Diese Arbeit des technischen Projekts beschäftigt sich mit der umfassenden Planung einer Dialysestation mit zwölf Plätzen und der Detailplanung eines Dialyseplatzes für infektiöse PatientInnen. Im Rahmen dieser Projektarbeit werden alle relevanten Aspekte, die für die Planung, Organisation und das Betreiben dieser Station notwendig sind, entsprechend ausgeführt. Dabei werden die Bereiche Architekturplan, Medizintechnik, Workflow, HKLS-Technik, Installations- und Kommunikationstechnik bearbeitet . Die geplanten Bereiche sollen den modernen, medizinischen und technischen Anforderungen entsprechen. Jedes einzelne Thema wurde durch technische Pläne mittels Visio erstellt, um die Verständlichkeit und Deutlichkeit der Arbeit zu fördern. Außerdem wurden die elektrotechnischen Pläne mittels EPLAN realisiert This work of the technical project deals with the comprehensive planning of a dialysis ward with twelve beds and the detailed planning of a dialysis unit for infectious patients. Within the scope of this project all pertinent aspects which are essential for the planning, organization and operation of this unit, are executed adequately. By doing so, the fields of architectural planning, medical technology, workflow, HVAC technology, installation and communication technology are dealt with. The planned areas should meet the state-of-the-art medical and technical requirements. Diese Arbeit beschäftigt sich mit dem theoretischen Planen des Funktionsbereich, einer Herzüberwachungseinheit mit 16 Plätzen, und den Detailbereichen, einem Dreibettzimmer und einem Stützpunkt. Die Themenschwerpunkte liegen bei der räumlichen Planung sowie bei der Planung des Workflows, der Medizintechnik, der Installationstechnik und HKLS. Die räumliche Planung beinhaltet die Vorentwurfsplanung der Herzüberwachungseinheit mit 16 Plätzen sowie die Entwurfsplanung eines Raum mit drei Betten und des Stützpunktes. Der Workflowplan stellt die Versorgung und Entsorgung des gesamten Funktionsbereichs, Detailbereichs und die Ströme der beteiligten Personengruppen dar. Für die Medizintechnik ist sowohl die Übersichtsdarstellung der allgemein erforderlichen Geräte des Funktionsbereichs als auch die genaue Beschreibung der für den Detailbereich spezifischen Ausstattung gegeben. Die Planung der Installationstechnik umfasst die elektrotechnische Planung und Anlagendokumentation und die HKLS umfasst die erforderlichen Bautechniken dimensioniert. This thesis deals with the theoretical planning of the functional area, a cardiac monitoring unit with 16 beds and the detailed areas, a three-bed room and monitoring center. The main topics are the spatial planning as well as the planning of the workflow, the medical technology, the installation technology and HVAC. The spatial planning includes the preliminary design planning of the cardiac monitoring unit with 16 beds as well as the design planning of a room with three beds and the monitoring center. The workflow plan represents the supply and disposal of the entire functional area, detailed area and the flows of the involved groups of people. For the medical technology, both the overview representation of the generally required equipment of the functional area and the exact description of the equipment specific to the detail area are given. The planning of the installation technology includes the electrotechnical planning and system documentation and the HVAC includes the required construction technologies dimensioned.

