Introduction: Pleural contact is present when the underlying pathology of the pleural tag (PT) involves the pleura. This study aimed to preoperatively predict PI by lung adenocarcinomas (ACCs) with PT, exploring CT imaging parameters indicative of PT consisting of pleura and tumor invasiveness. Methods: This single-center, retrospective study included 84 consecutive patients diagnosed with solid ACCs with PT, who underwent resection at our hospital between May 2019 and July 2023. CT imaging parameters analyzed included: LPT (the length of PT), defined as the shortest distance from the tumor edge to the retracted pleura. Patients were divided into PI -ve group and PI +ve group according to PI status. Regression analyses were used to determine predictive factors for PI. Results: The study evaluated 84 patients (mean age, 62.0 ± 13.8 years; 45 females) pathologically diagnosed with ACCs with PT on CT. Multivariate regression analysis identified tumor size (OR 1.18, 95% CI 1.09-1.29, p = 0.000), LPT (OR 0.48, 95% CI 0.25-0.91, p = 0.03) and multiple PTs to multiple types of pleura (OR 3.58, 95% CI 1.13-11.20, p = 0.03) as independent predictors for PI. The combination of these CT features improved the predictive performance for preoperatively identifying PI, achieving high specificity and moderate accuracy. The sensitivity of predicting PI with only LPT < 3 mm was 96.9%. Conclusion: This study determined that LPT is effective for predetermining PI in ACCs with PT. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Introduction: The Dachaidan ophiolites outcrop within an ultrahigh-pressure metamorphic belt along the northern margin of the Qaidam Basin. However, their age, source, and tectonic setting remain still in debate. Method: In this study, we investigated the geochemistry and geochronology of the Dachaidan ophiolitic gabbros. Results and Discussion: Zircon U-Pb dating yielded a crystallization age of 510.0 ± 2.8 Ma and 510.0 ± 2.9 Ma for the gabbro. The gabbros have low SiO2 contents (47.15-50.10 wt.%) and high MgO contents (6.35-9.04 wt.%) and Mg# values (55-74). The total rare earth element (∑REE) contents are 8.35-28.07 ppm, lower than those of normal-type mid-ocean ridge basalts (MORBs), and the gabbros exhibit light REE depletion or flat REE patterns, with small positive Eu anomalies (Eu/Eu* = 1.06-1.40). Trace element patterns are depleted to enriched in Nb and Ta, similar to island arc rocks and MORB. Clinopyroxene thermobarometry indicates the parental magma of the gabbros formed by high-temperature (1,318°C-1,363°C) and medium-pressure (1.27-1.64 GPa) partial melting in a mantle wedge. The gabbros have depleted Sr-Nd-Pb-Hf isotopic compositions, with (87Sr/86Sr)i = 0.704586-0.707441, εNd(t) = 4.7-6.6, and zircon εHf(t) = 7.6-11.4. The age-corrected Pb isotope ratios of these volcanic rocks are variable, with 206Pb/204Pb(t) = 18.085-18.253, 207Pb/204Pb(t) = 15.595-15.614, and 208Pb/204Pb(t) = 37.880-38.148, which are similar to the isotopic compositions of typical Indian MORBs. The source of the Dachaidan ophiolite is inferred to have been depleted mantle. The Dachaidan ophiolite likely formed in a forearc oceanic setting along the northern margin of the Qaidam Basin, during the initial subduction of an oceanic plate. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

A method of scientometrics analysis was adopted in this study to objectively visualize the research status quo, track the emerging trends and understand the intellectual structure of affordance research in the field of interaction design with 726 documents published in the ISI Web of Science Core Collection (WoSCC) database from 1995-2020. The results identified that annual trends of the papers will continue to grow. USA plays a significant role and is a pioneer in the field. There is no leading institution or author with high output or high influence. The study has formed 4 hot research topic: Theoretical study, Perception-level study, Behaviour-level study and Experience-level study. According to the references co-citation network, we can know that affordance research in the field of interaction design has produced a number of classic literature.

CT and MRI imaging features and grades of liver iron deposition（LID）were discussed and evaluated in clinical application.The imaging and laboratory data of 20 patients with LID were analyzed retrospectively. CT value of liver were measured and MR signal intensity ratio of muscle/liver calculated.A new imaging grade of LID were made with CT and MR, and the grade correlation was analyzed between CT, MR and SF. All of 20 patients with LID, 19 cases were CT examination, their CT value ranging of liver were from 55HU to 116HU, of which more than 72HU were in 7 cases and 72HU or less in 12. 14 cases were MR examination with the low signal of liver, and the inverse phase signal of T1WI was higher than that of the positive phase. There were no significant difference among the grade of CT, T1WI, T2WI and SF (P>0.05), and there were the positive correlation of grade between CT, T1WI, T2WI and SF (rs=0.803,0.847,0.677 respectively), and of values between CT, T1WI SIR, T2WI SIR and SF(rs=0.454, 0.538, 0.811 respectively). CT can show the LID with high-density, but the mild LID can be with normal density, which is the false negative. MRI can show LID with low-signal, of which T2WI is the lower than T1WI, it is beneficial to diagnose the early LID. Grades of CT and MR have good consistent with that of SF, and can reflect the severity of LID, particularly that of MR-T1WI grading.

