In this work, pure Ba0.85Ca0.15Zr0.1Ti0.9O3 (BCZT) and CoFe2O4 (CFO) ceramics were prepared by the sol–gel and co-precipitation method, respectively. Then, the BCZT and CFO were joined to prepare the two-layer CFO/BCZT and three-layer BCZT/CFO/BCZT composite ceramics with the silver epoxy. The influence of the number of layers on the dielectric, relaxation, ferroelectric and magnetoelectric properties of layered composite ceramics was mainly studied. In the dielectric properties test results, both CFO/BCZT and BCZT/CFO/BCZT showed dielectric relaxation properties. Compared with CFO/BCZT, the dielectric constant of BCZT/CFO/BCZT at room temperature can reach about 6000 with lower loss. The Diffusion index (γ) of the composite ceramic samples was fitted by the Curie–Weiss law, indicating that the BCZT/CFO/BCZT diffusion phase transition is more obvious. Next, through complex impedance spectroscopy, an RC equivalent circuit model is set up to analyze the resistance characteristics of the sample. In the Nyquist diagram, the samples exhibit non-Debye relaxation behavior. In addition, the P-E loops indicate that the sample has ferroelectric properties, and the incompletely asymmetrical leakage current curve shows that composites have a built-in electric field. Finally, the dependence of the magnetoelectric coupling coefficient (αME) on the magnetic field and frequency shows that the magnetoelectric coupling performance of the sample has a good frequency tuning ability. The duality of cultural and creative industry can maintain the independence of creative birth and management as well as taking into account of the artistic and marketability of creativity. Income distribution contracts that link the design process to the commercial value of creative ideas can solve the problem of quantitative incentives for creative subjects. At the same time, it can encourage creative subjects to complete commercial and artistic design activities. The principal-agent relationship between the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain is utilized to stimulate the creation of creative ideas in line with market conditions, so as to solve the problem of duality reconciliation of cultural and creative industries. Through the design of the cultural creative industry chain dual task creative incentive contract, in the process of encouraging creative design subjects to complete the design of the work to give consideration to the coordination of duality. By analyzing the influences of design capability, risk, cost coefficient and binary correlation on the optimal investment level and the optimal risk sharing level of creative subjects in two types of design activities, the input transfer caused by the variation of the above conditions is further discussed. Abstract Background Rabies virus (RABV) causes a fatal infection of the central nervous systems (CNS) of warm-blooded animals. Once the clinical symptoms develop, rabies is almost invariably fatal. The mechanism of RABV pathogenesis remains poorly understood. Recent studies have shown that microRNA (miRNA) plays an important role in the pathogenesis of viral infections. Our recent findings have revealed that infection with laboratory-fixed rabies virus strain can induce modulation of the microRNA profile of mouse brains. However, no previous report has evaluated the miRNA expression profile of mouse brains infected with RABV street strain. Results The results of microarray analysis show that miRNA expression becomes modulated in the brains of mice infected with street RABV. Quantitative real-time PCR assay of the differentially expressed miRNAs confirmed the results of microarray assay. Functional analysis showed the differentially expressed miRNAs to be involved in many immune-related signaling pathways, such as the Jak-STAT signaling pathway, the MAPK signaling pathway, cytokine-cytokine receptor interactions, and Fc gamma R-mediated phagocytosis. The predicted expression levels of the target genes of these modulated miRNAs were found to be correlated with gene expression as measured by DNA microarray and qRT-PCR. Conclusion RABV causes significant changes in the miRNA expression profiles of infected mouse brains. Predicted target genes of the differentially expression miRNAs are associated with host immune response, which may provide important information for investigation of RABV pathogenesis and therapeutic method.

Abstract Background Angiogenesis is one of the mechanisms most critical to the postoperative recurrence and metastasis of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Thus, finding the molecular markers associated with angiogenesis may help identify patients at increased risk for recurrence and metastasis of HCC. This study was designed to investigate whether CD105 or CD34 could serve as a valid prognostic marker in patients with HCC by determining if there is a correlation between CD105 or CD34 expression and postoperative recurrence or metastasis. Methods Immunohistochemical staining for the CD105, CD34 and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) antibodies was performed in 113 HCC tissue specimens containing paracarcinomatous tissue and in 14 normal liver tissue specimens. The quantitation of microvessels identified by anti-CD105 and anti-CD34 monoclonal antibodies and the semiquantitation of VEGF expression identified by anti-VEGF monoclonal antibody were analyzed in conjunction with the clinicopathological characteristics of the HCC and any available follow-up information about the patients from whom the specimens were obtained. Results CD105 was not expressed in the vascular endothelial cells of any normal liver tissue or paracarcinomatous liver tissue but was expressed in the vascular endothelial cells of all HCC tissue. In contrast, CD34 was expressed in the vascular endothelial cells of normal liver tissue, paracarcinomatous tissue, and HCC tissue in the following proportions of specimens: 86.7%, 93.8%, and 100%, respectively. The microvascular densities (MVDs) of HCC determined by using an anti-CD105 mAb (CD105-MVD) and an anti-CD34 mAb (CD34-MVD), were 71.7 ± 8.3 (SD) and 106.3 ± 10.4 (SD), respectively. There was a significant correlation between CD105-MVD and CD34-MVD (r = 0.248, P = 0.021). Although CD34-MVD was significantly correlated with VEGF expression (r = 0.243, P = 0.024), CD105-MVD was more closely correlated (r = 0.300, P= 0.005). The correlation between microscopic venous invasion and CD105-MVD, but not CD34-MVD, was also statistically significant (r = 0.254, P = 0.018). Univariate analysis showed that CD105-MVD was significantly correlated with the 2-year overall survival rate (P = 0.014); CD34-MVD was not (P = 0.601). Multivariate analysis confirmed that CD105-MVD was an independent prognostic factor and that CD34-MVD was not. Conclusion The anti-CD105 mAb is an ideal instrument to quantify new microvessels in HCC as compared with anti-CD34 mAb. CD105-MVD as compared with CD34-MVD is relevant a significant and independent prognostic indicator for recurrence and metastasis in HCC patients.