Diese Arbeit befasst sich mit der Planung einer Endoskopieabteilung in einer Gesund-heitseinrichtung. Die Endoskopieabteilung umfasst drei Behandlungsräume, einer davon ist als ERCP konzeptioniert. Zur Bewältigung der in dieser Arbeit dargelegten Probleme wurden die erworbenen Kenntnisse und Vorlesungsunterlagen vom Studiengang Clinical Engineering herangezogen. Zusätzlich wurden Recherchen im Internet durchgeführt, die weitere Informationen lieferten. Ziel der Arbeit ist die Planung der räumlichen Belange so-wie die Planung der Arbeitsabläufe und der Medizintechnik für die zugeordnete Abteilung. Es wurden auch die Elektro- und Kommunikationstechnik sowie die HKLS-Technik in die Planung einbezogen. Die Arbeit zeigt, dass bei der Planung einer Abteilung im Gesund-heitswesen viele Aspekte (auch rechtliche) berücksichtigt werden müssen. Alle Anforde-rungen sollten gut aufeinander abgestimmt sein, um einen zukünftigen reibungslosen Ab-lauf in der Abteilung zu gewährleisten. This thesis deals with the planning of an endoscopy department in a healthcare facility. The endoscopy department consists of three treatment rooms, one of which is designed as an endoscopy with ERCP. In order to be able to cope with the problems of this elabora-tion, primarily the imparted knowledge as well as the corresponding documents from the already completed courses of the study course Clinical Engineering were used. Various searches on the Internet also helped to obtain additional information. The aim of the work is to plan the spatial concerns as well as the workflow and medical technology for the as-signed department. In addition, the electrical and communication technology as well as the HVAC technology were considered in the planning. The thesis shows that when planning a department in the healthcare sector, many aspects (including laws and norms) have to be taken into account. All requirements should be perfectly coordinated to ensure a future smooth operation in the department.

Die folgende Arbeit beschäftigt sich mit der Planung einer Nachbehandlungseinheit einer Ambulanz für Orthopädie und Traumatologie mit angeschlossener Radiologie. Hierbei soll ein Konzept durchdacht und eine Planung erstellt werden. Die Arbeit besteht aus folgenden Komponenten: Architekturplan, Workflow, Medizintechnik, Heizung-Klima-Lüftung-Sanitär und Elektrotechnik. Diese 5 Komponente sollen ausführlich ausgearbeitet und in diesem Dokument zusammengefasst dargestellt werden. outpatient clinic for orthopedics and traumatology with an attached radiology department. Diese Arbeit beschäftigt sich mit der Planung einer Aufnahmestation mit zwölf Betten, drei Untersuchungs- und Behandlungsräumen und der Detailplanung eines daran angeschlossenen akut geeigneten Untersuchungs- und Behandlungsraumes. Die Aufnahmestation wird angesichts der heutigen Realitäten, nämlich der bereits zwei Jahre lang bestehenden Coronapandemie, realisiert. Im Rahmen dieser Projektarbeit werden alle relevanten Dimensionen zur Planung, zur Organisation, zum Führen und Betreiben dieser Aufnahmestation ausgeführt. Dabei wird eine auf wissenschaftlichen Grundzügen basierende Ausarbeitung erstellt. The planning is being optimized in view of today’s realities, namely the corona pandemic, which has already existed for two years. As part of this project, all relevant dimensions for planning, organizing, managing, and operating this reception station are carried out. Die Arbeit behandelt die Planung und Konzeptionierung eines Teilbereichs des Instituts für Radiologie in eine Schwerpunktkrankenanstalt mit einem MRT und zwei CT. Der Verfasser betreibt eigenständig die Behandlung einer Problemstellung des Studiums mit Praxisbezug, und methodisch korrekte Auseinandersetzung mit wissenschaftlichen Erkenntnissen in einem vorgegebenen Zeitraum. Die durch das Studium erworbenen Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten sind anzuwenden, um das Fundament für das Technische Projekt zu bilden. The thesis deals with the planning and conceptual design of a subarea of the Institute of Radiology into a focus hospital with one MRI and two CT. The author independently carries out the treatment of a problem of the study with practical relevance, and methodically correct examination of scientific findings in a specified period. The knowledge and skills acquired through the study are to be applied to form the foundation for the technical project. The following teaching contents are considered in particular: - Spatial planning - Workflow planning - Planning of medical technology - Planning of installation technology (electrical and communication technology) - Planning of the HVAC technology Taking these aspects into account, the department of the focal institution is planned in the relevant dimension.

