The rare-earth (RE) elements [Holmium (Ho) and Ytterbium (Yb)] doped vanadium pentoxide (V2O5) with a series of doping concentrations (1 mol.%, 3 mol.%, and 5 mol.%) have been successfully synthesized using environment-friendly facile hydrothermal method. The effect of RE ions on the photocatalytic efficiency of doped V2O5 has also been analyzed. The stable orthorhombic crystal structure of doped V2O5 confirms by the X-ray diffraction with no secondary phase, and high-stressed conditions are generated for the 3 mol.%. The crystallite size, strain, and dislocation density are calculated to perceive the doping effect on the bare V2O5. The optical characteristics have been measured using UV-vis spectroscopy. The absorptions are found to be increased with increasing doping concentrations; however, the bandgap remains in the visible range. The photocatalytic properties are examined for the compounds with varying pH, and it is observed that higher efficiency is exhibited for the pH 7 and catalyst concentration 500 ppm. The highest degradation efficiency is found to be 93% and 95% for the 3 mol.% of Ho and Yb-doped V2O5 samples within 2 hours, respectively. It is elucidated that the RE ions significantly impact the catalytic behavior of V2O5, and the mechanism behind these extraordinary efficiencies has been explained thoroughly.

In this study, a complete study of the effect of hydrothermal reaction temperatures on the synthesis and physical properties of V2O5 using the green facile mild hydrothermal method has been performed with six different temperatures 100 {\deg}C to 200 {\deg}C, in the step of 20 {\deg}C. . The XRD pattern confirm the stable orthorhombic crystal structure of the synthesized samples at all reaction temperatures. The SEM and TEM images demonstrate the particle-like morphology, and these characterizations affirmed that the particles size became larger with the increase of reaction temperatures. The FTIR analysis is employed to study the functional groups, and the obtained results are consistent with the XRD analysis. The bandgap has been estimated at various reaction temperatures using UV-vis diffuse reflectance spectra (UV-DRS) and was found to be varied 2.09 eV to 2.15 eV that are suitable range to absorb a significant amount of visible light. The photocatalysis of methylene blue (MB) with synthesized samples has been accomplished to investigate photocatalytic efficiency. Ruderman-Kittel-Kasuya-Yosida (RKKY) is an essential long range magnetic interaction between magnetic impurities or magnetic layered structures, the magnitude of which oscillates with the distance ($\mathrm{R}$) between them. We have investigated the RKKY interaction between two magnetic impurities in both time-reversal and inversion symmetry broken Weyl semimetals (WSMs) where the energy dispersion is tilted in momentum space and the momentum of the conduction electron is locked with the pseudo-spin. Two important features are revealed, firstly, at the small tilt limit, we show that the RKKY coupling varies quadratically with the tilt parameter and strikingly, at large separation distance $\mathrm{R}$, the coupling decays as $1/\mathrm{R}$ compared to the conventional of $1/\mathrm{R}^{3}$ dependence exhibited by WSMs with non-tilted dispersion. The slower decay by two orders i.e. ($1/\mathrm{R}$ as opposed to $1/\mathrm{R}^{3}$) of the RKKY coupling is significant for maintaining long range RKKY coupling. Secondly, the RKKY coupling exhibits an anisotropy with respect to the angle between the tilt direction ($\mathbf{w}$) and the separation direction $\mathbf{R}$ unlike the case of non-tilted WSMs which exhibit isotropic RKKY coupling. Consequently, the RKKY coupling in tilted WSMs alternately favours ferromagnetic and anti-ferromagnetic orders and vice-versa with the change of the angle. Our results are derived analytically and verified by numerical calculations based on realistic parameter values.

A comprehensive comparison between Bi$_{25}$FeO$_{40}$-reduced graphene oxide(rGO) nanocomposite and BiFeO$_{3}$-rGO nanocomposite has been performed to investigate their photocatalytic abilities in degradation of Rhodamine B dye and generation of hydrogen by water-splitting. The hydrothermal technique adapted for synthesis of the nanocomposites provides a versatile temperature-controlled phase selection between perovskite BiFeO$_{3}$ and sillenite Bi$_{25}$FeO$_{40}$. Both perovskite and sillenite structured nanocomposites are stable and exhibit considerably higher photocatalytic ability over pure BiFeO$_{3}$ nanoparticles and commercially available Degussa P25 titania. Notably, Bi$_{25}$FeO$_{40}$- rGO nanocomposite has demonstrated superior photocatalytic ability and stability under visible light irradiation than that of BiFeO$_{3}$-rGO nanocomposite. The possible mechanism behind the superior photocatalytic performance of Bi$_{25}$FeO$_{40}$-rGO nanocomposite has been critically discussed., Comment: 13 pages, 6 figures

