The article is devoted to the study of factors influencing life satisfaction of teenagers raised in families as well as those raised in orphanages. Both groups are studied with regard to their self-attitude, self-confidence and relationships with significant adults. Sample: 96 teenagers aged between 14 and 16 years (46 of them live in or- phanages). Methods: Self-attitude methodology by S.R. Pantileev, Trust questionnaire by T.P. Skripkina, Child-parent relationships questionnaire by O.A. Karabanova and P.V. Troyanskaya, Life Satisfaction scale by E. Diner. The research proved the level of trust in orphanage-raised teenagers to be considerably lower than that of family-raised teenagers. The way teenagers see their relationships with significant adults also turned out to be fairly different in case of orphanage-raised groups due to their caregivers' authoritarian attitude towards them and lack of empathy and communication. The study also shows that the level of life satisfaction in the orphanage group is significantly below the average and substantially lower than in the group from family-raised teenagers. Positive self-attitude, person’s approval of his/ her intellectual capacities, as well as the caregiver's understanding of his pupil's features, are predictors of life satisfaction in the group of teenagers from orphanages. Concerning the family-raised teenagers, much more factors are involved in maintaining their subjective well-being.

Objective. To determine the level of knowledge of doctors on the rational use of antimicrobial drugs in clinical practice and to compare with data of the previous stage of the study and results obtained from students in a parallel project. Materials and Methods. A multicenter questionnaire survey of practitioners with analysis of results – stage of KANT project (full name of the project – «Physicians’ (Students’) knowledge in antimicrobials usage») conducted in 2020–2023. Results. A total of 336 participants were surveyed in 5 centers (10 Russian regions: Belgorod, Novosibirsk, Rostov, Voronezh, Lipetsk, Sakhalin, Primorsky, Krasnodar, and Krasnoyarsk regions, Republic of Tatarstan). The average level of correct answers (LCA) for the whole questionnaire was 47.5% (taking into account the extended analysis of sub-items questions No. 8 and 9 – 46.8%). Doctors showed the best results in answering questions about the time interval during which the effectiveness of antimicrobial therapy is evaluated (LCA – 84.2%); about choosing the most rational action if antimicrobial therapy (AMT) has a positive clinical effect, but requires a long course of therapy (LCA – 72.6%); selection of rational diagnostic/treatment action in the diagnosis of acute tonsillitis or pharyngitis, in a case where etiologic diagnosis is required (LCA – 63.1%). The worst results were recorded in answering to the following questions: indication of the antimicrobial drug of choice in the treatment of various infections (LCA – 29.1%); the choice of auxiliary drugs in addition to the justified appointment of antimicrobial drugs in the treatment of bacterial infections of the respiratory tract for the entire period of the disease or in certain phases (LCA – 26.6% – 35.1%); indication of a combination of antimicrobial drugs that is irrational to prescribe in clinical practice due to a similar mechanism and/or spectrum of activity against pathogens (LCA – 24.4%). Significant differences were found between centers in a number of questions, between physicians in KANT-III and KANT-IV projects (p < 0.001), and between physicians and students in a parallel project (KANT-IV students, LCA – 42.6%, p < 0.001). Conclusions. An unsatisfactory level of physicians’ knowledge of AMT and choice of adjuvant agents, as well as appropriateness of antimicrobial combination was found. The authors believe there is a need for making more efforts in areas of increasing physicians’ compliance to clinical recommendations, expertise and quality control of pharmacotherapy, recruitment of clinical pharmacologists; to optimize the educational process in universities, to expand the scope and availability of additional educational programs within the system of continuous education, as well as to train physicians in using modern sources of scientific medical information.