Diese Arbeit beschäftigt sich mit der Aufbau einer Intensivstation mit chirurgischen Patient*innen, und der entsprechenden Erarbeitung der benötigten Teilbereiche. Dabei bezieht sie sich auf die Aspekte, die für die Planung, Organisation und Betreibung einer Gesundheitseinrichtung notwendig sind. Um dies abdecken zu können, wird grundsätzlich auf die Architektur, die Medizintechnik, die Installationstechnik, sowie auf die HKLS-Technik eingegangen. Bei der Aufstellung des architektonischen Plans wird darauf geachtet, dass eine praktikable Aufteilung der Räumlichkeiten geschaffen wird, sowie eine problemlose Organisation in diesem Bereich ermöglicht wird. Die Medizintechnik befasst sich mit der jeweils benötigten Technik, um die Patient*innen bestmöglich versorgen zu können. This paper deals with the structure of an intensive care unit with surgical patients and the development of the different parts, which are needed for the execution. The strategy, organisation and prosecution need to be defined for the operation of the health facility. Those aspects are going to be represented through the architecture, the medical technology, the installation technology and HVAC technology. It is the purpose of the architecture to create practical divisions and a problem-free organisation. The medical technology has the aim to provide the necessary health care for each patient. The installation technology and HVAC supply are needed for the technical implementation of this station.

Kurzfassung Diese Arbeit beschäftigt sich mit der Planung einer Ambulanz für Zahn- Mund- und Kieferheilkunde und geht dabei auf folgende Teilbereiche genauer ein: • Architekturplanung • Planung des Workflows • Planung der Medizintechnik • Planung der Installationstechnik • Planung der HKLS-Technik (Heizung, Klimatechnik, Lüftung, Sanitär) Angegeben wurden drei Behandlungsräume, ein Spezialeingriffsraum und ein Röntgenraum, wobei der Spezialeingriffsraum das zentrale Element der Ausarbeitung darstellt und im Text als Detailbereich beschrieben wird. Sämtliche relevanten Dimensionen, welche zur Planung, Organisation und Betreiben der Ambulanz als erforderlich angenommen wurden, sind im Folgenden dementsprechend beschrieben. Der Funktionsbereich wurde architektonisch geplant, dabei wurde sowohl auf den Brandschutz und den Strahlenschutz als auch auf die Planung des Fluchtweges eingegangen. Dieser Plan bildet die Grundlage der weiteren Planungen. In der Planung des Workflows werden sämtliche Wege der Personen in der Abteilung beschrieben und dargestellt. Im Kapitel Medizintechnik wird die Verortung der jeweiligen Geräte beschrieben wird. Die Installationstechnik umfasst die Elektrotechnik und die Kommunikationstechnik und bei der Planung der HKLS-Technik wurden die wesentlichen Punkte der Heizungsplanung, Klimatechnik, Lüftungstechnik und die Planung der Sanitäranlagen ausgearbeitet. Diese Arbeit beschäftigt sich mit der technischen Gesamtausstattung einer Funktionseinheit für Angiographie für den Einsatz am Gefäßsystem. In jener Einrichtung werden die Blutgefäße mithilfe von diagnostischen bildgebenden Verfahren und jodhaltigen Kontrastmitteln graphisch dargestellt. Die Planung der gesamten Funktionseinheit soll einen Überblick über die logistischen Zusammenhänge (Versorgung, Entsorgung, Ströme von Patienten und Personal) sowie über die allgemeinen Sicherheitsanforderungen (Fluchtwege, Brandabschnitte, Strahlenschutz) darstellen. Besonders relevant für die Ausarbeitung sind ebenso die Planung des Architekturplans, Medizintechnik, Heizung, Klima, Lüftung, Sanitär, medizinische Gasversorgung und Installations- und Kommunikationstechnik. Bei der Planung der Funktionseinheit werden sowohl alle rechtlichen und allgemeinen Anforderungen als auch die Flexibilität bzw. Erweiterbarkeit der Räumlichkeiten berücksichtigt. This thesis deals with the overall technical equipment of a functional unit for angiography for the use on the vascular system. In that facility, the blood vessels are graphically displayed using diagnostic imaging techniques and iodine-containing contrast media. The planning of the entire functional unit should provide an overview of the logistical relationships (supply, disposal, flows of patients and staff) as well as the general safety requirements (escape routes, fire compartments, radiation protection). The planning of the architectural plan, medical technology, heating, air conditioning, ventilation, sanitary, installation and communication technology are also particularly relevant for the elaboration. When planning the functional unit, all legal and general requirements as well as the flexibility and expandability of the premises were considered.

