Hoy en día, los métodos de control y planificación ferroviarios incorporan la robustez y la recuperabilidad como estrategias para mejorar la tolerancia a fallos del sistema. Sin embargo, las interrupciones siguen presentes en la red ferroviaria provocando retrasos y cancelaciones. Una estrategia de cara a reducir el impacto de las incidencias es compensar a los pasajeros que sufren estas situaciones adversas. Un conjunto de acciones comerciales pueden ser asignadas sin costes a dichos usuarios para mejorar su satisfacción. Nosotros proponemos un sistema experto que recomiende estas acciones comerciales a los pasajeros. El sistema, que puede pertenecer a un Customer Relationship Management (CRM), obtiene un listado de grupos de usuarios basados en dos Key Performance Indicator (KPI) y en su segmentación. El KPI1 es el valor del cliente visto por la compañía, mientras que el KPI2 corresponde a la satisfacción del pasajero. De esta manera, ambos KPI y las variables de segmentación definen un conjunto de patrones de usuarios. Por otro lado, la inteligencia es aportada a este sistema a través de la definición de un modelo matemático multiobjetivo lineal, el cual construye mensualmente un plan maestro de la distribución de acciones comerciales entre el conjunto de patrones de pasajeros., Nowadays, the railway control and planning methods incorporate the robustness and recoverability as strategies to improve the fault tolerance of the system. However, the disruptions continue to appear in the railway network causing delays and cancellations of trains. A palliative strategy is to make up for passengers, who suffer these adverse situations. A set of commercial actions can be provided free of charges to these passengers in order to improve their satisfaction. We propose an expert system to recommend these commercial actions to the passengers. The system, which can belong to a Customer Relationship Management (CRM), builds a taxonomy of the passengers on the basis of two Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and their segmentation. The KPI1 is the value of the customer for the railway operator and the KPI2 is the satisfaction of the passenger. Therefore, both KPIs and the variables of segmentation define a set of patterns of users. On the other hand, intelligence is brought into the system through a multiobjective linear approach that allows to build a master plan of the distribution of commercial actions among the set of patterns of passengers.
