The frequency regulation capability of wind turbines is insufficient to satisfy the needs of grid frequency regulation. The characteristics of energy storage， such as flexible control， substantial throughput capacity， and rapid response rates， can effectively complement wind turbine limitations. Thereby， these facets advocate for incorporating an integrated wind-and-storage system in the practice of grid frequency control. This paper delves into the principles and control strategies associated with the participation of wind turbines and energy storage in the regulation of power system frequency. It outlines the principles and features of energy storage participating in frequency regulation， as well as models for frequency control and the control strategies. Moreover， the paper scrutinizes the characteristics and effects of different and hybrid energy storage systems. Subsequently， it elucidates the principles of frequency control for wind turbines and various control strategies， classifying the control modes of wind turbines into： variable-pitch control， rotor kinetic energy control， and unified control. In conclusion， the current state of advancements and prospects in this field are summarized and envisioned.

Red music during the Agrarian Revolutionary War was rooted in the leadership of the Communist Party of China and grew up in the revolutionary struggle. Based on a study of the background, style and effect of red music in this period, this paper discusses the role of red music in propagating revolutionary theories, mobilizing the masses and inspiring people during the founding and development of revolutionary bases such as Jinggangshan Mountain, Central Soviet Area and Shaanxi-Gansu Border.

Essentially, the top priority of political theory teaching reform and innovation in military academies is to fully implement the military education strategies of the new era, and to focus on the fundamental task and core direction characterized by fostering virtue through education and training talents for warfare. In this regard, this paper explores the construction of the “main classroom+” practice teaching model of political theory course from four dimensions, encompassing “thematic practice”, “professional customization”, “comprehensive exercise”, and “practice expansion”, intending to provide feasible paths and methods for military academies to realize more effective integration of theory and practice of political theory teaching in the new era.

Aptamers are short non-coding, single-stranded oligonucleotides (RNA or DNA) developed through Systematic Evolution of Ligands by Exponential enrichment (SELEX) in vitro. Similar to antibodies, aptamers can bind to specific targets with high affinity, and are considered promising therapeutic agents as they have several advantages over antibodies, including high specificity, stability, and non-immunogenicity. Furthermore, aptamers can be produced at a low cost and easily modified, and are, therefore, called "chemical antibodies". In the past years, a variety of aptamers specifically bound to both breast cancer biomarkers and cells had been selected. Besides, taking advantage of nanomaterials, there were a number of aptamer-nanomaterial conjugates been developed and widely investigated for diagnostics and targeted therapy of breast cancer. In this short review, we first present a systematical review of various aptamer selection methods. Then, various aptamer-based diagnostic and therapeutic strategies of breast cancer were provided.
