleri incelendiğinde; “gebelik, doğum ve doğum sonu dönemde annenin antibiyotik kullanımı bebek intestinal mikrobiyotasını etkilemez” ifadesine %66.4’ü katılmıyorum, “sağlıksız vajinal mikrobiyota kadını enfeksiyonlara karşı korumaz” ifadesine %62.9’u katılıyorum, “normal veya sezaryen ile doğan yenidoğan intestinal mikrobiyotası birbirinden farklı değildir” ifadesine %56.3’ü katılmıyorum ve “anne sütü ve formül mama ile beslenen yenidoğanlarda bağırsak mikrobiyotası farklıdır” ifadesine %43.7’si kararsızım şeklinde görüş belirtmiştir. Ebe ve hemşirelerin %10’u mikrobiyota ile ilgili bir eğitime katılmıştır. Ebe ve hemşirelerin %50.7’si beslenme şekli ve %42.4’ü yaşam tarzını mikrobiyota oluşumunda etkili faktörler olarak belirtirken; %35.8’i bu konuda bilgisinin olmadığını ifade etmiştir.Sonuç: Kadın doğum kliniklerinde çalışan ebe ve hemşirelerin mikrobiyota konusunda bilgi düzeyi ve farkındalıklarının geliştirilmesi, bu doğrultuda eğitim ve planlamaların yapılması kadın ve çocuk mikrobiyal sağlığının yükseltilmesinde önemli katkılar sağlayacaktır., Objective: The study aims to examine the knowledge and awareness levels of midwives and nurses working in obstetrics clinics. Material and Methods: This descriptive study was conducted between May and September 2022 with 229 midwives and nurses working in obstetrics clinics in Turkey using the snowball sampling method. Data were collected online with a questionnaire. The data were analyzed with the SPSS package program, and their distribution was shown as numbers and percentages. Results: 78.2% of the participants were midwives and 21.8% were nurses. When they were asked about their knowledge level on microbiota; 47.8% of them were bad, 45% of them were moderate and 7.2% of them were at a good level. When they expressed their opinions about microbiota related with women/children's health; 66.4% disagree that “antibiotic use of the mother during pregnancy, delivery and postpartum period doesn’t affect the infant intestinal microbiota”, 62.9% agree that “unhealthy vaginal microbiota doesn’t protect women against infections”, 56.3% disagreed that “intestinal microbiota of normal or newborn born by cesarean section isn’t different from each other” and 43.7% disagreed that “intestinal microbiota is different in newborns fed with breast milk and formula”. 10% of midwives and nurses attended a training on microbiota. While 50.7% of them stated diet and 42.4% of them lifestyle as effective factors in the formation of microbiota; 35.8% of them stated that they didn’t know about this issue.Conclusion: Improving the knowledge and awareness of midwives and nurses working in obstetrics and gynecology clinics, training and planning in this direction will make important contributions to increasing the microbial health of women and children.

Araştırmada kişisel bilgilere ulaşmak için demografik bilgiler formu, beden eğitimi ve spor dersine karşı tutumları belirleyebilmek için Güven Karahan ve Kuru (2015) tarafından geçerlik ve güvenirlik çalışması yapılan “Engelliler Beden Eğitimi ve Spor Dersi Tutum Ölçeği” kullanılmıştır. Kişisel bilgiler ve ölçek maddelerine verilen cevapların çözümlenmesinde SPSS 22.0 programından faydalanılmıştır. Kolmogorov Simirnov testi sonucunda verilerin normal dağıldığı tespit edilmiştir. This research reveals teachers' views on the educational software used in primary reading and writing teaching process. The research was considered as qualitative research as case study. The data were obtained by interview and observation. The sample of the study consists of 26 primary school teachers who teach the first graders in the 2018-2019 academic year in primary schools in the central district of Nigde, Turkey. The selected teachers were chosen using simple random sampling method. In the research, semi-structured observation and interview forms were used as data collection tools. The data were analyzed by the content analysis method. It has been determined that educational software for students provides an advantage in terms of concretization of teaching, differentiation of activities, minimizing individual differences between students, giving attention to the lesson, giving them an opportunity to apply what is learned, addressing many different sensory organs in students, motivating and supporting students.