The study was aimed at revealing the role of psycho-emotional wellbeing in the perception of life situations. Psycho-emotional wellbeing is considered an integral characteristic of the inner world of a person, reflecting the interrelationships of eudemonic and hedonistic wellbeing and basic emotional characteristics. Hypoth¬esis: the evaluation of life situation is influenced by its objective factors (presence or absence of job) and psycho-emotional wellbeing. Sample: 104 adults (66 employed, 38 unemployed), aged 27—55. The article presents results of a research on the parameters of psychoemotional well-being and features of self-development in adolescents aged 14—17 (81 respondents included 27 children from an orphanage, 24 teenagers living away from their families and 30 teenagers living with their parents).It as argued that teenagers’ psychological well-being is closely connected with their orientation towards self-development.Recognising the importance of self-development in such spheres as goal-setting and self-realisation and at the same time having a low interest in them creates an internal conflict and leads to a decrease in psychoemotional well-being in the adolescent orphans.Psychoemotional well-being of the adolescents living away from their families depends on whether they have conflicts in the following spheres: education, social sphere, aesthetics, development of will.As for the teenagers living with parents, their psychoemotional well-being is affected by the contradiction between the increasing requirements and the actual level of their development.

The urgency of the issue of reclamation of disturbed lands is due to the fact that coal mining by both open and underground methods is inevitably accompanied by exclusion from economic circulation and violation of lands for various purposes, by changing the terrain and forming an industrial landscape. The article contains information on the volumes of disturbance and reclamation of lands in the coal industry In the article the directions of reclamation and applied technologies, domestic developments and foreign experience are considered. It was noted that the priority areas for reclamation of disturbed lands in the coal industry are: agricultural, forestry and sanitary-hygienic. It is noted that the quality of the recultivated areas is not always at the proper level, which creates dif culties in their subsequent use. The main reasons for the low quality of reclamation are the lack of the necessary amount of initial data on the composition and properties of soil and rock mass of the dumps at the development stage of the reclamation projects, the lack of special technical means for performing remediation works at a high level, the lack of a landscape approach to the restoration of disturbed areas. Measures to prevent spontaneous combustion of rock dumps are laid in projects and are not implemented in practice in full, which leads to the occurrence of res. Two new developments in the eld of reclamation are presented: the microbiological method developed by MNIIECO TEK JSC, and the method for restoring the biological productivity of disturbed lands, proposed by the Scienti c Research Institute of Agricultural Problems of Khakassia SB RAAS. Identi ed problem issues in the eld of reclamation and a list of measures to improve the state of protection of land resources. In the article it is shown that in order to improve the state in the sphere of land resources protection in the coal industry, it is necessary to improve the applied mining technologies in order to reduce their land-carrying capacity, to unite overburden operations on the sections with the technical stage of reclamation, to use reproof technologies for formation of waste dumps, to improve quality projects of reclamation and implementation of remediation works.

Dry remains of the herbal species of the plantain (Plantago major), the wormwood (Artemisia vulgaris) and the reed grass (Calamagrostis acutiflora) were used as a natural source for isolation of β- mannanase producing strains. They were isolated by using the carob gum as a single source of carbon and energy. Each chosen plant species was found to be colonized with a single dominant epiphytic group of microorganism, although the plants had been collected in the same location. Bacillus circulans was only found in P. major, Bacillus subtilis on A. vulgaris, whereas Pantoea sp. was found in C. acutiflora. Identification of the taxonomy affiliation of the isolated β-mannanase producers allowed using the formerly proposed primers for PCR cloning of β-mannanase genes previously occurred in the respective bacterial species. This approach let us cloning 330 bp fragment of β-mannanase genes from B. circulans and B. subtilis and 1000 bp fragment of β-mannanase gene from Pantoea sp. Testing the enzymatic activity of the isolated strains by staining the carob gum hydrolysis zones on the plates with Congo Red was carried out. As a result, the maximum activity was found in Pantoea sp.

