Due to the anticipated increase in loads, the power grid will encounter the issue of system peak loads in the future, which is typically addressed through grid reinforcement. However, implementing a flexibility service option can prevent the need for grid development. As the overall load continues to rise, the distribution transformer becomes overloaded. The presented work focuses on enhancing one of the parameters that define the insulation life of the transformer, known as the Loss-of-Life (LOL). Transactive approach involves the rescheduling of the battery and photovoltaic generation. Dominated Group Search Optimization (DGSO) algorithm is utilized to optimize the objective function of reducing the peak transformer load under the power flow and voltage constraints of the network. Experimental validation of the proposed method is conducted using MATLAB 2018 software. Modified IEEE 34-bus system is used to implement the proposed methodology. Numerical results obtained from various cases elucidate that the proposed model reduces the LOL of the transformer from 0.0103 to 0.0017p.u. This Paper proposed an enhanced Montgomery and efficient implementation of Modular Multiplication. Cryptographyoprocess is usedufor providingphigh informationmsecurity when a data is transferredmfrom transmitter to receiver. Various using methods like RSA, ECC, the Digital Signature Algorithm. The propose Montgomery algorithm usin RSA algorithim of cryptography is implemented in two different input both the inputs are 8 bit input. Coding have been done in Verilog language and the results are simulated on Vivado Software. For physical testing, we have used an FPGA NESYS 4 DDR hardware board that have Artix-7 FPGA chip on it produced by digilent company. The propose method shows good results in term of the number of slice flip flop, LUTs, and number of IOBs and power consumption. The proposed method shows better results as compare to other previous methods in term of different result parameters.

The proposed algorithm effectively addresses voltage imbalance, line loading, and power losses in the distribution system, offering advantages over other algorithms. The performance of the algorithm is evaluated using metrics such as R-squared and Mean Absolute Percentage Error, and it consistently outperforms existing methods in terms of prediction accuracy. The findings suggest that the proposed model can effectively address the challenge of predicting distribution systems. During gastrulation, physical forces reshape the simple embryonic tissue to form the complex body plans of multicellular organisms.sup.1. These forces often cause large-scale asymmetric movements of the embryonic tissue.sup.2,3. In many embryos, the gastrulating tissue is surrounded by a rigid protective shell.sup.4. Although it is well-recognized that gastrulation movements depend on forces that are generated by tissue-intrinsic contractility.sup.5,6, it is not known whether interactions between the tissue and the protective shell provide additional forces that affect gastrulation. Here we show that a particular part of the blastoderm tissue of the red flour beetle (Tribolium castaneum) tightly adheres in a temporally coordinated manner to the vitelline envelope that surrounds the embryo. This attachment generates an additional force that counteracts tissue-intrinsic contractile forces to create asymmetric tissue movements. This localized attachment depends on an [alpha]PS2 integrin (inflated), and the knockdown of this integrin leads to a gastrulation phenotype that is consistent with complete loss of attachment. Furthermore, analysis of another integrin (the [alpha]PS3 integrin, scab) in the fruit fly (Drosophila melanogaster) suggests that gastrulation in this organism also relies on adhesion between the blastoderm and the vitelline envelope. Our findings reveal a conserved mechanism through which the spatiotemporal pattern of tissue adhesion to the vitelline envelope provides controllable, counteracting forces that shape gastrulation movements in insects. Background: Stroke is a significant global cause of both mortality and morbidity. Cardioembolic stroke comprises 15-30% of all cases of ischemic stroke. Limited clinical studies have been conducted on cardioembolic stroke, particularly in the context of India. The objective of our study was to analyze the demographic, risk factor, and clinical characteristics of patients with cardioembolic stroke in Central India. Methods: A prospective study was conducted at the Inpatient Department of teaching hospital in Central India collecting necessary information and data from all cases diagnosed as cardioembolic stroke. Results: 325 patients were diagnosed to have acute Ischemic stroke. Of the 38 patients (11.6%) diagnosed with cardioembolic stroke, 17 (46%) were females. Mean age was 53.5±12.2 years. Occurrence of cardioembolic stroke was seen to be higher (71% vs 28.9%, p value<0.0001) in patients of older age group (46 years or more). A significant proportion of patients of the older age group (37%) had hypertension (p value=0.0048). Coronary artery disease (CAD) was the most prevalent cardiac disorder, observed in 21 patients (55.2%), valvular heart disease in 11 patients (28.9%) and atrial fibrillation in 7 patients (18.4%). Limb weakness (84.2%) and Middle Cerebral Artery (MCA) territory (73.6%) infarct were observed in majority of the patients. Conclusions: Prevalence of cardioembolic stroke in this region is lower than reported worldwide. While male predominance of cardioembolic stroke was noted, old age and hypertension were the