Diese Arbeit beschäftigt sich mit der Planung einer Endoskopieabteilung in einer Gesundheitseinrichtung. Die Endoskopieabteilung besteht aus drei Behandlungsräumen, wovon ein Behandlungsraum als Endoskopie mit ERCP konzipiert ist. Um die Problemstellungen dieser Ausarbeitung bewältigen zu können, wurden in erster Linie das vermittelte Wissen sowie die dazugehörigen Unterlagen aus den bereits absolvierten Lehrveranstaltungen vom Studiengang Clinical Engineering herangezogen. Um zusätzliche Informationen für die Arbeit zu gewinnen, wurden Gespräche und Diskussionen im privaten Umfeld geführt. Auch diverse Recherchen im Internet verhalfen zu zusätzlichen Auskünften. Ziel der Arbeit ist es, die räumliche Planung sowie die Planung des Workflows und der Medizintechnik für die zugewiesene Abteilung durchzuführen. Weiters sind auch die Elektro- und Kommunikationstechnik sowie die HKLS-Technik in der Planung berücksichtigt worden. Die Arbeit zeigt, dass bei der Planung einer Abteilung im Gesundheitsbereich sehr viele Aspekte (unter anderem auch Gesetze) zu berücksichtigen sind. Es sollten alle Anforderungen perfekt abgestimmt sein, damit ein zukünftiger reibungsloser Ablauf in der Abteilung gewährleistet werden kann. Furthermore, the electrical and communication technology as well as the HVAC technology have also been considered in the planning. The thesis shows that at planning a department in the health sector, many aspects (including legal aspects) must be considered. All requirements should be well coordinated to guarantee a future smooth process in the department.

Diese Projektarbeit befasst sich mit den relevanten Dimensionen einer kardiologischen Überwachungsstation, die zum Führen und Betreiben jener Station von großer Bedeutung sind. Grundlage dieser Arbeit bildet der Architekturplan, welcher Grundriss dieser Station darstellt. Auf den Entwurf aufbauend erfolgt die Darstellung aller wesentlichen Logistikströme, deren Fokus auf die Ver- und Entsorgung des Bereichs sowie den Wegen für das Personal und die Patienten liegt. Mit der medizintechnischen Beschreibung werden weiters die Gerätschaften dieser Abteilung näher erläutert. Überdies liegt eine elektrotechnische Planung vor, welche unter anderem die sicherheitstechnischen Aspekte dieser Station festlegt. Im Bereich der HKLS wird auf die technische Planung und Umsetzung näher eingegangen und weiters die medizinische Gasversorgung als auch der Brandschutzplan behandelt. Diese Ausarbeitung beschäftigt sich mit der Planung des Grundrisses, der Einrichtung, Medizintechnik, Installationstechnik sowie Heiz-, Klima-, Lüftungs- und Sanitärtechnik (HKLS) einer Dialysestation mit zwölf Dialyseplätzen. Der Architekturplan beschreibt die allgemeine Raumaufteilung sowie Verortung der Wände, Türen, Fenster und die Ausstattung des Dialysebehandlungsraumes sowie der Isolierdialyse. Um einen möglichst effizienten Workflow zu schaffen, wurden bereits während der Planung des Grundrisses Arbeitswege sowie Arbeitsschritte beachtetet. Im medizintechnischen Teil findet sich eine Beschreibung der einzusetzenden Geräte sowie die rechtlichen Vorgaben. Bei der Planung der Installationstechnik ist sicherzustellen, dass keine Gefahren für Patienten und Personal ausgeht. Zur Gewährleistung der Sicherheit von Patienten und Personal werden diverse Sicherheitseinrichtungen und Vorkehrungen beschrieben, welche notwendig sind. Die Planung der Heiz- Klima- Lüftungs- und Sanitärtechnik befasst sich neben hygienischen Anforderungen und der Ausführung von Heizung-, Klimatisierung-, Lüftung- und Sanitärtechnik auch mit der medizintechnischen Gasversorgung sowie mit Brandabschnitten und Fluchtwegen. This paper deals with the planning of the floor plan, furnishings, medical technology, installation technology as well as heating, air conditioning, ventilation and sanitary technology (HVAC) of a dialysis station with twelve dialysis places. The architectural plan describes the general room layout as well as location of walls, doors, windows and equipment of the dialysis treatment room and isolation dialysis. In order to create the most efficient workflow possible, work paths as well as work steps were taken into account during the planning of the floor plan. The planning of medical technology is primarily concerned with the description of equipment as well as legal requirements which are used in the department, as well as their location. When planning the installation technology, it must be ensured that there is no danger to patients and personnel. To ensure the safety of patients and personnel, various safety devices and precautions are described which are necessary or serve as additional measures. The planning of heating, air-conditioning, ventilation and sanitary engineering deals not only with hygienic requirements and the execution of heating, air-conditioning, ventilation and sanitary engineering, but also with medical gas supply as well as fire compartments and escape routes.