Relevance of the topic of work. The problem of worldview factors of social stability has a high degree of relevance in modern society. As part of the work, its aspect is revealed as the possibility of the impact of education on the worldview, depending on the way the educational process is organized. The purpose of the study is the disclosure of the specificity and role of education as a tool for the formation of personal qualities of members of society. Materials and methods. During the preparation of the article, classical scientific methods of analysis, abstraction, and comparison, and synthesis, structural-functional and systemic approaches were applied. The results of the study are related to the analysis of the main constituent elements of the educational process and their actual representation. The study identified key factors in the implementation of the educational function of education related both to the structure of educational programs and to the moment of their demand on the part of students. For discussion, it is proposed to consider the dilemma associated with the choice of priorities of the educational process in the context of a contradiction between the interests of individual students and public interests. Key findings and their significance. In the process of research, the importance of education as a mechanism for shaping the worldview was determined. The social risks associated with this process are identified, and key opportunities for improving the effectiveness of the humanitarian component of the educational process in modern society are identified.

The article considers the problem of topological descriptors of a philosophical text. Topological descriptors act as discursive points for the localization of the philosophical text, which allow us to describe its role and place in the production of modern humanitarian knowledge. Three perspectives of the analysis of the philosophical text in the contemporary sociocultural situation are outlined: the perspective of historical and philosophical research, the perspective of cultural research and the perspective of modern humanitarian knowledge. The historical and philosophical perspective from the point of view of topology is described through genre differences between philosophical texts, and also taking into account the differences between philosophical schools, trends, styles of thinking in intellectual history. The perspective of cultural research includes a philosophical text in a wide context of political, social and cultural transformations of modern society, and it becomes possible to talk about social topology. The perspective of modern humanitarian knowledge is analyzed from the perspective of the rehabilitation of philosophical discourse, the need for detailed textual work for the full inclusion of philosophy in the production process of significant social and cultural knowledge. As an original methodological approach, the article describes topological analytics, which is actively used by modern researchers to solve a whole range of issues of localization, description and understanding of the role of a philosophical text in modern humanities. Conclusions are drawn about the prospects of further research in this direction.

The paper is aimed at studying the influence of balanced housing sector development on the cohesion level of the socio-economic space (SES) in agglomerations. Statistical and comparative analytical techniques are used as the basic methods in this research. The paper presents indicators that measure the level of integration and balance in the housing sector. It proposes a set of mechanisms aimed at promoting a more balanced development of the housing sector in order to achieve SES cohesion in the Tomsk agglomeration. The relevance of the study is associated with intensification of agglomeration processes and the need for new methods and techniques to assess the balanced state of housing sector development in agglomeration SES.

Objective: Dissection of the carotid artery (CaAD) may result in aneurysm formation. The present study was undertaken to evaluate the time of onset of post-dissection extracranial carotid artery aneurysms (ECAA) following CaAD, and to analyse independent risk factors for the development of these aneurysms., Methods: From four European stroke centres, 360 patients with extracranial CaAD were included. The time between the estimated dissection onset and aneurysm formation was analysed, and the clinical risk factors increasing the probability of aneurysm were assessed., Results: The median duration of follow up was 5.2 months (range 0 - 24 months). A total of 75 post-dissection ECAAs were identified in 70 patients (19.4%, 95% confidence interval [CI] 15.7 - 23.8). In 52 of 70 (74%) patients, the ECAA was diagnosed at the initial clinical work up of CaAD diagnosis, with the median estimated time of dissection onset to ECAA diagnosis being six days (interquartile range [IQR] 0 - 25). In the remaining 18 (26%) patients who had normal carotid arteries at the initial imaging, the aneurysm diagnosis was made a median of 6.2 months (189 days) from the original imaging (IQR 128 - 198). A Cox proportional hazards model showed that both multiple artery dissections (hazard ratio [HR] 2.58, 95% CI 1.54 - 4.33) and arterial tortuosity (HR 1.79, 95% CI 1.08 - 2.95) were associated with presence of ipsilateral ECAA., Conclusion: This post hoc cohort analysis showed substantially delayed development of ipsilateral ECAA in patients with CaAD, months after baseline. Multiple dissections and arterial tortuosity are associated with the presence of ECAA and can be used in future prediction models of ECAA development in patients with CaAD., (Copyright © 2022 The Authors.