Weyl semimetals (WSM) exhibit chiral anomaly in their magnetotransport due to broken conservation laws. Here, we analyze the magnetotransport of WSM in the presence of the time-reversal symmetry-breaking tilt parameter. The analytical expression for the magnetoconductivity is derived in the small tilt limit using the semiclassical Boltzmann equation. We predict a planar Hall current which flows transverse to the electric field and in the plane containing magnetic and electric fields and scales linearly with the tilt parameter. A tilt-induced transverse conductivity is also present in the case where the electric and magnetic fields are parallel to each other, a scenario where the conventional Hall current completely vanishes., Comment: 6 pages, 10 figures

We adopt the tight-binding mode-matching method to study the strain effect on silicene heterojunctions. It is found that valley- and spin-dependent separation of electrons cannot be achieved by the electric field only. When a strain and an electric field are simultaneously applied to the central scattering region, not only are the electrons of valleys K and K' separated into two distinct transmission lobes in opposite transverse directions, but the up-spin and down-spin electrons will also move in the two opposite transverse directions. Therefore, one can realize an effective modulation of valley- and spin-dependent transport by changing the amplitude and the stretch direction of the strain. In this investigation, undoped BiFeO$_3$, Gd doped Bi$_{0.9}$Gd$_{0.1}$FeO$_3$, and Gd-Ti co-doped Bi$_{0.9}$Gd$_{0.1}$Fe$_{1-x}$Ti$_x$O$_3$ (x = 0.10, 0.20) materials were synthesized to report their multiferroic properties. The structural analysis and phase identification of these multiferroic ceramics were performed using Rietveld refinement. The Rietveld analysis has confirmed the high phase purity of the 10% Gd-Ti co-doped Bi$_{0.9}$Gd$_{0.1}$Fe$_{0.9}$Ti$_{0.1}$O$_3$ sample compared to that of other compositions under investigation. The major phase of this particular composition is of rhombohedral \textit{R3c} type structure (wt% $>99\%$) with negligible amount of impurity phases. In terms of characterization, we address magnetic properties of this co-doped ceramic system by applying substantially higher magnetic fields than that applied in previously reported investigations. The dependence of temperature and maximum applied magnetic fields on their magnetization behavior have also been investigated. Additionally, the leakage current density has been measured to explore its effect on the ferroelectric properties of this multiferroic system. The outcome of this investigation suggests that the substitution of 10% Gd and Ti in place of Bi and Fe, respectively, in BiFeO$_3$ significantly enhances its multiferroic properties. The ceramic pellets of the nominal compositions Bi$_{0.7}$Ba$_{0.3}$Fe$_{1-x}$Ti$_x$O$_3$ (x = 0.00-0.20) were prepared initially by standard solid state reaction technique. The pellets were then ground into micrometer-sized powders and mixed with isopropanol in an ultrasonic bath to prepare nanoparticles. The X-ray diffraction patterns demonstrate the presence of a significant number of impurity phases in bulk powder materials. Interestingly, these secondary phases were completely removed due to the sonication of these bulk powder materials for 60 minutes. The field and temperature dependent magnetization measurements exhibited significant difference between the magnetic properties of the bulk materials and their corresponding nanoparticles. We anticipate that the large difference in the magnetic behavior may be associated with the presence and absence of secondary impurity phases in the bulk materials and their corresponding nanoparticles, respectively. We obtain the lowest energy solutions for the skymion field equations and their corresponding vortex structures. Two nondegenerate solutions emerge with their vortex swirls in opposite directions. The solutions are associated with an extremum property, which favors an array of almost hexagonal shape. We predict that a regular hexagonal lattice must have a mix of skyrmions of both swirls. Although our solutions could not keep the norm of the magnetization constant at unity, their greatest deviation from unity occurred in regions where the spins are far from planar; we show how to improve this situation., Comment: 12 pages, 5 figures