The study aims to demonstrate how health seeking is reflected in users’ posts and comments in Covid-19-themed groups on Facebook as a social media platform, under the conditions of isolation, lockdown and social distance in the Covid-19 process. In this scope, the study examined Facebook groups: The Coronavirus (Covid-19) Information Exchange and Cooperation-Turkey, The Covid-19 Information Sharing Platform, and The Information and Solidarity Platform for Those Diagnosed with Covid-19 Turkey. 600 posts and comments were selected using the random sampling technique and analysed using descriptive method content analysis technique. This was conducted through a coding layout developed by the researchers based on field research (92.95% reliability) and showed that the participants mainly shared emotional support posts and comments that included good wishes/consolation/prayer/thanks (35.3%) and asked questions about the Covid-19 experience/treatment (41.3%) process for information. The posts differed by gender and 86.3% of them received comments. Finally, a word cloud was created using Python, and the overall distribution of the posts and comments was determined. The study demonstrates that digital channels and social networks are used for emotional support and as a source in seeking health information despite having problems such as causing the paradox of fear, issues of confidentiality, and a low confidence level., Çalışmanın temel amacı Koronavirüs (Covid-19) sürecinde izolasyon, karantina ve sosyal mesafe şartlarında sağlık arama davranışı gösteren kişilerin, Facebook’un Covid-19 konulu gruplarında yaptıkları paylaşım ve yorumlarına sağlık arayışının nasıl yansıdığını ortaya koymaktır. Bu kapsamda Facebook’ta Corona virüsü (Covid-19) Bilgi Paylaşımı ve Yardımlaşma-Türkiye, Covid-19 Bilgi Paylaşım Platformu ve Covid-19 Yakalananlar Bilgi ve Birlik Platformu Türkiye sosyal medya grupları araştırmaya dâhil edilmiştir. Gruplardan 07 Ekim 2020 ve 07 Ocak 2021 tarihleri arasından basit rastlantısal örneklem tekniğiyle seçilen 600 paylaşım ve yorum betimsel yöntem ile içerik analizi tekniği kullanılarak incelenmiştir. Alanyazın taramasına dayanarak araştırmacılarca oluşturulan kodlama cetveli ile (güvenilirlik %92,95 olarak) paylaşım ve yorumlar analiz edilmiş analiz sonucunda katılımcıların ağırlıklı olarak iyi dilekler/teselli/dua/teşekkür (%35,3) içeren paylaşım ve yorumlarda bulunduğu, Covid-19’un deneyim/tedavi süreci hakkında soru sorarak (%41,3) diğer katılımcılardan bilgi talep ettiği belirlenmiştir. Elde edilen bulgulara göre paylaşım ve yorumlar cinsiyete göre farklılık göstermektedir, bulguların %86,3’ünü yorumlar oluşturmaktadır. Çalışmanın sonunda Python programlama dili kullanılarak kelime bulutu oluşturulmuş paylaşım ve yorumların genel dağılımı belirlenmiştir. Çalışmada bu anlamda sosyal ağların, sağlık bilgisi arama ve korku paradoksu, gizlilik, düşük güven düzeyi gibi sorunsallarına rağmen duygusal destek ve bilgiye ulaşmada bir kaynak olarak kullanıldığı ortaya konmaktadır.

23 Temmuz 1908’de II. Meşrutiyet’in ilan edilmesiyle Osmanlı İmparatorluğu’nda anayasal döneme geçiş gerçekleşti. II. Abdülhamid Kanun-ı Esasi’nin devreye girdiğini, Meclis-i Mebusan’ın açılacağını ve bu yüzden en yakın sürede bir seçimin gerçekleşeceğini duyurdu. Bunun üzerine ülkede bir seçim sürecine girildi ve hem merkezde hem de taşrada meclise girecek olan adaylar belirlenmeye başladı. 1908 seçimlerinde İttihad ve Terakki Cemiyeti istibdadı yıkıp meşrutiyeti yeniden getirdiği için hâkim unsur olmayı başarmıştı. Ancak Irak kıtasının merkezinde yer alan Bağdat vilayetinde cemiyet, seçimlerde tam anlamıyla etkin olamadı ve yalnızca İttihat ve Terakki Cemiyeti’nin mensubu olarak iki mebus meclise girebildi. Bu çalışma II. Meşrutiyet Dönemi’nde Arap vilayetlerindeki seçim sürecine bir örnek olarak Bağdat vilayetinde gerçekleşen 1908 seçimlerini ele almaktadır. Ayrıca Bağdat’tan seçilen mebusların kimler olduğu ve meclisteki deneyimleri bu makalenin konusunu teşkil etmektedir., The transition to the constitutional period in the Ottoman Empire took place with the declaration of the The Second Constitutional Era on July 23 1908. Upon this, an election process was started in the country and the candidates who would enter the parliament both in the center and in the provinces began to be determined. In the elections of 1908, the Unity and Progress Committee succeeded to become the dominant element, as it overthrew the tyranny and restored the constitutionalism. However, in the province of Baghdad, located in the center of Iraqi region, they could not be fully active in the elections and only two deputies were able to enter the parliament as members of the Committee of Union and Progress. This study addresses the 1908 elections in the province of Baghdad as an example of the election process in the Arab provinces during the The Second Constitutional Era. In addition, identities of the elected deputies from Baghdad and their experiences in the parliament are subjects of this article.

