With the increase in the proportion of renewable energy connected to the grid, a large number of N-1 security constraints should be considered in the security-constrained economic dispatch (SCED) to ensure the reliable operation of the power system, which causes a great computational burden. However, only a small number of constraints in the N-1 security constraints are contributing factors. Therefore, the elimination of redundant constraints can significantly improve the solution efficiency of the SCED model. First, a new SCED model considering wind power and photovoltaic is established, and a low-rank approximation (LRA) surrogate model is constructed based on the historical operation information of the SCED model. Then, the active constraints are identified based on the estimation results of the LRA surrogate model and the active constraint set is constructed. Next, an iterative solution process of the SCED model based on LRA surrogate model is proposed. Finally, the simulations are conducted on an IEEE 39-bus system. The simulation results show that the error between the solution results of the LRA surrogate and the SCED models is less than 10%, the active constraint identification accuracy is raised, and the average iterative solution time of the proposed solution process is reduced by more than 50%, which indicates the improvement of the solution efficiency of the SCED model.

Great significance shall be attached to the research on how to improve reliability of user-end power supply with limited expense by coordinating reliability and economic efficiency of power grid, so that to meet the increasing demand on reliability of electric power, and achieve considerable economic effectiveness. In this paper, process of power distribution network reliability calculation based on minimum-path failure mode and effect analysis mode is expounded, and a demonstration on calculation of power distribution network reliability is provided. Furthermore, cost-benefit analysis, which includes calculations of cost and benefit of reliability, is introduced to reflect reliability efficiency through power interruption cost calculation. At the end of this paper the cost-benefit Analyses is applied on the optimal reconstructed power distribution network.

Atg11 is an adaptor protein required for the induction of selective autophagy via receptor binding. However, our understanding of the molecular mechanisms by which it regulates selective autophagy remains incomplete. Here, we show that Atg11 is phosphorylated by Atg1. Rapamycin treatment or starvation conditions induced slower electrophoretic mobility of Atg11 in an Atg1 kinase activity-dependent manner. Through in vitro kinase assays combined with mutagenesis, we determined that Atg1 phosphorylates S949, S1057, and S1064 residues in CC4 domain of Atg11. Replacing the three residues with alanine suppressed the cleavage of selective autophagy substrates for the cytoplasm-to-vacuole targeting (Cvt) pathway, mitophagy, reticulophagy, and pexophagy. The Atg11 mutant was defective in binding to related selective autophagy receptors. These results demonstrate a previously unknown function of Atg1 in regulation of selective autophagy via Atg11 phosphorylation. The positioning scheme based on mobile cellular network technology is one of the important technical approaches to provide network optimization, emergency rescue, police patrol and location services. The traditional positioning scheme based on cell base station location information has low positioning accuracy and large positioning error, so it cannot meet the requirements of some positioning applications. The scheme based on fingerprint location can greatly improve the location accuracy, save computational cost and enhance the usability based on the coarse location scheme of the cell and become the hotspot of the research. Rasterization and non-rasterization of outdoor fingerprint location scheme based on machine learning were studied and analyzed to meet the business requirements of outdoor fingerprint location. By means of parameter weighting, data fitting and other methods, large-scale fingerprint data were cleaned to improve the effectiveness of data sources. Through the realization of sub-modules such as demarcating research area, rasterizing, constructing fingerprint database, training model, correcting model, non-rasterizing, rough positioning coupling, matching parameter and training parameter, the operation efficiency and positioning accuracy of the algorithm were analyzed and optimized, and the key indexes affecting the algorithm performance were determined. Then, the performance of two fingerprint-based localization schemewas analyzed based on the simulation results. The feasibility study of unified power flow controller (UPFC) application in 220 kV Shanghai Grid is conducted based on the analysis of the practical operation of the grid. The location selection method and scheme are proposed for the application of 220 kV UPFC demonstration project. The application effect of the demonstration project of UPFC is evaluated from various perspectives including enhancement of interface transfer capability, improvement of voltage stability performance of the grid and contribution to balancing of reactive power in 220 kV sectionalised systems. Four novel resorcylic acid lactones (RALs), curvulomycins A-D (1-4), and six known congeners were isolated from the Beibu Gulf coral-derived fungus Curvularia lunata GXIMD 02512. Their structures including absolute configurations were established by extensive spectroscopic analyses along with experimental and calculated ECD spectra. Structurally, compound 3 harbors a unique γ-pyrone moiety rarely found in the natural RAL family. Notably, curvulomycin D (4) represents the first reported compound of the rare 8-membered RAL derivatives. Compounds 1 and 5 exhibited significant antiproliferative potency against two prostate cancer cell lines, with IC 50 values of 9.70 ± 0.77 μM and 7.64 ± 0.46 μM for PC-3 cells and 5.96 ± 0.43 μM and 3.15 ± 0.27 μM for 22Rv1 cells, respectively. Moreover, compound 1 inhibited clonal cell colonies in a dose-dependent manner, blocked the S and G2 phases in the PC-3 cell cycle and the G1 phase in the 22Rv1 cell cycle, which further induced apoptosis in both PC-3 and 22Rv1 cells, indicating its potential as a promising lead compound for anti-prostate cancer therapy., Competing Interests: The authors declare that they have no known competing financial interests or personal relationships that could have appeared to influence the work reported in this paper., (This journal is © The Royal Society of Chemistry.)