We study the Thiele equation for current-induced motion in a skyrmion lattice through two soluble models of the pinning potential. Comprised by a Magnus term, a dissipative term and a pinning force, Thiele's equation resembles Newton's law but in virtue of the topological character of the first two, it differs significantly from Newtonian mechanics and because the Magnus force is dominant, unlike its mechanical counterpart, the Coriolis force, skyrmion trajectories do not necessarily have mechanical counterparts. This is important if we are to understand skykrmion dynamics and tap into its potential for data-storage technology. We identify a pinning threshold velocity for the one-dimensional potential and for a two-dimensional potential we find a pinning point and the skyrmion trajectories toward the point are spirals whose frequency (compare Kepler's second law) and amplitude decay depends only on the Gilbert constant and potential at the pinning point., Comment: 14 pages, 5 figures

We show a large magnetoresistance(MR) effect in a graphene heterostructure consisting of an metallic(M) and semiconductor(SC)-type armchair-graphene-nanoribbon(aGNR). In the heterostructure, the transmission across the first subband of the SC-aGNR and M-aGNR is forbidden under zero magnetic-field, due to the orthogonality of the wavefunctions. A finite magnetic-field introduces the quantum hall-like effect, which distorts the wavefunctions. Thus, a finite transmission occurs across the heterojunction, giving rise to a large MR effect. We study the dependence of this MR on temperature and electron energy. Finally, we design a magnetic-field-effect-transistor which yields a MR of close to 100%(85%) at low(room) temperature.

The counterpropagating edge states of a two-dimensional topological insulator (TI) carry electrons of opposite spins. We investigate the transport properties of edge states in a two-dimensional TI which is contacted to ferromagnetic leads. The application of a side-gate voltage induces a constriction or quantum point contact (QPC) which couples the two edge channels. The transport properties of the system is calculated via the Keldysh nonequilibrium Green's function method. We found that inter-edge spin-flip coupling can significantly enhance (suppress) the charge current when the magnetization of the leads are anti-parallel (parallel) to one another. On the other hand, spin-conserving inter-edge coupling generally reduces the current by backscattering regardless of the magnetization configuration. The charge current and the conductance as a function of the bias voltage, also exhibit similar trends with respect to spin-flip coupling strength, for both parallel and anti-parallel configurations. We report an intrinsic form of the inverse spin Hall effect (ISHE) in ferromagnetic (FM) metal with Rashba spin orbit coupling (RSOC), which is driven by a normal charge current. Unlike the conventional form, the ISHE can be induced without the need for spin current injection from an external source. Our theoretical results show that Hall voltage is generated when the FM moment is perpendicular to the ferromagnetic layer. The polarity of the Hall voltage is reversed upon switching the FM moment to the opposite direction, thus promising a useful readback mechanism for memory or logic applications., Comment: 4 pages, 5 figures

We study the spatial distribution of spin torque induced by a strong Rashba spin-orbit coupling (RSOC) in a ferromagnetic (FM) metal layer, using the Keldysh non-equilibrium Green's function method. In the presence of the s-d interaction between the non-equilibrium conduction electrons and the local magnetic moments, the RSOC effect induces a torque on the moments, which we term as the Rashba spin torque. A correlation between the Rashba spin torque and the spatial spin current is presented in this work, clearly mapping the spatial distribution of Rashba Spin torque in a nano-sized ferromagnetic device. When local magnetism is turned on, the out-of-plane (Sz) Spin Hall effect (SHE) is disrupted, but rather unexpectedly an in-plane (Sy) SHE is detected. We also study the effect of Rashba strength (\alpha_R) and splitting exchange (\Delta) on the non-equilibrium Rashba spin torque averaged over the device. Rashba spin torque allows an efficient transfer of spin momentum such that a typical switching field of 20 mT can be attained with a low current density of less than 10^6 A/cm^2.