The sample group of our study consists of a total of 141 students with various disabilities, 100 male and 41 female, studying in Gaziantep. In the research, the demographic information form was used to reach personal information, and the "Disabled Physical Education and Sports Lesson Attitude Scale" the validity and reliability study of which was conducted by Güven Karahan and Kuru (2015) in order to determine attitudes towards physical education and sports lessons. SPSS 22.0 program was used to analyze the answers given to personal information and scale items. As a result of the Kolmogorov Smirnov test, it was determined that the data were normally distributed. The aim of the present study was to detect a total of 11 polymorphisms of 6 genes (OCX32, GHR, DRD, VIP, VIPR, MR) related to egg yield and quality in six brown layer lines namely Rhode Island Red-I (RIRI), Rhode Island Red-II (RIRII), Barred Rock-I (BARI), Barred Rock-II (BARII), Colombian Rock (COL) and Line-54 (L5-4) raised in Ankara Poultry Research Institute. A total of 208 samples belonging to RIRI (n= 32), RIRII (n= 32), BARI (n= 40), BARII (n= 32), COL (n= 32) and L-54 (n= 40) were genotyped by PCR-RFLP method. For this reason, a total of 11 polymorphic regions were amplified by PCR and then PCR products were digested with specific restriction endonucleases. Results of the present study showed that polymorphisms and adequate genetic variations were found in OCX32-ex4/NcoI, OCX32-ex2/HpyCH4IV, DRD2/BseGI, VIPR-1/HhaI, VIPR-2/TaqI and MR1C/MboI genes which previously reported to associated with egg quality and yield in different chicken lines. However, conducting the association analysis between these genes and egg yield and quality will be useful. On the contrary, it has been revealed that GHR-intron 2/HindIII, GHR-intron 5/NspI, VIP-501/VspI, DRD1/BseNI and VIP-I2/HinfI polymorphisms cannot be used to increase egg yield and quality due to no detection of desired genotypes or homozygous excess.

2-s2.0-85101826374 This qualitative research aims to determine teachers' opinions about in-class web 2.0 practices after distance professional development involvement. Twelve teachers from different public schools were selected purposefully as a sample group. The Web 2.0 and Distance Training Interview Form (WDTIF) was used after implementing web 2.0 tools in the classrooms to collect data. All interviews were audio- taped and transcribed. Then the data were analyzed by content analysis. The data analysis revealed that participating teachers recognized the different features of web 2.0 tools. Furthermore, it was found that teachers used web 2.0 tools for assessment, to create opportunities for collaboration, and to improve students' learning experience and engagement. Teachers also mentioned that distance education allowed them to participate in a professional learning community besides offering training opportunities. Distance education was also an affordable option for teachers who needs to travel to a distant location. During the interviews, the disadvantages of distance education were pointed out as well. These disadvantages were internet connection problems, lack of motivation and confidence, and face-to-face interaction. Further investigations were carried out to understand other related impacts of using web 2.0 tools in the classroom and distance teacher learning that arose during the study. © ISSN:1304-6020