Diese Arbeit beschäftigt sich mit der Planung einer OP-Station, die zwei OP-Säle mit Spezialisierung auf HNO-Eingriffen und die zugehörigen Räumlichkeiten umfasst. Alle relevanten Dimensionen, die zur Planung, Führung, Organisation, und zum Betreiben der OP-Station notwendig sind wurden in Plänen, sowie Textform erfasst. Die Informationen dazu wurden zum einen dem Erlernten des Studiums entnommen, zum anderen eigenständig durch Recherche gewonnen. Das Planen einer technisch sinnvollen und funktionierenden Station war Ziel dieser Arbeit. Begonnen wurde mit der bautechnischen Planung, die sich auf dem Rastermaß der Säulen aufbaut. Weiters wurde der Workflow so geplant, dass Kollisionspunkte vermieden wurden. Die technische Ausstattung umfasst Medizintechnik, Elektro- und Informationstechnik, sowie HKLS. Auf die technische Ausarbeitung des Detailbereichs wurde besonders eingegangen. This thesis deals with the planning of an operating theater unit, which comprises two operating rooms specializing in ENT interventions and the associated rooms. All relevant dimensions which are necessary for planning, management, organization and operation of the operating theater were recorded in plans and text form. The information for this was taken from what was learned during study on the one hand, and independently obtained through research on the other. The aim of this work was to plan a technically sensible and functioning station. The project started by planning the structure, which was based on the grid dimensions of the columns. Furthermore, the workflow was planned in such a way that collision points were avoided. The technical equipment includes medical technology, electrical and information technology, as well as HVAC. Special attention was paid to the technical elaboration of the detail area.

Diese Arbeit beschäftigt sich mit der Planung einer Rettungszufahrt zu einem Schockraum mit angrenzendem Computertomographen. Dabei wurde anhand der Aufgabenstellung die Planung der Räume, des Workflows, der Medizintechnik, der Installationstechnik und der HKLS-Technik durchgeführt. Als Einschränkungen wurden die Raumhöhe mit 4 Meter bis zur Rohdecke und die Verwendung des Rastermaßes von 7 Metern mal 7 Metern vorgegeben. Normative und gesetzliche Vorgaben (OIB, AStVo,…) müssen berücksichtigt werden. Planerische Darstellungen wie der Architekturplan wurden mit dem Programm Microsoft Visio erstellt, die Planung der HKLS, des Workflows und der Verortung der Betriebsmittel ebenfalls. Für die elektrotechnische Planung (Elektroplan) wurde die Software EPLAN verwendet. Alle Ausführungen und Detailbeschreibungen sind in diesem Dokument zusammen gefasst worden. This thesis deals with the planning of the emergency access to a emergency trauma room with adjoining computer tomograph. Based on the task formulation concerning spatial planning, the planning of the workflow, the medical equipment and installations, the electrical installation and the planning of the HVAC technology all tasks were carried out. The maximum room height of 4 meters and the use of the grid dimensions of 7 meters by 7 meters were given as restrictions. All planning presentations like the architecture plan, the planning of the HVAC system, the workflow and the placement of the equipment were created in Microsoft Visio 2016. The EPLAN Software was used for the electrical engineering (electrical plan). All explanations and detailed descriptions have been summarized in this document.