Genes expression related to lung cancer are observed in nasal epitthelia, to identify their similarities and differences and provide the basis for possible application. There are three groups:non-lung cancer group (NLC), lung cancer group (LC) and postoperative lung cancer group (PLC).The genes expression in nasal epitthelia were observed by PCR, including the HCK, NCF1, TLR8, EMR3, CSF2RB, DYSF, SPEF2, ANKFN1, HYDIN, DNAH5, C12orf55 and CCDC113. Their expression levels were obtained and statistically compared. Results showed that all the related genes in LC and PLC groups were highly expressed. There are significant difference in HCK, NCF1, TLR8, EMR3, CSF2RB and C12orf55 gene expression between the LC or PLC and NLC, and in EMR3 and C12orf55 between LC and PLC. Conclusions are HCK, NCF1, TLR8, EMR3, CSF2RB, C12orf55 can be used for lung cancer screening, while EMR3 and C12orf55 for the review of post-operative lung cancer.

High-efficiency taxiing for safe operations is needed by all types of aircraft in busy airports to reduce congestion and lessen fuel consumption and carbon emissions. This task is a challenge in the operation and control of the airport's surface. Previous studies on the optimization of aircraft taxiing on airport surfaces have rarely integrated waiting constraints on the taxiway into the multi-objective optimization of taxiing time and fuel emissions. Such studies also rarely combine changes to the airport's environment (such as airport elevation, field pressure, temperature, etc.) with the multi-objective optimization of aircraft surface taxiing. In this study, a multi-objective optimization method for aircraft taxiing on an airport surface based on the airport's environment and traffic conflicts is proposed. This study aims to achieve a Pareto optimized taxiing scheme in terms of taxiing time, fuel consumption, and pollutant emissions. This research has the following contents: (1) Previous calculations of aircraft taxiing pathways on the airport's surface have been based on unimpeded aircraft taxiing. Waiting on the taxiway is excluded from the multi-objective optimization of taxiing time and fuel emissions. In this study, the waiting points were selected, and the speed curve was optimized. A multi-objective optimization scheme under aircraft taxiing obstacles was thus established. (2) On this basis, the fuel flow of different aircraft engines was modified with consideration to the aforementioned environmental airport differences, and a multi-objective optimization scheme for aircraft taxiing under different operating environments was also established. (3) A multi-objective optimization of the taxiing time and fuel consumption of different aircraft types was realized by acquiring their parameters and fuel consumption indexes. A case study based on the Shanghai Pudong International Airport was also performed in the present study. The taxiway from the 35R runway to the 551# stand in the Shanghai Pudong International Airport was optimized by the non-dominant sorting genetic algorithm II (NSGA-II). The taxiing time, fuel consumption, and pollutant emissions at this airport were compared with those of the Kunming Changshui International Airport and Lhasa Gonggar International Airport, which have different airport environments. Accurate estimation of the fuel consumed during aircraft operation is key for determining the fuel load, reducing the airline operating cost, and mitigating environmental impacts. Aerodynamic parameters in current fuel consumption models are obtained from a static diagram extracted from the outcomes of wind tunnel experiments. Given that these experiments are performed in a lab setting, the parameters cannot be used to estimate additional fuel consumption caused by aircraft performance degradation. In addition, wind tunnel experiment results rarely involve the influence of crosswind on fuel consumption; thus, the results could be inaccurate when compared with field data. This study focuses on the departure climbing phase of aircraft operation and proposes a new fuel consumption model. In this model, the relationships between aerodynamic parameters are extracted by fitting quick access recorder (QAR) actual flight data, and the crosswind effect is also considered. Taking QAR data from two airports in China, the accuracy of the proposed model and its transferability are demonstrated. Applying the proposed model, the fuel saving of a continuous climb operation (CCO) compared with the traditional climb operation is further quantified. Finally, how aircraft mass, climbing angle, and different aircraft models could affect the fuel consumption of the climbing phase of aircraft operation is investigated. The proposed fuel consumption model fills gaps in the existing literature, and the method can be used for developing specific fuel consumption models for more aircraft types at other airports. Objective: Complex chromosome rearrangements (CCR) are rare structural abnormalities involving at least three breakpoints, categorized into three types based on their structure: type A (three-way rearrangements), type B (double two-way translocations), and type C (exceptional CCR). However, thus far, limited data exists on preimplantation genetic testing for chromosomal structural rearrangements (PGT-SR) in CCR carriers. This study aims to evaluate the clinical outcomes and influencing factors of PGT-SR in couples with CCR., Methods: Fifteen couples with unique CCR recruited from 793 couples following PGT-SR between January 2017 and May 2023. In addition, a total of 54 CCR cases, 39 previously reported as well as 15 newly added, were included in the analysis of factors associate with normal/balanced embryos., Results: A total of 100 blastocysts were biopsied and analyzed in 15 CCR couples after 17 PGT-SR cycles, with 16.0% being euploid, 78.0% aneuploid and 6.0% mosaic. 11 normal/balanced embryos and one mosaic embryo were transferred, resulting in eight live births. Furthermore, based on the combined data from 54 CCR carriers, the proportion of normal/balanced embryos was 10.8%, with a significant decrease observed among female carriers compared to male heterozygotes (6.5% vs. 15.5%, p = 0.002). Type B exhibited the lowest rate of euploid embryos at only 6.7%, followed by type A at 11.6% and type C at 14.0%, although the differences were not significant ( p = 0.182). After completing the multivariate generalized estimating equation (GEE) analysis, type B ( p = 0.014) and female carrier ( p = 0.002) were identified as independent risk factors for fewer euploid embryos., Conclusion: The occurrence of balanced CCR in patients with reproductive abnormalities may be more frequent than we expected. Despite the proportion of normal/balanced embryos being significantly low, which can be influenced by CCR type and carrier's sex, PGT-SR may improve the reproductive outcomes among CCR cases.