Bireylerin duygusal zekâsı, kendi ve başkalarının duygularını tanımlamayı, kontrol etmeyi ve yönetmeyi sağlayan bütüncül bir yapıyı oluşturmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, duygusal zekânın göstergesi olarak bireylerin kişisel beceriler, kişilerarası beceriler ve genel ruh durumu düzeylerinin yüksek ya da düşük olmasının sosyal medya bağımlılığıyla ne denli ilişkili olduğu ele alınmıştır. Ayrıca kişisel beceriler, kişilerarası beceriler, genel ruh durumunun sosyal medya bağımlılığını ne derece etkilediği (yordadığı) ve bu değişkenlerin demografik özellikler ile sosyal medya kullanım alışkanlıklarına göre farklılık düzeyi bu çalışmada incelenmiştir. Araştırmada nicel araştırma deseni seçilmiş, amaçlı ve kolayda örneklem tekniği ile belirlenen 207 kişiden veriler elde edilmiştir. Araştırmanın verileri 01-20 Mayıs 2019 tarihleri arasında yapılandırılmış soru formu ile sınıf ortamında yapılan yüz yüze anket yöntemiyle toplanmıştır. Çalışma bulgularına göre kişisel beceriler, kişilerarası becerilerin sosyal medya bağımlılığının tekrarlama ve çatışma alt boyutu ile negatif yönde ilişkili olduğu genel ruh durumunun sosyal medya bağımlılığı alt boyutları ile ilişkili olmadığı tespit edilmiştir. Kişisel ve kişilerarası beceriler arttıkça tekrarlama ve çatışma düzeyi azalmaktadır. Ölçek genelinde kişisel becerilerin sosyal medya bağımlılığı ile ilişkili olduğu ve sosyal medya bağımlılığını etkilediği belirlenmiştir. Araştırma alanda çok fazla çalışmanın olmaması ve ulaşılan sonuçları bakımdan önemlidir., Emotional intelligence is a holistic structure that enables to define, control and manage their own and others' emotions. In this study, it was studied how related is high or low intrapersonal skills, interpersonal skills and general mood, as a sign of emotional intelligence and social media addiction. Moreover, it was analyzed the effect of personal skills, interpersonal skills, the general mood on social media addiction and these variables the level of difference according to demographic features and social media use habits. The quantitative research design was chosen in the study and data was collected from 207 participants through a purposeful and convenient sampling method. Data was collected through a face-to-face survey in a classroom setting via structured questionnaire form, between 01-20 May 2019. According to collected data, it was determined that there is a negative relationship between intrapersonal skills, interpersonal skills and social media addiction relapse and conflict lower dimension; and there is no relationship between general mode and social media addiction lower dimensions. With the increase of intrapersonal and interpersonal skills relapse and conflict level decreases. Furthermore, It has been determined that personal skills are correlated with social media addiction scale total and affect social media addiction. The research is important in terms of its results and due to the limited research in the field.

Background The coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) epidemic was recognized as a pandemic by the World Health Organization on March 2020. There have been significant changes in our lives due to the measures used to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic. Dementia patients are one of the most vulnerable groups who have difficulties in adapting to this situation. Our study aimed to compare the admission rate to the hospital and dementia characteristics of dementia patients in the COVID-19 pandemic and pre-pandemic periods. Methods Dementia patients admitted to the neurology outpatient clinic during the pandemic and pre-pandemic periods were included in the study. In these two periods, age, gender, dementia type, stage, age of onset, mini-mental state examination, reason for admission, vitamin B12, vitamin D, folic acid levels, brain imaging, electroencephalogram results were analysed retrospectively. Dementia characteristics and vitamin levels were compared. Results Two hundred and two dementia patients were included in the study. When the reasons for admission to the hospital were examined, the number of applications with the complaint of forgetfulness was highest in the pre-COVID period (53.1%); this rate was 37.8% in the COVID period. Also, 9.5% of patients were admitted for a drug prescription or medication report during the COVID period, while this rate was 1.6% in the pre-COVID period. Brain imaging was performed on 91 patients in the pre-COVID period, while 42 patients underwent imaging in the COVID period. Conclusions Although this study was performed with a limited population, it indicates that the COVID-19 pandemic indirectly affects the clinical conditions of people living with dementia.