Diese Arbeit beschäftigt sich mit der Planung und technischen Gesamtausstattung einer Ordination für Zahn-, Mund- und Kieferheilkunde. Ziel dieser Arbeit ist, die im bisherigen Studium erworbenen Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten anzuwenden. Im Rahmen dieser Arbeit beschäftigte sich die Autorin mit den Teilbereichen: Räumliche Planung, Workflow, Medizintechnik, HKLS und Installationstechnik einer Ordination für Zahn-, Mund- und Kieferheilkunde und bezieht diese in die Planung ein. Dabei wurden die wichtigsten Gesetze und Vorschriften zu diesen Teilbereichen berücksichtigt und in die Planung umgesetzt. Der Architekturplan der Ordination beschreibt die Position und Verteilung der Räumen, was sich stark auf den Workflow auswirkt.Die Räume sind entsprechend ihrer Funktion angeordnet und aufgeteilt, um kurze Wege und einen reibungslosen Ablauf zu gewährleisten. Diese Arbeit gibt ein Überblick auch über die Logistikströme Patient, Personal, Versorgung und Entsorgung der Ordination und bei der Planung des Workflows wurde darauf geachtet, unnötige Wege zu vermeiden um die Durchlaufzeiten des Personals und der Patienten zu minimieren. Bei der Planung der Medizintechnik ging es darum, die auf der Ordination verwendeten Geräte und deren technischen Anforderungen zu beschreiben, sowie die Verortung aller essenziellen Geräte in den einzelnen Räumen der Ordination darzustestellen. Weiters beschäftigte sich die Autorin dieser Arbeit mit der Installationstechnik der Ordination. Die Verortung der Betriebsmittel im Architekturplan, detallierte Stromlaufpläne sowie Verteilerpläne wurden auch in dieser Arbeit dargestellt. Weiters wurde im Teilbereich HKLS die Heizungs-, Lüftungs-, Sanitär- und Klimatechnik sowie die Bautechnik für die Ordination eines Facharztes für Zahn-, Mund- und Kieferheilkunde dimensioniert und in den Plan einbezogen. This thesis deals with the planning and technical equipment of an ordination for dentistry, oral and maxillofacial medicine. The aim of this work is to apply the knowledge and skills acquired in the previous course. As part of this work, the author dealt with the sub-areas: Spatial planning, workflow, medical technology, HVAC technology and installation technology of an ordination for dentistry, oral and maxillofacial medicine and includes these in the planning. The most important laws and regulations for these sub-areas were taken into account and implemented in the planning. The architectural plan of the ordination describes the position and distribution of the rooms, which has a strong impact on the workflow. The rooms are arranged and divided according to their function in order to ensure short distances and a smooth process. This work also gives an overview of the logistics flows of patients, staff, supply and disposal of the ordination and when planning the workflow, care was taken to avoid unnecessary journeys in order to minimize the throughput times of staff and patients. When planning the medical technology, it was a matter of describing the devices used in the ordination and their technical requirements, as well as showing the location of all essential devices in the individual rooms of the ordination. Furthermore, the author of this thesis dealt with the installation technology of the ordination. The location of the equipment in the architecture plan, detailed circuit diagrams and distribution plans were also shown in this work. Furthermore, in the HVAC sub-area, the heating, ventilation, sanitary and air conditioning technology as well as the construction technology for the ordination of a specialist in dentistry, oral medicine and maxillofacial medicine were dimensioned and included in the plan.