A large magnetoresistance effect is obtained at room-temperature by using p-i-n armchair-graphene-nanoribbon (GNR) heterostructures. The key advantage is the virtual elimination of thermal currents due to the presence of band gaps in the contacts. The current at B=0T is greatly decreased while the current at B>0T is relatively large due to the band-to-band tunneling effects, resulting in a high magnetoresistance ratio, even at room-temperature. Moreover, we explore the effects of edge-roughness, length, and width of GNR channels on device performance. We propose a memory device based on magnetically doped surfaces of 3D topological insulators. Magnetic information stored on the surface is read out via the quantized Hall effect, which is characterized by a topological invariant. We developed a unified mesoscopic transport model for graphene nanoribbons, which combines the non-equilibrium Green's function (NEGF) formalism with the real-space {\pi}-orbital model. Based on this model, we probe the spatial distributions of electrons under a magnetic field, in order to obtain insights into the various signature Hall effects in disordered armchair graphene nanoribbons (AGNR). In the presence of a uniform perpendicular magnetic field (B\perp-field), a perfect AGNR shows three distinct spatial current profiles at equilibrium, depending on its width. Under non-equilibrium conditions (i.e. in the presence of an applied bias), the net electron flow is restricted to the edges and occurs in opposite directions depending on whether the Fermi level lies within the valence or conduction band. For electrons at energy level below the conduction window, the B\perp-field gives rise to local electron flux circulation, although the global flux is zero. Our study also reveals the suppression of electron backscattering as a result of the edge transport which is induced by the B\perp-field. This phenomenon can potentially mitigate the undesired effects of disorders, such as the bulk and edge vacancies, on the transport properties of AGNR. We study charge fractionalization in bilayer graphene which is intimately related to its zero modes. In the unbiased case, the valley zero modes occur in pairs rendering it unsuitable for charge fractionalization. A bias plays the role of a bosonic field with nontrivial topology allowing for the exploration of Dirac-like dynamics at higher particle momenta. It also induces an odd number of zero modes, which, together with the conjugation symmetry between positive and negative energy states, are the requisite conditions for charge fractionalization. A self-conjugate, localized zero mode is constructed for a semi-infinite graphene sheet with zigzag edge; scenarios can occur readily where one sublattice component (pseudospin) dominates. While the other valley also has a similar zero mode, a layer asymmetry can be invoked to lift this degeneracy allowing for detection of distinguishable charge-1/2 edge states per valley., Comment: 15 pages, 5 figures

We investigate the local spin polarization texture of Landau levels under Rashba spin-orbit coupling in bulk two-dimensional electron gas (2DEG) systems. In order to analyze the spin polarization as a function of two-dimensional coordinates within the 2DEG, we first solve the system eigenstates in the symmetric gauge. Our exact analytical wavefunction solutions are shown to be gauge invariant with solutions obtained in the commonly used Landau gauge. We illustrate the two-dimensional spatial spin profile for a single Landau level and suggest means to measure and utilize the local polarization in practice., Comment: 12 pages, 1 figure

The electronic properties of armchair graphene nanoribbons (AGNRs) can be significantly modified from semiconducting to metallic states, by applying a uniform perpendicular magnetic field (B-field). Here, we theoretically study the bandgap modulation induced by a perpendicular B-field. The applied B-field causes the lowest conduction subband and the top-most valence subband to move closer to one another to form the n=0 Landau level. We exploit this effect to realize a device relevant MR modulation. Unlike in conventional spin-valves, this intrinsic MR effect is realized without the use of any ferromagnetic leads. The AGNRs with number of dimers, Na=3p+1 [p=1,2,3,...] show the most promising behavior for MR applications, with large conductance modulation and hence, high MR ratio at the optimal source-drain bias. However, the MR is suppressed at higher temperature due to the spread of the Fermi function distribution. We also investigate the importance of the source-drain bias in optimizing the MR. Lastly, we show that edge roughness of AGNRs has the unexpected effect of improving the magnetic sensitivity of the device and thus increasing the MR ratio., Comment: 13 pages, 5 figures