Activist groups and non-govermental organizations can easily organize, reach more people at low cost, create a worldwide awareness through the internet. In this study, which deals with the issue of activist public relations through new media, Public Relations Review, Public Relations Inquiry, Journal of Public Relations Research, that are scanned in Web of Science and have an important place in the international literatüre of the public relations, were examined. The articles published in these journals between 2000-2020 and linking activist public relations and new media issues were determined and analyzed with a systematic review method in order to reveal the effect of new media on activist public relations. The findings show that activist groups and NGOs have increased their activist public relations activities through the internet however profit-oriented institutions practice few activist publis relations activities. As stated in the postmodern public relations view, institutions and public relations practitioners should apply activist public relations activities., Günümüz dijitalleşme çağında, internet sayesinde aktivist grupların ve sivil toplum kuruluşlarının gerçekleştirdiği halkla ilişkiler faaliyetleri artmıştır. Aktivist gruplar ve sivil toplum kuruluşları internet sayesinde kolayca organize olabilmekte, düşük maliyetle daha çok kişiye ulaşabilmekte ve dünya çapında bir farkındalık oluşturabilmektedirler. Yeni medya aracılığıyla gerçekleştirilen aktivist halka ilişkiler konusunun ele alındığı bu çalışmada, Web of Science’ta taranan ve halkla ilişkiler uluslararası literatürde önemli yere sahip Public Relations Review, Public Relations Inquiry, Journal of Public Relations Research dergileri incelenmiştir. Söz konusu dergilerde 2000-2020 tarihleri arasında yayınlanmış ve aktivist halkla ilişkiler ve yeni medya konuları arasında bağ kuran makaleler belirlenip, yeni medyanın aktivist halkla ilişkiler üzerine etkisini ortaya koymak amacıyla sistematik inceleme yöntemiyle analiz edilmiştir. Bulgular, aktivist gruplar ve STK’ların internet sayesinde aktivist halkla ilişkiler faaliyetlerinin arttığını bununla birlikte kâr amacı güden kurumların aktivist halkla ilişkiler faaliyetlerini daha az uyguladığını göstermektedir. Postmodern halkla ilişkiler anlayışında belirtildiği gibi, kurumların ve halkla ilişkiler çalışanlarının da aktivist halkla ilişkiler uygulamalarına başvurması gerekmektedir.

Turkiye’nin de icinde bulundugu bazi toplumlarda aile ve toplumsal yasamda kadin ve erkeklere yuklenen roller calisma yasamina da yansimaktadir. Kadinlarin calisma hayatindaki konumunu, statusunu sosyal ve aile hayatindaki roller belirlemektedir. Bu anlamda calismada temel problem toplumsal cinsiyet rollerinin is yasamini da duzenlemesidir. Calismanin temel amaci ozel kurumlarin halkla iliskiler ve reklam biriminde calisan kadinlarin calisma yasaminda toplumsal cinsiyet rollerine iliskin bakis acilarini ve bu bakis acilarinin kaynagini ortaya koymaktir. Calismada ayrica toplumsal cinsiyetci orgutsel anlayisin kadin calisanlarca farkindalik duzeyi ve bununla basa cikma cabalari ortaya konmustur. Nitel arastirma modeli tercih edilen arastirmanin evrenini Ankara, Istanbul, Konya ile Gaziantep’te faaliyet gosteren kurum ve kuruluslarda halkla iliskiler ve reklamcilik alaninda calisan kadinlar olusturmaktadir. Bu evrende kartopu orneklem yontemi ile belirlenen kadin calisanlarla gorusme yapilmis ve is hayatinda toplumsal cinsiyet rollerine iliskin gorusleri acik kodlama ile cozumlenmistir. Elde edilen veriler Temellendirilmis Kuram dogrultusunda analiz edilmistir. Calismada oncelikle katilimcilarin mesleklerini disil ozelliklere gore tanimladiklari belirlenmistir. Yine katilimcilar calistiklari kurum icinde ikili iliskilerde eril dilin tercih edildigini, yoneticilik yapma, ucretlendirme duzeyinde erkeklere yonelik pozitif ayrimciligin yapildigini ancak kurumsal kaynaklarin kullaniminda ayrimciligin olmadigini, kariyer planlamalarinda kadin ve anne olmalarindan kaynaklanan sosyo-demografik faktorlerin belirleyici oldugunu dusunmektedir. Katilimcilar is ortaminda cinsiyet farkliligindan kaynaklanan esitsizligin farkinda ancak bu duruma karsi direnc gostermemektedir. Calisma bu anlamda kadin calisanlarin calisma yasaminda toplumsal cinsiyet rollerine iliskin farkindalik duzeylerini ve bakis acilarini ortaya koymak acisindan daha once yapilan nicel calismalari destekler niteliktedir. Ayrica is yasamini duzenleyen meslek etigi ve hukuksal kodlarin sekillenmesi acisindan kaynak niteligi tasimasi nedeniyle onemlidir.