Im Zuge der Bachelorarbeit I des Studienganges CE21 wurde ein Technisches Projekt erstellt. Der Verfasser bekam eine Abteilung einer Gesundheitseinrichtung zugeteilt, welche von der Architektur, über HKLS, Installationstechnik bis hin zu Workflow und Medizintechnik eigenständig zu planen war. Neben der schriftlicher Beschreibung der einzelnen Bereiche, wurden auch Pläne mit Visio erstellt. Installations- bzw. Kabelführungspläne wurden mittels EPLAN ausgeführt. A technical project was created in the course of Bachelor Thesis I of the CE21 course. The author was assigned a department of a health facility, which had to be planned starting from the architecture, via HVAC through installation technology to workflow and medical technology. In addition to the written description of the individual areas, plans were also created with Visio. Installation and cable routing plans were implemented using EPLAN.

Bei der technischen Ausstattung von Nichtwohngebäuden ist ein stetig wachsender Trend zu beobachten. Da der Gebäudesektor einen wesentlichen Teil zum gesamten Energiebedarf in Europa beiträgt, ist es sinnvoll Gebäude auf ihre möglichen Energieeinsparpotenziale hin zu untersuchen. Diese Arbeit beschäftigt sich mit dem Einfluss der Gebäudeautomation auf die Energieeffizienz im Bereich der Heizungs-, Klima-, Lüftungs- und Sanitärtechnik in Nichtwohngebäuden. Es werden energieeffiziente Regelstrategien und Optimierungsprogramme dargestellt. Dabei soll dargestellt werden, inwiefern die Komfortparameter und die Parameter in der Gebäudeautomation zusammenhängen. Außerdem wird erörtert, dass der Nutzerkomfort und die Energieeffizienz vielmehr als ein gemeinsames Ziel verfolgt werden. Weiters wird dargestellt, wo die Einsatzmöglichkeiten von künstlicher Intelligenz in der Gebäudeautomation liegen. Zudem soll abgebildet werden welche Energieeinsparpotenziale sich daraus ergeben und wie intelligente Gebäude den Nutzerkomfort optimieren und gleichzeitig die Energieeffizienz steigern. A steadily growing trend can be observed in the technical equipment of non-residential buildings. Since the building sector contributes a significant part of the total energy demand in Europe, it is useful to examine buildings for their possible energy saving potential. This thesis deals with the influence of building automation on energy efficiency in the field of heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and sanitary engineering in non-residential buildings. Energy-efficient control strategies and optimization programs are presented. The aim is to show to what extent comfort parameters and parameters in building automation are related. It will also be discussed that user comfort and energy efficiency are rather pursued as a common goal. Furthermore, it will be shown where the application possibilities of artificial intelligence in building automation lie. In addition, it will be shown which energy saving potentials result from it and how intelligent buildings optimize user comfort and at the same time increase energy efficiency.

In dieser Bachelorarbeit werden die relevanten Dimensionen einer Unfall-Ambulanz bearbeitet. This bachelor's thesis covers relevant areas about planning an ambulance.

Diese Arbeit beschäftigt sich mit der technischen Planung einer Gesamtausstattung für eine fiktive Radiologieabteilung in einem Schwerpunktkrankenhaus. Neben der räumlichen Planung soll auch die medizinische Ausstattung, die Installationstechnik sowie der Bereich Heizung-Klima-Lüftung-Sanitär (HKLS) berücksichtigt und die möglichen Arbeitsabläufe innerhalb der Abteilung erarbeitet und aufgezeigt werden. Generell sind dabei die bisher erlangten Fähigkeiten und Kenntnisse einzusetzen und im Stil einer wissenschaftlichen Arbeit darzulegen. Der Autor soll aufzeigen, dass er selbstständig in der Lage ist, eine entsprechende Problemstellung aus dem Fachgebiet des Studiums mit praxisbezogenen Verweisen und auf Grundlage wissenschaftlicher Methoden, zu bearbeiten und in geeigneter Form darzustellen. This thesis deals with the entire development of technical design and facility equipment for a radiology department in a hospital center. The paper shall include the room design and layout, all kind of necessary installation technologies like electrical and communication technics, as well as HVAC (heating, ventilation, air conditioning), and also workflow sequences for different kind of patients and employees. Generally, all skills and abilities learned during the academic education shall be used by the author to create a correct scientific paper. The writer has to show his capabilities to solve a given problem out the field of his study by himself using basics from scientific approaches and to demonstrate the results in a proper way.
