Grid-forming energy storage can not only have the conventional energy storage function, but also be able to improve the system inertia to meet the demand for rapid frequency and voltage regulation of microgrid with high renewable penetration. Therefore, the grid-forming energy storage technology is an important form to promote the development of microgrid technology. In this paper, to investigate the impact of energy storage control strategy, an optimal operation model of microgrids considering stabilized expansion of grid-forming energy storage is proposed. Firstly, a microgrid cluster architecture with two sub-microgrids is built. The efficiency model of each component of the microgrid cluster is determined, and different energy storage control strategies are analyzed. Based on the different energy storage control strategies, different start-up modes of diesel generators constraints are set. Secondly, with the operating cost of microgrids as the optimization objective and the diesel generator start-up mode constraints, the optimized operation model of microgrids considering stabilized expansion of grid-forming energy storage is constructed, and it is solved by the CPLEX solver. Finally, different photovoltaic penetration scenarios are set up for arithmetic. The simulation is conducted to verify that the grid-forming energy storage can effectively improve the microgrids operation economy and environmental protection. Meanwhile, appropriately increasing the microgrid cluster contact line power limit can improve the system operation economy.

ObjectiveTo examine the changes in AMH levels longitudinally over time and their relationship with both body composition, particularly abdominal adiposity, and milestones of pubertal development in female children.DesignSecondary analysis of a prospective, longitudinal study.SettingUniversity affiliated research center and laboratories.PatientsEighty-nine females were examined between 1990 and 2015 to study child growth and development.InterventionsDemographic, anthropometric, growth, and pubertal milestone data with serum samples stored and subsequently analyzed for AMH.Main outcome measuresLongitudinal change in AMH and predicted AMH levels based on body composition, age, and pubertal milestones including, pubarche, thelarche, and menarche.ResultsNatural log-transformed AMH (AMHlog) levels appeared to have a nonlinear relationship with age, decreasing between 10 and 14 years of age, increasing until 16 years. A mixed effect linear model demonstrated that increased abdominal adiposity (waist/height ratio, WHtR) was significantly associated with the predicted increased AMHlog levels (β=1.37). As females progressed through the Tanner stages, the model predicted decreasing AMHlog values when adjusting for age and WHtR.ConclusionsDeclining AMH levels during puberty may not be reflective of diminished ovarian reserve as observed in adults, but may suggest a permissive role of AMH in the activation of the hypothalamic-pituitary-ovarian axis.

Background: Hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT), which is widely used in clinical practice, is aimed at improving nerve function impairment after brain injury. Meanwhile, the effects of music therapy on brain function are unclear. This retrospective study was conducted to explore the application effect of HBOT combined with music therapy on patients suffering from aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage (aSAH). Methods: For this retrospective study, 130 patients with aSAH after HBOT were selected from our hospital from June 2021 to June 2022. The patients were divided into the observation (n = 70) and control (n = 60) groups based on whether they received music therapy. Comparisons were made on general demographic data, blood flow rate in median cerebral artery (MCA), cerebral vasospasm (CVS), National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS), activities of daily living (ADL) score, Self-Rating Depressive Scale (SDS), and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) of patients. Results: Baseline data between the two groups showed no statistically significant difference (P > 0.05). After management, patients in the observation group presented significantly lower SAS and SDS scores (P < 0.05), lower blood flow rate in MCA, CVS and NIHSS scores (P < 0.05), and higher ADL scores than the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusions: The combination of HBOT and music therapy can considerably improve cerebral neurological deficits, slow down cerebral arterial blood flow, promote the recovery of postoperative cerebral function in aSAH patients, and improve anxiety and depression and the patients' ADL. A novel method for computer-generated rainbow holograms (CGRHs) of full-color objects is proposed. First, a new algorithm for fabricating full-color CGRHs of real-existing objects is proposed based on the interrelationship between coding of a CGRH and reconstruction of the hologram. Second, a color rainbow hologram for a real-existing object is generated by combining the proposed algorithm and computer-generated hologram generating system. Finally, the hologram is outputted by an auto-microfilming system. The principle of the algorithm, the process of hologram calculation, and the hologram generating system for real-existing objects and experimental results are presented. Bi5+ doped Bi2WO6 nanoflowers were prepared for the first time by hydrothermal method using sodium bismuth and sodium tungstate as raw materials. The crystal structure, micromorphology, optical absorption and photoelectrochemical properties of the materials were characterized by X-ray diffraction, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, UV–vis spectrum, photocurrent response and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy plots. Using the degradation of Rhodamine B (RhB) under visible light as the reaction model, the effects of Bi5+ doping on the photocatalytic activity of Bi2WO6 nanoflowers were investigated. The results showed that Bi5+ doping reduces the bandgap of Bi2WO6 nanoflowers, and improves the absorption ability of Bi2WO6 nanoflowers in the visible-light region remarkably. The photocatalytic activity of Bi5+ doped Bi2WO6 nanoflowers was promoted significantly, and the degradation efficiency of RhB can reach 96% in 60 min under visible-light irradiation.