We propose a simple, yet highly efficient and robust device for producing valley polarized current in graphene. The device comprises of two distinct components; a region of uniform uniaxial strain, adjacent to an out-of-plane magnetic barrier configuration formed by patterned ferromagnetic gates. We show that when the amount of strain, magnetic field strength, and Fermi level are properly tuned, the output current can be made to consist of only a single valley contribution. A semi-classical description of the intrinsic spin-Hall effect (SHE) is presented which is relevant for a wide class of systems. A heuristic model for the SHE is developed, starting with a fully quantum mechanical treatment, from which we construct an intuitive expression for the spin-Hall current and conductivity. Our method makes transparent the physical mechanism which drives the effect, and unifies the SHE across several spintronic and optical systems. The intrinsic spin-Hall effects (SHE) in $p$-doped semiconductors [S. Murakami et al., Science 301, 1348 (2003)] and two-dimensional electron gases with Rashba spin-orbit coupling [J. Sinova et al., Phys. Rev. Lett. 92, 126603 (2004)] have been the subject of many theoretical studies, but their driving mechanisms have yet to be described in a unified manner. The former effect arises from the adiabatic topological curvature of momentum space, from which holes acquire a spin-dependent anomalous velocity. The SHE in the Rashba system, on the other hand, results from the momentum-dependent spin dynamics in the presence of an external electric field. The two effects clearly appear to originate from distinct mechanisms. Our motivation for this article is to address this apparent disparity and, in particular, to seek a unifying description of the effects. In this endeavor, we consider the explicit time-dependence of SHE systems starting with a general spin-orbit model. We find that by performing a gauge transformation of the general model with respect to time, a well-defined gauge field appears in time space which has the physical significance of an effective magnetic field. This magnetic field is shown to precisely account for the SHE in the Rashba system in the adiabatic limit. Remarkably, by carefully analyzing the equation of motion of the general model, this field component is also found to be the origin of the anomalous velocity due to the momentum space curvature. A unified theoretical treatment is presented to describe the physics of electron dynamics in semiconductor and graphene systems. Electron spin fast alignment with the Zeeman magnetic field (physical or effective) is treated as a form of adiabatic spin evolution which necessarily generates a monopole in magnetic space. One could transform this monopole into the physical and intuitive topological magnetic fields in the useful momentum (K) or real spaces (R). A charged particle whose energy is less than the electric potential step it is incident upon, is expected to undergo partial reflection and transmission. In bilayer graphene, however, a potential step in the form of an antisymmetric kink results in particle localization due to the interaction between the particle and its chiral partner. It is found that when the potential step exceeds a threshold, zero-energy modes of the system emerge, and causes the kink to acquire a charge. The Hall-effect plateaus in the vicinity of the zero modes correspond, unexpectedly, to those of the monolayer. The topological nature of these kink-induced effects and the ease with which a kink can be generated in practice, suggest possible applications in e.g. storage of information or switching devices., Comment: 15 pages

We study the pseudo spin-orbital (SO) effects experienced by massive Dirac particles in graphene, which can potentially be of a larger magnitude compared to the conventional Rashba SO effects experienced by particles in a 2DEG semiconductor heterostructure. In order to generate a uniform vertical pseudo SO field, we propose an artificial atomic structure, consisting of a graphene ring and a charged nanodot at the center which produces a large radial electric field. In this structure, a large pseudo SO coupling strength can be achieved by accelerating the Dirac particles around the ring, due to the small energy gap in graphene and the large radial electric field emanating from the charged nanodot. We discuss the theoretical possibility of harnessing the pseudo SO effects in mesoscopic applications, e.g. pseudo spin relaxation and switching., Comment: 12 pages, 1 figure

We show that a moderately strong constant electric field in the plane of a monolayer graphene sheet can create particle-hole pairs at an observable rate. The pairs undergo zitterbewegung in opposite directions leading to a Hall-like separation of the charge carriers and a measurable transverse dipole moment is predicted which serves as the signature of the zitterbewegung. In contrast with the created pairs, the zero modes of the excitation induce a current transverse to the electric field but do not result in separated charges. For bilayer graphene a similar effect by the electric field is shown not to be possible., Comment: 15 pages

We describe formally the precession of spin vector about the k-space effective magnetic field in condensed matter system with spin orbital effects as constituting a local transformation of the electron wavefunction which necessarily invokes the SU(2) transformation rule to ensure covariance. We showed a "no-precession" condition as pre-requisite for the spin gauge field to exert its influence on spin particle motion. The effects of the spin gauge field on spin particle motion were shown to be consistent in both classical and quantum pictures, which hence should underpin theoretical explanations for important effects in anomalous Hall, spin Hall, spin torque, optical Magnus, geometric quantum computation., Comment: 11 pages, 1 figure

We describe an intrinsic spin-Hall effect in $n$-type bulk zinc-blende semiconductors with topological origin. When electron transport is confined to a waveguide structure, and the applied electric field is such that the spins of electrons remain as eigenstates of the Dresselhaus spin-orbit field with negligible subband mixing, a gauge structure appears in the momentum space of the system. In particular, the momentum space exhibits a non-trivial Berry curvature which affects the transverse motion of electrons anisotropically in spin, thereby producing a finite spin-Hall effect. The effect should be detectable using standard techniques in the literature such as Kerr rotation, and be readily distinguishable from other mechanisms of the spin-Hall effect., Comment: 6 pages, 3 figures