major vascular risk factors identified. CAD was the major source of cardioembolism. Background: On 11th March 2020, WHO declared Covid-19 as the global pandemic; affecting over 200 countries world-wide. the clinical features ranges from mild flu like symptoms to seveare illness like ARDS and septic shock. Clinicians are looking for are the reliable prognostic marker that may identify the patients who are at risk & need prior treatment. Neutrophil lymphocyte ratio(NLR) & platelet lymphocyte ratio (PLR) are emerging out to be the important prognostic markers in the developing countries like India where limited resources are available. These markers are the important biomarkers which help in triaging the patients. Objective: 1. To determine the neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio (NLR) and platelet-lymphocyte ratio (PLR) in COVID 19 patients on day one of ICU admission and before discharge. 2. To correlate neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio and platelet-lymphocyte ratio with the severity of illness in COVID 19 patients. 3. To correlate neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio and platelet-lymphocyte ratio with the respiratory support given to patients during the hospital stay. Method: It is a retrospective study and included two months data of covid positive patients admitted in ICU. A total of 200 cases that were RTPCR positive or RAT positive recorded with their clinical history. For all cases NLR & PLR were evaluated at the time of admission and before discharge and results were recorded. Clinical complains, age, gender and comorbid conditions were analyzed by cross tabulation to assess their relationship with NLR & PLR. Result: Out of 200 cases 119cases were males and 81 were females. Maxium deaths were noted in the age group of 40 to 60 years. There was no significant difference between the outcome of the disease in males and females. The most common complaint at the time of admission was breathlessness followed by fever. Hypertension was the most common co-mordidity amongst thepatients. NLR & PLR of the Covid positive patients were raised in the patients who died as compaired to the patients who were discharged from the hospital. Conclusion: In this study, it has been found that the neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio (NLR) and platelet to lymphocyte ratio (PLR) in COVID-19 patients are increasing in diseased individuals and ratios are decreasing in discharged people. NLR and PLR prognostic biomarkers emerged out be cost-effective, readily available biomarker to access the severity of illness in COVID-19 patients, especially in the countries with low medical resources, for the better outcome of the patients. Background & Method: The aim of the study is to find the correlation of the clinical findings with the hematological findings in patients with bleeding manifestations. A blood pressure cuff inflates around the upper arm of patient. While the cuff is on the arm, a prick is given on the fingertip. It is just deep enough to cause a tiny amount of bleeding. The blood pressure cuff is immediately deflated. Blotting paper is touched to the cuts every 30 seconds until the bleeding stops. The time taken for the cuts to stop bleeding is recorded. Result: Idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura is more common in females (78%, as compared to males (22%). Similarly Systemic diseases causing bleeding manifestations are more common in females (63%) as compared to males (37%). But the same is not true in case of Aplastic anemia where males (71%) are more commonly affected than females (62%). While in case of haemophilia, the disease is 100%prevalent in males with 0% females. Conclusion: It is also our observation that many patients having hemostatic disorders do not necessarily have prolonged bleeding or clotting time which means that hemostasis is dependent on many other unknown in vitro (technical considerations) or in vivo (over the counter drugs) factors. Among the bleeding disorders platelet disorders (74%) are more common than coagulation disorders (15%). 87% cases are found to share clinical & hematological findings while no correlation seen in 13% cases. Background: Anemia and poor menstrual hygiene practices have a considerable impact on all aspects of an adolescent girl's life. There is a dire need for evidence on the burden and its association to provide actionable preventive measures. Objective: The objective of this study is to explore the magnitude and association between poor Menstrual Hygiene Management (MHM) practices and anemia. Materials and Methods: A cross-sectional study conducted among 393 adolescent girls of the urban slum of Bhopal (June 2017-July 2018). Hemoglobin (Hb) was determined by a portable Hb meter (HemoCue). Logistic regression analysis was done to find out if there is any association between poor MHM practices and anemia. Results: The present study found the prevalence of anemia as 38.7% among which 65.1%, 31.5%, and 3.2% were suffering from mild, moderate, and severe forms of anemia, respectively, and 87.3% were practicing poor MHM. Logistic regression found that the MHM, bleeding during menstruation, religion, educational status, and nutritional status of adolescents were significant factors associated with anemia. Conclusion: The study concluded that there is a significant association between poor MHM and anemia. Concerted convergent actions focusing on the provision of awareness regarding MHM and sanitary facilities to maintain proper menstrual hygiene are needed to reduce the burden of anemia.