Rationale: Trousseau syndrome (TS) is a thrombosis disorder characterized by a hypercoagulable state linked to underlying malignancies, resulting in various thrombotic events such as deep vein thrombosis, pulmonary embolism, and arterial thrombosis. This syndrome serves as a crucial indicator of malignancy and can often be the first sign of an underlying tumor. In this case, we report a case of gastrointestinal malignant tumor as the first onset, and analyzes its clinical characteristics to improve the clinicians' understanding of this kind of disease., Patient Concerns: A 69-year-old woman was admitted to the hospital 4 times in 1 month for cerebral infarction. The patient was admitted several times with a new cerebral infarction lesion and a high D-dimer level, a persistently positive fecal occult blood test, and a gastrointestinal tumor was later found., Diagnosis: The patient was diagnosed with TS, attributed to her underlying malignancy., Interventions: During hospitalization, the patients were treated with aspirin for antiplatelet, esomeprazole for protection of gastric mucosa, atorvastatin for lowering blood lipids, butylphthalein for improvement of collateral circulation, edaravone dextrocamphorol for scavenging oxygen free radicals, and betahistine hydrochloride tablets for preventing dizziness., Outcomes: The patient's condition improved significantly after initial treatment, but died of the tumor a year after discharge., Lessons: Currently, TS has a complex and varied clinical presentation and is relatively difficult to diagnose, especially in patients with an unknown tumor history. Mec1 is a DNA damage sensor, which performs an essential role in the DNA damage response pathway and glucose starvation-induced autophagy. However, the functions of Mec1 in autophagy remain unclear. In response to glucose starvation, Mec1 forms puncta, which are recruited to mitochondria through the adaptor protein Ggc1. Here, we show that Mec1 puncta also contact the phagophore assembly site (PAS) via direct binding with Atg13. Functional analysis of the Atg13-Mec1 interaction revealed two previously unrecognized protein regions, the M ec1- B inding R egion (MBR) on Atg13 and the A tg13- B inding R egion (ABR) on Mec1, which mediate their mutual association under glucose starvation conditions. Disruption of the MBR or ABR impairs the recruitment of Mec1 puncta and Atg13 to the PAS, consequently blocking glucose starvation-induced autophagy. Additionally, the MBR and ABR regions are also crucial for DNA damage-induced autophagy. We thus propose that Mec1 regulates glucose starvation-induced autophagy by controlling Atg13 recruitment to the PAS.