We use the non-perturbative gauge field approach to study the effects of spin orbit coupling on the dynamic of magnetic moment. We present a general equation of motion (EOM) which unifies i) the spin orbit coupling effect derived from the SU(2) spin gauge field, and ii) the moment chirality effect previously derived from the topological U(1)xU(1) rotation gauge under the adiabatic condition. We present an analogy between the classic Gambler's Ruin problem and the thermally-activated dynamics in periodic Brownian ratchets. By considering each periodic unit of the ratchet as a site chain, we calculated the transition probabilities and mean first passage time for transitions between energy minima of adjacent units. We consider the specific case of Brownian ratchets driven by Markov dichotomous noise. The explicit solution for the current is derived for any arbitrary temperature, and is verified numerically by Langevin simulations. We propose a two-dimensional electron gas (2DEG) system in which an external magnetic (B) field with a small chirality is applied to provide a topological U(1) U(1) gauge field that separates conduction electrons of opposite spins in the transverse direction. Additionally, the vertical electric (E) field in the 2DEG, together with spin-orbit coupling, produces a SU(2) gauge field which reinforces / opposes the effect of the topological gauge. The system thus provides a tunable spin Hall effect, where an applied gate voltage on the 2DEG can be used to modulate the transverse spin current. As this method leads to the enhancement or cancellation of intrinsic spin Hall, it naturally distinguishes the extrinsic from the intrinsic effect., Comment: 11 pages, 3 figures

In this paper, we reexamine the validity of using time quantified Monte Carlo (TQMC) method [Phys. Rev. Lett. 84, 163 (2000); Phys. Rev. Lett. 96, 067208 (2006)] in simulating the stochastic dynamics of interacting magnetic nanoparticles. The Fokker-Planck coefficients corresponding to both TQMC and Langevin dynamical equation (Landau-Lifshitz-Gilbert, LLG) are derived and compared in the presence of interparticle interactions. The time quantification factor is obtained and justified. We propose a general method of using the Fokker-Planck equation (FPE) to link the Monte-Carlo (MC) and the Langevin micromagnetic schemes. We derive the drift and disusion FPE terms corresponding to the MC method and show that it is analytically equivalent to the stochastic Landau-Lifshitz-Gilbert (LLG) equation of Langevin-based micromagnetics. Subsequent results such as the time quantification factor for the Metropolis MC method can be rigorously derived from this mapping equivalence. The validity of the mapping is shown by the close numerical convergence between the MC method and the LLG equation for the case of a single magnetic particle as well as interacting arrays of particles. We also found that our Metropolis MC is accurate for a large range of damping factors $\alpha$, unlike previous time-quantified MC methods which break down at low $\alpha$, where precessional motion dominates., Comment: 4 pages, 4 figures. We propose a new time quantifiable Monte Carlo (MC) method to simulate the thermally induced magnetization reversal for an isolated single domain particle system. The MC method involves the determination of density of states, and the use of Master equation for time evolution. We derive an analytical factor to convert MC steps into real time intervals. Unlike a previous time quantified MC method, our method is readily scalable to arbitrarily long time scales, and can be repeated for different temperatures with minimal computational effort. Based on the conversion factor, we are able to make a direct comparison between the results obtained from MC and Langevin dynamics methods, and find excellent agreement between them. An analytical formula for the magnetization reversal time is also derived, which agrees very well with both numerical Langevin and time-quantified MC results, over a large temperature range and for parallel and oblique easy axis orientations., Comment: 17 pages (including 8 pages of appendix), 4 figures

The dynamics of magnetic reversal process plays an important role in the design of the magnetic recording devices in the long time scale limit. In addition to long time scale, microscopic effects such as the entropic effect become important in magnetic nano-scale systems. Many advanced simulation methods have been developed, but few have the ability to simulate the long time scale limit and to accurately model the microscopic effects of nano-scale systems at the same time. We develop a new Monte Carlo method for calculating the dynamics of magnetic reversal at arbitrary long time. For example, actual calculations were performed up to 1e50 Monte Carlo steps.
