A newly developed microseismic (MS) monitoring system was employed in the Tianshan-Shengli tunnel to detect MS activities and then predict and provide early warning of rockburst disasters. The system not only has the advantages of accuracy of artificial analysis but also real-time analysis and warnings. The positioning accuracy for MS events is approximately 5-10 m. A new sensor installation scheme was proposed to achieve fast sensor installation and recovery, taking advantage of semicircular steel tubes and hose clamps. In addition, the rockburst risk level prediction criteria adopted multiple evaluation indexes such as MS event energy and moment magnitude and number, and it revealed that the evolution of maximum energy has a good positive correlation with that of maximum moment magnitude through analyzing the monitored MS events. It also showed that the rockburst generally occurred 2 days after the rock mass was exposed by the tunnel boring machine (TBM) tail shield and belonged to the delayed rockburst category, according to the field statistical results. The preliminary application cases indicated that the rockburst prediction and early warning based on MS monitoring agree with the site survey results. 1-Octacosanol (Octa) is a natural compound with several beneficial properties. However, its poor water solubility and metabolism in the digestive tract reduce its efficacy. The Octa-GA-Malt-PPI microcapsule was prepared as follows: gum Arabic (GA):maltose (Malt):pea protein isolate (PPI) = 2:1:2; core:shell = 1:7.5; emulsification temperature 70 °C; pH 9.0. An in vitro simulated gastrointestinal tract was used to analyze the digestion behavior. C57BL/6 mice were selected to establish an obesity model induced by a high-fat diet (HFD) to evaluate the effect of Octa monomer and the microcapsule. The diffusivity in water and storage stability of Octa improved after encapsulation. The microcapsule was ascribed to electrostatic interactions, hydrogen bonding, and hydrophobic interactions. The sustained release of Octa from the microcapsule was observed in a simulated gastrointestinal tract. Compared with Octa monomer, the microcapsule was more effective in alleviating the symptoms of weight gain, hypertension, and hyperlipidemia induced by HFD in mice. In conclusion, the construction of microcapsule structure can improve the dispersibility and stability of Octa in water, achieve sustained release of Octa in the gastrointestinal tract, and improve its efficiency in alleviating the effects of HFD on the body. Long intergenic noncoding RNAs (lincRNAs) are crucial regulators in numerous biological processes. However, the functions and mechanisms of m 6 A-modified lincRNAs in neuronal development remain unclear. Here, we report an m 6 A-modified lincRNA, Dppa2 upstream binding RNA (Dubr), abundantly expressed at the early developmental stage of dorsal root ganglion (DRG) and cerebral cortex. Silencing Dubr impairs axon elongation of DRG neurons and axon projection and migration of cortical neurons, whereas lacking m 6 A modification of Dubr fully loses its functions. Mechanically, Dubr interacts with m 6 A-binding proteins, the YTHDF1/3 complex, through its m 6 A motifs to protect YTHDF1/3 from degradation via the proteasome pathway. Furthermore, Tau and Calmodulin are regulated by YTHDF1/3 and m 6 A-modified Dubr. Overexpression of YTHDF1/3 not only rescues the reduced Tau and Calmodulin but also restores axon elongation of DRG neurons by Dubr knockdown. A gas chromatography-mass spectrometric (GC-MS) method has been established for the simultaneous determination of 103 pesticide residues in cabbages and apples using programmable temperature vaporizer-based large volume injection (PTV-LVI) and negative chemical ionization (NCI). It was found that much lower detection limits for the investigated pesticides can be obtained. Prior to GC-NCI/MS analysis, the optimized parameters of PTV-LVI were as follows: inlet temperature was set at 45 degrees C, split vent flow rate was 20 mL/min, evaporation time was 1 min and evaporation temperature was set at 60 degrees C. The volume of injection was 10 microL. Co-extractives were removed from the acetonitrile extracts using solid phase extraction with octadecyl (200 mg) and primary secondary amine (100 mg) sorbents. Matrix matched calibration solutions were used for all the analyses. To evaluate performance of the method, validation experiments were carried out in cabbages and apples at two spiking levels (5 and 10 microg/kg). The average recoveries ranged from 58.5% to 113.2%, and the relative standard deviations (RSDs, n = 6) were in the range of 3.3% - 14.5%. The limits of detection (S/N = 3) were less than 5 microg/kg for all the pesticides. The results show that this method is simple, rapid, sensitive and specific. It is appropriate for the simultaneous identification and quantification of the multi-residues in cabbages and apples.
